Bir kere Allah’\u0131n \u015feriat\u0131m eksiksiz uygulayan m\u00fcsl\u00fcman devletin toplad\u0131\u011f\u0131, sadece kendisinin toplamaya hak sahibi oldu\u011fu ve m\u00fcsl\u00fcman devletin maliyesinin gelir kaynaklar\u0131n\u0131n en \u00f6nemlisi olan mal\u0131 farzlar, ikinci olarak da daha \u00f6nce de\u011findi\u011fimiz adab\u0131na uygun bir \u015fekilde ve bu Ayet-i Kerimenin a\u00e7\u0131k bir \u00f6rne\u011fini tavsif etti\u011fi, alanlar\u0131n iffetini koruyarak g\u00fcc\u00fc yetenlerin hi\u00e7bir s\u0131n\u0131rlama getirilmeksizin do\u011frudan ihtiya\u00e7 sahiplerine verdi\u011fi g\u00f6n\u00fcll\u00fc sadakalar \u015feklinde \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmler.<\/p>\n

\u0130sl\u00e2m, cahiliye geleneklerinden hi\u00e7birini ge\u00e7ersiz k\u0131lmak i\u00e7in faizi kald\u0131rmak kadar u\u011fra\u015fmam\u0131\u015f, hi\u00e7bir konuda bu ayette ve ba\u015fka yerlerde ge\u00e7en ayetlerde g\u00f6r\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fc gibi faiz konusundaki kadar tehditk\u00e2r bir \u00fcslup kullanmam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bunun hikmetini ku\u015fkusuz y\u00fcce Allah bilir. Cahiliyede faiz, birtak\u0131m fesat ve k\u00f6t\u00fcl\u00fcklerin kayna\u011f\u0131 olmu\u015ftu. Ancak faizin bu as\u0131k y\u00fcz\u00fcnden kaynaklanan pislikler ve \u00e7irkinlikler g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcz modern d\u00fcnyas\u0131nda oldu\u011fu kadar b\u00fct\u00fcn\u00fcyle ortaya \u00e7\u0131kmad\u0131klar\u0131 gibi bug\u00fcnk\u00fc \u00e7a\u011fda\u015f toplumda belirdi\u011fi gibi bu kanl\u0131 y\u00fczde bu denli sivilce ve \u00e7\u0131ban da g\u00f6r\u00fclmemi\u015fti. Bu \u00e7irkin d\u00fczen hakk\u0131nda okudu\u011fumuz Ayet-i Kerimede beliren korkutucu hamlenin hikmeti ilk cahiliyeden \u00e7ok, g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcz cahiliyesinde insan hayat\u0131nda meydana gelen korkun\u00e7 olaylar\u0131n \u0131\u015f\u0131\u011f\u0131nda anla\u015f\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. Allah’\u0131n hikmetini, bu dinin y\u00fcceli\u011fini, bu metodun m\u00fckemmelli\u011fini ve bu d\u00fczenin titizli\u011fini d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnmek isteyen herkes bunlar\u0131n t\u00fcm\u00fcn\u00fc, ilk defa bu ayetlerle y\u00fczy\u00fcze gelenlerden fazlas\u0131yla kavrayabilirler. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc b\u00fct\u00fcn s\u00f6ylenenleri bizzat do\u011frulayan d\u00fcnyan\u0131n prati\u011fi g\u00f6zler \u00f6n\u00fcndedir. Faiz yiyen ve faize dayanan sap\u0131k be\u015feri faiz d\u00fczeni insan ahl\u00e2k\u0131nda, dininde, sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131nda ve ekonomisinde meydana getirdi\u011fi y\u0131k\u0131m sonucu, hel\u00e2k edici ve mahvedici belaya du\u00e7ar olmu\u015ftur. Fert, toplum, ulus ve kavimce, sonu\u00e7ta \u00f6\u00e7 ve azap g\u00f6rd\u00fckleri y\u00fcce Allah’la ger\u00e7ek bir sava\u015fa tutu\u015fmu\u015flard\u0131r. Ancak yine de ibret al\u0131p bu durumdan kurtulmazlar.<\/p>\n

