Hamd \u00c2lemlerin Rabbi, Maliki, din g\u00fcn\u00fcn\u00fcn sahibi, hangimizin daha iyi amel i\u015fleyece\u011fini belirlemek i\u00e7in \u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc ve hayat\u0131 yaratan Allah(cc)\u2019a aittir.<\/p>\n

Sal\u00e2t ve Selam rehberimiz ve \u00f6nderimiz olan Hz. Muhammed(sav)\u2019e onun ehli beytine, dinin ya\u015fanmas\u0131 konusunda bizlere \u00f6rneklik te\u015fkil eden ashab\u0131na, bug\u00fcne kadar ya\u015fam\u0131\u015f ve ya\u015famakta olan t\u00fcm m\u00fcminlerin \u00fczerine olsun.<\/p>\n

\u0130lim genel olarak Muamele <\/strong>ve Muka\u015fefe <\/strong>ilmi olarak 2 k\u0131sma ayr\u0131l\u0131r. M\u00fcsl\u00fcman\u2019a farz olan ilim ise muamele ilmidir ki bunu Ak\u0131l- Bali\u011f olmu\u015f bir kimse i\u00e7in m\u00fckellef oldu\u011fu hususlar olarak 3 ba\u015fl\u0131k alt\u0131na alm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r \u00e2limler. Bunlar \u0130tikad<\/strong>(\u0130nan\u00e7), fiil<\/strong>(Yap\u0131lmas\u0131 gereken ameller) ve terktir.<\/strong>(Terk edilmesi laz\u0131m gelen davran\u0131\u015flar) \u0130tikad, teslimiyetin ni\u015fanesi olan kelime-i tevhidi tasdik ve s\u00f6ylem ile ba\u015flarken devam\u0131nda onu \u00f6\u011frenme ve anlamay\u0131 kapsar ki bu a\u015famalar\u0131n hepsi, M\u00fcsl\u00fcman oldu\u011funu iddia eden bir birey i\u00e7in Farzd\u0131r. Nitekim Bir topra\u011fa tohum at\u0131p onunla ilgilenmeyen ile att\u0131\u011f\u0131 tohumu sulay\u0131p, bak\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 yapan\u0131n alaca\u011f\u0131 m\u00fck\u00e2fat ayn\u0131 olmaz. Ba\u015f\u0131bo\u015f b\u0131rak\u0131lan tohum, korumas\u0131z oldu\u011fu i\u00e7in ve bak\u0131mlar\u0131 yap\u0131lmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in verimsiz olabilir fakat ilgilenilen tohum, g\u00fcbrelenmesi, ila\u00e7lanmas\u0131 vb. \u015fartlardan sonra zamanla b\u00fcy\u00fcr ve insan\u0131 ho\u015fnut edecek olan m\u00fck\u00e2fat\u0131 yani hasad\u0131n\u0131 verir. Nitekim Allah(cc) kuranda<\/p>\n

\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 \u2018G\u00f6rmedin mi Allah nas\u0131l bir misal getirdi: G\u00fczel bir s\u00f6z\u00fc, k\u00f6k\u00fc (yerde) sabit, dallar\u0131 g\u00f6kte olan g\u00fczel bir a\u011faca (benzetti).(O a\u011fa\u00e7), Rabbinin izniyle her zaman yemi\u015fini verir. \u00d6\u011f\u00fct als\u0131nlar diye Allah insanlara misaller getirir.\u2019<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 \u2018K\u00f6t\u00fc bir s\u00f6z\u00fcn misali, g\u00f6vdesi yerden kopar\u0131lm\u0131\u015f, o y\u00fczden ayakta durma imk\u00e2n\u0131 olmayan (k\u00f6t\u00fc) bir a\u011faca benzer\u2019<\/em><\/strong>(<\/em><\/strong>\u0130brahim\/24-26)<\/p>\n

