Hamd kendisinden ba\u015fka ilah olmayan, mutlak manada tek g\u00fc\u00e7 ve kudret sahibi olan Allah\u2019a mahsustur. Salat ve selam t\u00fcm peygamberlerin ve onlar\u0131 takip eden tabilerinin \u00fczerine olsun.<\/p>\n

190- Sizinle sava\u015fanlar ile siz de Allah yolunda sava\u015f\u0131n. Fakat \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcy\u00fc ka\u00e7\u0131rmay\u0131n, sald\u0131rgan olmay\u0131n. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc Allah \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcy\u00fc elden b\u0131rakan sald\u0131rganlar\u0131 sevmez.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

191- Onlar\u0131 buldu\u011funuz yerde \u00f6ld\u00fcr\u00fcn. Sizi \u00e7\u0131kard\u0131klar\u0131, s\u00fcrd\u00fckleri yerden siz de onlar\u0131 \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131n. Karga\u015fa \u00e7\u0131karmak, adam \u00f6ld\u00fcrmekten daha a\u011f\u0131r bir su\u00e7tur. Mescid-i Haram \u00e7evresinde onlarla sava\u015fmay\u0131n ki, onlar da orada size kar\u015f\u0131 sava\u015fmas\u0131nlar. Fakat e\u011fer onlar size sava\u015f a\u00e7arlarsa onlar\u0131 \u00f6ld\u00fcr\u00fcn. K\u00e2firlerin cezas\u0131 b\u00f6yledir.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

192- E\u011fer onlar sava\u015fmaya ve k\u00e2firli\u011fe son verirlerse Allah ba\u011f\u0131\u015flay\u0131c\u0131d\u0131r, merhametlidir.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

193- Fitne ortadan kalk\u0131p Allah’\u0131n dini tam anlam\u0131 ile egemen oluncaya kadar onlarla sava\u015f\u0131n. E\u011fer yapt\u0131klar\u0131na son verirlerse zalimlerden ba\u015fkas\u0131na asla sald\u0131r\u0131lmaz.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

194- Haram ay, haram aya kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131kt\u0131r. Yasaklar, dokunulmazl\u0131klar kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131kl\u0131d\u0131r. Buna g\u00f6re size sald\u0131rana, size sald\u0131rd\u0131\u011f\u0131 kadar, siz de sald\u0131r\u0131n. Allah’tan korkun ve iyi bilin ki, Allah kendisinden korkanlarla beraberdir. 195- (Mallar\u0131n\u0131z\u0131n bir b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcn\u00fc) Allah yolunda harcay\u0131n. Sak\u0131n kendinizi, kendi ellerinizle tehlikeye atmay\u0131n. Hi\u00e7 ku\u015fkusuz Allah iyilik yapanlar\u0131 sever.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

\u0130SLAM’DA SAVA\u015e<\/strong><\/p>\n

Bize ula\u015fan bu rivayetlerin bildirdiklerine g\u00f6re bu ayetler sava\u015f hakk\u0131nda inen ilk ayetlerdir. Daha \u00f6nce k\u00e2firlerin sald\u0131r\u0131s\u0131na u\u011frayan m\u00fcminlere, zulme u\u011frad\u0131klar\u0131 gerek\u00e7esiyle sava\u015fma izni veren ayet inmi\u015fti. O zaman m\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlar bu iznin, cihad\u0131n \u00fczerlerine farz k\u0131l\u0131nmas\u0131na zihinleri haz\u0131rlamay\u0131 ama\u00e7layan ve Hacc suresinin a\u015fa\u011f\u0131daki ayetlerindeki il\u00e2hi vaad uyar\u0131nca m\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlar\u0131n yery\u00fcz\u00fcnde egemen olmalar\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flama gayesi g\u00fcden bir ba\u015flang\u0131\u00e7 oldu\u011funu hissetmi\u015flerdi:<\/p>\n

“Haks\u0131zl\u0131\u011fa u\u011frat\u0131larak kendilerine sava\u015f a\u00e7\u0131lan kimselerin kar\u015f\u0131 koyup sava\u015fmalar\u0131na izin verilmi\u015ftir. Hi\u00e7 ku\u015fkusuz Allah onlara yard\u0131m etmeye kadirdir. Onlar s\u0131rf “Rabbimiz Allah’t\u0131r” dediler diye haks\u0131z yere yurtlar\u0131ndan \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131ld\u0131lar. E\u011fer Allah, bir k\u0131s\u0131m insanlar\u0131 di\u011fer bir b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc arac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131yla savmasayd\u0131 nice manast\u0131r, kilise, havra ve i\u00e7lerinde Allah’\u0131n ad\u0131 \u00e7ok\u00e7a an\u0131lan cami y\u0131k\u0131l\u0131p giderdi. Kim Allah’a yard\u0131m ederse bilsin ki, Allah da mutlaka yard\u0131m edecektir. Hi\u00e7 \u015f\u00fcphesiz Allah kuvvetli ve \u00fcst\u00fcn iradelidir.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Onlar ki, e\u011fer biz kendilerini yery\u00fcz\u00fcnde egemen k\u0131larsak namaz\u0131 k\u0131larlar, zek\u00e2t\u0131 verirler, iyili\u011fi emrederek k\u00f6t\u00fcl\u00fckten sak\u0131nd\u0131r\u0131rlar. Her \u015feyin ak\u0131beti Allah’a aittir.” (Hac Suresi, 39-41)<\/strong><\/p>\n

Bundan dolay\u0131 m\u00fcminler, kendilerine zulme u\u011framalar\u0131 durumunda ni\u00e7in sava\u015fma izni verildi\u011fini biliyorlard\u0131. Onlara u\u011frad\u0131klar\u0131 zulm\u00fcn intikam\u0131n\u0131 alma i\u015fareti veriliyordu. Oysa Mekke’deyken bu zulme kar\u015f\u0131 koymaktan al\u0131konulmu\u015flard\u0131. O zaman kendilerine \u015f\u00f6yle buyurulmu\u015ftu:<\/p>\n

“Kendilerine “Ellerinizi sava\u015ftan \u00e7ekin, namaz\u0131 k\u0131l\u0131n zek\u00e2t\u0131 verin” denilenleri g\u00f6rmedin mi?” (Nisa Suresi, 77)<\/strong><\/p>\n

M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlar Mekke’de Allah’\u0131n (c.c) takdir etti\u011fi hikmete ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak sava\u015fmaktan al\u0131konulmu\u015flard\u0131. Biz bu hikmetin asl\u0131nda hesaps\u0131z ve say\u0131s\u0131z sebeplerinin baz\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131 s\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131 insani \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fclerimizle kavrayabiliyoruz.<\/p>\n

Bu al\u0131koyman\u0131n bizim g\u00f6rebildi\u011fimiz ilk sebebi, m\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlar\u0131 sab\u0131rl\u0131 olmaya, emir dinlemeye, ba\u015fa ba\u011fl\u0131l\u0131\u011fa ve izin \u00e7\u0131kmas\u0131n\u0131 beklemeye al\u0131\u015ft\u0131rma amac\u0131 idi. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc Araplar cahiliye d\u00f6nemlerinde \u00e7ok heyecanl\u0131 ve duygusal insanlard\u0131. \u0130lk sava\u015f \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131s\u0131na hemen kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131k verirler, haks\u0131zl\u0131\u011fa kar\u015f\u0131 hi\u00e7 sabretmezlerdi. Oysa \u015fimdi omuzlar\u0131na b\u00fcy\u00fck bir g\u00f6rev y\u00fcklenecek olan bir \u00fcmmet olu\u015fturulmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131l\u0131yordu. Bu b\u00fcy\u00fck g\u00f6rev s\u00f6zkonusu psikolojik e\u011filimlerin denetim alt\u0131na al\u0131nmas\u0131n\u0131; bu davran\u0131\u015flar\u0131n, ilerisi i\u00e7in pl\u00e2nlar haz\u0131rlayan ve \u00f6nlemler alan, pl\u00e2nlar\u0131na ve \u00f6nlemlerine uyulan bir liderlik mekanizmas\u0131na boyun e\u011fmelerini; hatta bu pl\u00e2nlar ve \u00f6nlemler, yaygaral\u0131 bir sava\u015f \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131s\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda hemen parlamaya, ate\u015flenmeye ve heyecana kap\u0131lmaya al\u0131\u015fk\u0131n olan sinir sisteminin e\u011filimlerine ters d\u00fc\u015fse bile disipline uymalar\u0131n\u0131 gerektiriyordu.<\/p>\n

Nitekim bu haz\u0131rl\u0131k e\u011fitimi sayesinde Hz. \u00d6mer gibi ate\u015fli, Hz. Hamza b. Abd\u00fclmuttalib gibi delikanl\u0131 ve bu ikisi gibi daha nice sert miza\u00e7l\u0131 ilk m\u00fcminler, k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fcc\u00fck m\u00fcsl\u00fcman toplumun u\u011fram\u0131\u015f oldu\u011fu zul\u00fcmler kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda sabredebilmi\u015fler, sinirlerine hakim olarak Peygamberimizden (sal\u00e2t ve sel\u00e2m \u00fczerine olsun) emir beklemeyi i\u00e7lerine sindirebilmi\u015fler ve kendilerine “Ellerinizi sava\u015ftan \u00e7ekiniz, namaz\u0131 k\u0131l\u0131n\u0131z, oru\u00e7 tutunuz” <\/strong>direktifini veren y\u00fcce komutanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n emrine uyabilmi\u015flerdi. B\u00f6ylece b\u00fcy\u00fck bir misyonu \u00fcstlenmeye haz\u0131rlanan bu insanlar\u0131n vicdanlar\u0131nda \u00e7abuk parlama ile so\u011fukkanl\u0131l\u0131k, ate\u015fli at\u0131lganl\u0131k ile tedbirlilik, g\u00f6z\u00fc karal\u0131k ile itaatk\u00e2rl\u0131k e\u011filimleri aras\u0131nda denge kurulmu\u015f oluyordu.<\/p>\n