Surenin ak\u0131\u015f\u0131, ge\u00e7en b\u00f6l\u00fcmde sadakan\u0131n prensiplerini sunarken, k\u00f6t\u00fc, k\u0131nanm\u0131\u015f ve verimsiz faizcilik temeline dayanan d\u00fczenin kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda yeralan, y\u00fcce Allah’\u0131n m\u00fcsl\u00fcman toplumun dayanmas\u0131n\u0131 istedi\u011fi ve b\u00fct\u00fcn be\u015feriyetin ondaki rahmetten yararlanmas\u0131n\u0131 diledi\u011fi toplumsal ve ekonomik d\u00fczenin kurallar\u0131ndan birini de sunmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n

Ger\u00e7ekte yery\u00fcz\u00fcnde iki d\u00fczen vard\u0131r. D\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncede bulu\u015fmayan, temelde birle\u015fmeyen ve sonu\u00e7ta uyu\u015fmayan \u0130sl\u00e2m ile faiz d\u00fczeni… Bunlardan herbiri hayat, hedefler ve gayeler hakk\u0131nda di\u011feri ile tamamen \u00e7eli\u015fen bir d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnce sistemine dayanmakta ve insan hayat\u0131nda di\u011ferinden tamamen ayr\u0131 sonu\u00e7 meydana getirmektedir. Bu korkutucu hamlenin ve bu \u00fcrpertici tehdidin sebebi budur.<\/p>\n

\u0130sl\u00e2m, ekonomik d\u00fczenini, b\u00fct\u00fcn hayat d\u00fczenini oldu\u011fu gibi varl\u0131k aleminde y\u00fcr\u00fcrl\u00fckte olan hakk\u0131 temsil eden belli bir d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnceye ve bu evreni, \u015fu yery\u00fcz\u00fcn\u00fc ve insan\u0131 yaratan\u0131n, k\u0131sacas\u0131 her varl\u0131\u011fa varl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ba\u011f\u0131\u015flayan\u0131n y\u00fcce Allah oldu\u011fu esas\u0131na dayand\u0131rmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n

Her\u015feyi vareden olmas\u0131 hasebiyle her\u015feyin maliki olan y\u00fcce Allah, insan cinsini yery\u00fcz\u00fcnde halifesi k\u0131lm\u0131\u015f, ondan ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir s\u00f6ze ve \u015farta ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak, onu r\u0131z\u0131k, kuvvet, g\u00fc\u00e7 ve enerji kaynaklar\u0131 bah\u015fetti\u011fi yery\u00fcz\u00fcne yerle\u015ftirmi\u015ftir. Ancak bu geni\u015f m\u00fclk\u00fc i\u00e7inde diledi\u011fini diledi\u011fi gibi yapacak \u015fekilde ba\u015f\u0131bo\u015f b\u0131rakmam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Onu a\u00e7\u0131k sunu\u015flar dahilinde Allah’\u0131n metodu ve yaln\u0131zca O’nun \u015feriat\u0131na ba\u011fl\u0131 kalmak \u015fart\u0131yla halife tayin etmi\u015ftir. Kendisinden sad\u0131r olan akitler, i\u015fler, davran\u0131\u015flar, ahl\u00e2k ve ibadetler bu anla\u015fmaya uygun oldu\u011fu s\u00fcrece do\u011fru ve ge\u00e7erli olurlar. Bu anla\u015fman\u0131n \u015fartlar\u0131na uymayan her\u015fey bat\u0131l ve ge\u00e7ersizdir. Bunu g\u00fc\u00e7 ve zor kullanarak