Hamd kendisinden ba\u015fka ilah olmayan, mutlak manada tek g\u00fc\u00e7 ve kudret sahibi olan Allah\u2019a mahsustur. Salat ve selam t\u00fcm peygamberlerin ve onlar\u0131 takip eden tabilerinin \u00fczerine olsun.<\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

188- Birbirinizin mallar\u0131n\u0131 haks\u0131z yollardan yemeyin. \u0130nsanlar\u0131n bir k\u0131s\u0131m mallar\u0131n\u0131 g\u00fcnah olacak bi\u00e7imde bile bile yemek i\u00e7in hakimlere pe\u015fke\u015f \u00e7ekmeyin.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

GASB<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00dcnl\u00fc m\u00fcfessir \u0130bn-i Kesir, bu ayet hakk\u0131nda \u015fu a\u00e7\u0131klamay\u0131 yap\u0131yor:<\/p>\n

Ali b. Talha \u015f\u00f6yle diyor: “Abdullah b. Abbas’dan gelen bir rivayet de ayn\u0131 niteliktedir: Bu ayet, ba\u015fkas\u0131n\u0131n hakk\u0131 olan bir mal\u0131 zimmetine ge\u00e7iren bir adam ile ilgilidir. Adam, bu mal konusunda aleyhinde delil olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in borcunu ink\u00e2r ediyor ve bu iddia ile mahkemeye ba\u015fvuruyor. Oysa haks\u0131z oldu\u011funu, g\u00fcnahk\u00e2r oldu\u011funu, yedi\u011fi mal\u0131n haram oldu\u011funu biliyor.”<\/p>\n

Nitekim M\u00fccahid, Said b. Cubeyr, \u0130krime, Hasan, Katade, Sedi, Mukatil b. Hayyan, Abdurrahman b. Zeyd b. Eslem’den rivayet edildi\u011fine g\u00f6re ad\u0131 ge\u00e7en zatlar bu konuda “Haks\u0131z oldu\u011funu bile bile d\u00e2va a\u00e7ma” demi\u015flerdir. \u00d6te yandan Buhar\u00ee ile M\u00fcslim’in, Umm-u Seleme’ye dayanarak naklettikleri bir hadise g\u00f6re Peygamber Efendimiz \u015f\u00f6yle buyuruyor:<\/p>\n

“Hi\u00e7 ku\u015fkusuz ben de bir insan\u0131m. Zaman zaman bana da davac\u0131 ba\u015fvurur. \u0130\u00e7inizden biri, bir ba\u015fkas\u0131na g\u00f6re davas\u0131n\u0131 daha etkileyici bir dil ile savunabilir ve ben de onun lehine h\u00fck\u00fcm verebilirim. Bu \u015fekilde kimin lehine h\u00fck\u00fcm verir de ba\u015fkas\u0131n\u0131n hakk\u0131n\u0131 zimmetine ge\u00e7irirsem bilsin ki, bu haks\u0131z mal, bir ate\u015f par\u00e7as\u0131d\u0131r. Buna g\u00f6re ister onu ta\u015f\u0131s\u0131n, isterse b\u0131raks\u0131n.”<\/strong><\/p>\n

G\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcyor ki, Peygamberimiz (sal\u00e2t ve sel\u00e2m \u00fczerine olsun) b\u00f6ylelerini i\u00e7y\u00fcz\u00fcn\u00fc bildikleri davalar\u0131 ile ba\u015f ba\u015fa b\u0131rak\u0131yor. Zira hakimin karar\u0131 ne herhangi bir haram\u0131 hel\u00e2l ve ne de herhangi bir hel\u00e2li haram haline getirebilir. O sadece g\u00f6z \u00f6n\u00fcndeki delillere g\u00f6re ba\u011flay\u0131c\u0131l\u0131k ifade eder. G\u00fcnah\u0131, sorumlulu\u011fu o konuda hile yapan, yan\u0131ltmaya ba\u015fvuran taraf\u0131n omuzlar\u0131ndad\u0131r.<\/p>\n

