Hamd kendisinden ba\u015fka ilah olmayan, mutlak manada tek g\u00fc\u00e7 ve kudret sahibi olan Allah\u2019a mahsustur. Salat ve selam t\u00fcm peygamberlerin ve onlar\u0131 takip eden tabilerinin \u00fczerine olsun.<\/p>\n

278- Ey m\u00fcminler, Allah’tan korkun ve e\u011fer m\u00fcmin iseniz hen\u00fcz elinize ge\u00e7memi\u015f faizi almaktan vazge\u00e7in.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

279- E\u011fer b\u00f6yle yapmazsan\u0131z Allah ve Resul\u00fc taraf\u0131ndan a\u00e7\u0131lm\u0131\u015f bir sava\u015fla kar\u015f\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131ya oldu\u011funuzu bilin. E\u011fer faizcili\u011fe tevbe ederseniz ana sermaye sizin olur. B\u00f6ylece ne haks\u0131zl\u0131k etmi\u015f ve ne de haks\u0131zl\u0131\u011fa u\u011fram\u0131\u015f olursunuz.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Ayet-i Kerime iman edenlerin iman\u0131n\u0131 faizden kalan\u0131 b\u0131rakma \u015fart\u0131na ba\u011fl\u0131yor. Yoksa onlar, Allah’tan korkup faizin kalan k\u0131sm\u0131ndan vazge\u00e7medik\u00e7e iman etmi\u015f say\u0131lmazlar, m\u00fcmin olduklar\u0131n\u0131 ilan etmi\u015f olsalar da… \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc iman; Allah’\u0131n emretti\u011fine itaat, ba\u011flanma ve uyma olmad\u0131k\u00e7a ger\u00e7ekle\u015fmez. Kur’an ayeti bu konuda insanlar\u0131 \u015f\u00fcphe i\u00e7inde b\u0131rakmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 gibi Allah’\u0131n \u015feriat\u0131na itaat edip ho\u015fnut olmad\u0131k\u00e7a, hayat\u0131nda uygulamad\u0131k\u00e7a ve hayati i\u015flemlerinde h\u00fckm\u00fcne uymad\u0131k\u00e7a kimsenin iman kelimesinin arkas\u0131na s\u0131\u011f\u0131nmas\u0131na m\u00fcsaade etmez. Dinde inan\u00e7 ile uygulaman\u0131n aras\u0131n\u0131 ay\u0131ranlar, iman iddias\u0131nda bulunup dilleriyle bunu duyursalar ve hatta di\u011fer ibadetleri yerine getirseler de m\u00fcmin de\u011fildirler.<\/p>\n

“Ey<\/strong> m\u00fcminler Allah’tan korkun.. Hen\u00fcz ge\u00e7memi\u015f faizi almaktan vazge\u00e7in… E\u011fer m\u00fcmin iseniz…”<\/strong><\/p>\n

Daha \u00f6nce ald\u0131klar\u0131 faiz, kendilerine b\u0131rak\u0131l\u0131yor, geri al\u0131nmas\u0131 s\u00f6zkonusu de\u011fildir. \u0130\u00e7inde faiz vard\u0131r diye mal-lar\u0131n\u0131n t\u00fcm\u00fcne ya da bir k\u0131sm\u0131na da el konulmuyor. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc nass olmadan “haram k\u0131lma” olmaz. H\u00fck\u00fcm de yasas\u0131z olmaz. Yasa ise meydana geldikten sonra uygulan\u0131r ve etkileri g\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcr. Ge\u00e7mi\u015fte olanlar ise Allah’a kalm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r, kanunlar\u0131n h\u00fckm\u00fcne de\u011fil. B\u00f6ylece \u0130sl\u00e2m, h\u00fckm\u00fcn\u00fc daha \u00f6nce olanlar\u0131 kapsamayacak \u015fekilde koymakla, b\u00fcy\u00fck ekonomik ve toplumsal sars\u0131nt\u0131lar meydana getirmekten sak\u0131nm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc \u015feriat, bu konuyu ele alm\u0131\u015ft\u0131.. Bunun nedeni, \u0130sl\u00e2m \u015feriat\u0131n\u0131n, insan hayat\u0131n\u0131n prati\u011fini kar\u015f\u0131lamak, y\u00fcr\u00fctmek, temizlemek ve birlikte geli\u015fip y\u00fccelmek i\u00e7in konulmas\u0131d\u0131r. Bu arada, m\u00fcmin say\u0131lmalar\u0131n\u0131 bu h\u00fckm\u00fcn inmesinden ve \u00f6\u011frenmelerinden itibaren kabul edip hayatlar\u0131nda uygulamalar\u0131na ba\u011flamakta, beraberinde kalplerinde Allah’tan korkma duygusunu harekete ge\u00e7irmektedir. Bu duyguyu \u0130sl\u00e2m \u015feriat\u0131n\u0131n uygulanmas\u0131 i\u00e7in bir dayanak ve yasal g\u00fcvencelerin \u00f6tesinde ruhlar\u0131n derinliklerinde gizli bir g\u00fcvence k\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc \u0130sl\u00e2m’\u0131n, d\u0131\u015f kontrole dayanan, insan yap\u0131s\u0131 yasalarda bulunmayan, yasalar\u0131n uygulanmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flayan g\u00fcvenceleri vard\u0131r. G\u00fc\u00e7 sahibi Allah’\u0131n takvas\u0131ndan bir bek\u00e7i vicdanlar\u0131nda yeretmedik\u00e7e d\u0131\u015f kontrol\u00fc atlatmaktan kolay ne vard\u0131r?<\/p>\n

Bu te\u015fvik a\u015famas\u0131yd\u0131. Hemen yan\u0131nda da korkutma a\u015famas\u0131 yer almaktad\u0131r. Kalpleri titreten korkutma…<\/p>\n

Ne korkun\u00e7?.. Allah ve Resul\u00fcn\u00fcn ilan etti\u011fi sava\u015f… \u0130nsan\u0131n kendisinin kar\u015f\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131ya kald\u0131\u011f\u0131 sava\u015f.. Sonu belli, ak\u0131beti kararla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015f korkun\u00e7 bir sava\u015f… Zay\u0131f ve fani insan nerde, mahvedici, silip-s\u00fcp\u00fcr\u00fcc\u00fc, cebbar g\u00fc\u00e7 nerede?..<\/p>\n

Resulullah (sal\u00e2t ve sel\u00e2m \u00fczerine olsun) son d\u00f6nemlerde nazil olmu\u015f bu ayetlerin n\u00fczul\u00fcnden sonra Mekke’deki valisine, \u015fayet faiz uygulamas\u0131ndan vazge\u00e7mezlerse Al-i Mugire ile sava\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131 emretmi\u015fti. Resulullah, Mekke’nin fethedildi\u011fi g\u00fcn hutbesinde,. ba\u015fta Abbas’\u0131n (Allah ondan raz\u0131 olsun) olmak \u00fczere \u0130sl\u00e2m’\u0131n ilk d\u00f6nemlerinde bor\u00e7lular\u0131n omuzlar\u0131nda ta\u015f\u0131d\u0131klar\u0131 t\u00fcm cahiliye d\u00f6nemi faizlerinin kald\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 emretmi\u015fti. Bu \u015fekilde, \u0130sl\u00e2m toplumu olgunla\u015f\u0131p temelleri yerle\u015fince, ekonomik d\u00fczeninin temellerini bula\u015f\u0131c\u0131 faiz temelinden ay\u0131rmas\u0131n\u0131n zaman\u0131 gelmi\u015fti. Resulullah bu hutbesinde \u015f\u00f6yle diyordu:<\/p>\n

“Cahiliyedeki t\u00fcm faiz uygulamalar\u0131 \u015fu iki aya\u011f\u0131m\u0131n alt\u0131ndad\u0131r. \u0130lk kald\u0131rd\u0131\u011f\u0131m faiz de Abbas’\u0131nkidir.”<\/strong><\/p>\n

Ancak, cahiliyede ald\u0131klar\u0131 fazlal\u0131klar\u0131 geri vermelerini emretmemi\u015fti Resulullah.<\/p>\n