y\u00fcr\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011fe koymak isterse bu durumda ne Allah’\u0131n ne de Allah’a iman edenlerin kabul etmeyece\u011fi bir zul\u00fcm ve azg\u0131nl\u0131k sergilemi\u015f olur. B\u00fct\u00fcn evrende oldu\u011fu gibi yery\u00fcz\u00fcnde de hakimiyet yaln\u0131z ve yaln\u0131z Allah’\u0131nd\u0131r. Ayr\u0131ca, iman edenlerin davran\u0131\u015flar\u0131nda denge ve itidal g\u00f6zetmeleri, gerek Allah’\u0131n kendilerine verdi\u011fi r\u0131z\u0131ktan infak ederken, gerekse kendilerine hel\u00e2l k\u0131l\u0131nan g\u00fczel \u015feylerden yararlan\u0131rken israf ve savurganl\u0131\u011fa ka\u00e7mamalar\u0131 \u015fart ko\u015fulmaktad\u0131r. Faiz yiyen ve faize dayanan sap\u0131k be\u015feri faiz d\u00fczeni insan ahl\u00e2k\u0131nda, dininde, sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131nda ve ekonomisinde meydana getirdi\u011fi y\u0131k\u0131m sonucu, hel\u00e2k edici ve mahvedici belaya du\u00e7ar olmu\u015ftur. Fert, toplum, ulus ve kavimce, sonu\u00e7ta \u00f6\u00e7 ve azap g\u00f6rd\u00fckleri y\u00fcce Allah'la ger\u00e7ek bir sava\u015fa tutu\u015fmu\u015flard\u0131r. Ancak yine de ibret al\u0131p bu durumdan kurtulmazlar.Surenin ak\u0131\u015f\u0131, ge\u00e7en b\u00f6l\u00fcmde sadakan\u0131n prensiplerini sunarken, k\u00f6t\u00fc, k\u0131nanm\u0131\u015f ve verimsiz faizcilik temeline dayanan d\u00fczenin kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda yeralan, y\u00fcce Allah'\u0131n m\u00fcsl\u00fcman toplumun dayanmas\u0131n\u0131 istedi\u011fi ve b\u00fct\u00fcn be\u015feriyetin ondaki rahmetten yararlanmas\u0131n\u0131 diledi\u011fi toplumsal ve ekonomik d\u00fczenin kurallar\u0131ndan birini de sunmaktad\u0131r.Ger\u00e7ekte yery\u00fcz\u00fcnde iki d\u00fczen vard\u0131r. D\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncede bulu\u015fmayan, temelde birle\u015fmeyen ve sonu\u00e7ta uyu\u015fmayan \u0130sl\u00e2m ile faiz d\u00fczeni... Bunlardan herbiri hayat, hedefler ve gayeler hakk\u0131nda di\u011feri ile tamamen \u00e7eli\u015fen bir d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnce sistemine dayanmakta ve insan hayat\u0131nda di\u011ferinden tamamen ayr\u0131 sonu\u00e7 meydana getirmektedir. Bu korkutucu hamlenin ve bu \u00fcrpertici tehdidin sebebi budur.\u0130sl\u00e2m, ekonomik d\u00fczenini, b\u00fct\u00fcn hayat d\u00fczenini oldu\u011fu gibi varl\u0131k aleminde y\u00fcr\u00fcrl\u00fckte olan hakk\u0131 temsil eden belli bir d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnceye ve bu evreni, \u015fu yery\u00fcz\u00fcn\u00fc ve insan\u0131 yaratan\u0131n, k\u0131sacas\u0131 her varl\u0131\u011fa varl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ba\u011f\u0131\u015flayan\u0131n y\u00fcce Allah oldu\u011fu esas\u0131na dayand\u0131rmaktad\u0131r.Her\u015feyi vareden olmas\u0131 hasebiyle her\u015feyin maliki olan y\u00fcce Allah, insan cinsini yery\u00fcz\u00fcnde halifesi k\u0131lm\u0131\u015f, ondan ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir s\u00f6ze ve \u015farta ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak, onu r\u0131z\u0131k, kuvvet, g\u00fc\u00e7 ve enerji kaynaklar\u0131 bah\u015fetti\u011fi yery\u00fcz\u00fcne yerle\u015ftirmi\u015ftir. Kendisinden sad\u0131r olan akitler, i\u015fler, davran\u0131\u015flar, ahl\u00e2k ve ibadetler bu anla\u015fmaya uygun oldu\u011fu s\u00fcrece do\u011fru ve ge\u00e7erli olurlar. Bu anla\u015fman\u0131n \u015fartlar\u0131na uymayan her\u015fey bat\u0131l ve ge\u00e7ersizdir. Bunu g\u00fc\u00e7 ve zor kullanarak y\u00fcr\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011fe koymak isterse bu durumda ne Allah'\u0131n ne de Allah'a iman edenlerin kabul etmeyece\u011fi bir zul\u00fcm ve azg\u0131nl\u0131k sergilemi\u015f olur. B\u00fct\u00fcn evrende oldu\u011fu gibi yery\u00fcz\u00fcnde de hakimiyet yaln\u0131z ve yaln\u0131z Allah'\u0131nd\u0131r. Y\u00f6neten ve y\u00f6netileni ile b\u00fct\u00fcn insanlar O'nun \u015feriat\u0131n\u0131 ve metodunu uygulama yetkisini O'ndan al\u0131rlar. Veya k\u00e2r etmeyip zarar etmi\u015fse ya da mal\u0131 kendisi ve ailesinin nafakas\u0131 i\u00e7in alm\u0131\u015f dolay\u0131s\u0131yla o maldan bir k\u00e2r edememi\u015fse bu durumda al\u0131nan faiz onun etinden kopar\u0131lm\u0131\u015f demektir. \u0130\u015fte bu y\u00fczden faiz, sadakan\u0131n kar\u015f\u0131t\u0131 \u00e7irkin ve as\u0131k suratl\u0131 bir uygulama olarak beliriyor.Bunun i\u00e7in Ayet-i Kerime iyi, ho\u015fg\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fc, temiz, g\u00fczel ve sevimli uygulamadan hemen sonra i\u00e7indeki pislik ve \u00e7irkinli\u011fi, insan kalbini kat\u0131la\u015ft\u0131rmas\u0131n\u0131, toplumda k\u00f6t\u00fcl\u00fck yapmas\u0131n\u0131, yery\u00fcz\u00fcnde bozgunculu\u011fa neden olmas\u0131n\u0131, dolay\u0131s\u0131yla kullar\u0131n hel\u00e2k olmas\u0131n\u0131 ortaya \u00e7\u0131karan nefret ettirici bir tarzda sunuyor.\u0130sl\u00e2m, cahiliye geleneklerinden hi\u00e7birini ge\u00e7ersiz k\u0131lmak i\u00e7in faizi kald\u0131rmak kadar u\u011fra\u015fmam\u0131\u015f, hi\u00e7bir konuda bu ayette ve ba\u015fka yerlerde ge\u00e7en ayetlerde g\u00f6r\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fc gibi faiz konusundaki kadar tehditk\u00e2r bir \u00fcslup kullanmam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bunun hikmetini ku\u015fkusuz y\u00fcce Allah bilir. Cahiliyede faiz, birtak\u0131m fesat ve k\u00f6t\u00fcl\u00fcklerin kayna\u011f\u0131 olmu\u015ftu. Ancak faizin bu as\u0131k y\u00fcz\u00fcnden kaynaklanan pislikler ve \u00e7irkinlikler g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcz modern d\u00fcnyas\u0131nda oldu\u011fu kadar b\u00fct\u00fcn\u00fcyle ortaya \u00e7\u0131kmad\u0131klar\u0131 gibi bug\u00fcnk\u00fc \u00e7a\u011fda\u015f toplumda belirdi\u011fi gibi bu kanl\u0131 y\u00fczde bu denli sivilce ve \u00e7\u0131ban da g\u00f6r\u00fclmemi\u015fti. Bu \u00e7irkin d\u00fczen hakk\u0131nda