Hamd kendisinden ba\u015fka ilah olmayan, mutlak manada tek g\u00fc\u00e7 ve kudret sahibi olan Allah(Celle Celaluhu)\u2019a mahsustur. Salat ve selam t\u00fcm peygamberlerin ve onlar\u0131 takip eden tabilerinin \u00fczerine olsun.<\/strong><\/p>\n

187-<\/strong> Oru\u00e7 tuttu\u011funu\/ g\u00fcnlerin gecelerinde han\u0131mlar\u0131n\u0131za yakla\u015fma\u00adn\u0131z size helal k\u0131l\u0131nd\u0131. Onlar sizin elbisen\u00eezdir. Siz de onlar\u0131n elbisesiniz. Al\u00adlah sizin, nefislerinize zulmetti\u011finizi bildi. Bunun \u00fczerine tevbenizi kabul edip sizi ba\u011f\u0131\u015flad\u0131. \u015eimdi art\u0131k onlara yakla\u015f\u0131n. Allan\u0131n size farz k\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 talep edin. Fecirde beyaz iplik siyah iplikten ay\u0131rd edilinceye kadar yeyin i\u00e7in. Sonra orucunuzu geceye kadar devam ettirin. Mescitlerde itik\u00e2fta iken de han\u0131mlar\u0131n\u0131za yakla\u015fmay\u0131n. Bunlar Allan\u0131n koydu\u011fu s\u0131n\u0131rlard\u0131r. Bunlara yakla\u015fmay\u0131n. Allah, insanlara \u00e2yetleri i\u015fte b\u00f6yle a\u00e7\u0131klar ki ondan korksunlar.<\/p>\n

Ey m\u00fcminler, oru\u00e7 tuttu\u011funuz Ramazan g\u00fcnlerinin gecelerinde han\u0131mla\u00adr\u0131n\u0131zla cinsi m\u00fcnasebette bulunman\u0131z daha \u00f6nce yasak iken \u015fimdi size helal k\u0131\u00adl\u0131nd\u0131. Kad\u0131nlar\u0131n\u0131z sizin elbiseniz siz de onlar\u0131n elbisesiniz. Her biriniz di\u011ferine perde olur. Siz, gece uyuyup uyand\u0131ktan sonra yemek i\u00e7mek veya cinsi m\u00fcnase\u00adbette bulunmak suretiyle sevab\u0131n\u0131z\u0131n azalmas\u0131na ve Allan\u0131n sizi k\u0131namas\u0131na se\u00adbep oluyor b\u00f6ylece de kendi kendinize zulmetmi\u015f oluyordunuz. \u0130\u015fte Allah bunu bildi\u011fi i\u00e7in iftardan sonra art\u0131k bir daha yememek ve han\u0131mlar\u0131n\u0131za yakla\u015fma\u00admak h\u00fckm\u00fcn\u00fc kald\u0131rd\u0131 ve \u00f6nceki yapt\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131zdan dolay\u0131 pi\u015fman olup tevbe edince de tevbenizi kabul edip sizi affetti. \u015eimdi art\u0131k Ramazan gecelerinde im\u00adsak vaktine kadar han\u0131mlar\u0131n\u0131za yakla\u015fabilirsiniz. Allan\u0131n, hakk\u0131n\u0131zda takdir et\u00admi\u015f oldu\u011fu \u00e7ocuk ve nesilin \u00fcremesini isteyiniz. Fecrin do\u011fusuyla gece karanl\u0131\u00ad\u011f\u0131n\u0131n gidip g\u00fcnd\u00fcz ayd\u0131nl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n g\u00f6r\u00fcnmeye ba\u015flamas\u0131 an\u0131na kadar (Yani imsak vaktine kadar) yeyin i\u00e7in. Sonra orucunuzu g\u00fcne\u015fin batmas\u0131na kadar (yani iftar vaktine kadar) devam ettirin. Allaha ibadet maksad\u0131yla camilerde itik\u00e2fta bulun\u00addu\u011funuz zamanlarda da han\u0131mlar\u0131n\u0131zla cinsi m\u00fcnasebette bulunmay\u0131n. Bu a\u00e7\u0131k\u00adlanan \u015feyler. Allan\u0131n haram k\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u015feylerdir. Onlardan ka\u00e7\u0131n\u0131n, onlara yakla\u015f\u00admay\u0131n. Yoksa cezay\u0131 hak edersiniz. Allah insanlara \u00e2yetlerini, haram ve helali i\u015fte b\u00f6yle a\u00e7\u0131klar. Umulur ki insanlar haramlardan ka\u00e7\u0131n\u0131r, Allan\u0131n .azab\u0131ndan korunurlar.<\/p>\n