Mekke d\u00f6neminde m\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlar\u0131n sava\u015ftan al\u0131konulmalar\u0131na bizim g\u00f6zlemlerimize g\u00f6re gerek\u00e7e olan ikinci sebep de \u015fudur: Arap toplumu onurlu ve gururuna d\u00fc\u015fk\u00fcn bir toplum idi. Bundan dolay\u0131 aralar\u0131nda u\u011frad\u0131klar\u0131 bask\u0131lara kendilerine yap\u0131lan\u0131n iki misliyle kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131k verebilecek kimseler oldu\u011fu halde, m\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlar\u0131n maruz kald\u0131klar\u0131 eziyetlere kar\u015f\u0131 sabretmeleri, hen\u00fcz m\u00fcsl\u00fcman olmam\u0131\u015f olan Araplar\u0131n kalplerindeki onur ve haysiyet duygusunu uyand\u0131r\u0131c\u0131, onlar\u0131 \u0130sl\u00e2m’a yakla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131c\u0131 bir fakt\u00f6r olu\u015fturuyordu. Nitekim Kurey\u015fliler taraf\u0131ndan Ha\u015fimio\u011fullar\u0131’n\u0131n Ebu Talip kolu hakk\u0131nda, Peygamberimizi (sal\u00e2t ve sel\u00e2m \u00fczerine olsun) korumaktan vazge\u00e7sinler diye boykot karar\u0131 al\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131nda bu fakt\u00f6r fiilen etkili oldu, Ha\u015fimo\u011fullar\u0131’na uygulanan bask\u0131 a\u011f\u0131rla\u015f\u0131nca Araplar\u0131n vicdanlar\u0131ndaki onur ve zay\u0131ftan yana olma duygusu uyan\u0131verdi. Bunun \u00fczerine boykot karar\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6ng\u00f6ren antla\u015fma belgesi y\u0131rt\u0131ld\u0131 ve s\u00f6z\u00fcn\u00fc etti\u011fimiz duygunun etkisiyle Ebu Talip ile \u00e7evresine y\u00f6nelik boykot eylemi sona erdi. Zaten \u0130sl\u00e2m cemaatinin lider kadrosu u\u011fran\u0131lan zul\u00fcmlere kar\u015f\u0131 koymaktan ka\u00e7\u0131nma pl\u00e2n\u0131 ile bu sonucu g\u00f6zetiyordu. Bunun b\u00f6yle oldu\u011funu \u0130sl\u00e2m tarihinin o d\u00f6nemdeki olaylar zincirini hareketli bir sosyal ak\u0131m olarak inceledi\u011fimiz zaman anlayabiliriz.<\/p>\n

Mekke d\u00f6neminde m\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlar\u0131 sava\u015ftan sak\u0131nd\u0131rman\u0131n bir ba\u015fka gerek\u00e7esi de \u015fudur: \u0130sl\u00e2m, her evi birer kanl\u0131 sava\u015f alan\u0131na \u00e7evirmek istemiyordu. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc o g\u00fcnk\u00fc m\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlar\u0131n herbiri Mekkeli m\u00fc\u015frik ailelerin birer \u00fcyesiydi. M\u00fcsl\u00fcman olan \u00e7ocuklar\u0131na eziyet edenler, onlar\u0131 dinlerinden d\u00f6nd\u00fcrmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar da i\u00e7inde m\u00fcsl\u00fcman fertler bulunan m\u00fc\u015frik ailelerdi. Hen\u00fcz ortada bu eziyetleri genel pl\u00e2nda koordine edecek ortak bir otorite yoktu. Buna g\u00f6re e\u011fer o g\u00fcn m\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlara kendilerini savunma izni verilmi\u015f ols\u00e0yd\u0131, bu iznin anlam\u0131 her evin bir sava\u015f alan\u0131na d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015fmesi, her ailede kan d\u00f6k\u00fclmesi demek olurdu. Bu da o g\u00fcnk\u00fc Arap toplumunun, \u0130sl\u00e2m’\u0131 aileleri par\u00e7alayan ve onlar\u0131 i\u00e7inden kundaklayan bir \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131 olarak alg\u0131lamalar\u0131na yola\u00e7ard\u0131. Hicretten sonras\u0131na gelince m\u00fcsl\u00fcman cemaat bu d\u00f6nemde Mekke’de kendisine kar\u015f\u0131 ordu haz\u0131rlay\u0131p sald\u0131r\u0131 d\u00fczenleyen ba\u015fka bir otorite ile kar\u015f\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131ya gelmi\u015f ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z bir g\u00fc\u00e7 birimine d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015fm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc. Bu da Mekke’de ge\u00e7erli olan her m\u00fcsl\u00fcman\u0131n ailesi i\u00e7indeki bireysel konumundan farkl\u0131 bir konumdu.<\/p>\n

\u0130\u015fte Mekke d\u00f6neminde m\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlar\u0131 kendilerine y\u00f6nelik eziyetlere ve bask\u0131lara kar\u015f\u0131 koymaktan al\u0131koyman\u0131n hikmetinin ard\u0131nda sakl\u0131 duran ve ilk akla gelen baz\u0131 sebepler bunlard\u0131. Bir de \u015funu ekleyebiliriz: O zaman m\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlar zay\u0131f bir az\u0131nl\u0131k olarak Mekke’de ku\u015fatma alt\u0131nda ya\u015f\u0131yorlard\u0131. E\u011fer belli bir askeri kararg\u00e2h\u0131n komutas\u0131 alt\u0131nda toplu olarak m\u00fc\u015friklerle sava\u015fa girselerdi, toplu k\u0131y\u0131ma u\u011frayabilirlerdi. Bu y\u00fczden y\u00fcce Allah onlar\u0131n \u00e7o\u011falmalar\u0131n\u0131 ve g\u00fcvenli bir \u00fcsse yerle\u015fmelerini sa\u011flad\u0131 ve kendilerine sava\u015fma iznini bundan sonra verdi.<\/p>\n

Bu sebeplerin hangisi ge\u00e7erli ve a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131kl\u0131 olursa olsun, sava\u015f h\u00fck\u00fcmleri, o g\u00fcnden sonra \u0130sl\u00e2m\u00ee hareketin \u00f6nce Arap yar\u0131madas\u0131ndaki \u015fartlar\u0131 uyar\u0131nca, daha sonra da yar\u0131mada d\u0131\u015f\u0131ndaki \u015fartlara paralel olarak gitgide t\u0131rmanan tedrici bir geli\u015fim \u00e7izgisi izlemi\u015ftir. Okudu\u011fumuz bu ilk inen ayetler, iki ana kamp aras\u0131ndaki, yani \u0130sl\u00e2m kamp\u0131 ile m\u00fc\u015frik kamp aras\u0131ndaki \u00e7at\u0131\u015fman\u0131n ilk g\u00fcnlerdeki durumuna uygun baz\u0131 h\u00fck\u00fcmleri i\u00e7eriyordu. Bu ayetler ayn\u0131 zamanda genel anlamda sava\u015fla ilgili baz\u0131 de\u011fi\u015fmez h\u00fck\u00fcmleri de yans\u0131t\u0131yordu. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc s\u00f6zkonusu h\u00fck\u00fcmler ilke olarak sadece Berae suresinde baz\u0131 ufak de\u011fi\u015fikliklere u\u011fram\u0131\u015flard\u0131.<\/p>\n

Okudu\u011fumuz ayetlerin ayr\u0131nt\u0131l\u0131 incelemesine ge\u00e7meden \u00f6nce gerek buradaki sava\u015f ayetlerinin ve gerekse Kur’an’\u0131n ba\u015fka yerlerindeki ayn\u0131 t\u00fcr ayetlerin yorumuna esas olmaya elveri\u015fli k\u0131sa birka\u00e7 s\u00f6z s\u00f6ylemeyi uygun g\u00f6r\u00fcyoruz:<\/p>\n

