91- Allah’a s\u00f6z verdi\u011finizde verdi\u011finiz s\u00f6z\u00fc tutunuz. peki\u015ftirdi\u011finiz yeminlerinizi bozmay\u0131n\u0131z. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc s\u00f6ylediklerinize Allah \u015fahit tutmu\u015f oluyorsunuz. 92- Taraflardan biri di\u011ferinden daha kalabal\u0131k, daha g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fcd\u00fcr diye yeminlerinizi birbirinize kar\u015f\u0131 hile arac\u0131 olarak kullanmay\u0131n\u0131z, b\u00f6ylece e\u011firdi\u011fi y\u00fcn\u00fc sa\u011flam iplik haline getirdikten sonra tekrar tel tel \u00e7\u00f6zen kad\u0131n gibi olmay\u0131n\u0131z. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc Allah sizi bu yolla s\u0131navdan ge\u00e7irir. K\u0131yamet g\u00fcn\u00fc aran\u0131zdaki anla\u015fmazl\u0131k konular\u0131n\u0131 size a\u00e7\u0131klayacakt\u0131r.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

93- Allah dileseydi, hepinizi tek bir \u00fcmmet yapard\u0131. Fakat O, diledi\u011fini sapt\u0131r\u0131r, diledi\u011fini de do\u011fru yola iletir. Sizler yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131z i\u015flerden kesinlikle sorguya \u00e7ekileceksiniz.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Bu kitap bir \u00fcmmet meydana getirmek ve bir toplumu d\u00fczene sokmak ve daha sonra yeni bu d\u00fcnya, yeni bir d\u00fczen kurmak i\u00e7in gelmi\u015fti. Kur’an “adalet” ilkesini getirmi\u015fti. Bu ilke, her birey, her toplum ve her ulus i\u00e7in insanlar aras\u0131 ili\u015fkilerin dayanaca\u011f\u0131, de\u011fi\u015fmez ve sa\u011flam bir kulpu garanti alt\u0131na alm\u0131\u015ft\u0131. Bu ilke insan\u0131n arzu ve isteklerine g\u00f6re \u015fekil alamaz, sevgi ve nefret gibi ki\u015fisel kaprislerden etkilenemez. Akrabal\u0131k ve h\u0131s\u0131ml\u0131k ba\u011flar\u0131na, zenginlik ve fakirli\u011fe, g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc ve zay\u0131fa g\u00f6re farkl\u0131l\u0131k g\u00f6sterip de\u011fi\u015femez. Kendi yolunda ilerler. Herkesi ayn\u0131 kriterle de\u011ferlendirir, herkes i\u00e7in ayn\u0131 teraziyi kullan\u0131r<\/p>\n

Kur’an adaletin yan\u0131nda bir de “iyilik” ilkesine yer verir. B\u00f6ylece adaletin ac\u0131mas\u0131z, \u015fa\u015fmaz kesinli\u011fine bir \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fc yumu\u015fakl\u0131k getirir. Baz\u0131 haklar\u0131ndan \u00f6zveride bulunmak isteyen, b\u00f6ylece kalplerin sevgisini tercih eden, g\u00f6\u011f\u00fcslerini huzura kavu\u015fturmak isteyenlere kap\u0131y\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131k b\u0131rak\u0131r. Hayat\u0131n temel ilkesi olan adaleti bir yaray\u0131 tedavi etmek isteyenlerin veya bir erdemlilik \u00f6rne\u011fi vermeye kalkanlar\u0131n \u00f6n\u00fcnde engelleyici bir unsur olarak kullanmaz…<\/p>\n

“\u0130hsan” ger\u00e7ekten \u00e7ok geni\u015f anlaml\u0131 bir kavramd\u0131r. Her g\u00fczel i\u015f ihsand\u0131r. \u0130hsan\u0131 emretmek her i\u015fi ve her davran\u0131\u015f\u0131 kapsar. B\u00f6ylece ihsan\u0131n hayat denizinin t\u00fcm\u00fcn\u00fc kapsad\u0131\u011f\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fclmektedir. \u0130nsan\u0131n Rabbiyle olan ili\u015fkilerini, ailesi ile olan ili\u015fkilerini, toplumu ile olan ili\u015fkilerini ve b\u00fct\u00fcn bir insanl\u0131kla olan ili\u015fkilerini i\u00e7ine al\u0131r.<\/p>\n