* \u00c2yet-i kerimede ge\u00e7en ve “\u015eimdi art\u0131k onlara (kad\u0131nlara) yakla\u015f\u0131n.” c\u00fcmlesinde ge\u00e7en ve “Yakla\u015f\u0131n” diye terc\u00fcme edilen kelimesi, Ab\u00addullah b. Abbas, Katade, M\u00fccahid, Salim b. Abdullah ve S\u00fcddiye g\u00f6re “Cinsi m\u00fcnasebette bulunmak” demektir. Bu hususta \u0130bn-i Abbas diyor ki: “Onun m\u00e2n\u00e2s\u0131 cinsi m\u00fcnasebette bulunmakt\u0131r. Fakat Allah teala, y\u00fcceli\u011finin gere\u011fi olarak bu hususu \u00fcst\u00fc kapal\u0131 bir \u015fekilde ifade buyurmu\u015ftur.”<\/p>\n

\u00c2yet-i kerimede ge\u00e7en “Onlar sizin elbisenizdir siz de onlann elbisesisi-niz.” ifadesi ne g\u00fczel, ne edepli bir ifadedir. Burada hayaller\u00fcst\u00fc g\u00fczellikte keli\u00admeler se\u00e7ilmi\u015f, erke\u011fin kad\u0131n i\u00e7in, onu \u00f6rtme ve g\u00fczelle\u015ftirme bak\u0131m\u0131ndan ade\u00adta bir elbise oldu\u011fu, kad\u0131n\u0131n da, ay\u0131plan\u0131n \u00f6rt\u00fcp onu s\u00fcsleme ve \u015fahsiyetini ko\u00adruma bak\u0131m\u0131ndan erkek i\u00e7in bir elbise oldu\u011fu ifade edilmi\u015ftir. Bu ifade m\u00fcfes-sirler taraf\u0131ndan \u00e7e\u015fitli \u015fekillerde izah edilmi\u015ftir:<\/p>\n

Rebi’ b. Enese g\u00f6re bu ifadeden \u015funlar kastetilmektedir: Kad\u0131n ve erkek bir yatakta yatarlarken birbirlerine \u00e7ok yakla\u015ft\u0131klar\u0131 i\u00e7in adeta birbirlerinin elbi\u00adseleri gibi olurlar. Bu nedenle erkek kad\u0131n\u0131n kad\u0131n da erke\u011fin elbisesidir.” denil\u00admi\u015ftir. Yani bunlar birbirlerinin yorganlar\u0131 gibidir.” demektir.<\/p>\n

M\u00fccahid, Katade, S\u00fcddi ve \u0130bn-i Abbasa g\u00f6re ise bu ifadeden maksat, ka\u00add\u0131n ve erkekten herbirinin, di\u011feri i\u00e7in huzur kayna\u011f\u0131 olmas\u0131 ve birbirleriyle s\u00fc\u00adkunete kavu\u015fmalar\u0131d\u0131r. Nitekim ba\u015fka bir \u00e2yette de: “Sizi bir tek insandan ya\u00adratan ve onunla g\u00f6nl\u00fc huzura kavu\u015fsun diye e\u015fini de kendisinden var eden Allah’t\u0131r. buyurulmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n

Taberi diyor ki: “Kad\u0131nlar sizin elbisenizdir siz de onlann elbisesiniz.” ifadesinden, kad\u0131nla erkekten herbirinin, aralar\u0131nda ge\u00e7en ili\u015fkileri insanlardan saklamalar\u0131 bak\u0131m\u0131ndan birbirleri i\u00e7in bir \u00f6rt\u00fc ve bir perde olduklar\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6ylemek m\u00fcmk\u00fcnd\u00fcr. Nitekim Abdurrahman b. Zeyd: “Kar\u0131 koca, cinsi ili\u015fkide bulun\u00adduklar\u0131nda birbirlerinin perdesidirler.” demi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n

\u00c2yet-i kerimede: “Allah sizin, nefislerinize zulmetti\u011finizi bildi.” bu\u00adyurmaktad\u0131r. Taberi diyor ki: “\u00c2yette zikredilen, kendi nefislerine zulmetmek\u00adten iki \u015fey kastedilmektedir. Bunlardan biri cinsi m\u00fcnasebette bulunmak di\u011feri ise yeyip i\u00e7mektir. Zira orucun ilk farz k\u0131l\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131 zaman oru\u00e7 tutan ki\u015fi, iftar et\u00adtikten sonra uyursa uyand\u0131ktan sonra gece dahi olsa han\u0131m\u0131na yakla\u015famaz ve bir \u015fey yeyip i\u00e7emezdi. Bir g\u00fcn Hz. \u00d6mer, uyuduktan sonra uyan\u0131p han\u0131m\u0131na yak\u00adla\u015fm\u0131\u015f, ba\u015fka bir sahabi de uyuyup uyand\u0131ktan sonra yemek yemek istemi\u015f fa\u00adkat kendisine yemek verilmemi\u015fti. \u0130\u015fte bu hadiseler \u00fczerine bu \u00e2yet-i kerime nazil olmu\u015ftur.<\/p>\n