Bilindi\u011fi gibi bu inan\u00e7 sistemi, ilk insandan g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcze kadar uzayan \u0130sl\u00e2m zincirinin son halkas\u0131n\u0131 olu\u015fturur. Bu inan\u00e7 sistemi, kendisinden sonraki insan hayat\u0131n\u0131n temeli, b\u00fct\u00fcn insanl\u0131k i\u00e7in ge\u00e7erli olacak ortak ya\u015fam tarz\u0131 olmak \u00fczere geldi. \u0130sl\u00e2m \u00fcmmeti, bu hayat metodu uyar\u0131nca Allah yolunda t\u00fcm insanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n \u00f6nderli\u011fini \u00fcstlenmekle y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcd\u00fcr. Bu hayat metodu, gerek varl\u0131k aleminin ve gerekse insan varolu\u015funun amac\u0131n\u0131 i\u00e7eren yayg\u0131n ve eksiksiz d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnce sisteminden kaynaklanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bu amac\u0131, y\u00fcce Allah taraf\u0131ndan indirilen Kur’an-\u0131 Kerim bize a\u00e7\u0131kl\u0131yor. Bu \u00fcmmet, insanl\u0131\u011f\u0131, b\u00fct\u00fcn cahiliye sistemlerinde e\u015fi olmayan bir hayra do\u011fru y\u00f6neltecek ancak bu sistemin \u0131\u015f\u0131\u011f\u0131 alt\u0131nda ula\u015fabilece\u011fi bir d\u00fczeye y\u00fckseltecek, onu ba\u015fka e\u015fi olmayan b\u00f6yle bir nimete erdirecektir. \u0130nsanl\u0131k bu nimetten yoksun kal\u0131nca b\u00fct\u00fcn ba\u015far\u0131 ve kurtulu\u015f umudunu kaybeder. Bu nimet kayna\u011f\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131 sald\u0131r\u0131 d\u00fczenleyen sald\u0131rgan\u0131n eline bu hay\u0131r kayna\u011f\u0131ndan yoksun kalmaktan, y\u00fcce Allah’\u0131n bu hay\u0131r kayna\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in diledi\u011fi y\u00fckselme, temizlik, mutluluk ve kemal ile insanlar\u0131n aras\u0131na girmekten mahrum kalma d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda bir\u015fey ge\u00e7mez.<\/p>\n

Bundan dolay\u0131 bu cihan\u015f\u00fcmul il\u00e2hi sistemin \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n kendisine ula\u015fmas\u0131, bu \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6n\u00fcne \u015fu ya da bu \u015fekilde hi\u00e7bir engelin, hi\u00e7bir otoritenin dikilmemesi insanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n ortak hakk\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n

Bunun \u00f6tesinde bu \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131y\u0131 alan insanlar\u0131n bu dini serbest\u00e7e se\u00e7meye de haklar\u0131 vard\u0131r. Hi\u00e7bir engel ya da hi\u00e7bir otorite onlar\u0131 bu dini se\u00e7mekten al\u0131koymaya kalk\u0131\u015fmamal\u0131d\u0131r. E\u011fer birk\u0131s\u0131m insan, bu dinin \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 dinledikten sonra onu benimsemek istemezse bu \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131y\u0131 yoluna devam etmekten al\u0131koymaya da hakk\u0131 yoktur. B\u00f6yle bir durumda bu ki\u015filerin, insanlara yap\u0131lan \u0130sl\u00e2m \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6n\u00fcne dikilmeyecekleri, g\u00fcvenli\u011fine zarar vermeyecekleri ve m\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlar bu dini insanlara ula\u015ft\u0131r\u0131rken onlara hi\u00e7bir engellemede bulunmayacaklar\u0131na dair s\u00f6z vermeleri gerekir.<\/p>\n

Y\u00fcce Allah’\u0131n hidayeti ile bu dini se\u00e7ecek olanlar\u0131n ne i\u015fkence ne ayart\u0131na ve ne de ba\u015fka bir bask\u0131 yolu ile bu dini b\u0131rakmaya zorlanmamaya haklar\u0131 vard\u0131r. Bunlar\u0131n yan\u0131s\u0131ra \u0130sl\u00e2m’\u0131 benimsemeyen bu ki\u015filere, di\u011fer insanlar\u0131 Allah’\u0131n hidayetinden ve bu dini kabul etmekten al\u0131koyacak sosyal ortam haz\u0131rlayacak imkanlar da verilemez. M\u00fcsl\u00fcman toplum, bu yolda i\u015fkenceye ve bask\u0131ya u\u011frayan insanlar\u0131 kuvvet kullanarak savunmakla y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcd\u00fcr. B\u00f6ylece inan\u00e7 \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc sa\u011flanan toplumda y\u00fcce Allah’\u0131n hidayet sundu\u011fu insanlara g\u00fcvenli bir ortam sunularak il\u00e2hi sistemin sosyal hayatta uygulanmas\u0131n\u0131n yolu a\u00e7\u0131k tutulmu\u015f, insanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n bu b\u00fcy\u00fck hay\u0131r kayna\u011f\u0131ndan yoksun kalmas\u0131 tehlikesi \u00f6nlenmi\u015f olur.<\/p>\n

Bu \u00fc\u00e7 hakka (\u00e7a\u011fr\u0131ya muhatap olma, \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131y\u0131 serbest\u00e7e benimseme ve \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131y\u0131 benimseyecek olanlara engel olmama haklar\u0131na) ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak m\u00fcsl\u00fcman cemaatin omuzlar\u0131na ba\u015fka bir g\u00f6rev biner. Bu g\u00f6rev; bu \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131n\u0131n yoluna dikilerek onun serbest\u00e7e insanlara ula\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131na engel olan ya da bu inanc\u0131 benimseme \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc tehdit ederek insanlara bu dini se\u00e7tiler diye bask\u0131 yapan her g\u00fcc\u00fc ortadan kald\u0131rmak, b\u00f6ylece hi\u00e7bir yery\u00fcz\u00fc kuvvetinin, m\u00fcminleri bask\u0131 alt\u0131na almamas\u0131 u\u011frunda s\u00fcrekli m\u00fccadele vererek Allah’\u0131n dinini kesinlikle egemen k\u0131lma g\u00f6revidir. Bu g\u00f6rev insanlar\u0131 zorla iman ettirme anlam\u0131na gelmez. Onun anlam\u0131; Allah’\u0131n dinini yery\u00fcz\u00fcnde \u00fcst\u00fcn bir g\u00fc\u00e7 haline getirmektir. \u00d6yle ki, bu dine girmek isteyen hi\u00e7 kimse ona girmekten korkmamal\u0131, bu dinin \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 duyurmak isteyen hi\u00e7 kimse bu misyonunu yerine getirirken hi\u00e7bir be\u015feri iktidardan \u00e7ekinmemeli, bu \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131y\u0131 benimseyecek veya bu dine ba\u011fl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00fcrd\u00fcrecek hi\u00e7 kimsenin, herhangi bir g\u00fc\u00e7 oda\u011f\u0131ndan korkusu olmamal\u0131; isteyenleri Allah’\u0131n nurundan, hidayetinden al\u0131koyarak Allah’\u0131n yolundan sapt\u0131ran hi\u00e7bir sosyal d\u00fczen, hi\u00e7bir fiili durum yery\u00fcz\u00fcnde egemen olmamal\u0131, bu olumsuzluklar\u0131n hi\u00e7bir arac\u0131 ve hi\u00e7bir metodu etkili olmamal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n

\u0130\u015fte \u0130sl\u00e2m’da cihad bu genel ilkelerin s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131 i\u00e7inde vard\u0131r, s\u0131rf bu y\u00fcce ama\u00e7lara d\u00f6n\u00fckt\u00fcr, ba\u015fka bir hedefle ya da ba\u015fka bir sloganla, yafta ile kar\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lamaz. Cihad, inan\u00e7 i\u00e7indir, bu inanc\u0131 ku\u015fatma alt\u0131na girmekten, ablukaya d\u00fc\u015fmekten<\/p>\n

korumak, bask\u0131ya u\u011framaktan korumak i\u00e7indir. Bu inanc\u0131n sistemini ve pratik hayat\u0131 d\u00fczenleyen \u015feriat\u0131n\u0131 savunmak i\u00e7indir. Bu inanc\u0131n sanca\u011f\u0131n\u0131, ona kar\u015f\u0131 sald\u0131r\u0131 d\u00fczenlemeyi d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnenleri sald\u0131r\u0131ya ge\u00e7meden \u00f6nce cayd\u0131racak, onun alt\u0131na s\u0131\u011f\u0131nmak isteyenleri hi\u00e7bir engelleyici, \u00f6nleyici ve bask\u0131c\u0131 yabanc\u0131 g\u00fc\u00e7ten \u00e7ekinmeksizin himayesine ko\u015facak bi\u00e7imde yery\u00fcz\u00fcnde dalgaland\u0131rmak i\u00e7indir.<\/p>\n

\u0130\u015fte \u0130sl\u00e2m’\u0131n emretti\u011fi, onaylad\u0131\u011f\u0131, \u00f6d\u00fcllendirdi\u011fi, u\u011frunda \u00f6ld\u00fcr\u00fclenleri \u015fehit sayd\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve k\u00fclfetini omuzlayanlar\u0131n\u0131 dost sayd\u0131\u011f\u0131 yeg\u00e2ne cihad budur.<\/p>\n

Bakara suresinin bu b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcndeki ayetler, Medine’deki m\u00fcsl\u00fcman cemaatle, m\u00fcminleri yurtlar\u0131ndan \u00e7\u0131karm\u0131\u015f, onlara dinleri y\u00fcz\u00fcnden i\u015fkence yapm\u0131\u015f, inan\u00e7lar\u0131 sebebiyle kendilerine bask\u0131 uygulam\u0131\u015f olan Mekke m\u00fc\u015frikleri aras\u0131ndaki duruma a\u00e7\u0131kl\u0131k getiriyor. Bunun yan\u0131s\u0131ra \u0130sl\u00e2m’da cihad\u0131n temel h\u00fck\u00fcmlerini ihtiva eden ayetler de bu b\u00f6l\u00fcmde yeral\u0131yor.<\/p>\n