M\u00fcfessirlerin a\u00e7\u0131klamalar\u0131na g\u00f6re g\u00fczel s\u00f6zden maksat kelime-i tevhiddir. Bu \u00f6yle bir s\u00f6zd\u00fcr ki sa\u011flam bir a\u011faca benzetilmi\u015ftir nitekim insanl\u0131k tarihi boyunca hi\u00e7 de\u011fi\u015fmemesi bu s\u00f6z\u00fcn ne denli sa\u011flam oldu\u011funu g\u00f6sterir. K\u00f6t\u00fc s\u00f6z ise \u015firki, bat\u0131l\u0131, izm\u2019leri kapsayan bir misaldir ki tarih boyunca bir\u00e7ok k\u00f6t\u00fc s\u00f6z ortaya at\u0131lm\u0131\u015f fakat tarih kitaplar\u0131nda isimlerinden ba\u015fka bir \u015fey kalmam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. \u0130\u015fte itikad\u0131n, akidenin anlamlar\u0131ndan biri olan d\u00fc\u011f\u00fcm manas\u0131na gelmesi, t\u0131pk\u0131 bu a\u011fac\u0131n toprakla b\u00fct\u00fcnle\u015fmesi ve meyvesini vermesi gibi M\u00fcsl\u00fcman\u2019\u0131nda g\u00fczel s\u00f6z olan kelime-i tevhit ile b\u00fct\u00fcnle\u015fmesi ve onu b\u00fcnyesinde sa\u011flamla\u015ft\u0131rmas\u0131 anlam\u0131na gelir ki yani ki\u015fini kendisi ile \u0130slam\u0131n inan\u00e7 esaslar\u0131n\u0131 birbirine d\u00fc\u011f\u00fcmlemesi demektir. A\u011fac\u0131n d\u0131\u015f g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fc\u015f\u00fc her ne kadar sa\u011flam g\u00f6z\u00fck\u00fcrse g\u00f6z\u00fcks\u00fcn k\u00f6kleri sa\u011flam olmaz ise e\u011fer, ufak bir f\u0131rt\u0131nada savrulur, y\u0131k\u0131l\u0131r.<\/p>\n

\u00d6nceli\u011fimiz k\u00f6kleri sa\u011flamla\u015ft\u0131rmak olmal\u0131 ki i\u015fte m\u00fckellefe gerekli olan ilk \u015fartta bu sebeple itikatt\u0131r. <\/strong>\u0130kinci bir husus olan Fiil, <\/strong>m\u00fckellef i\u00e7in yap\u0131lmas\u0131 gerekenleri kapsar. Mesela iman etmi\u015f bir kimsenin namaz vakti girdi\u011finde namazla ilgili hususlar\u0131 \u00f6\u011frenmesi veya mal\u0131 \u00e7o\u011fald\u0131\u011f\u0131nda zek\u00e2tla ilgili h\u00fck\u00fcmleri \u00f6\u011frenmesi bu husus i\u00e7erisindedir. Bera b. Azib(r.a)\u2019dan rivayet edildi\u011fine g\u00f6re Hz. Muhammed(sav) Medine\u2019ye gelmi\u015f ve on alt\u0131 ay s\u00fcreyle Beyt-i Makdis taraf\u0131na y\u00f6nelik namaz k\u0131lm\u0131\u015f daha sonra Allah (cc)\u2019in<\/p>\n

\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 \u2018 <\/em><\/strong>(Ey Muhammed!) Biz senin y\u00fcz\u00fcn\u00fcn g\u00f6\u011fe do\u011fru \u00e7evrilmekte oldu\u011funu (y\u00fccelerden haber bekledi\u011fini) g\u00f6r\u00fcyoruz. \u0130\u015fte \u015fimdi, seni memnun olaca\u011f\u0131n bir k\u0131bleye d\u00f6nd\u00fcr\u00fcyoruz. Art\u0131k y\u00fcz\u00fcn\u00fc Mescid-i Haram taraf\u0131na \u00e7evir. (Ey m\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlar!) Siz de nerede olursan\u0131z olun, (namazda) y\u00fczlerinizi o tarafa \u00e7evirin. \u015e\u00fcphe yok ki, ehl-i kitap, onun Rablerinden gelen ger\u00e7ek oldu\u011funu \u00e7ok iyi bilirler. Allah onlar\u0131n yapmakta olduklar\u0131ndan habersiz de\u011fildir<\/em><\/strong>.\u2019(Bakara\/144)<\/p>\n

Az \u00f6nce yazd\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z ayet inince o s\u0131ra k\u0131lm\u0131\u015f oldu\u011fu \u00f6\u011flen namaz\u0131n\u0131n 2. Rek\u00e2t\u0131nda hemen y\u00f6n\u00fcn\u00fc \u00e7evirmi\u015ftir. Yine ashab\u0131ndan haber ula\u015fmam\u0131\u015flara haber ula\u015ft\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan onlarda namazlar\u0131nda hemen y\u00f6nlerini o tarafa do\u011fru \u00e7evirmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n