Bu hususta Katade diyor ki: “Ba\u015flang\u0131\u00e7ta Ramazan gecelerinde iftardan sonra uyumadan yemek i\u00e7mek ve cinsi m\u00fcnasebette bulunmak helal fakat bir s\u00fcre uyuduktan sonra uyan\u0131nca bunlar\u0131 yapmak haramd\u0131. Daha sonra Allah tea-la, imsaka kadar yeme i\u00e7me ve cinsi m\u00fcnasebette bulunmay\u0131 helal k\u0131ld\u0131.<\/p>\n

Orucun farz k\u0131l\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131’ilk zamanlarda, g\u00fcnde bir defa yemek yenip uyu\u00adduktan sonra tekrar ka.lk\u0131p yemek yemenin me\u015fru olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir zamanda yemek yenerek bu \u00e2yet-i kerimenin inmesine sebep olan bir olay, Bera b. \u00c2zib taraf\u0131n\u00addan \u015fu \u015fekilde nakledilmektedir. Bera b. \u00c2zib diyor ki;<\/p>\n

“Resulullah\u0131n s ah ab ilerinden biri oru\u00e7 tuttu\u011fu zaman iftar vakti gelince iftar etmekten \u00f6nce uyuyacak olursa art\u0131k o gece de ertesi g\u00fcn ak\u015fama kadar da bir \u015fey yiyemezdi. Bir g\u00fcn, Kays b. S\u0131rme 1-Ensari oru\u00e7 tutuyordu. \u0130ftar vakti gelince han\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n yan\u0131na geldi ve ona: “Yeme\u011fin var m\u0131?” diye sordu. Han\u0131m\u0131 hay\u0131r fakat gidip senin i\u00e7in yemek isteyeyim.” dedi. O g\u00fcn Kays \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131p yorgun-d\u00fc\u015fm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc. G\u00f6zlerini uyku bast\u0131. Han\u0131m\u0131 gelince onu uyur halde buldu ve “Vay haline” dedi. (Onu uykudan uyand\u0131m\u0131ad\u0131. O d\u00f6nemde iftan m\u00fcteakip uyuduktan sonra uyan\u0131p han\u0131m\u0131 ile cinsi ili\u015f\u00adkide bulunan kimseler hakk\u0131nda da K\u00e2’b b. M\u00e2lik diyor ki: “\u00d6nceleri insanlar Ramazanda oru\u00e7 tuttuklar\u0131nda ak\u015fam olur da uyuyacak olurlarsa ertesi g\u00fcn ak\u00ad\u015fama kadar onlara yeme i\u00e7me ve han\u0131m\u0131na yakla\u015fma haram k\u0131l\u0131nm\u0131\u015ft\u0131. Bir g\u00fcn<\/p>\n

Resulullahm yan\u0131nda gece sohbetinde bulunduktan sonra evine gelen Hz. \u00d6mer han\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n uyudu\u011funu g\u00f6rd\u00fc. Onunla \u0130li\u015fki kurmak istedi. Han\u0131m\u0131 da: “Ben uyu\u00addum.” dedi. \u00d6mer: “Sen uyumad\u0131n.” dedi. Ve onunla ili\u015fki kurdu. O gece K\u00e2’b b. M\u00e2lik te ayn\u0131 \u015feyi yapm\u0131\u015ft\u0131. Sabahleyin Hz. \u00d6mer Resulullaha gitti ve duru\u00admu ona anlatt\u0131. \u0130\u015fte bunun \u00fczerine Allah teala: “zin nefislerinize zulmetti\u011finizi bildi. Bunun \u00fczerine tevbenizi kabul edip sizi ba\u011f\u0131\u015flad\u0131. \u015eimdi art\u0131k onlara yakla\u015f\u0131n.” \u00e2yetini indirdi.<\/p>\n

Bu olay, Abdullah b. Abbas, M\u00fccahid, \u0130krime ve di\u011fer m\u00fcfessirlerden baz\u0131lar\u0131ndan da nakledilmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n

\u00c2ye\u00ee-i kerimede ge\u00e7en “\u015eimdi art\u0131k onlara yakla\u015f\u0131n” ifadesinden maksat, Abdullah b. Abbas, \u0130bn-i C\u00fcreyc, S\u00fcddi ve M\u00fccahide g\u00f6re “Han\u0131mlar\u0131n\u0131zla ci\u00adma edebilirsiniz.” demektir.<\/p>\n

\u00c2yet-i kerimede ge\u00e7en: “Allah’\u0131n size farz k\u0131ld\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 talep edin.” ifade\u00adsinden maksat, M\u00fccahid, Hakem, \u0130krime, Hasan-\u0131 Basri, S\u00fcddi, Abdullah b. Ab\u00adbas ve Rebi’ b. Enes’e g\u00f6re: “Allan\u0131n sizin \u00e7in yazd\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00e7ocuklar\u0131 talep edin.” de\u00admektir.<\/p>\n

\u0130bn-i Zeyde g\u00f6re ise:. “Han\u0131mlar\u0131n\u0131zla cima etmeyi talep edin.” demektir. Abdulah b. Abbastan nakledilen ba\u015fka bir g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fe g\u00f6re bu ifadeden maksat, Al\u00adlan\u0131n sizin i\u00e7in yazd\u0131\u011f\u0131 kadir gecesini talep edin.” demektir.<\/p>\n