Bu ayetler, kendilerine kar\u015f\u0131 sava\u015f a\u00e7m\u0131\u015f olan ve a\u00e7t\u0131klar\u0131 sava\u015f\u0131 s\u00fcrd\u00fcren bu m\u00fc\u015frikler ile sava\u015fmay\u0131, her zaman ve her yerde kendilerine sava\u015f a\u00e7anlara sava\u015fla kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131k vermeyi, fakat hi\u00e7bir zaman sald\u0131rgan taraf olmamay\u0131 emrederek s\u00f6ze giriyor:<\/p>\n

“Sizinle sava\u015fanlar ile siz de Allah yolunda sava\u015f\u0131n. Fakat \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcy\u00fc ka\u00e7\u0131rmay\u0131n, sald\u0131rgan olmay\u0131n; \u00e7\u00fcnk\u00fc Allah \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcy\u00fc elden b\u0131rakan sald\u0131rganlar\u0131 sevmez.”<\/strong><\/p>\n

G\u00f6r\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fc gibi daha ilk ayeti kerimede sava\u015f\u0131n hedefini s\u0131n\u0131rlayan kesin \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcy\u00fc ve u\u011frunda sava\u015fa girilecek olan sanca\u011f\u0131n ne olaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131k-se\u00e7ik bi\u00e7imde buluyoruz.”<\/p>\n

“Sizinle sava\u015fanlar ile siz de Allah yolunda sava\u015f\u0131n.”<\/strong><\/p>\n

Sava\u015f “Allah i\u00e7in” olacak; yoksa insanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n uzun sava\u015f tarihi boyunca tan\u0131m\u0131\u015f oldu\u011fu ba\u015fka bir hedef u\u011frunda yap\u0131lmayacakt\u0131r. Sava\u015f “Allah i\u00e7in” olacak; yoksa ne ganimet ve madd\u00ee kazan\u00e7 elde etme u\u011fruna ne pazar ve hammadde ele ge\u00e7irme u\u011fruna ne sosyal bir s\u0131n\u0131f\u0131 di\u011fer bir sosyal s\u0131n\u0131f\u0131n ya da bir milleti di\u011fer bir milletin boyunduru\u011fu alt\u0131na sokma u\u011fruna yap\u0131lmayacakt\u0131r. Bu sava\u015f, \u0130sl\u00e2m’\u0131n u\u011frunda cihad\u0131 yasalla\u015ft\u0131rd\u0131\u011f\u0131 belirli ama\u00e7lar\u0131 ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirmek i\u00e7in verilecektir. Bu sava\u015f, yery\u00fcz\u00fcnde y\u00fcce Allah’\u0131n s\u00f6z \u00fcst\u00fcnl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc (il\u00e2h-i kelimetullah’\u0131) sa\u011flamak, O’nun sistemini hayata ge\u00e7irmek, m\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlar\u0131n dinleri y\u00fcz\u00fcnden bask\u0131 alt\u0131na al\u0131nmalar\u0131n\u0131 ya da sap\u0131kl\u0131\u011fa ve yozla\u015fmaya s\u00fcr\u00fcklenmelerini \u00f6nlemek i\u00e7in verilmelidir. Bunun d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda kalan sava\u015flar, \u0130sl\u00e2m’\u0131n h\u00fckm\u00fcne g\u00f6re gayrime\u015fru, \u015feriatle \u00e7eli\u015fen sava\u015flard\u0131r. Bu t\u00fcr sava\u015flara girenler y\u00fcce Allah kat\u0131nda hi\u00e7bir sevap, hi\u00e7bir derece kazanamazlar.<\/p>\n

Bu sava\u015f\u0131n amac\u0131 s\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131 oldu\u011fu gibi \u00e7er\u00e7evesi ve \u00e7ap\u0131 da s\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131d\u0131r:<\/p>\n

“Fakat \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcy\u00fc ka\u00e7\u0131rmay\u0131n, sald\u0131rgan olmay\u0131n; \u00e7\u00fcnk\u00fc Allah, \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcy\u00fc elden b\u0131rakan sald\u0131rganlar\u0131 sevmez.”<\/strong><\/p>\n

Sald\u0131rganl\u0131k; bilfiil sava\u015fa kat\u0131lmayan ve ne \u0130sl\u00e2m davetine ve ne de \u0130sl\u00e2m cemaatine kar\u015f\u0131 tehlike olu\u015fturmayan kad\u0131n, \u00e7ocuk, ya\u015fl\u0131 ve her milletten, her dinden kendini ibadete adam\u0131\u015f kimseler gibi zarars\u0131z ve g\u00fcvenli insanlar\u0131n askerler taraf\u0131ndan hedef al\u0131nmas\u0131 bi\u00e7iminde g\u00f6r\u00fclece\u011fi gibi \u0130sl\u00e2m taraf\u0131ndan yasalla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015f sava\u015f kurallar\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7i\u011fnemek \u015feklinde de olabilir. Oysa \u0130sl\u00e2m, gerek eski ve gerekse \u00e7a\u011fda\u015f cahiliye sava\u015flar\u0131n\u0131n ortaya koydu\u011fu t\u00fcyler \u00fcrpertici cinayetleri en aza indirmek, hatta bunlara son verebilmek i\u00e7in s\u00f6zkonusu sava\u015f kurallar\u0131n\u0131 yasalla\u015ft\u0131rm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. O t\u00fcyler \u00fcrpertici cinayetler ki, \u0130sl\u00e2mi duyarl\u0131l\u0131k onlardan nefret etmekte, \u0130sl\u00e2mi takva onlardan tiksinmektedir.<\/p>\n

Peygamber efendimizin s\u00f6zlerinden se\u00e7ti\u011fimiz birka\u00e7 hadis-i \u015ferif ve sahabilerin yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 birka\u00e7 \u00f6\u011f\u00fct, insanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n ilk defa \u0130sl\u00e2m sayesinde tan\u0131d\u0131\u011f\u0131 s\u00f6zkonusu sava\u015f kurallar\u0131n\u0131n neler oldu\u011funu g\u00f6zler \u00f6n\u00fcne sermektedir:<\/p>\n

“Bir defas\u0131nda Peygamberimiz (sal\u00e2t ve sel\u00e2m \u00fczerine olsun) bizi bir g\u00f6reve g\u00f6nderirken -iki Kurey\u015fli m\u00fc\u015fri\u011fi kasdederek- `E\u011fer falanca ile fil\u00e2ncay\u0131 bulursan\u0131z onlar\u0131 yak\u0131n’ <\/strong>buyurdu. Fakat biz yola \u00e7\u0131kmak \u00fczereyken \u015f\u00f6yle buyurdu:<\/p>\n

`Az \u00f6nce size falanca ile fil\u00e2ncay\u0131 yakman\u0131z\u0131 emretmi\u015ftim. Oysa ate\u015f, s\u0131rf Allah’a mahsus bir azap arac\u0131d\u0131r. `Ben Peygamberimizin sava\u015fta k\u0131l\u0131\u00e7 s\u0131rt\u0131 ile adam \u00f6ld\u00fcrmeyi yasaklad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 kulaklar\u0131mla i\u015fitmi\u015ftim.(Metinde kullan\u0131lan deyim “Katl-\u00fcs Sabr (yani k\u0131l\u0131\u00e7 s\u0131rt\u0131 ile \u00f6ld\u00fcrmek)tir. Bu t\u00fcr \u00f6ld\u00fcrme insana olduk\u00e7a uzun bir can \u00e7eki\u015fme d\u00f6nemi ya\u015fatt\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in bir t\u00fcr i\u015fkencedir. Metinde Halid b. Haris b. M\u00fcslim b. Haris’in bildirdi\u011fine g\u00f6re bir sahabi olan babas\u0131 \u015f\u00f6yle diyor:<\/p>\n

“Peygamberimiz (sal\u00e2t ve sel\u00e2m \u00fczerine olsun) bir defas\u0131nda bizi bir m\u00fcfreze i\u00e7inde sava\u015fa g\u00f6ndermi\u015fti. Sald\u0131r\u0131 d\u00fczenleyece\u011fimiz yere var\u0131nca at\u0131m\u0131 ko\u015fturarak arkada\u015flar\u0131m\u0131 geride b\u0131rakt\u0131m. \u00dczerine y\u00fcr\u00fcd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcm y\u00f6renin halk\u0131 beni \u00e7\u0131\u011fl\u0131klarla kar\u015f\u0131lad\u0131. Bunun \u00fczerine onlara `Lail\u00e2heillallah (Allah’tan ba\u015fka il\u00e2h yoktur)” deyin de can\u0131n\u0131z\u0131 kurtar\u0131n’ dedim. Onlar da bunu s\u00f6ylediler. Bunun \u00fczerine arkada\u015flar\u0131m beni k\u0131nayarak `Bizi alaca\u011f\u0131m\u0131z ganimetten mahrum ettin’ dediler.<\/p>\n

Peygamberimizin yan\u0131na d\u00f6n\u00fcnce yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131 O’na anlatt\u0131lar. Bunun \u00fczerine Peygamberimiz beni yan\u0131na \u00e7a\u011f\u0131rarak yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131 be\u011fendi\u011fini belirtti. Arkas\u0131ndan bana `Allah o insanlar\u0131n her biri kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131nda sana \u015fu kadar sevap yazd\u0131’ <\/strong>buyurdu (Ebu Davud)”<\/p>\n