Bu konu bir\u00e7ok hikmet ta\u015f\u0131makla birlikte bizler i\u00e7in Allah\u2019tan gelen emrin ne derece ehemmiyetli oldu\u011funu ve Rasulullah\u2019a itaatin nas\u0131l olmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fini g\u00f6stermektedir. Sahabe Rasulullah\u2019\u0131n d\u00f6nd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc g\u00f6rd\u00fc\u011f\u00fc an hemen y\u00fczlerini onun d\u00f6nd\u00fc\u011f\u00fc y\u00f6ne do\u011fru \u00e7evirmi\u015f bizlere \u00f6rnek olmu\u015ftur. Bu ayn\u0131 zamanda o a\u015famalarda tek\u00e2m\u00fcle giden bu dinin Yahudi ve H\u0131ristiyanlardan ayr\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n ni\u015fanesidir. \u0130\u015fte fiil<\/strong> al\u0131nan emri yerine getirmektir ki bu anlatt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z husus, bu konuda g\u00fczel bir \u00f6rnektir bizler i\u00e7in. Son husus olan Terk<\/strong> ise terk edilmesi laz\u0131m gelen davran\u0131\u015flar\u0131 i\u00e7erir. Uzak ve vuku bulmas\u0131 m\u00fcmk\u00fcn olmayan bir haram\u0131 veya k\u00f6r birinin nelere bakman\u0131n haram oldu\u011funu bilmesi m\u00fckellefe farz olmamakla birlikte, ki\u015finin i\u00e7inde bulundu\u011fu haram\u0131 bilmesi gerekir. \u00d6rne\u011fin faizin yayg\u0131n oldu\u011fu bir beldede bundan ka\u00e7may\u0131 \u00f6\u011frenmesi gibi, yine \u0130slam\u2019\u0131n h\u00e2kim olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 beldelerde ki\u015filerin bu konuda daha ehemmiyetli davranmas\u0131 gerekir. \u015eeytan ve yard\u0131mc\u0131lar\u0131 \u0130slam\u2019\u0131n \u00f6n\u00fcne perde olmaya ve onun hakikatlerini gizlemeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmaktad\u0131r. M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlar\u0131n dinlerini iyi \u00f6\u011frenmeleri ve hakikatin \u0130slam oldu\u011funu benliklerine yerle\u015ftirmeleri gerekir.<\/p>\n

\u2018 Onlar a\u011f\u0131zlar\u0131yla Allah’\u0131n n\u00fbrunu s\u00f6nd\u00fcrmek istiyorlar. Halbuki k\u00e2firler istemeseler de Allah n\u00fbrunu tamamlayacakt\u0131r\u2019<\/strong>(<\/strong>saf\/8)<\/p>\n

