Hamd kendisinden ba\u015fka ilah olmayan, mutlak manada tek g\u00fc\u00e7 ve kudret sahibi olan Allah\u2019a mahsustur. Salat ve selam t\u00fcm peygamberlerin ve onlar\u0131 takip eden tabilerinin \u00fczerine olsun.<\/p>\n

3- \u00d6l\u00fc eti,(9) kan, domuz eti, Allah’tan ba\u015fkas\u0131 ad\u0131na kesilen, bo\u011fulmu\u015f,(10) vurulmu\u015f, y\u00fcksek bir yerden d\u00fc\u015fm\u00fc\u015f, boynuzlanm\u0131\u015f, y\u0131rt\u0131c\u0131 hayvan taraf\u0131ndan yenmi\u015f, -(hen\u00fcz canl\u0131yken yeti\u015fip) kestikleriniz hari\u00e7,-(11) dikili ta\u015flar \u00fczerine(12) bo\u011fazlanan(13) (hayvanlar) , ve fal oklar\u0131yla k\u0131smet araman\u0131z(14) size haram k\u0131l\u0131nd\u0131. Bunlar f\u0131skt\u0131r (g\u00fcnahla yoldan sapmad\u0131r.) Bug\u00fcn k\u00fcfre sapanlar, sizin dininizden (dininizi y\u0131kmaktan) umut kesmi\u015flerdir. Art\u0131k onlardan korkmay\u0131n, Ben’den korkun.(15) Bug\u00fcn size dininizi kemale erdirdim, \u00fczerinizdeki nimetimi tamamlad\u0131m ve size din olarak \u0130sl\u00e2m’\u0131 se\u00e7ip-be\u011fendim.(16) Kim ‘\u015fiddetli bir a\u00e7l\u0131kta ka\u00e7\u0131n\u0131lmaz bir ihtiya\u00e7la kar\u015f\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131ya kal\u0131rsa’ -g\u00fcnaha e\u011filim g\u00f6stermeksizin- (bu haram sayd\u0131klar\u0131m\u0131zdan yetecek kadar yiyebilir.) \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc Allah ba\u011f\u0131\u015flayand\u0131r, esirgeyendir.(17)<\/strong><\/p>\n

\n11. “E\u011fer bir hayvan\u0131n ba\u015f\u0131na bunlardan biri gelir de yine \u00f6lmez ve gere\u011fi gibi bo\u011fazlan\u0131rsa, onun etini yemek hel\u00e2ldir.” Buradan temiz bir hayvan\u0131n etinin ancak \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fc \u015fekilde bo\u011fazlanmas\u0131yla hel\u00e2l olaca\u011f\u0131 ve onu hel\u00e2l k\u0131lman\u0131n ba\u015fka bir yolunun bulunmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 anlam\u0131 da \u00e7\u0131kmaktad\u0131r. Hayvan \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fc \u015fekilde, yani bo\u011faz\u0131n \u00e7o\u011fu k\u0131sm\u0131 kan\u0131n serbest\u00e7e akmas\u0131na imk\u00e2n verecek bi\u00e7imde kesilir. E\u011fer boynun tamam\u0131 kopar\u0131l\u0131r veya hayvan bo\u011faz\u0131ndan s\u0131k\u0131larak ya da bir ba\u015fka \u015fekilde \u00f6ld\u00fcr\u00fcl\u00fcrse, gerekti\u011fi gibi bo\u011fazlanm\u0131\u015f olmaz. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc, bu durumda kan\u0131n \u00e7o\u011fu v\u00fccutta kal\u0131r ve farkl\u0131 yerlerde p\u0131ht\u0131la\u015f\u0131p ete yap\u0131\u015f\u0131r. Fakat, e\u011fer \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fc \u015fekilde bo\u011fazlanacak olursa, v\u00fccudun tamam\u0131 beyinle ba\u011flant\u0131l\u0131 olarak kan\u0131n b\u00fct\u00fcn\u00fcyle v\u00fccuttan akmas\u0131na izin verecek kadar uzun bir s\u00fcre kal\u0131r ve et bizzat haram (haram liaynih\u00ee) olan kandan temizlenir. Bu bak\u0131mdan, etin hel\u00e2l olmas\u0131 i\u00e7in kandan temizlenmesi gerekir.
\n12. Arap\u00e7a’da nusub, \u00f6zelikle herhangi bir aziz veya tanr\u0131 i\u00e7in kendilerine kurban gayri me\u015fru bir tap\u0131nmadan dolay\u0131 kurban\u0131n kesildi\u011fi her t\u00fcrl\u00fc yer i\u00e7in kullan\u0131l\u0131r.