\u00d6teyandan Hz. Bureyde \u015f\u00f6yle buyuruyor:<\/p>\n

“Peygamberimiz, bir ordu ya da bir gerill\u00e2 m\u00fcfrezesinin ba\u015f\u0131na bir komutan atad\u0131\u011f\u0131 zaman yak\u0131n arkada\u015flar\u0131n\u0131n yan\u0131nda ona takval\u0131 olmay\u0131 ve birlikte sava\u015faca\u011f\u0131 m\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlara iyi davranmas\u0131n\u0131 tavsiye eder, sonra kendisine \u015fu direktifi verirdi:<\/p>\n

`Allah ad\u0131na, Allah yolunda sava\u015f\u0131n. Allah’\u0131 ink\u00e2r edenleri \u00f6ld\u00fcr\u00fcn. Sava\u015f\u0131n, fakat gaddar olmay\u0131n, i\u015fkence ile adam \u00f6ld\u00fcrmeyin, k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck \u00e7ocuklar\u0131 \u00f6ld\u00fcrmeyin` (M\u00fcslim, Ebu Davud, Tirmizi)”<\/strong><\/p>\n

Bu arada \u0130mam-\u0131 Malik’in bildirdi\u011fine g\u00f6re Hz. Ebu Bekir (Allah ondan raz\u0131 olsun) askerlerine verdi\u011fi talimatlar\u0131n\u0131n bir yerinde \u015f\u00f6yle demi\u015fti:<\/p>\n

“Sava\u015f s\u0131ras\u0131nda kendilerini Allah’a adad\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 sanan birtak\u0131m insanlarla kar\u015f\u0131la\u015facaks\u0131n\u0131z. Onlar\u0131 u\u011fruna kendilerini adad\u0131klar\u0131 me\u015fguliyetle ba\u015fba\u015fa b\u0131rak\u0131n. Sak\u0131n kad\u0131nlar\u0131, \u00e7ocuklar\u0131 ve ya\u015fl\u0131lar\u0131 \u00f6ld\u00fcrmeyin.” (\u0130mam-\u0131 Malik)<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u0130\u015fte \u0130sl\u00e2m’\u0131n verdi\u011fi sava\u015flar, i\u015fte bu sava\u015flarda g\u00f6zetti\u011fi kurallar ve i\u015fte bu sava\u015flarda ula\u015fmak istedi\u011fi hedefler. Bunlar\u0131n t\u00fcm\u00fc yukardaki okudu\u011fumuz il\u00e2hi direktiften t\u00fcremi\u015ftir. Bu direktifi bir daha okuyal\u0131m:<\/p>\n

“Sizinle sava\u015fanlar ile siz de Allah yolunda sava\u015f\u0131n. Fakat sak\u0131n \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcy\u00fc ka\u00e7\u0131rmay\u0131n, sald\u0131rgan olmay\u0131n; \u00e7\u00fcnk\u00fc Allah \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcy\u00fc elden b\u0131rakan sald\u0131rganlar\u0131 sevmez.”<\/strong><\/p>\n

M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlar say\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131n \u00e7oklu\u011fu ile zafer kazanmad\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 biliyorlard\u0131. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc say\u0131lar\u0131 azd\u0131. Ayr\u0131ca sil\u00e2h ve te\u00e7hizat \u00fcst\u00fcnl\u00fckleri sayesinde de zafer kazanm\u0131yorlard\u0131. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc onlar\u0131n sil\u00e2h ve te\u00e7hizatlar\u0131 d\u00fc\u015fmanlar\u0131nkinden azd\u0131. Onlar sadece imanlar\u0131, Allah’a ba\u011fl\u0131l\u0131klar\u0131 ve Allah’\u0131n kendilerine y\u00f6nelik yard\u0131m\u0131 sayesinde zafere ula\u015f\u0131yorlard\u0131. Buna g\u00f6re y\u00fcce Allah’\u0131n ve Peygamberimizin direktiflerine ayk\u0131r\u0131 hareket etmi\u015f olsalard\u0131, bel ba\u011flad\u0131klar\u0131 biricik zafer sebeplerinden kendi elleriyle yoksun kalm\u0131\u015f olurlard\u0131. Bundan dolay\u0131 s\u00f6z\u00fcn\u00fc etti\u011fimiz sava\u015f kurallar\u0131na, kendilerini bask\u0131 alt\u0131nda inletmi\u015f ve baz\u0131 arkada\u015flar\u0131n\u0131 en t\u00fcyler \u00fcrpertici i\u015fkenceler ile \u00f6ld\u00fcrm\u00fc\u015f olan d\u00fc\u015fmanlar\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda bile uyuyorlard\u0131. Nitekim Peygamberimiz (sal\u00e2t ve sel\u00e2m \u00fczerine olsun) \u00f6fkeye kap\u0131l\u0131nca Kurey\u015fli iki m\u00fc\u015frik olan “falanca ile fil\u00e2nca”n\u0131n ate\u015fte yak\u0131larak \u00f6ld\u00fcr\u00fclmesini emrediyor, fakat hemen arkas\u0131ndan s\u00f6zkonusu kimselerin yak\u0131larak \u00f6ld\u00fcr\u00fclmesi emrini geri al\u0131yor. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc ate\u015fte yakarak cezaland\u0131rmak sadece y\u00fcce Allah’a mahsustur.<\/p>\n

Daha sonra m\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlara sava\u015f a\u00e7an, onlara dini inan\u00e7lar\u0131 y\u00fcz\u00fcnden bask\u0131 yapan, onlar\u0131 yurtlar\u0131ndan \u00e7\u0131karan kimseler ile sava\u015f\u0131lmas\u0131, onlara nerede ve hangi \u015fartlarda rastlan\u0131rsa \u00f6ld\u00fcr\u00fclmeleri emri vurgulan\u0131yor. Yaln\u0131z Mescid-i Haram, (K\u00e2be) civar\u0131nda rastlanan d\u00fc\u015fmana ili\u015fmemek gerekir. Fakat e\u011fer k\u00e2firler burada sald\u0131r\u0131y\u0131 ba\u015flatan taraf olurlarsa art\u0131k onlar i\u00e7in K\u00e2be \u00e7evresinin dokunulmazl\u0131k ilkesi ge\u00e7erli de\u011fildir. Bir de e\u011fer s\u00f6zkonusu k\u00e2firler y\u00fcce Allah’\u0131n dinine girerlerse o zaman da m\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlar\u0131n ellerinden kurtulacaklar, daha \u00f6nce m\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlara ne kadar eziyet etmi\u015f, onlara ne kadar a\u011f\u0131r bask\u0131lar uygulam\u0131\u015f ve ne kadar sava\u015f yapm\u0131\u015f olurlarsa olsunlar, art\u0131k eski hesaplar\u0131 kapanacakt\u0131r:<\/p>\n

“Onlar\u0131 buldu\u011funuz yerde \u00f6ld\u00fcr\u00fcn. sizi<\/strong> \u00e7\u0131kard\u0131klar\u0131, s\u00fcrd\u00fckleri yerden siz<\/strong> de onlar\u0131 \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131n. Karga\u015fa \u00e7\u0131karmak, adam \u00f6ld\u00fcrmekten daha a\u011f\u0131r bir su\u00e7tur. Mescid-i Haram \u00e7evresinde onlar ile sava\u015fmay\u0131n ki, onlar da orada size kar\u015f\u0131 sava\u015fmas\u0131nlar. Fakat e\u011fer onlar size sava\u015f a\u00e7arlarsa onlar\u0131 \u00f6ld\u00fcr\u00fcn. K\u00e2firlerin cezas\u0131 b\u00f6yledir.<\/strong><\/p>\n

E\u011fer onlar sava\u015fa ve k\u00e2firli\u011fe son verirlerse Allah ba\u011f\u0131\u015flay\u0131c\u0131d\u0131r, merhametlidir.”<\/strong><\/p>\n

Bask\u0131 ya da ayartma yolu ile m\u00fcsl\u00fcman\u0131 dininden uzakla\u015ft\u0131rmaya kalk\u0131\u015fmak, insan hayat\u0131n\u0131n en kutsal de\u011ferine kar\u015f\u0131 sald\u0131r\u0131ya ge\u00e7mek demektir. Bundan dolay\u0131 bu sald\u0131r\u0131, adam \u00f6ld\u00fcrmekten daha a\u011f\u0131r bir su\u00e7tur; insan\u0131 \u00f6ld\u00fcrmekten, can\u0131n\u0131 almaktan ve hayat\u0131n\u0131 yok etmekten daha a\u011f\u0131r bir c\u00fcr\u00fcmd\u00fcr. S\u00f6zkonusu fitne ister tehdit, y\u0131ld\u0131rma ve fiili i\u015fkence yolu ile olsun; ister insanlar\u0131 sapt\u0131racak, yozla\u015ft\u0131racak, y\u00fcce Allah’\u0131n sisteminden uzakla\u015ft\u0131racak, so\u011futacak, Allah’\u0131n sistemine yan \u00e7izmeyi kendilerine sempatik sayd\u0131racak toplumsal ve politik \u015fartlar olu\u015fturma yoluyla olsun farketmez.<\/p>\n