\u0130slami bir toplum olu\u015ftu\u011fu zaman, Hz. Ebu Bekir’in, “L\u00e2ilahe illallah Muhammed\u00fcn Resulullah” \u015fehadet c\u00fcmlesini s\u00f6yleyip namaz k\u0131ld\u0131klar\u0131 halde zekat vermekten ka\u00e7\u0131nanlara sava\u015f a\u00e7t\u0131\u011f\u0131 gibi \u0130sl\u00e2m devletinin halifesi de m\u00fcsl\u00fcman olduklar\u0131n\u0131 ilan etseler bile faiz d\u00fczeni temelinde \u0131srar edip Allah’\u0131n emrine kar\u015f\u0131 gelenlere sava\u015f a\u00e7mak zorundad\u0131r. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc, Allah’\u0131n \u015feriat\u0131na uymaktan y\u00fcz \u00e7evirenler ve onu pratik hayatlar\u0131nda uygulamayanlar m\u00fcsl\u00fcman olamazlar.<\/p>\n

\u00dcstelik, Allah ve Resul\u00fc taraf\u0131ndan ilan edilmi\u015f sava\u015f, \u0130sl\u00e2m toplumunun liderinin onlara kar\u015f\u0131 ba\u015flatt\u0131\u011f\u0131 k\u0131l\u0131\u00e7la yap\u0131lan sava\u015ftan daha geneldir. Bu sava\u015f -en do\u011frusunu s\u00f6yleyen ulu Allah’\u0131n dedi\u011fi gibi- ekonomik ve toplumsal d\u00fczenini faiz temeline dayand\u0131ran her topluma kar\u015f\u0131 ilan edilmi\u015ftir. Bu sava\u015f, helak edici, mahvedici evrensel \u015fekliyle ilan edilmi\u015ftir. Sinirlere ve kalplere kar\u015f\u0131 bir sava\u015ft\u0131r. Bereket ve bollu\u011fa kar\u015f\u0131 bir sava\u015ft\u0131r. Mutluluk ve g\u00fcvene kar\u015f\u0131 bir sava\u015ft\u0131r. Y\u00fcce Allah’\u0131n, hayat d\u00fczenine ve metoduna isyan edenlerin baz\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 baz\u0131s\u0131na musallat etti\u011fi bir sava\u015ft\u0131r. Bu, at\u0131\u015fma ve didi\u015fme sava\u015f\u0131d\u0131r. Aldatma ve zul\u00fcm sava\u015f\u0131d\u0131r. S\u0131k\u0131nt\u0131 ve korku sava\u015f\u0131d\u0131r. Son olarak uluslar, ordular ve \u00fclkeler aras\u0131ndaki silahl\u0131 sava\u015ft\u0131r. \u0130\u011fren\u00e7 faiz d\u00fczeninin sebep oldu\u011fu mahvedici, kas\u0131p kavurucu bir sava\u015ft\u0131r. Zay\u0131f ve fani insan nerde, mahvedici, silip-s\u00fcp\u00fcr\u00fcc\u00fc, cebbar g\u00fc\u00e7 nerede?..Resulullah (sal\u00e2t ve sel\u00e2m \u00fczerine olsun) son d\u00f6nemlerde nazil olmu\u015f bu ayetlerin n\u00fczul\u00fcnden sonra Mekke'deki valisine, \u015fayet faiz uygulamas\u0131ndan vazge\u00e7mezlerse Al-i Mugire ile sava\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131 emretmi\u015fti. Resulullah, Mekke'nin fethedildi\u011fi g\u00fcn hutbesinde,. ba\u015fta Abbas'\u0131n (Allah ondan raz\u0131 olsun) olmak \u00fczere \u0130sl\u00e2m'\u0131n ilk d\u00f6nemlerinde bor\u00e7lular\u0131n omuzlar\u0131nda ta\u015f\u0131d\u0131klar\u0131 t\u00fcm cahiliye d\u00f6nemi faizlerinin kald\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 emretmi\u015fti. Bu \u015fekilde, \u0130sl\u00e2m toplumu olgunla\u015f\u0131p temelleri yerle\u015fince, ekonomik d\u00fczeninin temellerini bula\u015f\u0131c\u0131 faiz temelinden ay\u0131rmas\u0131n\u0131n zaman\u0131 gelmi\u015fti. Resulullah bu hutbesinde \u015f\u00f6yle diyordu:\\\"Cahiliyedeki t\u00fcm faiz uygulamalar\u0131 \u015fu iki aya\u011f\u0131m\u0131n alt\u0131ndad\u0131r. \u0130lk kald\u0131rd\u0131\u011f\u0131m faiz de Abbas'\u0131nkidir.\\\"Ancak, cahiliyede ald\u0131klar\u0131 fazlal\u0131klar\u0131 geri vermelerini emretmemi\u015fti Resulullah.