Bu ayn\u0131 zamanda o a\u015famalarda tek\u00e2m\u00fcle giden bu dinin Yahudi ve H\u0131ristiyanlardan ayr\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n ni\u015fanesidir. \u0130\u015fte fiil al\u0131nan emri yerine getirmektir ki bu anlatt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z husus, bu konuda g\u00fczel bir \u00f6rnektir bizler i\u00e7in. Muhammed(sav) Medine\u2019ye gelmi\u015f ve on alt\u0131 ay s\u00fcreyle Beyt-i Makdis taraf\u0131na y\u00f6nelik namaz k\u0131lm\u0131\u015f daha sonra Allah (cc)\u2019in\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 \u2018 (Ey Muhammed!) Biz senin y\u00fcz\u00fcn\u00fcn g\u00f6\u011fe do\u011fru \u00e7evrilmekte oldu\u011funu (y\u00fccelerden haber bekledi\u011fini) g\u00f6r\u00fcyoruz. \u0130\u015fte \u015fimdi, seni memnun olaca\u011f\u0131n bir k\u0131bleye d\u00f6nd\u00fcr\u00fcyoruz. Bunlar \u0130tikad(\u0130nan\u00e7), fiil(Yap\u0131lmas\u0131 gereken ameller) ve terktir.(Terk edilmesi laz\u0131m gelen davran\u0131\u015flar) \u0130tikad, teslimiyetin ni\u015fanesi olan kelime-i tevhidi tasdik ve s\u00f6ylem ile ba\u015flarken devam\u0131nda onu \u00f6\u011frenme ve anlamay\u0131 kapsar ki bu a\u015famalar\u0131n hepsi, M\u00fcsl\u00fcman oldu\u011funu iddia eden bir birey i\u00e7in Farzd\u0131r. Nitekim Bir topra\u011fa tohum at\u0131p onunla ilgilenmeyen ile att\u0131\u011f\u0131 tohumu sulay\u0131p, bak\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 yapan\u0131n alaca\u011f\u0131 m\u00fck\u00e2fat ayn\u0131 olmaz. Ba\u015f\u0131bo\u015f b\u0131rak\u0131lan tohum, korumas\u0131z oldu\u011fu i\u00e7in ve bak\u0131mlar\u0131 yap\u0131lmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in verimsiz olabilir fakat ilgilenilen tohum, g\u00fcbrelenmesi, ila\u00e7lanmas\u0131 vb. \u015fartlardan sonra zamanla b\u00fcy\u00fcr ve insan\u0131 ho\u015fnut edecek olan m\u00fck\u00e2fat\u0131 yani hasad\u0131n\u0131 verir. Nitekim Allah(cc) kuranda\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 \u2018G\u00f6rmedin mi Allah nas\u0131l bir misal getirdi: G\u00fczel bir s\u00f6z\u00fc, k\u00f6k\u00fc (yerde) sabit, dallar\u0131 g\u00f6kte olan g\u00fczel bir a\u011faca (benzetti).(O a\u011fa\u00e7), Rabbinin izniyle her zaman yemi\u015fini verir. \u00d6\u011f\u00fct als\u0131nlar diye Allah insanlara misaller getirir.\u2019\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 \u2018K\u00f6t\u00fc bir s\u00f6z\u00fcn misali, g\u00f6vdesi yerden kopar\u0131lm\u0131\u015f, o y\u00fczden ayakta durma imk\u00e2n\u0131 olmayan (k\u00f6t\u00fc) bir a\u011faca benzer\u2019(\u0130brahim\/24-26)M\u00fcfessirlerin a\u00e7\u0131klamalar\u0131na g\u00f6re g\u00fczel s\u00f6zden maksat kelime-i tevhiddir. Bu \u00f6yle bir s\u00f6zd\u00fcr ki sa\u011flam bir a\u011faca benzetilmi\u015ftir nitekim insanl\u0131k tarihi boyunca hi\u00e7 de\u011fi\u015fmemesi bu s\u00f6z\u00fcn ne denli sa\u011flam oldu\u011funu g\u00f6sterir. K\u00f6t\u00fc s\u00f6z ise \u015firki, bat\u0131l\u0131, izm\u2019leri kapsayan bir misaldir ki tarih boyunca bir\u00e7ok k\u00f6t\u00fc s\u00f6z ortaya at\u0131lm\u0131\u015f fakat tarih kitaplar\u0131nda isimlerinden ba\u015fka bir \u015fey kalmam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. \u0130\u015fte itikad\u0131n, akidenin anlamlar\u0131ndan biri olan d\u00fc\u011f\u00fcm manas\u0131na gelmesi, t\u0131pk\u0131 bu a\u011fac\u0131n toprakla b\u00fct\u00fcnle\u015fmesi ve meyvesini vermesi gibi M\u00fcsl\u00fcman\u2019\u0131nda g\u00fczel s\u00f6z olan kelime-i tevhit ile b\u00fct\u00fcnle\u015fmesi ve onu b\u00fcnyesinde sa\u011flamla\u015ft\u0131rmas\u0131 anlam\u0131na gelir ki yani ki\u015fini kendisi ile \u0130slam\u0131n inan\u00e7 esaslar\u0131n\u0131 birbirine d\u00fc\u011f\u00fcmlemesi demektir. A\u011fac\u0131n d\u0131\u015f g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fc\u015f\u00fc her ne kadar sa\u011flam g\u00f6z\u00fck\u00fcrse g\u00f6z\u00fcks\u00fcn k\u00f6kleri sa\u011flam olmaz ise e\u011fer, ufak bir f\u0131rt\u0131nada savrulur, y\u0131k\u0131l\u0131r.