Bu ikinci fitne yolunun en yak\u0131n ve en tipik \u00f6rne\u011fi Kom\u00fcnizmdir. Bilindi\u011fi gibi bu ideoloji, bu politik rejim dini afyon say\u0131p yasakl\u0131yor, Allahs\u0131zl\u0131k (ateizm) propagandas\u0131n\u0131 serbest b\u0131rak\u0131yor, zina ve alkoll\u00fc i\u00e7ki gibi \u0130slami yasaklar\u0131 m\u00fcbah sayan kanun\u00ee d\u00fczenlemeler getiriyor, yo\u011fun propaganda kampanyalar\u0131 ile bu yasaklar\u0131 insanlara sempatik g\u00f6steriyor, buna kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131k y\u00fcce Allah’\u0131n sisteminde me\u015fru say\u0131lan erdemlerin, faziletlerin ba\u011fl\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131 kamuoyu kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda antipatik g\u00f6steriyor; bu sosyal ve hukuk\u00ee \u015fartlar\u0131, insanlar\u0131n bask\u0131s\u0131ndan kurtulamayacaklar\u0131 zorlamalara, dayatmalara ve oldu-bittilere d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr\u00fcyor.<\/p>\n

\u0130sl\u00e2m’\u0131n inan\u00e7 \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc ile ilgili bu g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f\u00fc ve insan hayat\u0131nda bu \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011fe vermi\u015f oldu\u011fu son derece b\u00fcy\u00fck de\u011fer \u0130sl\u00e2m’\u0131n karakteri ve insan\u0131n varolu\u015f amac\u0131na ili\u015fkin bak\u0131\u015f a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131 ile ba\u011fda\u015fan, b\u00fct\u00fcnle\u015fen bir g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr. Zira insan\u0131n varolu\u015f amac\u0131, ibadettir. Bu kavram, Allah’a y\u00f6nelik her iyi ve yararl\u0131 faaliyeti i\u00e7ine al\u0131r. \u0130nsan\u0131n en de\u011ferli, en \u00fcst\u00fcn varl\u0131\u011f\u0131 inan\u00e7 \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcd\u00fcr. Buna g\u00f6re kim onun elinden bu \u00fcst\u00fcn varl\u0131\u011f\u0131 almaya kalk\u0131\u015f\u0131r, do\u011frudan do\u011fruya ya da dolayl\u0131 bi\u00e7imde onu dininden koparmaya giri\u015firse, canl\u0131 bir varl\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00f6ld\u00fcrenden daha a\u011f\u0131r c\u00fcr\u00fcm i\u015flemi\u015f olur. Bundan dolay\u0131 m\u00fcmin, bu inan\u00e7 \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc, onun d\u00fc\u015fman\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6ld\u00fcrerek savunur. B\u00f6yle oldu\u011fu i\u00e7in ayetin bu c\u00fcmleci\u011finde “onlarla sava\u015f\u0131n” denilmiyor, “onlar\u0131 \u00f6ld\u00fcr\u00fcn, onlar\u0131 buldu\u011funuz yerde \u00f6ld\u00fcr\u00fcn” deniliyor. “Ne durumda olurlarsa olsunlar ve elinizdeki \u00f6ld\u00fcrme arac\u0131 ne olursa olsun onlar\u0131 \u00f6ld\u00fcr\u00fcn” demektir bu. Tabii ki, bu durumlarda da i\u015fkence ederek ve ate\u015fte yakarak \u00f6ld\u00fcrmeyi yasaklayan \u0130sl\u00e2mi sava\u015f kurallar\u0131na uyulacakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n

Bunun yan\u0131s\u0131ra Mescid-i Haram (K\u00e2be) civar\u0131nda sava\u015fmak yasakt\u0131r. Allah (c.c) buray\u0131 g\u00fcven b\u00f6lgesi olarak belirledi, dostu Hz. \u0130brahim’in (sel\u00e2m \u00fczerine olsun) duas\u0131n\u0131 kabul ederek oran\u0131n \u00e7evresini de g\u00fcvenlik ku\u015fa\u011f\u0131 olarak il\u00e2n etti. Buray\u0131 d\u00fcnyan\u0131n her yan\u0131ndan ak\u0131n ak\u0131n gelecek olan insanlar\u0131n g\u00fcven, dokunulmazl\u0131k ve bar\u0131\u015f i\u00e7inde toplanacaklar\u0131 bir yer k\u0131ld\u0131.<\/p>\n

Mescid-i Haram’\u0131n civar\u0131nda sava\u015f olmaz. Orada, yaln\u0131z bu yerin dokunulmazl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7i\u011fneyerek m\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlara sald\u0131r\u0131 ba\u015flatan k\u00e2firlere kar\u015f\u0131 sava\u015f\u0131l\u0131r. O zaman m\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlar onlara kuvvetle kar\u015f\u0131 koyarlar ve bu sald\u0131rganlar\u0131 \u00f6ld\u00fcrmedik\u00e7e vuru\u015fmaya son vermezler. \u0130\u015fte insanlara din\u00ee inan\u00e7lar\u0131 y\u00fcz\u00fcnden bask\u0131 yapan ve \u00e7evresinde g\u00fcven i\u00e7inde ya\u015fam\u0131\u015f olduklar\u0131 Mescid-i Haram’\u0131n dokunulmazl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7i\u011fneyen k\u00e2firlere yara\u015fan ceza budur. Fakat:<\/p>\n

“E\u011fer onlar sava\u015fa ve k\u00e2firli\u011fe son verirlerse Allah ba\u011f\u0131\u015flay\u0131c\u0131d\u0131r, merhametlidir.”<\/strong><\/p>\n

Onlar\u0131 y\u00fcce Allah’\u0131n ba\u011f\u0131\u015f\u0131na ve merhametine l\u00e2y\u0131k hale getirecek olan “son verme” k\u00e2firli\u011fe son vermektir, yoksa sadece m\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlara kar\u015f\u0131 sava\u015fmaya, onlara dini inan\u00e7lar\u0131 gerek\u00e7esi ile bask\u0131 yapmaya son vermek de\u011fildir. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc m\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlar ile sava\u015fmaya ve onlara dini inan\u00e7lar\u0131 y\u00fcz\u00fcnden bask\u0131 yapmaya son vermelerinin onlara sa\u011flayaca\u011f\u0131 azami kazan\u00e7 m\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlar\u0131n kendileri ile bar\u0131\u015f antla\u015fmas\u0131 yapmalar\u0131 olabilir. Fakat onlar\u0131 y\u00fcce Allah’\u0131n ba\u011f\u0131\u015f ve merhametine l\u00e2y\u0131k hale getirmez. Bu ayette ba\u011f\u0131\u015fa ve merhamete i\u015faret edilmesinden g\u00fcd\u00fclen ama\u00e7, k\u00e2firleri iman etmeye \u00f6zendirmek, k\u00e2firlikten ve sald\u0131rganl\u0131ktan sonra i\u00e7lerinde y\u00fcce Allah’\u0131n ba\u011f\u0131\u015f\u0131na ve merhametine kavu\u015fma \u00fcmidini uyand\u0131rmakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n

, \u015eu \u0130sl\u00e2m dini ne b\u00fcy\u00fckt\u00fcr ki, s\u0131rf m\u00fcsl\u00fcman oluvermekle k\u00e2firlere y\u00fcce Allah \u0131n ba\u011f\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131n ve merhametinin ula\u015faca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 haber vermekte onlar\u0131 k\u0131sas ve diyet h\u00fck\u00fcmlerinden muaf tutmaktad\u0131r. Oysa onlar daha \u00f6nce bir\u00e7ok m\u00fcsl\u00fcman\u0131 \u00f6ld\u00fcrm\u00fc\u015f veya bask\u0131 alt\u0131nda ya\u015fatm\u0131\u015f, onlara kar\u015f\u0131 en i\u011fren\u00e7 cinayetleri reva g\u00f6rm\u00fc\u015flerdi!<\/p>\n

\u0130sl\u00e2m’da sava\u015f\u0131n amac\u0131, insanlar\u0131n dinleri y\u00fcz\u00fcnden bask\u0131 g\u00f6rmelerini \u00f6nlemek, kaba kuvvetle ya da bu anlama gelebilecek sosyal \u015fartlarla olup-bittiler meydana getirerek m\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlar\u0131n dinlerinden vazge\u00e7irilmemelerini g\u00fcvenceye almak, m\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlar\u0131n ba\u015f\u0131na ayart\u0131c\u0131, sapt\u0131r\u0131c\u0131 ve yozla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131c\u0131 fakt\u00f6rlerin musallat edilmesine engel olmakt\u0131r. Bu da Allah’\u0131n dininin \u00fcst\u00fcnl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc sa\u011flayarak, taraftarlar\u0131n\u0131 g\u00fc\u00e7lendirerek ve d\u00fc\u015fmanlar\u0131n g\u00f6z\u00fcn\u00fc y\u0131ld\u0131rarak ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilebilir. O zaman \u0130sl\u00e2m d\u00fc\u015fmanlar\u0131 m\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlara i\u015fkence etmeye, dinleri y\u00fcz\u00fcnden bask\u0131 yapmaya cesaret edemezler. \u0130sl\u00e2m’a girmek isteyen hi\u00e7 kimse kendisini bu karar\u0131ndan al\u0131koyacak ya da bu karar\u0131 y\u00fcz\u00fcnden kendisine i\u015fkence ve bask\u0131 uygulayacak hi\u00e7bir g\u00fc\u00e7ten korkmaz. Buna g\u00f6re m\u00fcsl\u00fcman cemaat, s\u00f6zkonusu sald\u0131rgan ve zalim g\u00fc\u00e7leri ortadan kald\u0131r\u0131ncaya, y\u00fcce Allah’\u0131n dini kesin bir galibiyet ve \u00fcst\u00fcnl\u00fck elde edinceye kadar s\u00fcrekli bi\u00e7imde onlarla sava\u015fmakla y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcd\u00fcr:<\/p>\n