Katade ve Abdullah b. Abbastan nakledilen ba\u015fka bir g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fe g\u00f6re ise bu ifadeden maksat: “Allan\u0131n sizin i\u00e7in helal k\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve yapman\u0131za ruhsat verdi\u011fi \u015feyler talep edin.” demektir.<\/p>\n

Taberi, bu g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015flerden do\u011fru olan g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn: “Allan\u0131n, levh-i mahfuzda si\u00adzin i\u00e7in yazd\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u015feyi talep edin.” \u015feklindeki g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f\u00fc oldu\u011funu s\u00f6ylemi\u015ftir. Zira bu g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fe, \u00e7ocuk talep etme de, kadir gecesini ara\u015ft\u0131rma da, Allan\u0131n verdi\u011fi ruh\u00adsatlan isteme de girmekte ve \u00e2yet, genel bir \u015fekilde izah edilmi\u015f olmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n

\u00c2yeti kerimede: “Fecirde beyaz iplik siyah iplikten ay\u0131redilinceye ka\u00addar yeyin i\u00e7in.” buyurulmaktad\u0131r. Burada zikredilen “Beyaz iplik”ten maksat:<\/p>\n

a-<\/strong> Hasan-\u0131 Basri, S\u00fcddi, Katade, Abdullah b. Abbas ve di\u011fer baz\u0131 m\u00fcfes-sirlere g\u00f6re “G\u00fcnd\u00fcz ayd\u0131nl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n ba\u015flamas\u0131” siyah iplikten maksat da: “Gece\u00adnin karanl\u0131\u011f\u0131d\u0131r.” Bu hususta Adiy b. Hatim diyor ki:<\/p>\n

“Dedim ki: Ey A\u0130lahm Resul\u00fc, “Beyaz iplik siyah iplikten ay\u0131redilinceye kadar” ifadesinden maksat nedir?” Bunlar ger\u00e7ekten iki iplik midir?” Peygam\u00adber efendimiz \u015fu cevab\u0131 verdi: \u015eayet sen, o iki ipli\u011fi g\u00f6nn\u00fc\u015f olsayd\u0131n, kafan\u0131n \u00e7ok geni\u015f olmas\u0131 gerekirdi. Ve sonra da \u015f\u00f6yle dedi. “Hay\u0131r, o gecenin karanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve g\u00fcnd\u00fcz\u00fcn ayd\u0131nl\u0131\u011f\u0131d\u0131r.” Di\u011fer bir rivayette \u015f\u00f6yle anlat\u0131l\u0131yor: “Adiy, yast\u0131\u011f\u0131\u00adn\u0131n alt\u0131na bir beyaz ip bir de siyah ip koymu\u015f, gece ilerleyince onlar\u0131 birbirinden ay\u0131ramaz olmu\u015f, sabahleyin Resulullaha: “Ey Allan\u0131n Resul\u00fc, ipleri yast\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131n alt\u0131na koydum.” demi\u015f Resulullah da ona demi\u015ftir ki: “\u015eayet o beyaz iplik ve si\u00adyah iplik senin yast\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n alt\u0131na girebiliyorsa senin yast\u0131\u011f\u0131n ne kadar b\u00fcy\u00fck m\u00fc\u015f!” (Yani, senin yast\u0131\u011f\u0131n ne kadar b\u00fcy\u00fckm\u00fc\u015f ki ufuklar\u0131 alt\u0131na alabiliyor de\u00admek istemi\u015fti r.)<\/p>\n

Bu hususta Sehl b. Sa’\u00fc diyor ki:<\/p>\n

\u00c2yet-i kerimenin: “Beyaz iplik siyah iplikten ay\u0131rt edilinceye kadar yeyin i\u00e7in.” b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc nazil olmu\u015f fakat “Fecirde” kelimesi hen\u00fcz nazil olmam\u0131\u015ft\u0131. \u0130n\u00adsanlar oru\u00e7 tutmak istediklerinde ayaklar\u0131na beyaz ve siyah iplik ba\u011fl\u0131yorlard\u0131. Bu iplikleri birbirinden ay\u0131rdedecek derecede ayd\u0131nl\u0131k oluncaya kadar yeyip i\u00e7i\u00adyorlard\u0131. Daha sonra Allah Te\u00e2l\u00e2 “Fecirde” ifadesini indirdi. Bunun \u00fczerine insanlar, \u00e2yette zikredilen “Beyaz iplik” ve “Siyah iplik”ten, g\u00fcnd\u00fcz\u00fcn ayd\u0131nl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve gecenin karanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n kastedildi\u011fini anlam\u0131\u015f oldular.<\/p>\n