“Akrabaya yard\u0131mda bulunmak” <\/strong>“ihsan”dand\u0131r. Burada \u00f6zellikle akraba yard\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6ne \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131l\u0131\u015f\u0131, onun \u00f6nemini ortaya \u00e7\u0131karmakta ve peki\u015ftirmektedir. Bu yard\u0131mla\u015fma aile tutkusundan kaynaklanan bir yard\u0131mla\u015fma de\u011fildir. Bu yard\u0131mla\u015fman\u0131n dayana\u011f\u0131, \u0130sl\u00e2m\u0131n kendi dayan\u0131\u015fma d\u00fczeninin ilkesine g\u00f6re yak\u0131n \u00e7evreden uzak \u00e7evreye do\u011fru yay\u0131lan dayan\u0131\u015fma ilkeleridir.<\/p>\n

“Hayas\u0131zl\u0131\u011f\u0131, k\u00f6t\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc ve \u00e7irkin davran\u0131\u015flar\u0131 yasaklar.”<\/strong><\/p>\n

Ayeti kerimede ge\u00e7en “Fah\u015fa” <\/strong>s\u00f6zc\u00fc\u011f\u00fc, a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 ka\u00e7an, yani haddi a\u015fan her \u015feydir. Fah\u015fa’n\u0131n fuhu\u015f anlam\u0131 da vard\u0131r ki, genellikle bu anlamda kullan\u0131l\u0131r ve \u0131rza tecav\u00fcz anlam\u0131na gelir. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc bu a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 bir i\u015ftir. Sald\u0131r\u0131 ve a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 gitmeyi b\u00fcnyesinde bar\u0131nd\u0131r\u0131r. B\u00f6ylece fah\u015fa kelimesini \u00fczerinde yo\u011funla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131r ve fah\u015fa denildi\u011finde, \u00f6zellikle bu fuhu\u015f anlam\u0131 kastedilir. Zira \u0130sl\u00e2m\u0131n \u015feriat\u0131 f\u0131trat\u0131n \u015feriat\u0131d\u0131r. Bazen f\u0131trat sapabilir. Fakat \u0130sl\u00e2m\u0131n \u015feriat\u0131 oldu\u011fu gibi kal\u0131r, de\u011fi\u015fmez. F\u0131trat\u0131n bozulmadan \u00f6nceki as\u0131l halini g\u00f6sterir. “Bagiy” kavram\u0131 ise zulm\u00fc, hakk\u0131 ve adaleti \u00e7i\u011fnemeyi ifade eder.<\/p>\n

Rezalet, \u00e7irkinlik, \u00ef\u011fren\u00e7lik’, azg\u0131nl\u0131k ve isyan (Fah\u015fa-m\u00fcnker-Bagy) temeline dayal\u0131 bir toplumu ayakta tutmak m\u00fcmk\u00fcn de\u011fildir. Rezaletin b\u00fct\u00fcn boyutlar\u0131yla, i\u011fren\u00e7li\u011fin b\u00fct\u00fcn aldat\u0131c\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131yla ve azg\u0131nl\u0131\u011f\u0131n b\u00fct\u00fcn sonu\u00e7lar\u0131yla yay\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir toplum uzun s\u00fcre ayakta kalamaz.<\/p>\n

