Hamd Alemlerin Rabbi Rahman ve Rahim Din g\u00fcn\u00fcn\u00fcn sahibi olan Allah (c.c)\u2019a mahsustur. Salat ve selam Alemlere Rahmet olarak g\u00f6nderilen mahlukat\u0131n ekmeli ve \u00f6nderi kendisine tabi olunmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 m\u00fcddet\u00e7e kurtulu\u015fun m\u00fcmk\u00fcn olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 Hz. Muhammed sav\u2019e aline ashab\u0131na ve onlar\u0131 takip edenlerin \u00fczerine olsun .<\/strong><\/p>\n

Hz. Ali (ra) \u2018nin dedi\u011fi gibi bir m\u00fcmin i\u00e7in hayat\u201d \u0130MAN VE C\u0130HATTIR.\u201d Evet bir m\u00fcmin i\u00e7in hayat\u0131n gayesi Allahtan ba\u015fka ilah olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131na, Hz. Muhammed sav\u2019in Allah\u2019\u0131n kulu ve rasul\u00fc oldu\u011funa\u00a0 iman etmek ve Allah\u0131n m\u00fclk\u00fcnde Allahc.c ile hudud yar\u0131\u015f\u0131na kalkarak ilahl\u0131k taslayanlarla m\u00fccadele etmektir. Zira Allah c.c insan\u0131 yery\u00fcz\u00fcnde halifesi olarak yaratm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u0130sl\u00e2miyet’e g\u00f6re cihad, bize harp a\u00e7anlara (el-Bakara, 2\/190) verdikleri s\u00f6z\u00fc tutmay\u0131p tekrar dinimize sald\u0131ranlara (et-Tevbe, 9\/12-13), Allah’a ve ahiret g\u00fcn\u00fcne inanmayarak, Allah ve Peygamberin haram k\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u015feyleri haram kabul etmeyenlere kar\u015f\u0131 (et-Tevbe, 9\/29), yery\u00fcz\u00fcnde fitneyi s\u00f6k\u00fcp atmak ve Allah’\u0131n dinini h\u00e2kim k\u0131lmak (el-Bakara 2\/19) gayesi ile me\u015fr\u00fb k\u0131l\u0131nm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n

M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlar sava\u015f i\u00e7in d\u00fc\u015fman memleketine girip bir \u015fehri veya bir kaleyi muhasara ettikleri zaman, \u00f6nce onlar\u0131 \u0130sl\u00e2m’a davet ederler. Kabul ederlerse kendileriyle sava\u015fmazlar. \u015eayet \u0130sl\u00e2m’\u0131 kabul etmezlerse \u0130sl\u00e2m devletine cizye vergisi vermesini isterler. Verirlerse mal ve can g\u00fcvenli\u011fini elde ederler. Bunu da kabul etmezlerse geriye sava\u015fmak kal\u0131r.<\/p>\n

Bu durumda cihad i\u00e7in \u015fu \u015fartlar gerekir:<\/p>\n

a- D\u00fc\u015fman, \u0130slam’a girmeleri i\u00e7in yap\u0131lan \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131y\u0131 yahut cizye vermeyi reddetmi\u015f olmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n

b- M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlarla d\u00fc\u015fman aras\u0131nda herhangi bir anla\u015fma s\u00f6zkonusu olmamakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n

c- M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlarda cihad i\u00e7in gerekli asker\u00ee g\u00fc\u00e7 siyas\u00ee otorite bulunmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n

B\u00fct\u00fcn bu hususlar bir araya geldi\u011finde cihad\u0131n farziyeti ger\u00e7ekle\u015fir. Bar\u0131\u015f, \u0130slam devleti i\u00e7in uygun oldu\u011fu zaman yap\u0131labilir. D\u00fc\u015fmana hi\u00e7 bir \u015fekilde sil\u00e2h vb. savunma vas\u0131tas\u0131 sat\u0131lamaz. Bir m\u00fcsl\u00fcman toplulu\u011fu k\u00e2firlere em\u00e2n verirse, bunlarla, yery\u00fcz\u00fcnde fesat \u00e7\u0131karma ve \u0130sl\u00e2m’a sald\u0131rma durumu hari\u00e7, sava\u015f\u0131lmaz. Cihad, bizzat s\u0131cak bir sava\u015f olaca\u011f\u0131 gibi normal \u015fartlarda mal, dil ve kalple de yap\u0131labilir. Cen\u00e2b-\u0131 Hak \u015f\u00f6yle buyurur:<\/p>\n

