Hamd kendisinden ba\u015fka ilah olmayan, mutlak manada tek g\u00fc\u00e7 ve kudret sahibi olan Allah\u2019a mahsustur. Salat ve selam t\u00fcm peygamberlerin ve onlar\u0131 takip eden tabilerinin \u00fczerine olsun.<\/p>\n

32- \u0130\u015fte bu olaydan dolay\u0131 \u0130srailo\u011fullar\u0131na \u015fu yaz\u0131l\u0131 direktif\u00ee g\u00f6nderdik. kim \u00f6ld\u00fcr\u00fclm\u00fc\u015f bir insana ya da yery\u00fcz\u00fcnde \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lm\u0131\u015f karga\u015faya, bozguncuya eyleme kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131k olmaks\u0131z\u0131n bir cana k\u0131yarsa b\u00fct\u00fcn insanlar\u0131 \u00f6ld\u00fcrm\u00fc\u015f gibi olur. Kim de bir insan\u0131 \u00f6l\u00fcmden kurtaran ise b\u00fct\u00fcn insanlara hayat sunmu\u015f gib\u00efdir.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Peygamberlerimiz \u0130srailo\u011fullar\u0131na a\u00e7\u0131k belgeler getirdiler. F\u00e0kat buna ra\u011fmen onlar\u0131n \u00e7o\u011fu yery\u00fcz\u00fcnde bozgunculu\u011fa ve karga\u015faya \u00e7\u0131karmaya devam ediyorlar.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Bunun i\u00e7in… Bu \u00f6rnek insanlar aras\u0131nda bulundu\u011fu i\u00e7in… \u015eerefli, hay\u0131rl\u0131, temiz ne k\u00f6t\u00fcl\u00fck ne de d\u00fc\u015fmanl\u0131k ama\u00e7 g\u00fcden m\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlara sald\u0131rd\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in… \u00d6\u011f\u00fct ve nasihatlerin,cibilliyeti k\u00f6t\u00fcl\u00fckle damgalanm\u0131\u015f kimi insanlara hi\u00e7bir etki yapmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u015feref ve sulhun k\u00f6t\u00fcl\u00fck, ruhun en derinliklerine i\u015flemi\u015f oldu\u011funda \u015feref ve bar\u0131\u015f ortam\u0131 teklifi sald\u0131r\u0131ya engel olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in… Bunun i\u00e7in, bu bir cana k\u0131yma su\u00e7unu b\u00fct\u00fcn insanlar\u0131 \u00f6ld\u00fcrme su\u00e7una denk olan \u00e7ok b\u00fcy\u00fck bir su\u00e7 sayd\u0131k. Cinayete engel olma ve bir can\u0131 \u00f6l\u00fcmden kurtarmay\u0131 ise, t\u00fcm insanlar\u0131 kurtarmaya denk olan b\u00fcy\u00fck bir i\u015f sayd\u0131k… Kendilerine \u015feriat k\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z hukukta bunlar\u0131 yahudilere de y\u00f6nelik (Surede az ilerde gelecek olan derste bu \u00f6zel emri, geni\u015f olarak incelenecektir) \u00d6ld\u00fcr\u00fclm\u00fc\u015f bir insan yada yery\u00fcz\u00fcnde \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lm\u0131\u015f bir karga\u015faya kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131k olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 halde bir cana k\u0131ymak, b\u00fct\u00fcn insanlar\u0131 \u00f6ld\u00fcrmeye denktir. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc her bir can b\u00fct\u00fcn canlar gibidir. Her bir can ayn\u0131 derecede hayat hakk\u0131na sahiptir. Bu canlardan birini \u00f6ld\u00fcrmek, hayat hakk\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6z\u00fcne sald\u0131rmakt\u0131r. Bir cinayete engel olmak ve bu sayede bir hayat\u0131na devam\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flamak da b\u00f6yledir. Bu durum hayatta iken ona yap\u0131lan sald\u0131r\u0131y\u0131 engellemek veya ba\u015fka birinin daha \u00f6ld\u00fcr\u00fclmesini \u00f6nlemek i\u00e7in bir cana yap\u0131lan sald\u0131r\u0131y\u0131 k\u0131sasla cezaland\u0131rmak \u015feklinde bile olsa, t\u00fcm canl\u0131lar\u0131n hayat\u0131n\u0131 kurtarmak gibidir. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc o, t\u00fcm canl\u0131lar\u0131n ortak oldu\u011fu “hayat hakk\u0131”n\u0131 koruma alt\u0131na almal\u0131d\u0131r. Bu h\u00fck\u00fcmlerle ilgili olarak yukardaki a\u00e7\u0131klamam\u0131za bak\u0131l\u0131rsa, bunlar\u0131n -yaln\u0131zca- \u0130sl\u00e2m yurdunda bulunan m\u00fcsl\u00fcman. Z\u0131mm\u00ee ve eman ehline uyguland\u0131\u011f\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fclecektir. “Sava\u015f Yurdu”nda bulunanlar\u0131n kan\u0131 ise “\u0130sl\u00e2m yurdun”dakiler ile aralar\u0131ndaki bir anla\u015fma yap\u0131lmam\u0131\u015fsa -mubaht\u0131r- mallar\u0131 da b\u00f6yledir. Onu burada tekrar hat\u0131rlat\u0131yoruz: “\u0130sl\u00e2m yurdu” \u0130sl\u00e2m hukukunun uygulanan ve bu \u015feriate g\u00f6re h\u00fck\u00fcm verilen b\u00f6lgedir. “Sava\u015f Yurdu” ise Allah’\u0131n hukuku uygulanmayan ve bu hukuk ile h\u00fck\u00fcm verilmeyen b\u00f6lgedir. Allah, bu prensibi yahudilere de yazm\u0131\u015ft\u0131. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc onlar -o s\u0131rada- kitab ehli idiler. Aralar\u0131nda de\u011fi\u015ftirilip bozulmam\u0131\u015f Tevrat \u015feriat\u0131n\u0131 uygulad\u0131klar\u0131 s\u00fcrece “\u0130sl\u00e2m yurdu”nu temsil ediyorlard\u0131. Fakat bu kendilerine peygamberler apa\u00e7\u0131k deliller getirdikleri halde \u015feriatlerinin kurallar\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7i\u011fnemi\u015flerdi. Peygamberimiz zaman\u0131nda, aralar\u0131ndan \u015feriatlar\u0131n\u0131n kurallar\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7i\u011fnemeyi s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fcyorlard\u0131. Kur’an’\u0131n onlar\u0131n gerek\u00e7esiz olarak yapt\u0131klar\u0131 bu a\u015f\u0131r\u0131l\u0131k, tecav\u00fcz ve sald\u0131rganl\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 belgeliyor. Yan\u0131 s\u0131ra, kendilerine peygamberler gelmesini ve \u015feriatlerini kendilerine a\u00e7\u0131klamalar\u0131 sebebiyle Allah’a kar\u015f\u0131 hi\u00e7bir bahanelerinin kalmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 da belgeleniyor:<\/p>\n

Peygamberlerimiz \u0130srailo\u011fullar\u0131na a\u00e7\u0131k belgeler getirdiler. Fakat buna ra\u011fmen onlar\u0131n \u00e7o\u011fu yery\u00fcz\u00fcnde bozgunculu\u011fa ve karga\u015fa \u00e7\u0131karmaya devam ediyorlar.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Allah’\u0131n \u015feriat\u0131n\u0131 ihmal ederek veya de\u011fi\u015ftirerek sald\u0131rmak ve s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7i\u011fnemekten daha b\u00fcy\u00fck bir a\u015f\u0131r\u0131l\u0131k d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fclebilirmi? Yukar\u0131daki ayet de Allah, insan \u00f6ld\u00fcrme ile yery\u00fcz\u00fcnde bozgunculuk yapmay\u0131 birlikte an\u0131yor. Her ikisinin de \u00f6ld\u00fcr\u00fclme (k\u0131sas) nedeni oldu\u011funu bunlar\u0131n ya\u015fama hakk\u0131n\u0131 d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda yer ald\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 ve cana k\u0131yman\u0131n k\u00f6t\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc belirtiyor… B\u00f6ylece, “\u0130slam yurdu”ndaki m\u00fcsl\u00fcman toplumu g\u00fcvencede olur, emniyet i\u00e7erisinde geli\u015fen kamu d\u00fczeni korunur ve g\u00fcvenlik i\u00e7erisinde iyilikler yap\u0131lmaya devam eder. T\u00fcm bunlar da fertlerin g\u00fcvenli\u011fi gibi gereklidir. Hatta daha zaruridir. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc fertlerin g\u00fcvenli\u011fi ancak bunlarla sa\u011flanabilir. Erdemli \u00f6rne\u011fi korunmas\u0131ndan \u00f6te, bu fertlerin toplumda hay\u0131rlar i\u015flemesi ve insan hayat\u0131n\u0131n onun g\u00f6lgesinde geli\u015fip \u00fcr\u00fcnler olu\u015fturmas\u0131 ve o ortamda iyili\u011fin erdemlili\u011fin geli\u015fme ve verimlili\u011fin filizlerinin olu\u015fmas\u0131 i\u00e7in onu her t\u00fcrl\u00fc yerle\u015fik garantilerle donat\u0131r. \u00d6zellikle bu toplumun t\u00fcm insanlar\u0131na, hayat\u0131n her alan\u0131nda garantiler verir ve onlar\u0131 hay\u0131r tohumlar\u0131n\u0131 ye\u015fertecek ve \u015fer tohumlar\u0131n\u0131 yok edecek bir ortam ile ku\u015fat\u0131r. \u0130la\u00e7lar tedavi \u00f6ncesinde, koruyucu hakimli\u011fi uygular. Buna ra\u011fmen koruma tedbirleri yetersizse il\u00e2ca ba\u015fvurulur. Normal bir insana, k\u00f6t\u00fcl\u00fc\u011fe ve sald\u0131r\u0131ya kalk\u0131\u015fmas\u0131 i\u00e7in ne bir gerek\u00e7e ne de bir bahane b\u0131rak\u0131r… T\u00fcm bunlardan sonra, toplumun g\u00fcvenli\u011fini tehdit eden ki\u015fi, do\u011fru yola d\u00f6n\u00fcp, islah olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 takdirde yok edilmesi gereken habis bir mikroptur. \u015eimdi bu habis unsurun ak\u0131beti belirleniyor. Her ikisinin de \u00f6ld\u00fcr\u00fclme (k\u0131sas) nedeni oldu\u011funu bunlar\u0131n ya\u015fama hakk\u0131n\u0131 d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda yer ald\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 ve cana k\u0131yman\u0131n k\u00f6t\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc belirtiyor... B\u00f6ylece, \\\"\u0130slam yurdu\\\"ndaki m\u00fcsl\u00fcman toplumu g\u00fcvencede olur, emniyet i\u00e7erisinde geli\u015fen kamu d\u00fczeni korunur ve g\u00fcvenlik i\u00e7erisinde iyilikler yap\u0131lmaya devam eder. T\u00fcm bunlar da fertlerin g\u00fcvenli\u011fi gibi gereklidir. Hatta daha zaruridir. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc fertlerin g\u00fcvenli\u011fi ancak bunlarla sa\u011flanabilir. Erdemli \u00f6rne\u011fi korunmas\u0131ndan \u00f6te, bu fertlerin toplumda hay\u0131rlar i\u015flemesi ve insan hayat\u0131n\u0131n onun g\u00f6lgesinde geli\u015fip \u00fcr\u00fcnler olu\u015fturmas\u0131 ve o ortamda iyili\u011fin erdemlili\u011fin geli\u015fme ve verimlili\u011fin filizlerinin olu\u015fmas\u0131 i\u00e7in onu her t\u00fcrl\u00fc yerle\u015fik garantilerle donat\u0131r. \u00d6zellikle bu toplumun t\u00fcm insanlar\u0131na, hayat\u0131n her alan\u0131nda garantiler verir ve onlar\u0131 hay\u0131r tohumlar\u0131n\u0131 ye\u015fertecek ve \u015fer tohumlar\u0131n\u0131 yok edecek bir ortam ile ku\u015fat\u0131r. \u0130la\u00e7lar tedavi \u00f6ncesinde, koruyucu hakimli\u011fi uygular. Buna ra\u011fmen koruma tedbirleri yetersizse il\u00e2ca ba\u015fvurulur. Bu \u00f6rnek insanlar aras\u0131nda bulundu\u011fu i\u00e7in... \u015eerefli, hay\u0131rl\u0131, temiz ne k\u00f6t\u00fcl\u00fck ne de d\u00fc\u015fmanl\u0131k ama\u00e7 g\u00fcden m\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlara sald\u0131rd\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in... \u00d6\u011f\u00fct ve