\u00d6rtmek veya \u015f\u00fckr\u00fcn\u00fc yerine getirmeyerek eri\u015filen nimeti \u00f6rtmek, nank\u00f6rl\u00fck etmek. Bundan dolay\u0131 arap\u00e7ada karanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ile her \u015feyi \u00f6rtt\u00fc\u011f\u00fc i\u00e7in geceye k\u00e2fir (\u00f6rten) denmi\u015ftir. Terim olarak k\u00fcf\u00fcr, iman\u0131n z\u0131dd\u0131 yani imans\u0131zl\u0131kt\u0131r. Ba\u015fka bir deyi\u015fle Allah’\u0131n varl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ve birli\u011fini, peygamberli\u011fi, Hz. Muhammed’in Allah kat\u0131ndan getirdi\u011fi kesin olarak belli olan \u015feyleri ink\u00e2r etmektir. \u0130slam dininde inan\u0131lmas\u0131 gereken \u015feylere inanmayan kimseye de ger\u00e7e\u011fi \u00f6rtt\u00fc\u011f\u00fc i\u00e7in k\u00e2fir denir. K\u00fcf\u00fcr i\u00e7in iman edilecek \u015feylerin t\u00fcm\u00fcne inanmamak \u015fart de\u011fildir. Bunlardan birine veya bir k\u0131sm\u0131na inanmamak da k\u00fcf\u00fcrd\u00fcr.[1]<\/a><\/p>\n

K\u00fcf\u00fcr kalben oldu\u011fu gibi s\u00f6z ve davran\u0131\u015fla da olabilir. Her hangi bir zorunluluk olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 halde diliyle insan\u0131 k\u00fcfre g\u00f6t\u00fcrecek bir s\u00f6z s\u00f6yleyen, inan\u0131lmas\u0131 gereken \u015feyleri k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fcmseyen onlarla alay eden yahut imanla ba\u011fda\u015fmayan i\u015fleri yapanlar da k\u00e2fir olur. Ancak \u00f6l\u00fcm tehdidi kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda bulunan bir kimse g\u00f6nl\u00fc imanla dolu oldu\u011fu halde can\u0131n\u0131 kurtarmak i\u00e7in istemeyerek k\u00fcfr\u00fc gerektiren bir s\u00f6z s\u00f6ylerse dinden \u00e7\u0131km\u0131\u015f olmaz (Hamdi Yaz\u0131r, Hak Dini Kur’an Dili, \u0130stanbul 1960, c.1, s. 207-208; As\u0131m Efendi Kamus Terc\u00fcmesi, c.2, s. 662).<\/p>\n

K\u00fcfr\u00fcn en b\u00fcy\u00fc\u011f\u00fc; Allah\u2019\u0131n birli\u011fini ve \u015feriat\u0131 veya peygamberli\u011fi ink\u00e2r etmektir.[2]<\/a><\/p>\n

Yine ayn\u0131 k\u00f6kten gelen k\u00fcfran ise nimeti \u00f6rtmek yani nank\u00f6rl\u00fck etmek demektir. G\u00fcnahlar\u0131 \u00f6rten bedele de keffret denir.K\u00fcfr din dilinde iman\u0131n z\u0131dd\u0131d\u0131r yani imans\u0131zl\u0131kt\u0131r. Bir insan\u0131n iman etmesi m\u00fcmk\u00fcnken iman etmesi gerekirken iman etmemesidir. Bu \u00e7e\u015fit k\u00fcfr yalanlamay\u0131 inkar\u0131 ve iman ilkelerini ikrar\u0131 (s\u00f6ylemeyi) terk etmek demektir.[3]<\/a><\/p>\n

\u201c\u2026Yoksa siz, Kitab\u0131n bir b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcne inan\u0131p da bir b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcn\u00fc ink\u00e2r m\u0131 ediyorsunuz? Art\u0131k sizden b\u00f6yle yapanlar\u0131n cezas\u0131, d\u00fcnya hayat\u0131nda a\u015fa\u011f\u0131l\u0131k olmaktan ba\u015fka de\u011fildir; k\u0131yamet g\u00fcn\u00fcnde de azab\u0131n en \u015fiddetli olan\u0131na u\u011frat\u0131lacaklard\u0131r. Allah, yapmakta olduklar\u0131n\u0131zdan gafil de\u011fildir.\u201d(Bakara 85)<\/p>\n

\u201cGer\u00e7ekten insan, Rabbine kar\u015f\u0131 nank\u00f6rd\u00fcr.\u201d(Adiyat 6)<\/p>\n

\u201cNas\u0131l oluyor da Allah’\u0131 ink\u00e2r ediyorsunuz? Oysa \u00f6l\u00fc iken sizi O diriltti; sonra yine sizi \u00f6ld\u00fcrecek, yine diriltecektir ve sonra yaln\u0131zca O’na d\u00f6nd\u00fcr\u00fcleceksiniz.\u201d(Bakara 28)<\/p>\n