\u201cM\u00fcminler Allah ve Ras\u00fbl\u00fcne iman ederler, sonra da \u015f\u00fcpheye d\u00fc\u015fmezler. Hak yolunda mallar\u0131 ve canlar\u0131 ile cihad ederler. \u0130\u015fte sadakat sahibi kimseler bunlard\u0131r” (el-Huc\u00fbr\u00e2t, 49\/15)<\/p>\n

Seyyid Kutub:<\/strong> \u201c\u0130man; Allah’\u0131 ve Resulullah’\u0131 s\u00f6zlerinde do\u011frulamakt\u0131r. Bu \u00f6yle bir do\u011frulamakt\u0131r ki; i\u00e7ine hi\u00e7bir \u015f\u00fcphe ve ku\u015fku kar\u0131\u015fmaz. Sars\u0131lmayan, karars\u0131zl\u0131k kabul etmeyen, duygu ve heveslerin sesinin duyulmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 kalbin ve hislerin teredd\u00fct duymad\u0131\u011f\u0131 yerle\u015fik, de\u011fi\u015fmez ve g\u00fcven verici bir do\u011frulamad\u0131r bu iman… Mal ve can ile Allah yolunda cihad\u0131n kaynakland\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir imand\u0131r bu… Bir kalp bu iman\u0131n tad\u0131n\u0131 tatt\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve onda huzur duyup da o iman \u00fczerinde de\u011fi\u015fmeden kald\u0131\u011f\u0131 zaman, kalbin d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda, hayat sahnesinde, insanlar\u0131n d\u00fcnyas\u0131nda o iman\u0131n ger\u00e7ek karekterini hayata ge\u00e7irmek i\u00e7in mutlaka bir at\u0131l\u0131m olmas\u0131 ka\u00e7\u0131n\u0131lmazd\u0131r. \u0130nsan bu durumda, i\u00e7inde hissetti\u011fi ger\u00e7ek iman ile, d\u0131\u015fardan kendini \u00e7evreleyen geli\u015fmeler ve hayat\u0131n ak\u0131\u015f\u0131 aras\u0131nda bir birlik kurmay\u0131 isteyecektir. Ve hissindeki iman \u015fekli ile \u00e7evresindeki ger\u00e7ek \u015fekil aras\u0131nda bir ay\u0131r\u0131ma asla sabredemeyecektir. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc bu ayr\u0131l\u0131k, s\u00fcrekli onu rahats\u0131z edecek ve i\u00e7inde \u00e7at\u0131\u015fmaya yol a\u00e7acakt\u0131r. Ve dolay\u0131s\u0131 ile, bu noktadan, Allah yolunda mal\u0131 ile ve can\u0131 ile cihada at\u0131lma asl\u0131nda m\u00fc’minin i\u00e7inden f\u0131\u015fk\u0131ran ki\u015fisel bir at\u0131l\u0131md\u0131r. M\u00fc’min cihad\u0131 ile, kalbinde ya\u015fatt\u0131\u011f\u0131 parlak \u015fekili hayat sahnesinde ve insanlar\u0131n aras\u0131nda da uygulanm\u0131\u015f g\u00f6rmek i\u00e7in ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirmek ister. \u015eu halde m\u00fc’min ile, \u00e7evresindeki cahiliyet hayat\u0131 aras\u0131ndaki \u00e7at\u0131\u015fma \u00f6z\u00fcnde kaynaklan\u0131r. M\u00fcsl\u00fcman\u0131n iman d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncesi ile m\u00fc’minin kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 pratik ger\u00e7ek aras\u0131ndaki \u00e7ifte standartl\u0131 hayata tahamm\u00fcl edememesinden kaynaklan\u0131r. Ve yine, bu \u00e7at\u0131\u015fma, m\u00fc’minin eksik, k\u00f6t\u00fc ve sap\u0131k olan pratik hayat u\u011fruna, kendi do\u011fru, m\u00fckemmel iman d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncesinden taviz vermemesinden kaynaklan\u0131r. O halde bir m\u00fc’minle kendisini \u00e7evreleyen cahiliyet aras\u0131nda bu cahiliyet iman d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncesine ve imani hayata boyun e\u011finceye kadar sava\u015f olmas\u0131 ka\u00e7\u0131n\u0131lmazd\u0131r.<\/p>\n

“\u0130\u015fte iman s\u00f6zlerinde do\u011fru olanlar onlard\u0131r.”<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u0130\u015fte onlar inan\u00e7lar\u0131nda sad\u0131k olanlar\u0131n ta kendileridir. \u0130\u015fte onlar kendilerinin m\u00fc’min olduklar\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6ylerken do\u011fru s\u00f6yleyenlerin ta kendileridir. Bu duygular kalpte yer etmedik\u00e7e, bu duygular\u0131n izi ger\u00e7ek hayatta uygulanmad\u0131k\u00e7a, iman ger\u00e7ekle\u015fmi\u015f olmaz. \u0130nan\u00e7ta do\u011fruluktan ve inanc\u0131n oldu\u011fu iddias\u0131ndan s\u00f6z edilemez.<\/p>\n