B\u00f6ylece k\u0131sasta, vasiyyette ve oru\u00e7ta oldu\u011fu gibi mahkeme \u00f6n\u00fcne \u00e7\u0131kmakta ve malda da \u0130sl\u00e2m meseleyi takvaya, Allah korkusuna ba\u011fl\u0131yor. Bunlar\u0131n t\u00fcm\u00fc il\u00e2h\u00ee sistemin birbirini tamamlayan, uyumlu ve organik b\u00f6l\u00fcmleridir; hepsi de bu sistemin b\u00fct\u00fcn par\u00e7alar\u0131n\u0131 birbirine ba\u011flayan il\u00e2hi kulpa, halkaya ba\u011fl\u0131d\u0131rlar. B\u00f6ylece bu il\u00e2h\u00ee sistem b\u00f6l\u00fcnmez, par\u00e7alanmaz bir b\u00fct\u00fcn, organik bir \u00fcnite olu\u015fturur. Bu durumda bir taraf\u0131n\u0131 b\u0131rak\u0131p ba\u015fka bir taraf\u0131n\u0131 benimsemek ve uygulamak, y\u00fcce Allah’\u0131n kitab\u0131n\u0131n bir k\u0131sm\u0131na inan\u0131p bir k\u0131sm\u0131n\u0131 ink\u00e2r etmek anlam\u0131na gelir ki, b\u00f6yle bir tutum, Allah korusun son \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmde k\u00e2firliktir.<\/p>\n

Bir \u00f6nceki b\u00f6l\u00fcmde oldu\u011fu gibi bu b\u00f6l\u00fcmdeki ayetlerde de bu \u00fcmmete emredilen farzlar\u0131n ve y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcl\u00fcklerin, onun hayat\u0131n\u0131 d\u00fczenleyen prensiplerin, gerek kendi bireyleri aras\u0131ndaki ve gerekse \u00e7evresindeki di\u011fer milletler ile olan ili\u015fkilerini y\u00f6nlendiren \u015feriat h\u00fck\u00fcmlerinin, yasal esaslar\u0131n\u0131n anlat\u0131m\u0131na devam ediliyor.<\/p>\n

Giri\u015f b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcnde hilaller (yani aylar) ile ilgili bir a\u00e7\u0131klama yer al\u0131yor. Bunu, cahiliyeden kalma bir adeti d\u00fczeltme amac\u0131 g\u00fcden bir a\u00e7\u0131klama izliyor. S\u00f6z konusu cahiliye adetine g\u00f6re belirli bir vesile ile herhangi bir eve girmek gerekti\u011finde normal olan kap\u0131s\u0131ndan de\u011fil de arka taraf\u0131ndan giriliyordu. Daha sonra genel olarak sava\u015fla ilgili h\u00fck\u00fcmler ve \u00f6zel olarak haram aylarda ve Mescid-i Haram s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131 i\u00e7inde sava\u015fmaya ili\u015fkin esaslar anlat\u0131l\u0131yor. B\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcn sonunda ise \u0130sl\u00e2m’\u0131n belirledi\u011fi, ar\u0131nd\u0131rd\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve cahiliye d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnceleri ile ili\u015fkili t\u00fcm unsurlardan ay\u0131klad\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u015fekliyle Hacc ve Umre ibadetlerinin ayr\u0131nt\u0131lar\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131klan\u0131yor.<\/p>\n

Yine bu ayetler de -Daha \u00f6nceki b\u00f6l\u00fcmde oldu\u011fu gibi-. bir yandan inan\u00e7 ve d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnce sistemine ili\u015fkin h\u00fck\u00fcmler, bir yandan ibadet amac\u0131 ta\u015f\u0131yan davran\u0131\u015flara ili\u015fkin h\u00fck\u00fcmler ve bir yandan da sava\u015fa ili\u015fkin h\u00fck\u00fcmler kar\u015f\u0131m\u0131za \u00e7\u0131k\u0131yor. Bu h\u00fck\u00fcmlerin hepsi ayn\u0131 nokta etraf\u0131nda b\u00fct\u00fcnle\u015fiyor, hepsinin sonu y\u00fcce Allah’\u0131 ve Allah korkusunu hat\u0131rlatan uyar\u0131lar ile noktalan\u0131yor.<\/p>\n