\u0130slami bir toplum olu\u015ftu\u011fu zaman, Hz. Ebu Bekir'in, \\\"L\u00e2ilahe illallah Muhammed\u00fcn Resulullah\\\" \u015fehadet c\u00fcmlesini s\u00f6yleyip namaz k\u0131ld\u0131klar\u0131 halde zekat vermekten ka\u00e7\u0131nanlara sava\u015f a\u00e7t\u0131\u011f\u0131 gibi \u0130sl\u00e2m devletinin halifesi de m\u00fcsl\u00fcman olduklar\u0131n\u0131 ilan etseler bile faiz d\u00fczeni temelinde \u0131srar edip Allah'\u0131n emrine kar\u015f\u0131 gelenlere sava\u015f a\u00e7mak zorundad\u0131r. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc, Allah'\u0131n \u015feriat\u0131na uymaktan y\u00fcz \u00e7evirenler ve onu pratik hayatlar\u0131nda uygulamayanlar m\u00fcsl\u00fcman olamazlar.\u00dcstelik, Allah ve Resul\u00fc taraf\u0131ndan ilan edilmi\u015f sava\u015f, \u0130sl\u00e2m toplumunun liderinin onlara kar\u015f\u0131 ba\u015flatt\u0131\u011f\u0131 k\u0131l\u0131\u00e7la yap\u0131lan sava\u015ftan daha geneldir. Bu sava\u015f -en do\u011frusunu s\u00f6yleyen ulu Allah'\u0131n dedi\u011fi gibi- ekonomik ve toplumsal d\u00fczenini faiz temeline dayand\u0131ran her topluma kar\u015f\u0131 ilan edilmi\u015ftir. Bu sava\u015f, helak edici, mahvedici evrensel \u015fekliyle ilan edilmi\u015ftir. Sinirlere ve kalplere kar\u015f\u0131 bir sava\u015ft\u0131r. Bereket ve bollu\u011fa kar\u015f\u0131 bir sava\u015ft\u0131r. Mutluluk ve g\u00fcvene kar\u015f\u0131 bir sava\u015ft\u0131r. Y\u00fcce Allah'\u0131n, hayat d\u00fczenine ve metoduna isyan edenlerin baz\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 baz\u0131s\u0131na musallat etti\u011fi bir sava\u015ft\u0131r. Ya da mallar\u0131n\u0131n arkas\u0131na gizlenip h\u00fck\u00fcmetleri ve ordular\u0131n\u0131n g\u00fcc\u00fcyle sava\u015f \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131rlar veya bor\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131n faizlerini kapatmak i\u00e7in a\u011f\u0131r vergiler ve y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcl\u00fckler koyarlar, b\u00f6ylece emek\u00e7iler ve \u00fcreticiler aras\u0131nda fakirlik ve k\u0131tl\u0131k ba\u015f g\u00f6sterir, bunlar da kalplerini \u00f6ld\u00fcr\u00fcc\u00fc propagandalara a\u00e7ar, sonu\u00e7ta sava\u015f patlar. En kolay\u0131 da \u015fayet bunlar\u0131n hi\u00e7birisi olmazsa- psikolojik sava\u015f, ahl\u00e2k\u0131n bozulmas\u0131, \u015fehvet pazarlar\u0131n\u0131n serbest b\u0131rak\u0131lmas\u0131, be\u015feri varl\u0131\u011f\u0131n temelden \u00e7\u00f6kertilmesi ve en korkun\u00e7 atom sava\u015flar\u0131n\u0131n ula\u015famayaca\u011f\u0131 y\u0131k\u0131m\u0131 yapmakt\u0131r.Y\u00fcce Allah'\u0131n faizle muamele edenlere kar\u015f\u0131 ilan etti\u011fi bu sava\u015f ate\u015fi s\u00fcrekli yanmaktad\u0131r. Ya\u015f-kuru demeden, fabrikalar\u0131n \u00fcretti\u011fi maddi \u00fcretimin kabar\u0131kl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6rd\u00fck\u00e7e kazan\u0131p ilerledi\u011fini sanan gafil ve sap\u0131k insanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n hayat\u0131nda ne varsa yakmaktad\u0131r