\u0130nsan\u0131n f\u0131trat\u0131 belli bir s\u00fcreden sonra, bu y\u0131k\u0131c\u0131 etkenlere kar\u015f\u0131 harekete ge\u00e7er ve onlardan silkinir. Bu y\u0131k\u0131c\u0131 etkenlerin kuvveti ne kadar fazla olursa olsun ve ta\u011futlar d\u00fczenlerini korumak i\u00e7in ne kadar vas\u0131ta kullan\u0131rlarsa kullans\u0131n farketmez. \u0130nsanl\u0131k tarihi t\u00fcm\u00fcyle rezalete, \u00e7irkinli\u011fe ve azg\u0131nl\u0131\u011fa kar\u015f\u0131 pe\u015fpe\u015fe gelen ba\u015fkald\u0131r\u0131lardan ibarettir. K\u0131sa bir d\u00f6nem i\u00e7in insanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n veya devletlerin bunlara dayanarak ayakta durmas\u0131 \u00f6nemli de\u011fildir. \u0130nsan\u0131n f\u0131trat\u0131nda ona kar\u015f\u0131 silkini\u015flerin ve direni\u015flerin bulunmas\u0131 g\u00f6steriyor ki, bunlar insanl\u0131k hayat\u0131na, bedenine yabanc\u0131 d\u00fc\u015fen unsurlard\u0131r. F\u0131trat onlar\u0131 \u00fczerinden atmak i\u00e7in silkinir. T\u0131pk\u0131 canl\u0131 organizman\u0131n kendi i\u00e7ine giren yabanc\u0131 bir unsura kar\u015f\u0131 silkini\u015fi ve direni\u015fi gibi. Y\u00fcce Allah’\u0131n adaleti ve ihsan\u0131 emretmesi, rezaleti, i\u011fren\u00e7li\u011fi ve azg\u0131nl\u0131\u011f\u0131 yasaklamas\u0131, d\u00fczg\u00fcn ve sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 f\u0131trata uygun d\u00fc\u015fer. Onu destekler ve Allah ad\u0131yla direni\u015fe ge\u00e7meye iter. Zaten bunun i\u00e7in mesele noktalan\u0131yor:<\/p>\n

“S\u00f6z\u00fcn\u00fc tutas\u0131n\u0131z diye O, size \u00f6\u011f\u00fct verir.”<\/strong><\/p>\n

Hat\u0131rlatmak i\u00e7in verilmi\u015f bir \u00f6\u011f\u00fct. F\u0131trat\u0131n k\u00f6kl\u00fc ve g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc mesaj\u0131n\u0131 hat\u0131rlatan bir \u00f6\u011f\u00fct.<\/p>\n

“Allah’a s\u00f6z verdi\u011finizde, verdi\u011finiz s\u00f6z\u00fc tutunuz. Peki\u015ftirdi\u011finiz yeminlerinizi bozmay\u0131n\u0131z. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc s\u00f6ylediklerinize Allah’\u0131 \u015fahit tutmu\u015f oluyorsunuz. Hi\u00e7 \u015f\u00fcphesiz Allah, yapt\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131z\u0131 bilir.”<\/strong><\/p>\n

Allah’a verilen s\u00f6zde durmak, m\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlar\u0131n Peygamberimiz Hz. Muhammed ile -sal\u00e2t ve sel\u00e2m \u00fczerine olsun- yapm\u0131\u015f olduklar\u0131 bey’at\u0131 (ba\u011fl\u0131l\u0131k s\u00f6z\u00fc) kapsad\u0131\u011f\u0131 gibi Allah’\u0131n emretti\u011fi her t\u00fcrl\u00fc do\u011fru antla\u015fmay\u0131 da kapsam\u0131na al\u0131r. S\u00f6z\u00fcnde durmak insanlar aras\u0131ndaki ili\u015fkilerde g\u00fcven unsurunun yegane garantisidir. Bu g\u00fcven olmadan bir toplum kurulamaz, bir insanl\u0131k ayakta tutulamaz. Ayeti kerime sa\u011flamla\u015ft\u0131rd\u0131ktan sonra ve Allah’\u0131 kefil olarak kabul edip onu s\u00f6zle\u015fmelerinin tan\u0131\u011f\u0131 tutup, s\u00f6z\u00fcn yerine getirilmesi i\u00e7in Allah ad\u0131na s\u00f6z verdikten sonra yeminlerini bozan, anla\u015fma sahiplerini rezil etmektedir. Sonra da onlar\u0131 \u00fcst\u00fc kapal\u0131 tehdit etmektedir:<\/p>\n