Taberi diyor ki: “Burada zikredilen beyaz iplikten maksat, g\u00f6kte beliren ayd\u0131nl\u0131k de\u011fil, g\u00f6kte her tarafa yay\u0131lan ve yollan ayd\u0131nlatan beyazl\u0131kt\u0131r. Nite\u00adkim Ebu Miclez: “G\u00f6kte beliren beyazl\u0131k sabah de\u011fildir. Bu, yalanc\u0131 sabaht\u0131r. As\u0131l sabah, ufukta yay\u0131lan beyazl\u0131kt\u0131r.” demi\u015ftir. Abdullah b. Abbas ta: “Fecir ikidir. Birincisi g\u00f6kle parlayan fecirdir. Bu, bir \u015feyi ne helal k\u0131lar ne ile haram. Fakat da\u011flar\u0131n ba\u015f\u0131nda g\u00f6r\u00fclen ikinci bir fecir vard\u0131r ki i\u015fte yemeyi i\u00e7meyi ha\u00adram k\u0131lan budur.” demi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n

Abdurrahman b. Sevban demi\u015ftir ki: “Fecir ikidir. G\u00f6kte, kurdun kuyru\u00ad\u011fu gibi g\u00f6r\u00fcnen fecir bir \u015feyi haram k\u0131lmaz. Fakat ufukta yay\u0131lan fecir namaz\u0131 helal, yeme i\u00e7meye devam etmeyi haram k\u0131lar. B\u00f6ylece oru\u00e7 ba\u015flam\u0131\u015f olur.”<\/p>\n

Peygamber efendimiz de bir hadis-i \u015ferifinde \u015f\u00f6yle buyum\u0131u\u015ftur:<\/p>\n

“Sahurda yemek yemeye devam etmenizde B\u00dcalin ezan\u0131 sizi aldat\u00admas\u0131n. Ufukta g\u00f6r\u00fclen \u015fu \u015fekildeki uzunca bir beyazl\u0131k ta sizi aldatmas\u0131n. Ta ki etrafa \u015fu \u015fekilde yay\u0131lmad\u0131k\u00e7a, Ba\u015fka bir rivayette hadisin sonu \u015f\u00f6yledir:<\/p>\n

“… Ta ki fecir g\u00f6r\u00fclmedik\u00e7e veya fecir f\u0131\u015fk\u0131rmad\u0131k\u00e7a.<\/p>\n

b- Huzeyfet\u00fcl Yeman, Hz. Ali, Bera b. \u00c2zib, Abdullah b. Mes’ud gibi sa-habilerden nakledilen ba\u015fka bir g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fe g\u00f6re \u00e2yette zikredilen “Beyaz iplik”ten maksat, g\u00fcne\u015fin \u0131\u015f\u0131\u011f\u0131, “Siyah iplik”ten maksat ise “Gecenin karanl\u0131d\u0131r.” Bunlara g\u00f6re oru\u00e7 g\u00fcnd\u00fcz\u00fcn tutuldu\u011funa g\u00f6re ve g\u00fcnd\u00fcz\u00fcn ba\u015flang\u0131c\u0131 g\u00fcne\u015fin do\u011fma\u00ads\u0131yla, sona ermesi de g\u00fcne\u015fin batmas\u0131yla oldu\u011funa g\u00f6re orucun ba\u015flang\u0131c\u0131 da g\u00fcne\u015fin do\u011fmas\u0131yla biti\u015fi de g\u00fcne\u015fin batmas\u0131yla olur. Bunlar demi\u015flerdir ki: “Orucun biti\u015finin g\u00fcne\u015fin batmas\u0131yla oldu\u011fu hususunda icma bulunmas\u0131 onun ba\u015flamas\u0131n\u0131n da g\u00fcne\u015fin do\u011fmas\u0131yla oldu\u011funa bir delildir.” Aynca bu hususta Resulullahtan rivayet edilen \u015fu hadisleri de delil g\u00f6stermi\u015flerdir.<\/p>\n

Zirr b. Hubey\u015f diyor ki:<\/p>\n

“Biz Huzeyfeye dedik ki: “Sen, Resulullah ile hangi vakitte sahur yap\u00adt\u0131n?” Huzeyfe dedi ki: “G\u00fcnd\u00fczleyin. Ancak g\u00fcne\u015f hen\u00fcz do\u011fmam\u0131\u015ft\u0131. Zirr b. Hubey\u015f s\u00f6zlerine devamla diyor ki:<\/p>\n

“Ben bir g\u00fcn Huzeyfe ile birlikte sahur yapt\u0131m. Sonra \u00e7\u0131k\u0131p namaza git\u00adtik. Mescide var\u0131nca iki rekat namaz k\u0131ld\u0131k ve farz namaz\u0131 i\u00e7in kamet getirildi. Bu iki namaz aras\u0131nda \u00e7ok k\u0131sa bir zaman ge\u00e7ti. Ebu H\u00fcreyre de Resulullah\u0131n \u015f\u00f6yle buyurdu\u011funu rivayet etmi\u015ftir:<\/p>\n

“Sizden biriniz ezan\u0131 i\u015fitti\u011finde yiecek kab\u0131 elinde bulunuyorsa ona olan ihtiyac\u0131n\u0131 gidermeden onu yere koymas\u0131n.<\/p>\n