“Fitne ortadan kalk\u0131p Allah’\u0131n dini tam anlam\u0131 ile egemen oluncaya kadar onlarla sava\u015f\u0131n. E\u011fer yapt\u0131klar\u0131na son verirlerse zalimlerden ba\u015fkas\u0131na sald\u0131r\u0131lmaz.”<\/strong><\/p>\n

Bu ayetin n\u00fczul sebebine bak\u0131larak her ne kadar o d\u00f6nemin Arap yar\u0131madas\u0131nda egemen olan, sultas\u0131 alt\u0131na ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 insanlar\u0131 m\u00fcsl\u00fcman olmaktan al\u0131koyarak Allah’\u0131n dininin yay\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 engelleyen m\u00fc\u015frik d\u00fczenin hedef al\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131 sonucuna var\u0131l\u0131rsa da ayetin kapsam\u0131 evrenseldir, direktifi s\u00fcreklidir. Ba\u015fka bir deyimle cihad, K\u0131yamet g\u00fcn\u00fcne kadar devam edecektir. Herhangi bir vakit zalim bir g\u00fc\u00e7 insanlar\u0131 Allah’\u0131n dininden al\u0131koyarsa, insanlar\u0131n y\u00fcce Allah’\u0131n \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 dinlemelerini ve hakl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131na kanaat getirince bu \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131y\u0131 kabul etmelerini engellerse, m\u00fcsl\u00fcman cemaat her an i\u00e7in bu zalim g\u00fcc\u00fc ortadan kald\u0131rarak insanlar\u0131 bunun bask\u0131s\u0131ndan kurtarmakla ve b\u00f6ylece \u00f6zg\u00fcr bir ortamda \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131y\u0131 dinleyip g\u00f6n\u00fcll\u00fc tercihleri ile y\u00fcce Allah’\u0131n yolunu benimseyebilmelerini sa\u011flamakla y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcd\u00fcr.<\/p>\n

Bu b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcn bir \u00f6nceki ayetinde fitne (madd\u00ee ve manev\u00ee din\u00ee bask\u0131) k\u0131nand\u0131ktan ve adam \u00f6ld\u00fcrmekten daha a\u011f\u0131r bir su\u00e7 say\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 belirtildikten sonra, bunun \u00f6nlenmesi gerekti\u011fi bu ayette tekrar vurgulan\u0131yor. Bu tekrar, bu meselenin \u0130sl\u00e2mi a\u00e7\u0131dan ta\u015f\u0131d\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00f6nemi ortaya koydu\u011fu gibi asl\u0131nda insan\u0131n \u0130sl\u00e2m’\u0131n elinde ikinci kez do\u011fu\u015fu anlam\u0131na gelen b\u00fcy\u00fck bir prensibe parmak bas\u0131yor. Bu \u00f6yle bir yeniden do\u011fu\u015f ki, insan\u0131n de\u011ferini inanc\u0131n\u0131n de\u011ferine ba\u011fl\u0131yor, insan\u0131n t\u00fcm hayat\u0131n\u0131 terazinin bir kefesine ve inanc\u0131n\u0131 da \u00f6b\u00fcr kefesine koyduktan sonra inan\u00e7 kefesinin daha a\u011f\u0131r bast\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 belirliyor. Ayr\u0131ca bu prensip “insan”\u0131n d\u00fc\u015fmanlar\u0131n\u0131n kimler oldu\u011funu da a\u00e7\u0131k\u00e7a ortaya koyuyor. Bunlar madd\u00ee ya da manev\u00ee bask\u0131 uygulayarak bir m\u00fcmini dininden ay\u0131rmaya kalk\u0131\u015fanlar, m\u00fcsl\u00fcmana m\u00fcsl\u00fcman oldu\u011fu i\u00e7in eziyet edenlerdir. Bunlar insanl\u0131\u011f\u0131, iyili\u011fin en b\u00fcy\u00fck unsurundan yoksun b\u0131rakanlar, insanl\u0131kla y\u00fcce Allah’\u0131n sistemi aras\u0131na girenlerdir. \u0130\u015fte m\u00fcsl\u00fcman cemaat, bunlara kar\u015f\u0131 kesintisiz bi\u00e7imde sava\u015fmakla; “Fitne ortadan kalk\u0131p Allah’\u0131n dini tam anlam\u0131 ile egemen oluncaya kadar” <\/strong>bunlar\u0131 \u00f6ld\u00fcrmekle y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcd\u00fcr.<\/p>\n

Kur’an-\u0131 Kerim’in sava\u015f ile ilgili inen bu ilk ayetlerinde ortaya konan bu b\u00fcy\u00fck \u0130sl\u00e2m ilkesi o g\u00fcn oldu\u011fu gibi bug\u00fcn de aynen ge\u00e7erlidir. Bu inan\u00e7 sistemi bug\u00fcn de kendine ve ba\u011fl\u0131lar\u0131na d\u00f6n\u00fck t\u00fcrl\u00fc t\u00fcrl\u00fc sald\u0131r\u0131lar ile kar\u015f\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131yad\u0131r. G\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde de m\u00fcminler bazan fertler halinde, kimi zaman cemaatler halinde ve zaman zaman da t\u00fcm\u00fc ile milletler d\u00fczeyinde eziyetlere ve maddi-manevi bask\u0131lara maruz kalmaktad\u0131r. Kim dini y\u00fcz\u00fcnden madd\u00ee-manevi bask\u0131ya, inanc\u0131 sebebiyle eziyete u\u011frarsa, u\u011frad\u0131\u011f\u0131 bask\u0131n\u0131n ve eziyetin bi\u00e7imi ve t\u00fcr\u00fc ne olursa olsun, dinin ve inanc\u0131n\u0131n d\u00fc\u015fmanlar\u0131 ile sava\u015f\u0131p onlar\u0131 \u00f6ld\u00fcrmesi ve bunun sonucu olarak insan\u0131n yeniden do\u011fu\u015fu say\u0131lan bu b\u00fcy\u00fck \u0130sl\u00e2mi prensibi ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirmesi \u00fczerine farzd\u0131r.<\/p>\n

E\u011fer zalimler, zalimliklerine son verir, insanlar ile Rabbleri aras\u0131na girmekten vazge\u00e7erlerse art\u0131k onlara sald\u0131r\u0131lmaz, el kald\u0131r\u0131lmaz. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc cihad, zulme ve zalimlere y\u00f6neliktir:<\/p>\n

“E\u011fer yapt\u0131klar\u0131na son verirlerse zalimlerden ba\u015fkas\u0131na asla sald\u0131r\u0131lmaz.” <\/strong>(Bu ayetten bir s\u00fcre sonra Berae Suresinde yeralan ve Arap yar\u0131madas\u0131nda ya\u015fayan m\u00fc\u015friklerin tamam\u0131 “lailaheillallah (Allah’tan ba\u015fka ilah yoktur)” deyinceye kadar sava\u015f\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 emreden ayet indi. Bu ayetin getirdi\u011fi de\u011fi\u015fiklik \u0130sl\u00e2m’\u0131n ve m\u00fcsl\u00fcman cemaatin durumunda meydana gelen de\u011fi\u015fmenin gerektirdi\u011fi bir d\u00fczenlemedir. Bu de\u011fi\u015fiklik ile yar\u0131madan\u0131n kat\u0131ks\u0131z bir \u0130sl\u00e2m yurdu olmas\u0131 ve b\u00f6ylece yar\u0131mada d\u0131\u015f\u0131ndan gelen Bizans ve Fars sald\u0131r\u0131lar\u0131 ile kar\u015f\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131ya gelirken arkas\u0131nda i\u00e7 d\u00fc\u015fman b\u0131rakmamas\u0131 ama\u00e7lanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131.)<\/p>\n

Burada zalimlere kar\u015f\u0131 koyma, onlar\u0131 geri p\u00fcsk\u00fcrtme eylemine “sald\u0131r\u0131” denmesi, y\u00fczeysel bir kelime benzerli\u011finden kaynaklan\u0131r. Yoksa bu eylem asl\u0131nda adalet, hakkaniyet ve zulme u\u011frayanlara y\u00f6nelik “sald\u0131r\u0131”y\u0131 giderme hareketidir. Daha sonra haram aylarda sava\u015fman\u0131n h\u00fckm\u00fcne ge\u00e7iliyor, t\u0131pk\u0131 daha \u00f6nce Mescid-i Haram (K\u00e2be) civar\u0131nda sava\u015fman\u0131n h\u00fckm\u00fcn\u00fcn a\u00e7\u0131kland\u0131\u011f\u0131 gibi:<\/p>\n

“Haram ay haram aya kar\u0131\u015f\u0131kt\u0131r. Yasaklar, dokunulmazl\u0131klar kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131kl\u0131d\u0131r. Buna g\u00f6re size sald\u0131rana, size sald\u0131rd\u0131\u011f\u0131 kadar, siz de sald\u0131r\u0131n. Allah’tan korkun ve iyi bilin ki, Allah kendisinden korkanlarla beraberdir.”<\/strong><\/p>\n