\u201c\u015e\u00e2yet kendilerine (ni\u00e7in alay ettiklerini) sorsan, \u201cBiz sadece l\u00e2fa dalm\u0131\u015ft\u0131k ve aram\u0131zda e\u011fleniyorduk\u201d, derler. De ki: \u201cAllah\u2019la, O\u2019nun \u00e2yetleriyle ve peygamberiyle mi e\u011fleniyordunuz?\u201d Bo\u015funa \u00f6z\u00fcr dilemeyin! \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc siz, (s\u00f6zde) iman ettikten sonra k\u00fcfr\u00fcn\u00fcz\u00fc a\u00e7\u0131\u011fa vurdunuz. \u0130\u00e7inizden (t\u00f6vbe eden) bir z\u00fcmreyi affetsek bile, su\u00e7lar\u0131nda \u0131srar etmeleri sebebiyle, di\u011fer bir z\u00fcmreye azap edece\u011fiz.\u201d(Tevbe\/65-66)<\/p>\n

Kafirin Kalbi<\/strong><\/p>\n

Hz. Peygamber (s.a) \u015f\u00f6yle buyurmu\u015ftur. Kalpler d\u00f6rt s\u0131n\u0131ft\u0131r:
\n1.Tertemiz bir kalptir ki onun i\u00e7inde alev alev yanan bir l\u00e2mba vard\u0131r. Bu kalp m\u00fc’minin kalbidir.<\/p>\n

2.Simsiyah bir kalptir ki ba\u015f a\u015fa\u011f\u0131d\u0131r. Bu kalp k\u00e2firin kalbidir.<\/p>\n

3.K\u0131l\u0131fl\u0131 ve k\u0131l\u0131f\u0131n\u0131n a\u011fz\u0131 ba\u011fl\u0131 bir kalptir. Bu kalp m\u00fcn\u00e2f\u0131\u011f\u0131n kalbidir.<\/p>\n

4.A\u00e7\u0131k bir kalptir ki orada hem iman, hem de nifak bulunur. O kalpteki iman\u0131n mis\u00e2li, baklan\u0131n mis\u00e2line benzer. O baklaya tatl\u0131 su yard\u0131m eder. Oradaki nifak\u0131n mis\u00e2li ise, \u00e7\u0131ban\u0131n mis\u00e2line benzer. O \u00e7\u0131ban\u0131n geli\u015fmesine irin ve sar\u0131su yard\u0131m eder. Bu bak\u0131mdan bu iki maddeden hangisi galipse, o kalp i\u00e7in bu galip madde ile h\u00fckmedilir.[4]<\/a><\/p>\n

\u201cK\u00fcfre saplananlara gelince, onlar\u0131 uyarsan da, uyarmasan da, onlar i\u00e7in birdir, inanmazlar. Allah, onlar\u0131n kalplerini ve kulaklar\u0131n\u0131 m\u00fch\u00fcrlemi\u015ftir. G\u00f6zleri \u00fczerinde de bir perde vard\u0131r. Onlar i\u00e7in b\u00fcy\u00fck bir azap vard\u0131r.\u201d(Bakara\/6-7)<\/p>\n

\u201cEy iman edenler, Yahudi ve H\u0131ristiyanlar\u0131 dostlar (veliler) edinmeyin; onlar birbirlerinin dostudurlar. Sizden onlar\u0131 kim dost edinirse, ku\u015fkusuz onlardand\u0131r. \u015e\u00fcphesiz Allah, zalimler toplulu\u011funa hidayet vermez.\u201d(Maide 51)<\/p>\n

\u201cSen onlar\u0131n dinlerine uymad\u0131k\u00e7a, Yahudi ve H\u0131ristiyanlar senden kesinlikle ho\u015fnut olacak de\u011fillerdir. De ki: \u00abKu\u015fkusuz do\u011fru yol, Allah’\u0131n (g\u00f6sterdi\u011fi) dosdo\u011fru yoldur.\u00bb E\u011fer sana gelen bunca ilimden sonra onlar\u0131n heva (arzu ve tutku) lar\u0131na uyacak olursan, senin i\u00e7in Allah’tan ne bir dost vard\u0131r, ne de bir yard\u0131mc\u0131.\u201d( Bakara 120)<\/p>\n

\u201cEy m\u00fcminler, kendinizden ba\u015fkas\u0131n\u0131 s\u0131rda\u015f ve dost edinmeyiniz. Olanca g\u00fc\u00e7leri ile size zarar dokundurmaya, dirli\u011finizi bozmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131rlar, kar\u015f\u0131la\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131z her s\u0131k\u0131nt\u0131 onlar\u0131 sevindirir. Ger\u00e7i kinleri a\u011f\u0131zlar\u0131ndan ta\u015fm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r ama kalplerinde sakl\u0131 tuttuklar\u0131 kin daha b\u00fcy\u00fckt\u00fcr. Allah azze ve celle Kur\u2019an\u2019\u0131n bir\u00e7ok ayetinde m\u00fc\u2019minlerle k\u00e2firlerin ili\u015fkilerini belirlemi\u015ftir. Mutlak manada onlar\u0131 dost edinmek, s\u0131rda\u015f olmak, onlara benzemek kesinlikle yasaklanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bu durum ameli de\u011fil akidevi bir meseledir ki, M\u00fc\u2019minler i\u00e7in tek yol Allah\u2019\u0131n kitab\u0131na uymakt\u0131r. Fakat Allah cc izin verdi\u011fi kadar\u0131yla onlarla ticaret yapmak ve ili\u015fkide bulunmak caizdir.<\/p>\n