Bu ayette s\u00f6z aras\u0131 olarak gelmi\u015f olan \u015fu ifade \u00fczerinde bir nebze dural\u0131m: “Ger\u00e7ek m\u00fc’minler ancak Allah’a ve Resul\u00fcne iman eden, ondan sonra asla \u015f\u00fcpheye d\u00fc\u015fmeyen, Allah yolunda mallar\u0131yla canlar\u0131yla sava\u015fanlard\u0131r \u0130\u015fte iman s\u00f6zlerinde do\u011fru olanlar onlard\u0131r.” <\/strong>Bu ifade sadece geli\u015fig\u00fczel s\u00f6ylenmi\u015f bir ifade de\u011fildir. Bu ifade, ger\u00e7ek\u00e7i ve psikolojik bir deneyime parmak basmakta ve insan\u0131n nefsine hatta imandan sonra meydana gelen aksakl\u0131\u011f\u0131 tedavi eden bir ifadedir. “Sonra asla \u015f\u00fcpheye d\u00fc\u015fmeyen.”<\/strong> Bu ara c\u00fcmle t\u0131pk\u0131 “\u015e\u00fcphesiz Rabbim Allah’t\u0131r deyip sonra dosdo\u011fru yolda y\u00fcr\u00fcyenlerin…” (Fussilet Suresi, 30)<\/strong> ayetindeki ara c\u00fcmlenin benzeridir. Birinci ayette, “\u015f\u00fcpheye d\u00fc\u015fmemek” ikinci ayette ise Rabb’imiz Allah’t\u0131r deyip de sonra da “dosdo\u011fru y\u00fcr\u00fcmek”, m\u00fc’min olan bir kimsenin ac\u0131 tecr\u00fcbelerin ve \u015fiddetli imtihanlar\u0131n etkisi ile bazen \u015f\u00fcpheye d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcp sars\u0131nt\u0131 duyabilece\u011fine i\u015faret etmektedir. Bir m\u00fc’min hayat\u0131nda kendisini titreten zorluklara, sarsan musibetlere \u00e7arpabilir. \u0130\u015fte b\u00fct\u00fcn bu engeller kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda kararl\u0131 kal\u0131p sars\u0131lmayan, y\u00fcce Allah’a g\u00fcvenip \u015f\u00fcpheye d\u00fc\u015fmeyen dosdo\u011fru olan ve y\u00fcce Allah ile ba\u011flar\u0131n\u0131 koparmayan kimse Allah kat\u0131nda b\u00f6yle bir dereceyi hak eder.<\/p>\n

Ayetin ifadesinin bu \u015fekilde gelmesi, yolun kaygan noktalar\u0131 ve yolculu\u011fun tehlikeleri hakk\u0131nda m\u00fc’min kalplerin dikkatlerini \u00e7ekmektedir. Bundan hedef ise m\u00fc’minlerin i\u015flerini s\u0131k\u0131 tutmalar\u0131n\u0131, \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcl\u00fc ve d\u00fcr\u00fcst olmalar\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flamak ve ufuk belirsizle\u015fip de hava iyice karard\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve f\u0131rt\u0131na ve r\u00fczgarlarla kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 zaman \u015f\u00fcpheye d\u00fc\u015fmemesini temin etmektir.\u201d<\/p>\n