“Allah yapt\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131z\u0131 bilir.”<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u0130sl\u00e2m dini, s\u00f6zle\u015fmelere ba\u011fl\u0131l\u0131k meselesinde son derece titiz davranm\u0131\u015f ve bu konuda asla tolerans tan\u0131mam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Zira o g\u00fcvenin ana ilkesidir. Bu ilke sars\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131nda toplumun ba\u011f\u0131 \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcl\u00fcr. Ve toplum da\u011f\u0131l\u0131r. Kur’an ayetleri burada sadece s\u00f6z\u00fcnde durmay\u0131 emredip s\u00f6zle\u015fmeyi bozmay\u0131 yasaklamakla yetinmemektedir. Baz\u0131 \u00f6rnekler vermekte antla\u015fmay\u0131 bozanlar\u0131 k\u00f6t\u00fclemekte ve birtak\u0131m insanlar\u0131n dayanak olarak kabul edebilece\u011fi baz\u0131 gerek\u00e7e ve sebepleri de reddetmektedir:<\/p>\n

“Taraflardan biri di\u011ferinden daha kalabal\u0131k, daha g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fcd\u00fcr diye yeminlerinizi birbirinize kar\u015f\u0131 hile arac\u0131 olarak kullanmay\u0131n\u0131z, b\u00f6ylece e\u011firdi\u011fi y\u00fcn\u00fc sa\u011flam iplik haline getirdikten sonra tekrar tel tel \u00e7\u00f6zen kad\u0131n gibi olmay\u0131n\u0131z. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc Allah sizi bu yolla s\u0131navdan ge\u00e7irir. K\u0131yamet g\u00fcn\u00fc aran\u0131zdaki anla\u015fmazl\u0131k konular\u0131n\u0131 size a\u00e7\u0131klayacakt\u0131r.”<\/strong><\/p>\n

Antla\u015fmay\u0131 bozan adam, iradesi zay\u0131f, dar g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fl\u00fc, aptal ve bunak bir kad\u0131na benzer. Bu kad\u0131n ipli\u011fini e\u011firip katlad\u0131ktan sonra tekrar s\u00f6k\u00fcp da\u011f\u0131tmakta, \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcp bozmaktad\u0131r!.. Bu benzetme b\u00fct\u00fcn unsurlar\u0131yla a\u015fa\u011f\u0131lama, horlama ve garipsemelerle doludur. S\u00f6z\u00fcnde durmamay\u0131, ruhlara k\u00f6t\u00fc bir \u015fey olarak hissettirmekte ve g\u00f6n\u00fcllerde onu \u00e7irkin g\u00f6stermektedir. Zaten burada ama\u00e7 da budur. Onurlu hi\u00e7bir insan; bu zay\u0131f iradeli, akli dengesi bozuk, hayat\u0131n\u0131 yarars\u0131z bo\u015f \u015feylere harcayan bu kad\u0131n gibi olmaya raz\u0131 olmaz!<\/p>\n

Baz\u0131 insanlar Allah’\u0131n el\u00e7isi Hz. Muhammed ile yapt\u0131klar\u0131 antla\u015fmay\u0131 bozmada, kendilerini \u015fu \u015fekilde temize \u00e7\u0131karmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131yorlar da; Hz. Muhammed ve onunla birlikte olanlar g\u00fc\u00e7s\u00fcz bir az\u0131nl\u0131\u011f\u0131 temsil ederken, Kurey\u015f g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc \u00e7o\u011funlu\u011fu olu\u015fturmaktad\u0131r. Ayeti kerime onlar\u0131n bu gerek\u00e7elerinin do\u011fru olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n ve kendi yeminlerini bir oyun ve aldatma olarak de\u011ferlendirip onlardan el \u00e7ekmelerinin tutarl\u0131 bir neden olamayaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 bildirmektedir:<\/p>\n