Mesel\u00e2 evlere arka taraflar\u0131ndan girme konusunu i\u015fleyen ayetin sonunda iyilik kavram\u0131na do\u011fru bir anlam kazand\u0131ran, iyili\u011fin g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcrdeki davran\u0131\u015flarla de\u011fil, takva derecesi ile \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fclece\u011fini vurgulayan bir uyar\u0131 ile kar\u015f\u0131la\u015f\u0131yoruz:<\/p>\n

“Evlere arka taraflar\u0131ndan girmeniz iyili\u011fe uygun bir davran\u0131\u015f de\u011fildir. \u0130yili\u011fe uygun davran\u0131\u015f, k\u00f6t\u00fcl\u00fckten sak\u0131narak, Allah’tan korkarak evlere kap\u0131lar\u0131ndan girenlerin davran\u0131\u015f\u0131d\u0131r. Allah’tan korkun ki, kurtulu\u015fa, umdu\u011funuza eresiniz.” <\/strong>Genel anlamda sava\u015f konusunda ise m\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlar \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcy\u00fc a\u015fmamaya, sald\u0131rgan olmamaya \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131lmakta ve bu mesele ile y\u00fcce Allah’\u0131n sevgisi ve nefreti aras\u0131nda ba\u011f kurulmaktad\u0131r:<\/p>\n

“\u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc Allah \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcy\u00fc elden b\u0131rakanlar\u0131, sald\u0131rganlar\u0131 sevmez.”<\/strong><\/p>\n

Haram aylarda sava\u015fman\u0131n h\u00fckm\u00fcn\u00fc a\u00e7\u0131klayan ayet de m\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlar\u0131 Allah’tan korkmaya \u00e7a\u011f\u0131ran \u015fu uyar\u0131 ile sona eriyor:<\/p>\n

“Allah’tan korkun ve bilin ki, Allah kendisinden korkanlar ile beraberdir.” <\/strong>\u00d6te yandan, Allah yolunda mal infak etmeyi emreden ayetin son c\u00fcmleci\u011finde de y\u00fcce Allah’\u0131n iyilik yapanlar\u0131 sevdi\u011fi vurgulanmaktad\u0131r:<\/p>\n

“\u0130yilik yap\u0131n hi\u00e7 ku\u015fkusuz Allah iyilik yapanlar\u0131 sever.”<\/strong><\/p>\n

Bunlar\u0131n yan\u0131s\u0131ra Hacc ibadetinin baz\u0131 hareketlerini anlatan ayet de \u015fu yorum c\u00fcmleci\u011fi ile noktalan\u0131yor:<\/p>\n

“Allah’tan korkun ve bilin ki, O’nun azab\u0131 a\u011f\u0131rd\u0131r.”<\/strong><\/p>\n

Ayn\u0131 \u015fekilde Hacc\u0131n ne zaman yap\u0131laca\u011f\u0131n\u0131, Hacc s\u0131ras\u0131nda kad\u0131na yakla\u015fman\u0131n, di\u011fer hac\u0131 adaylar\u0131 ile k\u00fcf\u00fcrle\u015fmenin ve kavga etmenin yasak oldu\u011funu belirten ayet de \u015fu uyar\u0131 c\u00fcmleci\u011fi ile ba\u011flan\u0131yor:<\/p>\n

Hatta m\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlar\u0131, Hacc ibadetinin bitiminden sonra y\u00fcce Allah’\u0131n ad\u0131n\u0131 anmaya \u00e7a\u011f\u0131ran ayetin sonunda bile yukar\u0131dakiler ile ayn\u0131 i\u00e7eri\u011fi ta\u015f\u0131yan \u015fu yorum c\u00fcmleci\u011fi yer al\u0131yor:<\/p>\n

“Allah’tan korkunuz ve biliniz ki, hepiniz O’nun huzurunda biraraya getirileceksiniz.”<\/strong><\/p>\n