okudu\u011fumuz Ayet-i Kerimede beliren korkutucu hamlenin hikmeti ilk cahiliyeden \u00e7ok, g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcz cahiliyesinde insan hayat\u0131nda meydana gelen korkun\u00e7 olaylar\u0131n \u0131\u015f\u0131\u011f\u0131nda anla\u015f\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. Allah'\u0131n hikmetini, bu dinin y\u00fcceli\u011fini, bu metodun m\u00fckemmelli\u011fini ve bu d\u00fczenin titizli\u011fini d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnmek isteyen herkes bunlar\u0131n t\u00fcm\u00fcn\u00fc, ilk defa bu ayetlerle y\u00fczy\u00fcze gelenlerden fazlas\u0131yla kavrayabilirler. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc b\u00fct\u00fcn s\u00f6ylenenleri bizzat do\u011frulayan d\u00fcnyan\u0131n prati\u011fi g\u00f6zler \u00f6n\u00fcndedir. Faiz yiyen ve faize dayanan sap\u0131k be\u015feri faiz d\u00fczeni insan ahl\u00e2k\u0131nda, dininde, sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131nda ve ekonomisinde meydana getirdi\u011fi y\u0131k\u0131m sonucu, hel\u00e2k edici ve mahvedici belaya du\u00e7ar olmu\u015ftur. Fert, toplum, ulus ve kavimce, sonu\u00e7ta \u00f6\u00e7 ve azap g\u00f6rd\u00fckleri y\u00fcce Allah'la ger\u00e7ek bir sava\u015fa tutu\u015fmu\u015flard\u0131r. Ancak yine de ibret al\u0131p bu durumdan kurtulmazlar.Surenin ak\u0131\u015f\u0131, ge\u00e7en b\u00f6l\u00fcmde sadakan\u0131n prensiplerini sunarken, k\u00f6t\u00fc, k\u0131nanm\u0131\u015f ve verimsiz faizcilik temeline dayanan d\u00fczenin kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda yeralan, y\u00fcce Allah'\u0131n m\u00fcsl\u00fcman toplumun dayanmas\u0131n\u0131 istedi\u011fi ve b\u00fct\u00fcn be\u015feriyetin ondaki rahmetten yararlanmas\u0131n\u0131 diledi\u011fi toplumsal ve ekonomik d\u00fczenin kurallar\u0131ndan birini de sunmaktad\u0131r.Ger\u00e7ekte yery\u00fcz\u00fcnde iki d\u00fczen vard\u0131r. D\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncede bulu\u015fmayan, temelde birle\u015fmeyen ve sonu\u00e7ta uyu\u015fmayan \u0130sl\u00e2m ile faiz d\u00fczeni... Bunlardan herbiri hayat, hedefler ve gayeler hakk\u0131nda di\u011feri ile tamamen \u00e7eli\u015fen bir d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnce sistemine dayanmakta ve insan hayat\u0131nda di\u011ferinden tamamen ayr\u0131 sonu\u00e7 meydana getirmektedir. Bunun hikmetini ku\u015fkusuz y\u00fcce Allah bilir. Cahiliyede faiz, birtak\u0131m fesat ve k\u00f6t\u00fcl\u00fcklerin kayna\u011f\u0131 olmu\u015ftu. Ancak faizin bu as\u0131k y\u00fcz\u00fcnden kaynaklanan pislikler ve \u00e7irkinlikler g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcz modern d\u00fcnyas\u0131nda oldu\u011fu kadar b\u00fct\u00fcn\u00fcyle ortaya \u00e7\u0131kmad\u0131klar\u0131 gibi bug\u00fcnk\u00fc \u00e7a\u011fda\u015f toplumda belirdi\u011fi gibi bu kanl\u0131 y\u00fczde bu denli sivilce ve \u00e7\u0131ban da g\u00f6r\u00fclmemi\u015fti. Faiz yiyen ve faize dayanan