Ancak buna ra\u011fmen baz\u0131 kimselerin zihninde, “Allah her\u015feye Kadir’dir ve t\u00fcm mahlukattan m\u00fcsta\u011fnidir. O, kimseye muhta\u00e7 de\u011fildir ama herkes O’na muhta\u00e7t\u0131r. O halde bir kul Allah’a nas\u0131l ve ne \u015fekilde yard\u0131m edebilir?” gibi bir soru akla gelebilir. Bu sorunun cevab\u0131 \u015f\u00f6yle verilebilir:
\nBu kimselere, “Ensarullah” (Allah’\u0131n yard\u0131mc\u0131lar\u0131) denmesinin nedeni, Alemlerin Rabbi olan Allah’\u0131n bir kimseye muhta\u00e7 olmas\u0131ndan \u00f6t\u00fcr\u00fc de\u011fildir. Allah, insanlara d\u00fcnyada iman-k\u00fcf\u00fcr, itaat-isyan konusunda se\u00e7me h\u00fcrriyeti vermi\u015ftir. O, insanlar\u0131 kendi g\u00fcc\u00fcyle m\u00fcmin ya da kafir olmaya zorlamaz.
\nFakat O, bu gayeyle insanlara yol g\u00f6stermesi, telkin ve tebli\u011fde bulunmas\u0131 i\u00e7in peygamberler g\u00f6ndermi\u015f, kitaplar inzal etmi\u015ftir. Bu tebli\u011f ve telkini kendi iradesiyle kabul eden kimse m\u00fcmindir. Fiilen tabi oldu\u011funda da, m\u00fcslim, kanit ve abiddir. Allah’tan ittika ederek ya\u015farsa muttaki, hay\u0131r i\u00e7in yar\u0131\u015f\u0131rsa muhsin, bununla kalmayarak bu tebli\u011f ve talimi yaymaya, insanlar\u0131 \u0131slaha \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131r, k\u00fcf\u00fcr ve f\u0131sk yerine sadece Allah’a itaate dayanan bir nizam kurmak i\u00e7in u\u011fra\u015f\u0131rsa Ensarullah’t\u0131r.<\/strong> Allah, yukar\u0131daki ayette de a\u00e7\u0131k\u00e7a beyan etti\u011fi gibi, bu kimseleri kendisine yard\u0131mc\u0131 olanlar \u015feklinde nitelemi\u015ftir. \u0130\u015fte bu ifadeyle kastolunan budur. \u015eayet as\u0131l maksat, Allah’a de\u011fil, Allah’\u0131n dinine yard\u0131m etmek olsayd\u0131, “Ensarullah” yerine “Ensaru dinillah”, “Yensurullah” yerine “Yensuru dinellah” ve “in tensurullah” yerine de “\u0130n tensuru dinellah” denilmesi laz\u0131m gelirdi.
\nAncak g\u00f6r\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fc gibi, Allah Te\u00e2l\u00e2 s\u00fcrekli olarak bu ifadeyi kullanm\u0131\u015f oldu\u011fundan, Allah’a yard\u0131m\u0131n kastedildi\u011fi a\u00e7\u0131k\u00e7a anla\u015f\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. Fakat bunun anlam\u0131, bu kimselerin Allah’\u0131n bir ihtiyac\u0131n\u0131 giderdikleri ve Allah’\u0131n bizzat kendi g\u00fcc\u00fcyle (cebir) olmay\u0131p, peygamberler ve kitaplar vas\u0131tas\u0131yla olmas\u0131n\u0131 diledi\u011fi bir i\u015fe i\u015ftirak ettiklerinden \u00f6t\u00fcr\u00fc, kendilerine Allah’\u0131n yard\u0131mc\u0131lar\u0131 denmi\u015ftir.\u201d<\/p>\n

Hz. Peygamber (s.a.s.) ise: “M\u00fc\u015friklerle mallar\u0131n\u0131zla, canlar\u0131n\u0131zla ve dillerinizle cihad ediniz” Allah benden evvel hi\u00e7 bir \u00fcmmete bir nebi g\u00f6ndermemi\u015ftir ki, \u00fcmmet i\u00e7inde kendisine yard\u0131mc\u0131 olan hav\u00e2r\u00eelere, yerle\u015ftirdi\u011fi geleneklere g\u00f6re hareket eden arkada\u015flara ve emirlerine itaat eden dostlara sahip olmam\u0131\u015f olsun. Sonra bunlar\u0131 bir nesil takip eder. Onlar yapmad\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yler, emredilmeyen i\u015fleri yaparlar. Bunlarla eli ile fiilen m\u00fccadele eden m\u00fcmindir, dili ile m\u00fccadele eden m\u00fcmindir kalbi ile m\u00fccahede eden m\u00fcmindir. Bunun d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda kalanlar\u0131n hardal tanesi kadar da olsa imanlar\u0131 yoktur” (M\u00fcslim, \u0130man 20); “\u015e\u00fcphesiz ki m\u00fcmin k\u0131l\u0131c\u0131 ve dili ile cihad eder” (\u0130bn Hanbel, VI, 387), buyurmu\u015flard\u0131r.
\n<\/strong>\u201c Siz Allah\u2019\u0131n dinine yard\u0131m ederseniz oda size yard\u0131m eder ve ayaklar\u0131n\u0131z\u0131 dini \u00fczere sabit k\u0131lar\u201d (Muhammed 7)\u00a0 Bu dinin hakimiyeti i\u00e7in \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmaya insan\u0131n kendisi muhta\u00e7t\u0131r.