B\u00f6ylece bu de\u011fi\u015fik konular\u0131n birbirleriyle s\u0131k\u0131 bir ili\u015fki halinde ve birbirine kenetlenmi\u015f oldu\u011funu g\u00f6r\u00fcyoruz. Bu s\u0131k\u0131 ili\u015fki, bu dinin karakterinden kaynaklan\u0131r. Bu dinin karakterinde ibadet ama\u00e7l\u0131 hareketler, kalpteki duygulardan ve bunlar\u0131n her ikisi sosyal hayata y\u00f6n veren yasal d\u00fczenlemelerden ayr\u0131lmaz. Bu din, ancak hem d\u00fcnya i\u015flerini hem Ahiret i\u015flerini, hem kalple ilgili geli\u015fmeleri, hem sosyal ve devletleraras\u0131 ili\u015fkileri hep birlikte kapsad\u0131\u011f\u0131; hayat\u0131 t\u00fcm\u00fc ile denetimi alt\u0131na alarak onu, \u00fcniteleri birbirini tamamlayan tek bir d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnce sistemi, uyumlu tek bir metod, yayg\u0131n tek bir sosyal d\u00fczen ve tek bir ara\u00e7 uyar\u0131nca y\u00f6nlendirdi\u011fi takdirde ray\u0131na oturabilir. Burada s\u00f6z\u00fc ge\u00e7en tek uygulama arac\u0131, hayat\u0131n b\u00fct\u00fcn faaliyet kesimlerinde y\u00fcce Allah’\u0131n \u015feriat\u0131na dayanan kendine \u00f6zg\u00fc, orjinal hayat sistemidir.<\/p>\n

Bu surenin incelemekte oldu\u011fumuz b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcnden itibaren Kur’an-\u0131 Kerim’in de\u011fi\u015fik bir anlat\u0131m tarz\u0131 ile kar\u015f\u0131la\u015f\u0131yoruz. Bu yeni anlat\u0131m tarz\u0131, birtak\u0131m merak edilen meselelere cevap bi\u00e7iminde kar\u015f\u0131m\u0131za \u00e7\u0131k\u0131yor. M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlar bu durumlarda Peygamberlerine (sal\u00e2t ve sel\u00e2m \u00fczerine olsun) \u00e7e\u015fitli meseleler hakk\u0131nda sorular soruyorlard\u0131. Sorduklar\u0131 bu meseleler hayatlar\u0131n\u0131n yeni d\u00f6neminde kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131klar\u0131 problemlerle ilgiliydi. Bu meselelerde yeni d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnce sistemleri, yeni ya\u015fama d\u00fczenleri uyar\u0131nca nas\u0131l hareket edeceklerini \u00f6\u011frenmek istiyorlar; ayr\u0131ca i\u00e7inde ya\u015fad\u0131klar\u0131 evren kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda uyan\u0131kl\u0131k kazanan duyu organlar\u0131n\u0131n dikkatini \u00e7eken baz\u0131 evrensel realiteler de zaman zaman bu sorular\u0131n\u0131n g\u00fcndemini olu\u015fturuyordu.<\/p>\n

Mesel\u00e2 hil\u00e2ller, yeni aylar hakk\u0131nda soru soruyorlar. Acaba bunlar\u0131n mahiyeti nedir? Ay\u0131n g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fcs\u00fc ni\u00e7in \u00f6nce hil\u00e2l bi\u00e7iminde beliriyor, sonra gitgide b\u00fcy\u00fcyerek yuvarlak bir dolunay halini al\u0131yor, arkas\u0131ndan da yava\u015f yava\u015f eksilerek yine hil\u00e2l \u015fekline giriyor; sonra da yeniden hil\u00e2l bi\u00e7iminde ortaya \u00e7\u0131kmak \u00fczere g\u00f6zlerden kayboluyor?<\/p>\n

Bir ba\u015fka zaman Allah yolunda nas\u0131l harcama yapacaklar\u0131n\u0131, hangi t\u00fcr mallardan harcama yapacaklar\u0131n\u0131, sahip olduklar\u0131 servetin ne kadar\u0131n\u0131 ve ne orandaki b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcn\u00fc vereceklerini soruyorlar.<\/p>\n

Ba\u015fka bir zaman da haram aylarda ve Mescid-i Haram civar\u0131nda sava\u015fman\u0131n h\u00fckm\u00fcn\u00fc soruyorlar: “Acaba bu sava\u015f caiz midir, de\u011fil midir?” diyorlard\u0131. Bir ba\u015fka g\u00fcn, alkoll\u00fc i\u00e7kinin ve kumar\u0131n h\u00fckm\u00fcn\u00fcn ne oldu\u011funu \u00f6\u011frenmek istiyorlar. Bilindi\u011fi gibi cahiliye d\u00f6neminde i\u00e7ki ve kumar Araplar aras\u0131nda \u00e7ok yayg\u0131nd\u0131.<\/p>\n