sap\u0131k be\u015feri faiz d\u00fczeni insan ahl\u00e2k\u0131nda, dininde, sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131nda ve ekonomisinde meydana getirdi\u011fi y\u0131k\u0131m sonucu, hel\u00e2k edici ve mahvedici belaya du\u00e7ar olmu\u015ftur. Fert, toplum, ulus ve kavimce, sonu\u00e7ta \u00f6\u00e7 ve azap g\u00f6rd\u00fckleri y\u00fcce Allah'la ger\u00e7ek bir sava\u015fa tutu\u015fmu\u015flard\u0131r. Ancak yine de ibret al\u0131p bu durumdan kurtulmazlar.Surenin ak\u0131\u015f\u0131, ge\u00e7en b\u00f6l\u00fcmde sadakan\u0131n prensiplerini sunarken, k\u00f6t\u00fc, k\u0131nanm\u0131\u015f ve verimsiz faizcilik temeline dayanan d\u00fczenin kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda yeralan, y\u00fcce Allah'\u0131n m\u00fcsl\u00fcman toplumun dayanmas\u0131n\u0131 istedi\u011fi ve b\u00fct\u00fcn be\u015feriyetin ondaki rahmetten yararlanmas\u0131n\u0131 diledi\u011fi toplumsal ve ekonomik d\u00fczenin kurallar\u0131ndan birini de sunmaktad\u0131r.Ger\u00e7ekte yery\u00fcz\u00fcnde iki d\u00fczen vard\u0131r. Faiz ise borcun yan\u0131nda, bor\u00e7lunun eme\u011finden veya etinden kopar\u0131lan haram bir fazlal\u0131kt\u0131r. Bor\u00e7lanan ki\u015fi mal\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131p k\u00e2r etmi\u015fse bu onun \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131n ve eme\u011finin kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131d\u0131r, dolay\u0131s\u0131yla al\u0131nan faiz onun eme\u011finden kopar\u0131lm\u0131\u015f demektir. Veya k\u00e2r etmeyip zarar etmi\u015fse ya da mal\u0131 kendisi ve ailesinin nafakas\u0131 i\u00e7in alm\u0131\u015f dolay\u0131s\u0131yla o maldan bir k\u00e2r edememi\u015fse bu durumda al\u0131nan faiz onun etinden kopar\u0131lm\u0131\u015f demektir. \u0130\u015fte bu y\u00fczden faiz, sadakan\u0131n kar\u015f\u0131t\u0131 \u00e7irkin ve as\u0131k suratl\u0131 bir uygulama olarak beliriyor.Bunun i\u00e7in Ayet-i Kerime iyi, ho\u015fg\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fc, temiz, g\u00fczel ve sevimli uygulamadan hemen sonra i\u00e7indeki pislik ve \u00e7irkinli\u011fi, insan kalbini kat\u0131la\u015ft\u0131rmas\u0131n\u0131, toplumda k\u00f6t\u00fcl\u00fck yapmas\u0131n\u0131, yery\u00fcz\u00fcnde bozgunculu\u011fa neden olmas\u0131n\u0131, dolay\u0131s\u0131yla kullar\u0131n hel\u00e2k olmas\u0131n\u0131 ortaya \u00e7\u0131karan nefret ettirici bir tarzda sunuyor.\u0130sl\u00e2m, cahiliye geleneklerinden hi\u00e7birini ge\u00e7ersiz k\u0131lmak i\u00e7in faizi kald\u0131rmak kadar u\u011fra\u015fmam\u0131\u015f, hi\u00e7bir konuda bu ayette ve ba\u015fka yerlerde ge\u00e7en ayetlerde g\u00f6r\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fc gibi faiz konusundaki kadar tehditk\u00e2r bir \u00fcslup kullanmam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bunun hikmetini ku\u015fkusuz y\u00fcce Allah bilir. Cahiliyede faiz, birtak\u0131m fesat ve k\u00f6t\u00fcl\u00fcklerin kayna\u011f\u0131 