Ebu \u00dcmame diyor ki: “Namaz i\u00e7in kamet getirildi. \u00d6merin elinde su kab\u0131 bulunuyordu. O: “Ey Allan\u0131n Resul\u00fc, bunu i\u00e7eyim mi?” dedi. Resulullah: “Evet” dedi. \u00d6mer de onu i\u00e7ti.”<\/p>\n

Hz. Bilal-i Habe\u015fi diyor ki: “Ben Resululiaha vard\u0131m. Ona sabah namaz\u0131\u00adn\u0131n vaktinin geldi\u011fini bildiriyordum. O da oru\u00e7 tutmak istiyordu. Bir kap ile su istedi, onu i\u00e7ti. Sonra bana verdi ben de i\u00e7tim. Sonra beraberce namaza gittik.”<\/p>\n

Taberi diyor ki; “Tercihe \u015fayan olan g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f, “Beyaz iplikten maksat, g\u00fcn\u00add\u00fcz\u00fcn beyazl\u0131\u011f\u0131, siyah iplikten maksat ise gecenin karanl\u0131\u011f\u0131d\u0131r.” diyen g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr. Zira Arap dilinde bu kelimelerin bilinen m\u00e2n\u00e2lar\u0131 bunlard\u0131r. Bu hususta Resululiahtan rivayet edilen hadislere gelince “Beyaz iplikten maksat, g\u00fcne\u015fin \u0131\u015f\u0131\u011f\u0131\u00add\u0131r” diyenlerin dayand\u0131klar\u0131 hadisler bizim, do\u011fru oldu\u011funu s\u00f6yledi\u011fimiz g\u00f6r\u00fc\u00ad\u015f\u00fc bertaraf etmemektedir. Zira Resulullahin, fecirden \u00d6nce yeyip i\u00e7tikten sonra namaza \u00e7\u0131km\u0131\u015f olmas\u0131 garipsenecek bir \u015fey de\u011fildir. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc Resulullah\u0131n d\u00f6ne\u00adminde sabah namaz\u0131 fecrin do\u011fumundan hemen sonra k\u0131l\u0131n\u0131rd\u0131. Hatta fecrin do\u011fmas\u0131ndan \u00f6nce ezan okunurdu. Huzeyfenin, Resulullahtan g\u00f6rd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc s\u00f6yle\u00addi\u011fi: “Resulullah, ben oklar\u0131n at\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 yeri g\u00f6rebildi\u011fim bir vakitte sahur yapar\u00add\u0131.” \u015feklindeki s\u00f6z\u00fc kendisine sorulmu\u015f Huzeyfe bu hususta kesin bir tav\u0131r al\u00admam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Mesela kendisine: “Resulullah\u0131n b\u00f6yle yapmas\u0131 sabah olduktan sonra m\u0131 oldu?” diye sorulunca tam net bir cevap vererek: “Evet, sabahtan sonra ol\u00addu.” dememi\u015f fakat o, “O vakit sabaht\u0131” diye cevap vermi\u015ftir. Bu cevab\u0131: “Ne\u00adredeyse sabah olmu\u015ftu.” \u015feklinde yorumlamak ta m\u00fcmk\u00fcnd\u00fcr.<\/p>\n

\u00c2yetteki: “Fecirde beyaz iplik siyah iplikten ay\u0131rdedilinceye kadar yeyin i\u00e7in.” ifadesinde ge\u00e7en “Fecirde” kelimesinden maksat, fecirin bir b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcnde, gecenin devam\u0131ndan kalan siyahl\u0131kla gecenin bitimini g\u00f6steren beyazl\u0131k birbi\u00adrinden farkedilinceye kadar.” demektir. \u00c2yet-i kerimenin bu ifadesi de, beyaz iplikten maksad\u0131n fecrin beyazl\u0131\u011f\u0131, siyah iplikten maksad\u0131n da ge\u00e7inin seyahh\u011fi oldu\u011funu a\u00e7\u0131k\u00e7a ortaya koymakta, “Beyaz iplikten maksat, g\u00fcne\u015fin \u0131\u015f\u0131\u011f\u0131d\u0131r.” di\u00adyen g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn yanl\u0131\u015f oldu\u011funu ortaya koymaktad\u0131r. Zira ifadede “Sabahta” veya “G\u00fcne\u015fin do\u011fu\u015funda” denilmemi\u015f “Fecirde” denilmi\u015ftir. Art\u0131k bundan sonra \u00fcmmete muhalefet ederek “Oru\u00e7 g\u00fcne\u015fin do\u011fusuyla ba\u015flar, bat\u0131\u015f\u0131yla biter” de\u00admek delilsiz bir iddiad\u0131r.<\/p>\n

\u00c2yet-i kerimede: “Sonra orucunuzu geceye kadar devam ettirin” buyuru I-maktad\u0131r. Bu ifade, gecenin ba\u015flamas\u0131yla orucun bitti\u011fini, gece olmas\u0131na ra\u011f\u00admen orucu a\u00e7may\u0131p geceli g\u00fcnd\u00fczl\u00fc oru\u00e7 tutan\u0131n, kendisini a\u00e7 ve susuz b\u0131rak\u00admaktan ba\u015fka bir \u015fey yapmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6stermektedir.<\/p>\n

