146- Yahudi olanlara her t\u0131rnakl\u0131 (hayvan\u0131) haram k\u0131ld\u0131k. 122. \u0130syanlar\u0131ndan dolay\u0131 ceza olarak kendilerine baz\u0131 \u015feylerin haram k\u0131l\u0131nmas\u0131 olay\u0131 Kur’an’da \u00fc\u00e7 yerde ge\u00e7er:
\n-“Tevrat indirilmezden \u00f6nce -\u0130srail’in kendisine haram k\u0131ld\u0131klar\u0131ndan ba\u015fka- yiyece\u011fin her t\u00fcrl\u00fcs\u00fc \u0130srailo\u011fullar\u0131 i\u00e7in hel\u00e2ldi. “E\u011fer do\u011frularsan\u0131z Tevrat’\u0131 getirin de okuyun” de” (Al-i \u0130mran-93) .

\nYukardaki \u00fc\u00e7 ayetten, \u0130sl\u00e2m hukuku aras\u0131ndaki hayvan\u00ee yiyeceklerin hel\u00e2ll\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve haraml\u0131\u011f\u0131yla ilgili farkl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n iki \u015feye ba\u011fl\u0131 oldu\u011fu sonucu ortaya \u00e7\u0131kmaktad\u0131r.