Bir ba\u015fka g\u00fcn ise kad\u0131nlar\u0131n ayba\u015f\u0131 kanamalar\u0131 hakk\u0131nda soru soruyorlar. Kad\u0131nlar\u0131n bu d\u00f6nemlerinde onlarla aralar\u0131ndaki ili\u015fkinin nas\u0131l olmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fini \u00f6\u011frenmek istiyorlar. Ba\u015fka bir zaman da e\u015fleri ile aralar\u0131ndaki en mahrem meseleler hakk\u0131nda sorular soruyorlar. Kimi zaman da bu t\u00fcr sorular kad\u0131nlar\u0131n kendileri taraf\u0131ndan g\u00fcndeme getiriliyordu.<\/p>\n

Kur’an-\u0131 Kerim’in di\u011fer surelerinde yeralan, \u00e7ok daha de\u011fi\u015fik konularla ilgili sorular da vard\u0131 bunlar\u0131n aras\u0131nda.<\/p>\n

Bu sorular \u00e7e\u015fitli a\u00e7\u0131lardan anlaml\u0131, \u00f6nemli birka\u00e7 realitenin somut g\u00f6stergesidir:<\/p>\n

1- Bu sorular, her \u015feyden \u00f6nce m\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlar\u0131n ya\u015fama tarz\u0131nda ve sosyal ili\u015fkilerinde belirgin bir a\u00e7\u0131lman\u0131n, canlanman\u0131n ve geli\u015fmenin meydana geldi\u011fini, yava\u015f yava\u015f orjinal ki\u015fili\u011fini bulmaya ba\u015flayan \u0130sl\u00e2m toplumunda yeni toplumsal \u015fartlar belirdi\u011fini, m\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlar\u0131n bu topluma g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc ba\u011flarla ba\u011fland\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131, art\u0131k onlar\u0131n eski ba\u015f\u0131bo\u015f fertler ya da da\u011f\u0131n\u0131k kabileler olmad\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131; kendine \u00f6zg\u00fc bir yap\u0131s\u0131, bir d\u00fczeni, herkesin ba\u011fl\u0131 oldu\u011fu bir fonksiyonu olan yeni bir \u00fcmmet haline geldiklerini g\u00f6sterir. Bu \u00fcmmetin her ferdi toplumdaki davran\u0131\u015flar\u0131n\u0131n bi\u00e7imi ve sosyal ili\u015fkilerinin nas\u0131l olmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fi ile ciddi bi\u00e7imde ilgileniyor. Bu durum \u0130sl\u00e2m d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnce sisteminin, d\u00fczeninin ve y\u00f6netim mekanizmas\u0131n\u0131n ortak katk\u0131s\u0131 ile meydana getirdi\u011fi yeni bir durumdur. Genel anlamda sosyal, fikr\u00ee, duygusal ve insan\u00ee d\u00fczeylerde beliren somut bir geli\u015fme ile kars\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131yay\u0131z.<\/p>\n

2- Bu sorular\u0131n di\u011fer bir anlam\u0131, ikinci bir g\u00f6stergesi de \u015fudur: Bu \u00fcmmette son derece uyan\u0131k bir din\u00ee bilin\u00e7, g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc ve vicdanlara egemen bir inan\u00e7 geli\u015fmi\u015ftir. Bu y\u00fczden herkes g\u00fcndelik hayat\u0131nda yeni inan\u00e7 sisteminin g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcn ne oldu\u011fundan emin olmaks\u0131z\u0131n herhangi bir hareket yapmaktan \u00e7ekiniyor. Art\u0131k eski hayatlar\u0131ndan kalma ve b\u00f6yle durumlarda ba\u015fvurabilecekleri h\u00fck\u00fcmler ve bilgi birikimleri de yok. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc b\u00fct\u00fcn cahiliye d\u00f6nemi al\u0131\u015fkanl\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 kalplerinden s\u00f6k\u00fcp att\u0131lar, onlara g\u00fcvenlerini yitirdiler ve bunun sonucu olarak hayatlar\u0131n\u0131n her alan\u0131nda yeni direktifler beklemeye koyuldular. Bu duygusal durum, ger\u00e7ek iman\u0131n meydana getirdi\u011fi bir durumdur.<\/p>\n