bu ate\u015f. Oysa \u00fcretilen bu y\u0131\u011f\u0131n y\u0131\u011f\u0131n mallar, temiz ve ar\u0131 bir kaynaktan meydana gelseydi t\u00fcm insanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 mutlu etmeye yetebilirdi. Ancak, faiz denilen bu kirli kaynaktan do\u011fdu\u011fu i\u00e7in insanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n bo\u011faz\u0131n\u0131 s\u0131kan bir a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131k ve mahveden bir felaket olmaktan \u00f6teye gitmemektedir. Bu etkiler, be\u015feri hayat\u0131n her alan\u0131nda, ekonomik geli\u015fmesinde de g\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcr. Ebu Bekir'in, \"L\u00e2ilahe illallah Muhammed\u00fcn Resulullah\" \u015fehadet c\u00fcmlesini s\u00f6yleyip namaz k\u0131ld\u0131klar\u0131 halde zekat vermekten ka\u00e7\u0131nanlara sava\u015f a\u00e7t\u0131\u011f\u0131 gibi \u0130sl\u00e2m devletinin halifesi de m\u00fcsl\u00fcman olduklar\u0131n\u0131 ilan etseler bile faiz d\u00fczeni temelinde \u0131srar edip Allah'\u0131n emrine kar\u015f\u0131 gelenlere sava\u015f a\u00e7mak zorundad\u0131r. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc, Allah'\u0131n \u015feriat\u0131na uymaktan y\u00fcz \u00e7evirenler ve onu pratik hayatlar\u0131nda uygulamayanlar m\u00fcsl\u00fcman olamazlar.\u00dcstelik, Allah ve Resul\u00fc taraf\u0131ndan ilan edilmi\u015f sava\u015f, \u0130sl\u00e2m toplumunun liderinin onlara kar\u015f\u0131 ba\u015flatt\u0131\u011f\u0131 k\u0131l\u0131\u00e7la yap\u0131lan sava\u015ftan daha geneldir. Bu sava\u015f -en do\u011frusunu s\u00f6yleyen ulu Allah'\u0131n dedi\u011fi gibi- ekonomik ve toplumsal d\u00fczenini faiz temeline dayand\u0131ran her topluma kar\u015f\u0131 ilan edilmi\u015ftir. Kur'an ayeti bu konuda insanlar\u0131 \u015f\u00fcphe i\u00e7inde b\u0131rakmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 gibi Allah'\u0131n \u015feriat\u0131na itaat edip ho\u015fnut olmad\u0131k\u00e7a, hayat\u0131nda uygulamad\u0131k\u00e7a ve hayati i\u015flemlerinde h\u00fckm\u00fcne uymad\u0131k\u00e7a kimsenin iman kelimesinin arkas\u0131na s\u0131\u011f\u0131nmas\u0131na m\u00fcsaade etmez. Dinde inan\u00e7 ile uygulaman\u0131n aras\u0131n\u0131 ay\u0131ranlar, iman iddias\u0131nda bulunup dilleriyle bunu duyursalar ve hatta di\u011fer ibadetleri yerine getirseler de m\u00fcmin de\u011fildirler.\"Ey m\u00fcminler Allah'tan korkun.. Hen\u00fcz ge\u00e7memi\u015f faizi almaktan vazge\u00e7in... E\u011fer m\u00fcmin iseniz...\"Daha \u00f6nce ald\u0131klar\u0131 faiz, kendilerine b\u0131rak\u0131l\u0131yor, geri al\u0131nmas\u0131 s\u00f6zkonusu de\u011fildir. \u0130\u00e7inde faiz vard\u0131r diye mal-lar\u0131n\u0131n t\u00fcm\u00fcne ya da bir k\u0131sm\u0131na da el konulmuyor. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc nass olmadan \"haram k\u0131lma\" olmaz. H\u00fck\u00fcm de yasas\u0131z olmaz. Yasa ise meydana geldikten sonra uygulan\u0131r ve etkileri g\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcr. Ge\u00e7mi\u015fte olanlar ise Allah'a kalm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r, kanunlar\u0131n h\u00fckm\u00fcne de\u011fil. B\u00f6ylece \u0130sl\u00e2m, h\u00fckm\u00fcn\u00fc daha \u00f6nce olanlar\u0131 kapsamayacak \u015fekilde koymakla, b\u00fcy\u00fck ekonomik ve toplumsal sars\u0131nt\u0131lar meydana getirmekten sak\u0131nm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc \u015feriat, bu konuyu ele alm\u0131\u015ft\u0131.. Bunun nedeni, \u0130sl\u00e2m \u015feriat\u0131n\u0131n, insan hayat\u0131n\u0131n prati\u011fini kar\u015f\u0131lamak, y\u00fcr\u00fctmek, temizlemek ve birlikte geli\u015fip y\u00fccelmek i\u00e7in konulmas\u0131d\u0131r. Bu arada, m\u00fcmin say\u0131lmalar\u0131n\u0131 bu h\u00fckm\u00fcn inmesinden ve \u00f6\u011frenmelerinden itibaren kabul edip hayatlar\u0131nda uygulamalar\u0131na ba\u011flamakta, beraberinde kalplerinde Allah'tan korkma duygusunu harekete ge\u00e7irmektedir. Bu duyguyu \u0130sl\u00e2m \u015feriat\u0131n\u0131n uygulanmas\u0131 i\u00e7in bir dayanak ve yasal g\u00fcvencelerin \u00f6tesinde ruhlar\u0131n derinliklerinde gizli bir g\u00fcvence k\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc \u0130sl\u00e2m'\u0131n, d\u0131\u015f kontrole dayanan, insan yap\u0131s\u0131 yasalarda bulunmayan, yasalar\u0131n uygulanmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flayan g\u00fcvenceleri vard\u0131r. G\u00fc\u00e7 sahibi Allah'\u0131n takvas\u0131ndan bir bek\u00e7i vicdanlar\u0131nda yeretmedik\u00e7e d\u0131\u015f kontrol\u00fc atlatmaktan kolay ne vard\u0131r?Bu te\u015fvik a\u015famas\u0131yd\u0131. Hemen yan\u0131nda da korkutma a\u015famas\u0131 yer almaktad\u0131r. Kalpleri titreten korkutma...\"...E\u011fer b\u00f6yle yapmazsan\u0131z Allah ve Resul\u00fc taraf\u0131ndan a\u00e7\u0131lm\u0131\u015f bir sava\u015fla kar\u015f\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131ya oldu\u011funuzu bilin...\"Ne korkun\u00e7?.. Allah ve Resul\u00fcn\u00fcn ilan etti\u011fi sava\u015f... \u0130nsan\u0131n kendisinin kar\u015f\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131ya kald\u0131\u011f\u0131 sava\u015f.. Sonu belli, ak\u0131beti kararla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015f korkun\u00e7 bir sava\u015f... Zay\u0131f ve fani insan nerde, mahvedici, silip-s\u00fcp\u00fcr\u00fcc\u00fc, cebbar g\u00fc\u00e7 nerede?..Resulullah (sal\u00e2t ve sel\u00e2m \u00fczerine olsun) son d\u00f6nemlerde nazil olmu\u015f bu ayetlerin n\u00fczul\u00fcnden sonra Mekke'deki valisine, \u015fayet faiz uygulamas\u0131ndan vazge\u00e7mezlerse Al-i Mugire ile sava\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131 emretmi\u015fti. Resulullah, Mekke'nin fethedildi\u011fi g\u00fcn hutbesinde,. ba\u015fta Abbas'\u0131n (Allah ondan raz\u0131 olsun) olmak \u00fczere \u0130sl\u00e2m'\u0131n ilk d\u00f6nemlerinde bor\u00e7lular\u0131n omuzlar\u0131nda ta\u015f\u0131d\u0131klar\u0131 t\u00fcm cahiliye d\u00f6nemi faizlerinin kald\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 emretmi\u015fti. Bu \u015fekilde, \u0130sl\u00e2m toplumu olgunla\u015f\u0131p temelleri yerle\u015fince, ekonomik d\u00fczeninin temellerini bula\u015f\u0131c\u0131 faiz temelinden ay\u0131rmas\u0131n\u0131n zaman\u0131 gelmi\u015fti. Resulullah bu hutbesinde \u015f\u00f6yle diyordu:\"Cahiliyedeki t\u00fcm faiz uygulamalar\u0131 \u015fu iki aya\u011f\u0131m\u0131n alt\u0131ndad\u0131r. \u0130lk kald\u0131rd\u0131\u011f\u0131m faiz de Abbas'\u0131nkidir.