olmu\u015ftu. Ancak faizin bu as\u0131k y\u00fcz\u00fcnden kaynaklanan pislikler ve \u00e7irkinlikler g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcz modern d\u00fcnyas\u0131nda oldu\u011fu kadar b\u00fct\u00fcn\u00fcyle ortaya \u00e7\u0131kmad\u0131klar\u0131 gibi bug\u00fcnk\u00fc \u00e7a\u011fda\u015f toplumda belirdi\u011fi gibi bu kanl\u0131 y\u00fczde bu denli sivilce ve \u00e7\u0131ban da g\u00f6r\u00fclmemi\u015fti. Bu \u00e7irkin d\u00fczen hakk\u0131nda okudu\u011fumuz Ayet-i Kerimede beliren korkutucu hamlenin hikmeti ilk cahiliyeden \u00e7ok, g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcz cahiliyesinde insan hayat\u0131nda meydana gelen korkun\u00e7 olaylar\u0131n \u0131\u015f\u0131\u011f\u0131nda anla\u015f\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. Allah'\u0131n hikmetini, bu dinin y\u00fcceli\u011fini, bu metodun m\u00fckemmelli\u011fini ve bu d\u00fczenin titizli\u011fini d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnmek isteyen herkes bunlar\u0131n t\u00fcm\u00fcn\u00fc, ilk defa bu ayetlerle y\u00fczy\u00fcze gelenlerden fazlas\u0131yla kavrayabilirler. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc b\u00fct\u00fcn s\u00f6ylenenleri bizzat do\u011frulayan d\u00fcnyan\u0131n prati\u011fi g\u00f6zler \u00f6n\u00fcndedir. Faiz yiyen ve faize dayanan sap\u0131k be\u015feri faiz d\u00fczeni insan ahl\u00e2k\u0131nda, dininde, sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131nda ve ekonomisinde meydana getirdi\u011fi y\u0131k\u0131m sonucu, hel\u00e2k edici ve mahvedici belaya du\u00e7ar olmu\u015ftur. Fert, toplum, ulus ve kavimce, sonu\u00e7ta \u00f6\u00e7 ve azap g\u00f6rd\u00fckleri y\u00fcce Allah'la ger\u00e7ek bir sava\u015fa tutu\u015fmu\u015flard\u0131r. Ancak yine de ibret al\u0131p bu durumdan kurtulmazlar.Surenin ak\u0131\u015f\u0131, ge\u00e7en b\u00f6l\u00fcmde sadakan\u0131n prensiplerini sunarken, k\u00f6t\u00fc, k\u0131nanm\u0131\u015f ve verimsiz faizcilik temeline dayanan d\u00fczenin kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda yeralan, y\u00fcce Allah'\u0131n m\u00fcsl\u00fcman toplumun dayanmas\u0131n\u0131 istedi\u011fi ve b\u00fct\u00fcn be\u015feriyetin ondaki rahmetten yararlanmas\u0131n\u0131 diledi\u011fi toplumsal ve ekonomik d\u00fczenin kurallar\u0131ndan birini de sunmaktad\u0131r.Ger\u00e7ekte yery\u00fcz\u00fcnde iki d\u00fczen vard\u0131r. D\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncede bulu\u015fmayan, temelde birle\u015fmeyen ve sonu\u00e7ta uyu\u015fmayan \u0130sl\u00e2m ile faiz d\u00fczeni... Bunlardan herbiri hayat, hedefler ve gayeler hakk\u0131nda di\u011feri ile tamamen \u00e7eli\u015fen bir d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnce sistemine dayanmakta ve insan hayat\u0131nda di\u011ferinden tamamen ayr\u0131 sonu\u00e7 meydana getirmektedir. Bu korkutucu hamlenin ve bu \u00fcrpertici tehdidin sebebi budur.