B\u00f6yle bir durumda daha \u00f6nce y\u00fcr\u00fcrl\u00fckte bulunan b\u00fct\u00fcn h\u00fck\u00fcmlerden, b\u00fct\u00fcn ge\u00e7mi\u015f al\u0131\u015fkanl\u0131klar\u0131ndan s\u0131yr\u0131l\u0131r, cahiliye d\u00f6neminde yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 eylem kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda \u00e7ekingen bir tutum tak\u0131n\u0131r; her konuda yeni inan\u00e7 sistemi taraf\u0131ndan y\u00f6nlendirilmeye yatk\u0131n bir beklentiye girer; yeni hayat\u0131n\u0131 ge\u00e7mi\u015fin t\u00fcm g\u00f6lgelendirici etkisinden uzak kalarak bu yeni inan\u00e7 sistemine uyarlama konusunda titiz bir \u00e7aba g\u00f6sterir. Bu arada e\u011fer yeni inan\u00e7 sisteminden, eski al\u0131\u015fkanl\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131n \u015fu ya da bu ayr\u0131nt\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 onaylayan bir direktif al\u0131rsa bunu yeni d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnce sistemine ba\u011fl\u0131, yepyeni bir unsur olarak alg\u0131lar. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc yeni d\u00fczenin, eski d\u00fczenin b\u00fct\u00fcn ayr\u0131nt\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131 ortadan kald\u0131rmas\u0131 gerekli ve ka\u00e7\u0131n\u0131lmaz de\u011fildir. Fakat \u00f6nemli olan, bu ayr\u0131nt\u0131lar\u0131n, yeni d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncenin \u00f6z\u00fc ile irtibatland\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131d\u0131r. O zaman bu ayr\u0131nt\u0131lar, bu d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnce sisteminin ayr\u0131lmaz par\u00e7as\u0131, yap\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6z unsurlar\u0131 ve di\u011fer par\u00e7alar\u0131 ile uyu\u015fan \u00f6\u011feleri olurlar. T\u0131pk\u0131 \u0130slam\u2019\u0131n Hacc ibadeti i\u00e7inde benimsedi\u011fi eski ziyaret gelenekleri gibi. Bu durumda bu gelenekler \u0130sl\u00e2m d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncesinden kaynaklanm\u0131\u015f, onun ilkelerine dayal\u0131, cahiliye d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncesi ile hi\u00e7bir ili\u015fkisi kalmam\u0131\u015f geleneklere ve h\u00fck\u00fcmlere d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcrler.<\/p>\n

3- Bu sorulardan \u00e7\u0131kan \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc bir anlam da bu d\u00f6nemin tarihinden kaynaklan\u0131yor. Bilindi\u011fi gibi bu d\u00f6nemde Medine’li yahudiler ve Mekke’li m\u00fc\u015frikler zaman zaman \u0130sl\u00e2m’\u0131n yeni d\u00fczenlemelerinin de\u011feri konusunda zihinleri buland\u0131rma kampanyalar\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131yor, kimi olaylar ve uygulamalar ile ilgili olarak yan\u0131ltma kampanyalar\u0131 ba\u015flatabilmek i\u00e7in \u00f6nlerine \u00e7\u0131kan her f\u0131rsattan yararlan\u0131yorlard\u0131. Mesel\u00e2 Abdurrahman b. Cah\u015f’\u0131n komutas\u0131ndaki bir askeri m\u00fcfrezenin haram aylarda m\u00fc\u015frikler ile \u00e7at\u0131\u015fmaya girdi\u011fi bi\u00e7imindeki s\u00f6ylentiler ve dedikodular bu amaca y\u00f6nelikti. Bu maksatl\u0131 kampanyalar zihinlerde \u015f\u00fcphe belirmesine yola\u00e7\u0131yor ve bu sorular\u0131n cevapland\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 gerekiyordu. Ancak bu yolla bu zehirli kampanyalar\u0131n \u00f6n\u00fcne ge\u00e7ilebilir, m\u00fcminlerin kalplerine g\u00fcven ve huzur a\u015f\u0131lanabilirdi.<\/p>\n