Ayr\u0131ca \u0130sl\u00e2m iyi v\u00e9 takva ilkesine dayanmayan herhangi bir antla\u015fmay\u0131 ve yard\u0131mla\u015fmay\u0131 kabul etmez. G\u00fcnah, isyank\u00e2rl\u0131k, insanlar\u0131n haklar\u0131n\u0131n yenilmesi, devletlerin ve milletlerin s\u00f6m\u00fcr\u00fclmesi, ilkesi \u00fczerinde antla\u015fmaya veya yard\u0131mla\u015fmaya izin vermez..: \u0130sl\u00e2m, \u0130sl\u00e2m cemaatinin binas\u0131n\u0131 ve \u0130sl\u00e2m devletinin temelini bu ilke do\u011frultusunda belirler. \u0130sl\u00e2m\u0131n bireysel ili\u015fkilerden tutunda devletlerin ili\u015fkilerine var\u0131ncaya kadar her \u015fey de b\u00fct\u00fcn bir insanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n \u00f6nderli\u011fini yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir g\u00fcnde ancak d\u00fcnya e\u015fsiz bir huzurun, bir g\u00fcvenin ve temizli\u011fin lezzetine erecektir.<\/p>\n

“Allah sizi bu yolla s\u0131navdan ge\u00e7irir.”<\/strong><\/p>\n

Ard\u0131ndan topluluklar ve uluslararas\u0131nda alevlenen ayr\u0131l\u0131klar\u0131n Allah’a havale edilmesini, k\u0131yamet g\u00fcn\u00fcnde Allah’\u0131n bu konudaki karar\u0131n\u0131 verece\u011fini bildiriyor:<\/p>\n

“K\u0131yamet g\u00fcn\u00fc aran\u0131zdaki anla\u015fmazl\u0131k konular\u0131n\u0131 size a\u00e7\u0131klayacakt\u0131r.” <\/strong>Bu giri\u015f ile b\u00fct\u00fcn g\u00f6n\u00fcller g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fleri ve inan\u00e7lar\u0131 farkl\u0131 da olsa insanlara yapt\u0131klar\u0131 antla\u015fmaya ba\u011fl\u0131l\u0131k konusunda ikna edilmi\u015f olunmaktad\u0131r:<\/p>\n

“Allah dileseydi, hepinizi tek bir \u00fcmmet yapard\u0131. Fakat O, diledi\u011fini sapt\u0131r\u0131r, diledi\u011fini de do\u011fru yola iletir. Sizler yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131z i\u015flerden kesinlikle sorguya \u00e7ekileceksiniz.”<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u015eayet Allah dileseydi, b\u00fct\u00fcn insanlar\u0131 ayn\u0131 yetenekte yarat\u0131rd\u0131. Fakat O, insanlar\u0131 ayr\u0131 ayr\u0131 yetenekte yaratm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. B\u00f6ylece onlar\u0131, birbirlerinin kopyas\u0131 olmaktan \u00e7\u0131karm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Do\u011fru yolun ve sap\u0131kl\u0131\u011f\u0131n ilkelerini de belirtmi\u015ftir. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla inan\u00e7 ayr\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 antla\u015fmay\u0131 bozmaya neden olamaz. Ayr\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n Allah’\u0131n dilemesiyle ilgili \u00f6zel sebepleri vard\u0131r.<\/p>\n

Halbuki inan\u00e7lar ne kadar farkl\u0131 da olsa, s\u00f6zle\u015fmeye ba\u011fl\u0131 kalmak garanti alt\u0131na al\u0131nm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. \u0130nsanlar aras\u0131 ili\u015fkilerdeki temizli\u011fin ve dinsel ho\u015fg\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcn ula\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 bu zirve, Kur’an’\u0131n g\u00f6lgesinde \u0130sl\u00e2m\u0131n egemen oldu\u011fu bir hayatla ger\u00e7ekle\u015fmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n