\u0130sl\u00e2m, ekonomik d\u00fczenini, b\u00fct\u00fcn hayat d\u00fczenini oldu\u011fu gibi varl\u0131k aleminde y\u00fcr\u00fcrl\u00fckte olan hakk\u0131 temsil eden belli bir d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnceye ve bu evreni, \u015fu yery\u00fcz\u00fcn\u00fc ve insan\u0131 yaratan\u0131n, k\u0131sacas\u0131 her varl\u0131\u011fa varl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ba\u011f\u0131\u015flayan\u0131n y\u00fcce Allah oldu\u011fu esas\u0131na dayand\u0131rmaktad\u0131r.Her\u015feyi vareden olmas\u0131 hasebiyle her\u015feyin maliki olan y\u00fcce Allah, insan cinsini yery\u00fcz\u00fcnde halifesi k\u0131lm\u0131\u015f, ondan ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir s\u00f6ze ve \u015farta ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak, onu r\u0131z\u0131k, kuvvet, g\u00fc\u00e7 ve enerji kaynaklar\u0131 bah\u015fetti\u011fi yery\u00fcz\u00fcne yerle\u015ftirmi\u015ftir. Ancak bu geni\u015f m\u00fclk\u00fc i\u00e7inde diledi\u011fini diledi\u011fi gibi yapacak \u015fekilde ba\u015f\u0131bo\u015f b\u0131rakmam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Onu a\u00e7\u0131k sunu\u015flar dahilinde Allah'\u0131n metodu ve yaln\u0131zca O'nun \u015feriat\u0131na ba\u011fl\u0131 kalmak \u015fart\u0131yla halife tayin etmi\u015ftir. Kendisinden sad\u0131r olan akitler, i\u015fler, davran\u0131\u015flar, ahl\u00e2k ve ibadetler bu anla\u015fmaya uygun oldu\u011fu s\u00fcrece do\u011fru ve ge\u00e7erli olurlar. Bu anla\u015fman\u0131n \u015fartlar\u0131na uymayan her\u015fey bat\u0131l ve ge\u00e7ersizdir. Bunu g\u00fc\u00e7 ve zor kullanarak y\u00fcr\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011fe koymak isterse bu durumda ne Allah'\u0131n ne de Allah'a iman edenlerin kabul etmeyece\u011fi bir zul\u00fcm ve azg\u0131nl\u0131k sergilemi\u015f olur. B\u00fct\u00fcn evrende oldu\u011fu gibi yery\u00fcz\u00fcnde de hakimiyet yaln\u0131z ve yaln\u0131z Allah'\u0131nd\u0131r. Y\u00f6neten ve y\u00f6netileni ile b\u00fct\u00fcn insanlar O'nun \u015feriat\u0131n\u0131 ve metodunu uygulama yetkisini O'ndan al\u0131rlar. Bunun i\u00e7in zekat, miktar\u0131 belli bir farz k\u0131l\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131 halde, sadaka, hi\u00e7bir s\u0131n\u0131rlama getirilmeden iste\u011fe b\u0131rak\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.Ayr\u0131ca, iman edenlerin davran\u0131\u015flar\u0131nda denge ve itidal g\u00f6zetmeleri, gerek Allah'\u0131n kendilerine verdi\u011fi r\u0131z\u0131ktan infak ederken, gerekse kendilerine hel\u00e2l k\u0131l\u0131nan g\u00fczel \u015feylerden yararlan\u0131rken israf ve savurganl\u0131\u011fa ka\u00e7mamalar\u0131 \u015fart ko\u015fulmaktad\u0131r. B\u00f6ylece t\u00fcketim ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131 denge unsuruyla s\u0131n\u0131rland\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015f, geri kalan fazlal\u0131k ise zekat farizas\u0131 ve iste\u011fe ba\u011fl\u0131 sadakaya b\u0131rak\u0131lm\u0131\u015f olur.