\"Ancak, cahiliyede ald\u0131klar\u0131 fazlal\u0131klar\u0131 geri vermelerini emretmemi\u015fti Resulullah.\u0130slami bir toplum olu\u015ftu\u011fu zaman, Hz. Ebu Bekir'in, \"L\u00e2ilahe illallah Muhammed\u00fcn Resulullah\" \u015fehadet c\u00fcmlesini s\u00f6yleyip namaz k\u0131ld\u0131klar\u0131 halde zekat vermekten ka\u00e7\u0131nanlara sava\u015f a\u00e7t\u0131\u011f\u0131 gibi \u0130sl\u00e2m devletinin halifesi de m\u00fcsl\u00fcman olduklar\u0131n\u0131 ilan etseler bile faiz d\u00fczeni temelinde \u0131srar edip Allah'\u0131n emrine kar\u015f\u0131 gelenlere sava\u015f a\u00e7mak zorundad\u0131r. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc, Allah'\u0131n \u015feriat\u0131na uymaktan y\u00fcz \u00e7evirenler ve onu pratik hayatlar\u0131nda uygulamayanlar m\u00fcsl\u00fcman olamazlar.\u00dcstelik, Allah ve Resul\u00fc taraf\u0131ndan ilan edilmi\u015f sava\u015f, \u0130sl\u00e2m toplumunun liderinin onlara kar\u015f\u0131 ba\u015flatt\u0131\u011f\u0131 k\u0131l\u0131\u00e7la yap\u0131lan sava\u015ftan daha geneldir. Bu sava\u015f -en do\u011frusunu s\u00f6yleyen ulu Allah'\u0131n dedi\u011fi gibi- ekonomik ve toplumsal d\u00fczenini faiz temeline dayand\u0131ran her topluma kar\u015f\u0131 ilan edilmi\u015ftir. Bu sava\u015f, helak edici, mahvedici evrensel \u015fekliyle ilan edilmi\u015ftir. Sinirlere ve kalplere kar\u015f\u0131 bir sava\u015ft\u0131r. Bereket ve bollu\u011fa kar\u015f\u0131 bir sava\u015ft\u0131r. Mutluluk ve g\u00fcvene kar\u015f\u0131 bir sava\u015ft\u0131r. Y\u00fcce Allah'\u0131n, hayat d\u00fczenine ve metoduna isyan edenlerin baz\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 baz\u0131s\u0131na musallat etti\u011fi bir sava\u015ft\u0131r. Bu, at\u0131\u015fma ve didi\u015fme sava\u015f\u0131d\u0131r. Aldatma ve zul\u00fcm sava\u015f\u0131d\u0131r. S\u0131k\u0131nt\u0131 ve korku sava\u015f\u0131d\u0131r. Bu adamlar, tuzaklar\u0131n\u0131 kurup i\u00e7ine \u015firketleri ve sanayi kurumlar\u0131n\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcr\u00fcrler, ard\u0131ndan halklar\u0131 ve h\u00fck\u00fcmetleri d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcr\u00fcrler. B\u00f6ylece kurbanlar\u0131n\u0131n ba\u015flar\u0131na \u00e7ullan\u0131p sava\u015f \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131rlar. Ya da mallar\u0131n\u0131n arkas\u0131na gizlenip h\u00fck\u00fcmetleri ve ordular\u0131n\u0131n g\u00fcc\u00fcyle sava\u015f \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131rlar veya bor\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131n faizlerini kapatmak i\u00e7in a\u011f\u0131r vergiler ve y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcl\u00fckler koyarlar, b\u00f6ylece emek\u00e7iler ve \u00fcreticiler aras\u0131nda fakirlik ve k\u0131tl\u0131k ba\u015f g\u00f6sterir, bunlar da