G\u00f6r\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fc gibi, haram ay\u0131n dokunulmazl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7i\u011fneyen ve o ayda ge\u00e7erli sald\u0131r\u0131 yasa\u011f\u0131na uymayan\u0131n cezas\u0131 bu haram ay\u0131n sa\u011flad\u0131\u011f\u0131 g\u00fcvencelerden yoksun kalmakt\u0131r. Y\u00fcce Allah nas\u0131l K\u00e2be’yi “g\u00fcven ve bar\u0131\u015f yeri” yapt\u0131 ise haram aylar\u0131 da “g\u00fcven ve bar\u0131\u015f zaman\u0131” yapm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bu aylarda canlara, dokunulmazl\u0131klara ve mallara ili\u015filmez. Hi\u00e7bir canl\u0131ya k\u00f6t\u00fc niyetle el s\u00fcr\u00fclmez. Kim bu yere s\u0131\u011f\u0131nmaktan ka\u00e7\u0131n\u0131r, m\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlar\u0131 bu g\u00fcvenlikten yoksun b\u0131rakmak isterse cezas\u0131, bu g\u00fcvenlikten yoksun kalmakt\u0131r. Kim ba\u015fkalar\u0131n\u0131n dokunulmaz haklar\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7i\u011fnerse kendi dokunulmazl\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131n g\u00f6zetilmesini beklememelidir. Yani dokunulmazl\u0131klar kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131kl\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n

Bununla birlikte bu durumda m\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlara tan\u0131nan kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131k verme serbestisi s\u0131n\u0131rlamalara ba\u011flanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r; bu s\u0131n\u0131rlamalar\u0131 a\u015famazlar. Bu dokunulmazl\u0131klar ancak zaruri durumlarda dokunulmazl\u0131k niteliklerini yitirirler ve bu zararuretlerin \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcs\u00fc a\u015f\u0131lmaz:<\/p>\n

“Buna g\u00f6re size sald\u0131rana, size sald\u0131rd\u0131\u011f\u0131 kadar, siz de sald\u0131r\u0131n.”<\/strong><\/p>\n

Yani bu konuda \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcy\u00fc a\u015fmak ve a\u015f\u0131r\u0131l\u0131\u011fa ka\u00e7mak yoktur. Bu konuda m\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlar takvalar\u0131 ile ba\u015fba\u015fa b\u0131rak\u0131l\u0131yorlar. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc yukarda belirtti\u011fimiz gibi onlar, sadece Allah’\u0131n yard\u0131m\u0131 sayesinde zafer kazanabileceklerini zaten biliyorlard\u0131. Burada da kendilerine Allah’tan korkmalar\u0131 emredildikten sonra Allah’\u0131n kendisinden korkanlar ile beraber olaca\u011f\u0131 hat\u0131rlat\u0131l\u0131yor. \u0130\u015fte bu, kelimenin tam anlam\u0131yla sars\u0131lmaz g\u00fcvencedir.<\/p>\n

Cihad g\u00f6revinin yerine gelebilmesi i\u00e7in insan g\u00fcc\u00fcne ihtiya\u00e7 oldu\u011fu gibi; mala, maddi imk\u00e2nlara da ihtiya\u00e7 vard\u0131r. \u0130lk m\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlar d\u00f6neminde, m\u00fcsl\u00fcman m\u00fccahid, sava\u015f techizat\u0131n\u0131, bine\u011fini ve az\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 kendi imk\u00e2nlar\u0131 ile haz\u0131rlard\u0131. O zamanki komutanlar\u0131n ve askerlerin maa\u015f\u0131 yoktu. O zaman g\u00f6n\u00fcll\u00fc beden ve mal fedak\u00e2rl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ilkesi ge\u00e7erliydi. Bu fedak\u00e2rl\u0131\u011f\u0131 yapt\u0131ran fakt\u00f6r, sosyal d\u00fczen kurma a\u015famas\u0131na varm\u0131\u015f inan\u00e7 sistemidir. B\u00f6yle olunca bu inan\u00e7 sisteminin, kendini gerek dostlar\u0131na ve gerekse d\u00fc\u015fmanlar\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131 korumak i\u00e7in mali kayna\u011fa ihtiyac\u0131 olmuyordu. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc gerek komutanlar gerekse askerler madd\u00ee ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6zkaynaklar\u0131ndan g\u00f6n\u00fcll\u00fc olarak kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131yorlard\u0131.<\/p>\n

Fakat o g\u00fcn\u00fcn \u0130sl\u00e2m toplumunda cihad etmeyi arzu eden, y\u00fcce Allah’\u0131n sistemini ve inanc\u0131n\u0131n sanca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 savunmak isteyen \u00e7ok say\u0131da fakir vard\u0131. Bunlar sava\u015f i\u00e7in gerekli sil\u00e2h ve. techizat masraflar\u0131n\u0131, binek hayvan\u0131 giderlerini ve sava\u015f s\u0131ras\u0131ndaki zarur\u00ee masraflar\u0131n\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131layacak maddi imk\u00e2nlardan yoksundu. Bu y\u00fczden Peygamberimize ba\u015fvurarak yaya olarak gidemeyecekleri uzakl\u0131ktaki sava\u015f alanlar\u0131na ula\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmalar\u0131n\u0131n sa\u011flanmas\u0131n\u0131 istiyorlard\u0131. Peygamberimiz bu isteklerini yerine getiremedi\u011fi zaman da Kur’an-\u0131 Kerim’in ifadesi ile “Binek hayvan\u0131 vermen i\u00e7in sana geldiklerinde `Size binek hayvan\u0131 bulam\u0131yorum’ dedi\u011fin zaman, harcayacak bir \u015feyleri olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in \u00fcz\u00fcnt\u00fcden g\u00f6zya\u015f\u0131 d\u00f6kerek geri d\u00f6n\u00fcyorlar”d\u0131. (Tevbe Suresi, 92)<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u0130\u015fte bu gerek\u00e7e ile gerek Kur’an’\u0131n ve gerekse Peygamberimizin (sal\u00e2t ve sel\u00e2m \u00fczerine olsun) Allah yolunda madd\u00ee yard\u0131mda bulunma, askerlerin sava\u015f masraflar\u0131na katk\u0131da bulunma ile ilgili direktiflerinin zamanla artt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fcr\u00fcz. Bunun sonucu olarak Kur’an-\u0131 Kerim’in bir\u00e7ok ayetlerinde cihad \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131s\u0131na, sava\u015f harcamalar\u0131na kat\u0131lma \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131s\u0131 da ekleniyordu.<\/p>\n

Nitekim \u015fu ayette sava\u015f masraflar\u0131na katk\u0131da bulunmaktan ka\u00e7\u0131nmak tehlike olarak niteleniyor ve m\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlar\u0131n bu tehlikeden sak\u0131nmalar\u0131 \u00f6neriliyor:<\/p>\n

“(Mallar\u0131n\u0131z\u0131n bir b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcn\u00fc) Allah yolunda harcay\u0131n. Sak\u0131n kendinizi kendi ellerinizle tehlikeye atmay\u0131n. \u0130yilik yap\u0131n; hi\u00e7 ku\u015fkusuz Allah iyilik yapanlar\u0131 sever.”<\/strong><\/p>\n

Allah yolunda mal harcamaktan ka\u00e7\u0131nmak hem insan nefsi hesab\u0131na cimrilik tehlikesi ta\u015f\u0131r ve hem de m\u00fcsl\u00fcman cemaati zay\u0131f d\u00fc\u015fme ve kendini savunamama tehlikesi ile y\u00fczy\u00fcze getirir. \u00d6zellikle \u0130sl\u00e2m gibi g\u00f6n\u00fcll\u00fcl\u00fck ilkesine dayanan bir d\u00fczen i\u00e7in bu tehlike daha somut bir nitelik ta\u015f\u0131r.<\/p>\n

Bu ayetin sonunda cihad ve Allah yolunda mal harcama d\u00fczeyinden “ihsan (iyilik)” mertebesine \u00e7\u0131k\u0131larak \u015f\u00f6yle buyuruluyor:<\/p>\n

“\u0130yilik yap\u0131n. Hi\u00e7 ku\u015fkusuz Allah iyilik yapanlar\u0131 sever.”<\/strong><\/p>\n

“\u0130hsan (iyilik)” mertebesi, \u0130sl\u00e2m’da en y\u00fcksek mertebeyi olu\u015fturur. Peygamberimizin bir hadisine g\u00f6re “ihsan”\u0131n anlam\u0131 “Allah’a, O’nu g\u00f6r\u00fcyormu\u015fsun gibi, kulluk etmendir. Zira e\u011fer sen O’nu g\u00f6rm\u00fcyorsan da O, seni g\u00f6r\u00fcyor” (Buhari, M\u00fcslim)<\/strong> \u015feklindedir.<\/p>\n

\u0130nsan nefsi bu d\u00fczeye eri\u015fince b\u00fct\u00fcn ibadetleri yerine getirir, b\u00fct\u00fcn g\u00fcnahlardan sak\u0131n\u0131r; k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck-b\u00fcy\u00fck, gizli-a\u015fik\u00e2r her i\u015fte y\u00fcce Allah’\u0131n r\u0131zas\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6zetir.