Ayr\u0131ca gecenin ba\u015flamas\u0131yla orucun bitti\u011fine dair Resulullahtan \u015fu hadis-i \u015ferifler rivayet edilmi\u015ftir. Hz. \u00d6mer diyor ki:<\/p>\n

“Resulullah \u015f\u00f6yle buyurdu: “Gece \u015furadan y\u00f6neldi\u011fi g\u00fcnd\u00fcz de \u015furadan arkas\u0131n\u0131 d\u00f6n\u00fcp gitti\u011fi ve g\u00fcne\u015fin batt\u0131\u011f\u0131 zaman art\u0131k oru\u00e7lu olan kimse iftar etini\u015f olur.<\/p>\n

Abdullah b. Ebi Evfa diyor ki:<\/p>\n

“Biz, bir yolculukta Resulullah ile beraberdik. 0 oru\u00e7 tutuyordu. G\u00fcne\u015f bat\u0131nca insanlardan birine: “Ey falan kalk ta bize kavut \u00e7orbas\u0131 yap.” dedi. O da: “Ey Allahm Resul\u00fc, ak\u015famlasan\u0131z ya., dedi. Resulullah: “\u0130n de bize kavut \u00e7or\u00adbas\u0131 yap.” dedi. Adam yine: “Ey Allah\u0131n Resul\u00fc, ak\u015famlasan\u0131z ya,” dedi. Resu-\u0130ullah tekrar: “\u0130n de bize kavut \u00e7orbas\u0131 yap.” dedi. Adam “Hen\u00fcz g\u00fcnd\u00fcz bitme\u00addi.” dedi. Resulullah: “\u0130n de bize kavut \u00e7orbas\u0131 yap.” dedi. Adam indi ve onlara \u00e7orba yapt\u0131. Resulullah \u00e7orbay\u0131 i\u00e7ti sonra \u015f\u00f6yle buyurdu: “Gecenin \u015furadan y\u00f6neldi\u011fini g\u00f6rd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fcz zaman \u015f\u00fcphesiz ki oru\u00e7lu olan iftar etmi\u015f n1ur.tt<\/p>\n

Ebul \u00c2liyenin, iftar etmeden oru\u00e7 tutma, yani ak\u015fam oldu\u011fu halde yeyip i\u00e7meksizin oru\u00e7 tutma hakk\u0131nda \u015f\u00f6yle dedi\u011fi rivayet edilmektedir. “Allah teala “orucunuzu geceye kadar devam ettirin” buyurmu\u015ftur. Oru\u00e7 tutan kimse gece olunca orucunu bozmu\u015f say\u0131l\u0131r. \u0130ster bir \u015fey yesin isterse yemesin.”<\/p>\n

Katade de Hz. Ai\u015fenin, iftar etmeksizin oru\u00e7 tutmay\u0131 kerih g\u00f6rd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc ri\u00advayet etmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n

Taberi diyor ki: “E\u011fer itirazen denilecek olursa ki: “Orucu a\u00e7mamak ve gece g\u00fcnd\u00fcz oru\u00e7 tutmak do\u011fru de\u011filse bunu yapanlar\u0131n gerek\u00e7eleri nelerdir? Nitekim Hi\u015fam b. Urve, Abdullah b. Z\u00fcbeyrin gen\u00e7 iken geceleri de yemek ye\u00admeden pe\u015fpe\u015fe yedi g\u00fcn oru\u00e7 tuttu\u011funu, ya\u015f\u0131 ilerleyince bu \u015fekilde be\u015f g\u00fcn oru\u00e7 tuttu\u011funu ya\u015f\u0131 iyice ilerleyince de bu \u015fekilde \u00fc\u00e7 g\u00fcn oru\u00e7 tuttu\u011funu rivayet etmistir. \u0130mam M\u00e2lik te Abdullah b. Z\u00fcbeyrin o\u011flu \u00c2mirin Ramazan\u0131n on alt\u0131nc\u0131 g\u00fcn\u00fc ile on yedinci g\u00fcn\u00fcnde geceleri de yemeksizin pe\u015fpe\u015fe oru\u00e7 tuttu\u011funu ri\u00advayet etmi\u015f ve onunla \u015funlar\u0131 konu\u015ftu\u011funu nakletmi\u015ftir. Dedim ki: “Ey Ebul Haris, hi\u00e7 yemek yemeden pe\u015fpe\u015fe oru\u00e7 tutman i\u00e7in sana g\u00fc\u00e7 veren ne oluyor? Dedi ki: “Ben ya\u011f i\u00e7iyorum. O benim damarlar\u0131m\u0131 yumu\u015fat\u0131yor, su ihtiyac\u0131m ise v\u00fccudumun i\u00e7inden kar\u015f\u0131lan\u0131yor.”<\/p>\n