kalplerini \u00f6ld\u00fcr\u00fcc\u00fc propagandalara a\u00e7ar, sonu\u00e7ta sava\u015f patlar. En kolay\u0131 da \u015fayet bunlar\u0131n hi\u00e7birisi olmazsa- psikolojik sava\u015f, ahl\u00e2k\u0131n bozulmas\u0131, \u015fehvet pazarlar\u0131n\u0131n serbest b\u0131rak\u0131lmas\u0131, be\u015feri varl\u0131\u011f\u0131n temelden \u00e7\u00f6kertilmesi ve en korkun\u00e7 atom sava\u015flar\u0131n\u0131n ula\u015famayaca\u011f\u0131 y\u0131k\u0131m\u0131 yapmakt\u0131r.Y\u00fcce Allah'\u0131n faizle muamele edenlere kar\u015f\u0131 ilan etti\u011fi bu sava\u015f ate\u015fi s\u00fcrekli yanmaktad\u0131r. Ya\u015f-kuru demeden, fabrikalar\u0131n \u00fcretti\u011fi maddi \u00fcretimin kabar\u0131kl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6rd\u00fck\u00e7e kazan\u0131p ilerledi\u011fini sanan gafil ve sap\u0131k insanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n hayat\u0131nda ne varsa yakmaktad\u0131r bu ate\u015f. Oysa \u00fcretilen bu y\u0131\u011f\u0131n y\u0131\u011f\u0131n mallar, temiz ve ar\u0131 bir kaynaktan meydana gelseydi t\u00fcm insanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 mutlu etmeye yetebilirdi. Ancak, faiz denilen bu kirli kaynaktan do\u011fdu\u011fu i\u00e7in insanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n bo\u011faz\u0131n\u0131 s\u0131kan bir a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131k ve mahveden bir felaket olmaktan \u00f6teye gitmemektedir. Beri tarafta ise bu mel'un a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131\u011f\u0131n alt\u0131nda mahvolan insanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n ac\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131 duymayan d\u00fcnyan\u0131n faizci az\u0131nl\u0131\u011f\u0131 durmaktad\u0131r.\u0130sl\u00e2m ilk m\u00fcsl\u00fcman cemaati \u00e7a\u011f\u0131rd\u0131\u011f\u0131 gibi t\u00fcm insanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 da temiz ve pak \u015feriat kayna\u011f\u0131na \u00e7a\u011f\u0131rmakta ve g\u00fcnahtan, hatadan ve i\u011fren\u00e7 hayat metodundan tevbe etmeye davet etmektedir.\"E\u011fer faizcili\u011fe tevbe ederseniz ana sermaye sizin olur. Ne zaman ve ne \u015fekilde olursa olsun Allah'\u0131n \u015feriat\u0131ndan ve O'nun hayat metodundan sapma s\u00f6zkonusu oldu\u011fu her durum cahiliyedir. Bu hatan\u0131n etkileri, bireylerin duygular\u0131nda, ahl\u00e2klar\u0131nda ve hayata ili\u015fkin d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncelerinde ortaya \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131\u011f\u0131 gibi toplumsal hayatta ve genel ili\u015fkilerinde de g\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcr. Bu etkiler, be\u015feri hayat\u0131n her alan\u0131nda, ekonomik geli\u015fmesinde de g\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcr. Faizcilerin propagandas\u0131na kananlar sadece onun ekonomik geli\u015fme i\u00e7in en sa\u011flam esas oldu\u011funu zannetseler de...Sadece anamal\u0131n geri al\u0131nmas\u0131 ise, ne bor\u00e7 verenin ne de bor\u00e7lunun zulme u\u011framad\u0131\u011f\u0131 adil bir uygulamad\u0131r.