Bu ba\u011flamda, h\u00fckm\u00fcn yiyecekleri haram veya hel\u00e2l k\u0131lmak i\u00e7in \u00f6ng\u00f6rd\u00fc\u011f\u00fc s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131n t\u0131bb\u00ee a\u00e7\u0131dan de\u011fil de ahl\u00e2k\u00ee ve manev\u00ee a\u00e7\u0131dan \u00e7izildi\u011fi iyice anla\u015f\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r. T\u0131pla ilgili konularda bu s\u0131n\u0131rlama ki\u015finin kendi yarg\u0131 ve alg\u0131 g\u00fcc\u00fcne b\u0131rak\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve beslenmesi a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan nelerin yararl\u0131, nelerin zararl\u0131 oldu\u011funu bulup \u00e7\u0131karmak ki\u015finin kendi i\u015fidir. H\u00fck\u00fcm, bu sahada yol g\u00f6stericilik i\u00e7in her hangi bir sorumluluk y\u00fcklenmez. B\u00f6yle yapm\u0131\u015f olsayd\u0131, ilk yasaklanmas\u0131 gereken zehir olurdu. Fakat ne Kur’an’da, ne de hadislerde mutlak olarak ne zehirden s\u00f6z edilir, ne de ba\u015fka \u00f6ld\u00fcr\u00fcc\u00fc \u015feylerden. H\u00fck\u00fcm, ancak neyin ahl\u00e2k\u00ee veya manev\u00ee a\u00e7\u0131dan zararl\u0131 ya da yararl\u0131 oldu\u011fu ve hel\u00e2l \u015feyleri kazanman\u0131n do\u011fru ve yanl\u0131\u015f yollar\u0131yla ilgilenir. \u0130nsan\u0131n kendi kendine bunlar\u0131 ortaya \u00e7\u0131karma arac\u0131n\u0131n bulunmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve bu nedenle h\u00fckm\u00fcn yol g\u00f6stericili\u011fi olmadan bu alanda yanl\u0131\u015fl\u0131klar yapabilece\u011fi a\u00e7\u0131kt\u0131r. Bu y\u00fczden, yasaklanan \u015feyler temizlik (tayyib) veya ahl\u00e2k ya da inan\u00e7 a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan zararl\u0131 oldu\u011fu i\u00e7in yasaklanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. \nBurada, halk\u0131n a\u00e7\u0131k\u00e7a anlamas\u0131 i\u00e7in Allah’\u0131n neden baz\u0131 yasaklar\u0131n alt\u0131nda yatan hikmeti a\u00e7\u0131klamad\u0131\u011f\u0131 sorulabilir. Bunun nedeni, bunlar\u0131 insan\u0131n kavramas\u0131n\u0131n m\u00fcmk\u00fcn olmamas\u0131d\u0131r. S\u00f6zgelimi l\u00e2\u015fe, kan veya domuz eti yemenin getirece\u011fi ahl\u00e2k\u00ee k\u00f6t\u00fcl\u00fckleri derinli\u011fine ara\u015ft\u0131rmam\u0131z m\u00fcmk\u00fcn olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 gibi, bunlar\u0131n nas\u0131l ve hangi \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fclerde ortaya \u00e7\u0131kaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 bilebilmemiz de kolay de\u011fildir. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc elimizdeki ahl\u00e2k\u00eeli\u011fi \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcp tartacak hi\u00e7bir ara\u00e7 yoktur. Bu bak\u0131mdan bunlar\u0131n k\u00f6t\u00fc sonu\u00e7lar\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131klanm\u0131\u015f bile olsa, do\u011fruluklar\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6l\u00e7ecek bir ara\u00e7 olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan \u015f\u00fcpheler yine de da\u011f\u0131lmayacakt\u0131r.
\nAllah’\u0131n hel\u00e2l ve haram s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131n\u0131n g\u00f6zetimini, bir inan\u00e7 sorunu olarak ortaya koymas\u0131n\u0131n nedeni budur. Kur’an’\u0131n Allah’\u0131n Kitab\u0131 ve Hz. Peygamber’in (s.a) O’nun Ras\u00fbl\u00fc oldu\u011funa, Alim ve Hak\u00eem olarak da Allah’a inanan bir ki\u015fi, arkada yatan hikmeti anlas\u0131n veya anlamas\u0131n, bu s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131 g\u00f6zetecektir. \u00d6te yandan, bu temel akideyi kabul etmiyorsa, insan\u00ee bilgiye g\u00f6re zararl\u0131 olanlardan ka\u00e7\u0131narak, insan\u0131n zararl\u0131 oldu\u011funu bilemedi\u011fi \u015feylerin sonu\u00e7lar\u0131na katlanmaya da devam edecektir.
\n14. Bu ayet \u00fc\u00e7 t\u00fcr yasaktan olu\u015fmaktad\u0131r:
\nBir tanr\u0131, tanr\u0131\u00e7a veya benzerlerinden, \u015firk olan yollarla talihini \u00f6\u011frenmek i\u00e7in fal oklar\u0131 \u00e7ekmeyi veya gelecekleri ya da anla\u015fmazl\u0131klar\u0131 \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmlemekle ilgili i\u015faretler almay\u0131 yasaklamaktad\u0131r.