nasihatlerin,cibilliyeti k\u00f6t\u00fcl\u00fckle damgalanm\u0131\u015f kimi insanlara hi\u00e7bir etki yapmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u015feref ve sulhun k\u00f6t\u00fcl\u00fck, ruhun en derinliklerine i\u015flemi\u015f oldu\u011funda \u015feref ve bar\u0131\u015f ortam\u0131 teklifi sald\u0131r\u0131ya engel olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in... Bunun i\u00e7in, bu bir cana k\u0131yma su\u00e7unu b\u00fct\u00fcn insanlar\u0131 \u00f6ld\u00fcrme su\u00e7una denk olan \u00e7ok b\u00fcy\u00fck bir su\u00e7 sayd\u0131k. Cinayete engel olma ve bir can\u0131 \u00f6l\u00fcmden kurtarmay\u0131 ise, t\u00fcm insanlar\u0131 kurtarmaya denk olan b\u00fcy\u00fck bir i\u015f sayd\u0131k... Kendilerine \u015feriat k\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z hukukta bunlar\u0131 yahudilere de y\u00f6nelik (Surede az ilerde gelecek olan derste bu \u00f6zel emri, geni\u015f olarak incelenecektir) \u00d6ld\u00fcr\u00fclm\u00fc\u015f bir insan yada yery\u00fcz\u00fcnde \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lm\u0131\u015f bir karga\u015faya kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131k olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 halde bir cana k\u0131ymak, b\u00fct\u00fcn insanlar\u0131 \u00f6ld\u00fcrmeye denktir. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc her bir can b\u00fct\u00fcn canlar gibidir. Her bir can ayn\u0131 derecede hayat hakk\u0131na sahiptir. Bu canlardan birini \u00f6ld\u00fcrmek, hayat hakk\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6z\u00fcne sald\u0131rmakt\u0131r. Bir cinayete engel olmak ve bu sayede bir hayat\u0131na devam\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flamak da b\u00f6yledir. Bu durum hayatta iken ona yap\u0131lan sald\u0131r\u0131y\u0131 engellemek veya ba\u015fka birinin daha \u00f6ld\u00fcr\u00fclmesini \u00f6nlemek i\u00e7in bir cana yap\u0131lan sald\u0131r\u0131y\u0131 k\u0131sasla cezaland\u0131rmak \u015feklinde bile olsa, t\u00fcm canl\u0131lar\u0131n hayat\u0131n\u0131 kurtarmak gibidir. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc o, t\u00fcm canl\u0131lar\u0131n ortak oldu\u011fu \"hayat hakk\u0131\"n\u0131 koruma alt\u0131na almal\u0131d\u0131r. Bu h\u00fck\u00fcmlerle ilgili olarak yukardaki a\u00e7\u0131klamam\u0131za bak\u0131l\u0131rsa, bunlar\u0131n -yaln\u0131zca- \u0130sl\u00e2m yurdunda bulunan m\u00fcsl\u00fcman. Z\u0131mm\u00ee ve eman ehline uyguland\u0131\u011f\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fclecektir. \"Sava\u015f Yurdu\"nda bulunanlar\u0131n kan\u0131 ise \"\u0130sl\u00e2m yurdun\"dakiler ile aralar\u0131ndaki bir anla\u015fma yap\u0131lmam\u0131\u015fsa -mubaht\u0131r- mallar\u0131 da b\u00f6yledir. Onu burada tekrar hat\u0131rlat\u0131yoruz: \"\u0130sl\u00e2m yurdu\" \u0130sl\u00e2m hukukunun uygulanan ve bu \u015feriate g\u00f6re h\u00fck\u00fcm verilen b\u00f6lgedir. \"Sava\u015f Yurdu\" ise Allah'\u0131n hukuku uygulanmayan ve bu hukuk ile h\u00fck\u00fcm verilmeyen b\u00f6lgedir. Allah, bu prensibi yahudilere de yazm\u0131\u015ft\u0131. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc onlar -o s\u0131rada- kitab ehli idiler. Aralar\u0131nda de\u011fi\u015ftirilip bozulmam\u0131\u015f Tevrat \u015feriat\u0131n\u0131 uygulad\u0131klar\u0131 s\u00fcrece \"\u0130sl\u00e2m yurdu\"nu temsil ediyorlard\u0131. Fakat bu kendilerine peygamberler apa\u00e7\u0131k deliller getirdikleri halde \u015feriatlerinin kurallar\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7i\u011fnemi\u015flerdi. Peygamberimiz zaman\u0131nda, aralar\u0131ndan \u015feriatlar\u0131n\u0131n kurallar\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7i\u011fnemeyi s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fcyorlard\u0131. Kur'an'\u0131n onlar\u0131n gerek\u00e7esiz olarak yapt\u0131klar\u0131 bu a\u015f\u0131r\u0131l\u0131k, tecav\u00fcz ve sald\u0131rganl\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 belgeliyor. Yan\u0131 s\u0131ra, kendilerine peygamberler gelmesini ve \u015feriatlerini kendilerine a\u00e7\u0131klamalar\u0131 sebebiyle Allah'a kar\u015f\u0131 hi\u00e7bir bahanelerinin kalmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 da belgeleniyor:Peygamberlerimiz \u0130srailo\u011fullar\u0131na a\u00e7\u0131k belgeler getirdiler. Fakat buna ra\u011fmen onlar\u0131n \u00e7o\u011fu yery\u00fcz\u00fcnde bozgunculu\u011fa ve karga\u015fa \u00e7\u0131karmaya devam ediyorlar.Allah'\u0131n \u015feriat\u0131n\u0131 ihmal ederek veya de\u011fi\u015ftirerek sald\u0131rmak ve s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7i\u011fnemekten daha b\u00fcy\u00fck bir a\u015f\u0131r\u0131l\u0131k d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fclebilirmi? Yukar\u0131daki ayet de Allah, insan \u00f6ld\u00fcrme ile yery\u00fcz\u00fcnde bozgunculuk yapmay\u0131 birlikte an\u0131yor. Her ikisinin de \u00f6ld\u00fcr\u00fclme (k\u0131sas) nedeni oldu\u011funu bunlar\u0131n ya\u015fama hakk\u0131n\u0131 d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda yer ald\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 ve cana k\u0131yman\u0131n k\u00f6t\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc belirtiyor... B\u00f6ylece, \"\u0130slam yurdu\"ndaki m\u00fcsl\u00fcman toplumu g\u00fcvencede olur, emniyet i\u00e7erisinde geli\u015fen kamu d\u00fczeni korunur ve g\u00fcvenlik i\u00e7erisinde iyilikler yap\u0131lmaya devam eder. T\u00fcm bunlar da fertlerin g\u00fcvenli\u011fi gibi gereklidir. Hatta daha zaruridir. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc fertlerin g\u00fcvenli\u011fi ancak bunlarla sa\u011flanabilir. Erdemli \u00f6rne\u011fi korunmas\u0131ndan \u00f6te, bu fertlerin toplumda hay\u0131rlar i\u015flemesi ve insan hayat\u0131n\u0131n onun g\u00f6lgesinde geli\u015fip \u00fcr\u00fcnler olu\u015fturmas\u0131 ve o ortamda iyili\u011fin erdemlili\u011fin geli\u015fme ve verimlili\u011fin filizlerinin olu\u015fmas\u0131 i\u00e7in onu her t\u00fcrl\u00fc yerle\u015fik garantilerle donat\u0131r. \u00d6zellikle bu toplumun t\u00fcm insanlar\u0131na, hayat\u0131n her alan\u0131nda garantiler verir ve onlar\u0131 hay\u0131r tohumlar\u0131n\u0131 ye\u015fertecek ve \u015fer tohumlar\u0131n\u0131 yok edecek bir ortam ile ku\u015fat\u0131r. \u0130la\u00e7lar tedavi \u00f6ncesinde, koruyucu hakimli\u011fi uygular. Buna ra\u011fmen koruma tedbirleri yetersizse il\u00e2ca ba\u015fvurulur. Normal bir insana, k\u00f6t\u00fcl\u00fc\u011fe ve sald\u0131r\u0131ya kalk\u0131\u015fmas\u0131 i\u00e7in ne bir gerek\u00e7e ne de bir bahane b\u0131rak\u0131r... T\u00fcm bunlardan sonra, toplumun g\u00fcvenli\u011fini tehdit eden ki\u015fi, do\u011fru yola d\u00f6n\u00fcp, islah olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 takdirde yok edilmesi gereken habis bir mikroptur. \u015eimdi bu habis unsurun ak\u0131beti belirleniyor.