S\u00f6z konusu sorular\u0131ndan \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lacak \u00f6nemli sonu\u00e7 Kur’an-\u0131 Kerim’in s\u00fcrekli bir sava\u015f\u0131n ortas\u0131nda olmas\u0131 idi. Bu sava\u015f ister kalplerde yap\u0131lan cahiliye d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnceleri ile \u0130sl\u00e2m d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncesi aras\u0131ndaki i\u00e7 sava\u015fta olsun, ister m\u00fcsl\u00fcman cemaat ile \u00e7evresinde pusuya yatm\u0131\u015f, f\u0131rsat kollayan d\u00fc\u015fmanlar\u0131 aras\u0131nda cereyan eden d\u0131\u015f sava\u015fta olsun, Kur’an-\u0131 Kerim etkin bir fakt\u00f6r olarak devrede idi.<\/p>\n

Bu sava\u015flar\u0131n her iki t\u00fcr\u00fc de h\u00e2l\u00e2 devam ediyor. Zira, insan nefsi, yine o eski nefis oldu\u011fu gibi m\u00fcsl\u00fcman \u00fcmmetin d\u00fc\u015fmanlar\u0131 da yine o g\u00fcnk\u00fc d\u00fc\u015fmanlard\u0131r ve Kur’an’da g\u00f6zlerimizin \u00f6n\u00fcnde, elimizin alt\u0131ndad\u0131r. \u0130nsan vicdan\u0131n\u0131n ve m\u00fcsl\u00fcman \u00fcmmetin, bu Kur’an’\u0131 sava\u015fa sokmaktan, ona o ilk d\u00f6nemde oldu\u011fu gibi canl\u0131 ve tam tekmilli bir fakt\u00f6r olarak bu m\u00fccadeleye kat\u0131lma f\u0131rsat\u0131 vermekten ba\u015fka hi\u00e7bir kurtulu\u015f yolu yoktur. M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlar bu ger\u00e7e\u011fin kesinlikle bilincine varmad\u0131k\u00e7a ne kendilerini kurtarabilirler ve ne de herhangi bir ba\u015far\u0131 elde edebilirler.<\/p>\n

Bu ger\u00e7e\u011fin insan vicdan\u0131nda meydana getirece\u011fi asgari etki, Kur’an’a bu anlay\u0131\u015fla, bu idrakle ve bu d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnce ile yakla\u015fmak; onu hareketli, etkili, d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnce \u00fcretici, cahiliye zihniyetine kar\u015f\u0131 direnen, bu \u00fcmmeti savunucu ve onu t\u00f6kezlemelerden koruyucu bir kaynak olarak alg\u0131lamakt\u0131r; buna kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131k onu bu g\u00fcnk\u00fc insanlar gibi s\u0131rf ahenkle okunacak tatl\u0131 na\u011fmeler b\u00fct\u00fcn\u00fc ve g\u00fczel s\u00f6zler serisi \u015feklinde alg\u0131layan ve onun fonksiyonunu bundan ibaret sanan d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnceden uzak durmakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n

Halbuki y\u00fcce Allah Kur’an’\u0131 bundan ba\u015fka bir fonksiyon icra etmek i\u00e7in indirmi\u015ftir. Y\u00fcce Allah Kur’an’\u0131 eksiksiz bir hayat tarz\u0131 meydana getirmek ve bu hayat tarz\u0131n\u0131 harekete ge\u00e7irerek dikenler, u\u00e7urumlarla dolu, \u00e7e\u015fitli arzu ve ihtiraslar\u0131n cirit att\u0131\u011f\u0131, her ad\u0131m ba\u015f\u0131nda engellerin kol gezdi\u011fi s\u0131k\u0131nt\u0131larla dolu yolda ilerlemeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan insanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 g\u00fcvenli bir kap\u0131ya ula\u015ft\u0131rmak amac\u0131yla indirmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n