\u00d6nceli\u011fimiz k\u00f6kleri sa\u011flamla\u015ft\u0131rmak olmal\u0131 ki i\u015fte m\u00fckellefe gerekli olan ilk \u015fartta bu sebeple itikatt\u0131r. \u0130kinci bir husus olan Fiil, m\u00fckellef i\u00e7in yap\u0131lmas\u0131 gerekenleri kapsar. Mesela iman etmi\u015f bir kimsenin namaz vakti girdi\u011finde namazla ilgili hususlar\u0131 \u00f6\u011frenmesi veya mal\u0131 \u00e7o\u011fald\u0131\u011f\u0131nda zek\u00e2tla ilgili h\u00fck\u00fcmleri \u00f6\u011frenmesi bu husus i\u00e7erisindedir. Bera b. Azib(r.a)\u2019dan rivayet edildi\u011fine g\u00f6re Hz. Muhammed(sav) Medine\u2019ye gelmi\u015f ve on alt\u0131 ay s\u00fcreyle Beyt-i Makdis taraf\u0131na y\u00f6nelik namaz k\u0131lm\u0131\u015f daha sonra Allah (cc)\u2019in\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 \u2018 (Ey Muhammed!) Biz senin y\u00fcz\u00fcn\u00fcn g\u00f6\u011fe do\u011fru \u00e7evrilmekte oldu\u011funu (y\u00fccelerden haber bekledi\u011fini) g\u00f6r\u00fcyoruz. \u0130\u015fte \u015fimdi, seni memnun olaca\u011f\u0131n bir k\u0131bleye d\u00f6nd\u00fcr\u00fcyoruz. Art\u0131k y\u00fcz\u00fcn\u00fc Mescid-i Haram taraf\u0131na \u00e7evir. (Ey m\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlar!) Siz de nerede olursan\u0131z olun, (namazda) y\u00fczlerinizi o tarafa \u00e7evirin. \u015e\u00fcphe yok ki, ehl-i kitap, onun Rablerinden gelen ger\u00e7ek oldu\u011funu \u00e7ok iyi bilirler. Allah onlar\u0131n yapmakta olduklar\u0131ndan habersiz de\u011fildir.\u2019(Bakara\/144)Az \u00f6nce yazd\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z ayet inince o s\u0131ra k\u0131lm\u0131\u015f oldu\u011fu \u00f6\u011flen namaz\u0131n\u0131n 2. Rek\u00e2t\u0131nda hemen y\u00f6n\u00fcn\u00fc \u00e7evirmi\u015ftir. Yine ashab\u0131ndan haber ula\u015fmam\u0131\u015flara haber ula\u015ft\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan onlarda namazlar\u0131nda hemen y\u00f6nlerini o tarafa do\u011fru \u00e7evirmi\u015ftir.Bu konu bir\u00e7ok hikmet ta\u015f\u0131makla birlikte bizler i\u00e7in Allah\u2019tan gelen emrin ne derece ehemmiyetli oldu\u011funu ve Rasulullah\u2019a itaatin nas\u0131l olmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fini g\u00f6stermektedir. Sahabe Rasulullah\u2019\u0131n d\u00f6nd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc g\u00f6rd\u00fc\u011f\u00fc an hemen y\u00fczlerini onun d\u00f6nd\u00fc\u011f\u00fc y\u00f6ne do\u011fru \u00e7evirmi\u015f bizlere \u00f6rnek olmu\u015ftur. Bu ayn\u0131 zamanda o a\u015famalarda tek\u00e2m\u00fcle giden bu dinin Yahudi ve H\u0131ristiyanlardan ayr\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n ni\u015fanesidir. \u0130\u015fte fiil al\u0131nan emri yerine getirmektir ki bu anlatt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z husus, bu konuda g\u00fczel bir \u00f6rnektir bizler i\u00e7in. Son husus olan Terk ise terk edilmesi laz\u0131m gelen davran\u0131\u015flar\u0131 i\u00e7erir. Uzak ve vuku bulmas\u0131 m\u00fcmk\u00fcn olmayan bir haram\u0131 veya k\u00f6r birinin nelere bakman\u0131n haram oldu\u011funu bilmesi m\u00fckellefe farz olmamakla birlikte, ki\u015finin i\u00e7inde bulundu\u011fu haram\u0131 bilmesi gerekir. \u00d6rne\u011fin faizin yayg\u0131n oldu\u011fu bir beldede bundan ka\u00e7may\u0131 \u00f6\u011frenmesi gibi, yine \u0130slam\u2019\u0131n h\u00e2kim olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 beldelerde ki\u015filerin bu konuda daha ehemmiyetli davranmas\u0131 gerekir. \u015eeytan ve yard\u0131mc\u0131lar\u0131 \u0130slam\u2019\u0131n \u00f6n\u00fcne perde olmaya ve onun hakikatlerini gizlemeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmaktad\u0131r.