Taberi diyor ki: “Bunu soranlara cevaben denir ki: “Bu \u015fekilde oru\u00e7 tu\u00adtanlar, kendilerim a\u00e7 b\u0131rakarak terbiye etmek istemi\u015fler, Allah lealamn r\u0131zas\u0131 do\u011frultusunda amel i\u015flerken kendilerini bir k\u0131s\u0131m \u00e7ilelere katlanmaya al\u0131\u015ft\u0131rmak istemi\u015fler ve bu t\u00fcr amelleriyle de sevap kazanacaklar\u0131n\u0131 arzu etmi\u015flerdir. Bunun \u00fczerine dediler ki: “Sen yeyip i\u00e7meden pe\u015fpe\u015fe oru\u00e7 tutuyorsun. “Resulullah da buyurdu ki: “Ben sizin gibi de\u011filim ben ycdiriliyorum ve i\u00e7iriliyorum.<\/p>\n

Ebu H\u00fcreyre (r.a.) diyor ki:<\/p>\n

“Resulullah geceleyin yeyip i\u00e7meden pe\u015fpe\u015fe oru\u00e7 tutmay\u0131 yasaklad\u0131. Bunun \u00fczerine m\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlar dan b\u00eer adam: “Ey Allan\u0131n Resul\u00fc, sen de ge\u00adceleri yemeden pe\u015fpe\u015fe oru\u00e7 tutuyorsun.” dedi. Resulullah da ona: “Hangi\u00adniz benim gibi olabilir? Ben rabbim taraf\u0131ndan yedirilip i\u00e7irilerek geceyi ge\u00e7iriyorum. buyurdu.<\/p>\n

Taberi diyor ki: “Yeyip i\u00e7meksizin oru\u00e7 tutma yasaklanm\u0131\u015f ancak Resulullah sadece sahurdan sahura iftar ederek oru\u00e7 tutmaya izin vermi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n

Ebu Said et-Hudri, ResuluIIah\u0131n \u015f\u00f6yie buyurdu\u011funu i\u015fitti\u011fini rivayet et\u00admi\u015ftir:<\/p>\n

“Geceleri de bir \u015fey yeyip i\u00e7meksizin pe\u015fpe\u015fe oru\u00e7 tutmay\u0131n. Mescitlerde itikafta bulunmak’tan maksat, ki\u015finin, \u00e7ok zaruri be\u015feri ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131 (tuvalete gitme gibi) d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda mescitten \u00e7\u0131kmamas\u0131, gece g\u00fcnd\u00fcz orada kalarak Allaha ibadet etmesidir.<\/p>\n

Ayet-i kerimede, itik\u00e2fa girmi\u015f olan insan\u0131n han\u0131m\u0131na yakla\u015fmamas\u0131 em-redilmektedir. Ki\u015finin, han\u0131m\u0131na yakla\u015fmamas\u0131ndan neyin kastedildi\u011fi hakk\u0131n\u00adda iki g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f zikredilmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n

a-<\/strong> Abdullah b. Abbas, Ata, Dehhak, Rebi’ b. Yani itik\u00e2fta bulunan ki\u015fi han\u0131mlanyla cinsi m\u00fcnasebette bulunamad\u0131\u011f\u0131 gibi, ona dokunamaz ve onu \u00f6pemez de. Bu g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fte olanlar, delil olarak \u00e2yetin genel ifadeli olmas\u0131n\u0131, her\u00adhangi bir dokunma sekimi \u00f6zel olarak izah etmemesini zikretmi\u015flerdir.<\/p>\n

Taberi diyor ki: “Tercihe \u015fayan olan g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f, kad\u0131nlara dokunul mamas\u0131n\u00addan maksad\u0131n, onlarla cinsi m\u00fcnasebette bulunmama oldu\u011funu s\u00f6yleyen g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f\u00adt\u00fcr. Resulullah\u0131n, itik\u00e2fta iken sa\u00e7\u0131n\u0131 han\u0131mlar\u0131na taratt\u0131\u011f\u0131, birbirini te’yid eden hadisler taraf\u0131ndan rivayet edildi\u011finden, \u00e2yetin genel \u015fekilde de\u011fil \u00f6zel bir \u015fekilde dokunmay\u0131 (ki bu da cinsi m\u00fcnasebettir) yasaklad\u0131\u011f\u0131 anla\u015f\u0131lmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n

Hz. Ai\u015fe (r.anh) diyor ki:<\/p>\n

“Resulullah itik\u00e2fa girdi\u011finde (Mescid-i Nebevinin kap\u0131s\u0131ndan d\u0131\u015far\u0131 do\u011f\u00adru) ba\u015f\u00een\u0131 bana uzat\u0131rd\u0131. Ben de onun ba\u015f\u0131n\u0131 tarard\u0131m. O, eve hi\u00e7 gelmezdi ancak zaruri bir ihtiyac\u0131 i\u00e7in gelirdi. Hz. Ai\u015fe di\u011fer bir rivayette \u015f\u00f6yle demektedir:<\/p>\n