1) Kavli K\u00fcf\u00fcr<\/strong><\/p>\n

Elfaz-\u0131 k\u00fcf\u00fcr denilen insan\u0131 k\u00fcfre g\u00f6t\u00fcren s\u00f6zlerden birini sur\u00e7u lisan veya ikrah-\u0131 mulci olmadan \u015faka ile bile olsa (Allah Muhafaza) s\u00f6yleyen ki\u015fi imandan sonra k\u00fcfre girmi\u015f olur. Baz\u0131 ki\u015filer “Bir kelime ile dinden d\u00f6nmek olur mu?” derler. Oysa bir kelime-i tevhid ile iman dairesine giriliyor. O halde tevhidin manas\u0131n\u0131 bozan bir kelime ilede (HafazanAllah) dinden \u00e7\u0131k\u0131l\u0131r. Bu bahis elfaz-\u0131 k\u00fcf\u00fcr b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcnde izah edilmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n

L\u00e2fz\u00ee Olarak: \u0130slam itikad\u0131na ayk\u0131r\u0131 olarak s\u00f6ylenen s\u00f6zler de iman\u0131 bozar Bunlara” Elfaz\u0131 K\u00fcf\u00fcr” denir. Yan\u0131 issan\u0131 k\u00fcfre g\u00f6t\u00fcren s\u00f6zlerdir. Bu s\u00f6zleri bilerek s\u00f6yleyenlerin k\u00fcfr\u00fc hakk\u0131nda \u0130slam ulemas\u0131 m\u00fcttefiktir. Ancak bilmeyerek s\u00f6yleyenlerin k\u00fcfre girmesi hususu ihtilafl\u0131d\u0131r. Cumhuru ulema k\u00fcf\u00fcr olur demi\u015f baz\u0131lar\u0131 ise cehaleti mazaret g\u00f6rm\u00fc\u015flerdir. Bir M\u00fcsl\u00fcman bunlar\u0131 \u00f6\u011frenmesi ve kendini (akidesini) muhafaza etmesi farzd\u0131r.<\/p>\n

Elfaz\u0131 K\u00fcfr\u00fcn istisna-i Durumlar\u0131<\/strong><\/p>\n

Elfaz\u0131 k\u00fcf\u00fcrden m\u00fcstesna (k\u00fcfre g\u00f6t\u00fcrmeyen) \u00e7e\u015fitli durumlar\u0131 vard\u0131r.<\/p>\n

A- \u00c7o\u00e7uk: Ak\u0131l bali\u011f olmam\u0131\u015f olan bir \u00e7ocuk teklife muhatap olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan elfaz\u0131 k\u00fcf\u00fcr s\u00f6ylemekle tekfir olunmaz. Ancak velisi durumundaki kimselerin zarurat-\u0131 diniyeyi \u00e7o\u00e7uklara \u00f6\u011fretmeleri \u00fczerlerine farzd\u0131r.<\/p>\n

B – S\u00fcr\u00e7\u00fc lisan: Elfaz\u0131 k\u00fcfr\u00fcn s\u00f6ylenmesi kasdetmedi\u011fi halde dil s\u00fcr\u00e7mesi ile sad\u0131r olmas\u0131 durumunda k\u00fcf\u00fcr vaki olmaz.<\/p>\n

C- Kinayeli S\u00f6z: Birden fazla mana i\u00e7eren tevile m\u00fcsait olan ve manalar\u0131ndan birisi k\u00fcf\u00fcr alameti olmay\u0131p ki\u015finin iman\u0131n\u0131n bozulmamas\u0131na delalet ederse o s\u00f6z elfaz\u0131 k\u00fcf\u00fcr olarak de\u011ferlendirilmez. Hatta bir s\u00f6z y\u00fcz (100) manaya gelse 99 manas\u0131 k\u00fcfre birtek manas\u0131 da imana delalet etse yarg\u0131c\u0131n imana delalet eden manas\u0131 \u00fczerine h\u00fckmetmesi laz\u0131md\u0131r. Zira bir m\u00fc’min m\u00fcrted olmaktan kurtulmas\u0131 100 tane k\u00e2firin imana davet eilmesinden evlad\u0131r.<\/p>\n

Bu durum dahi m\u00fcrtet ile kafir aras\u0131ndaki fark\u0131n b\u00fcy\u00fckl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcne alamettir.<\/p>\n

D- Cinnet: Delilik halinde s\u00f6ylenen bir elfaz\u0131 k\u00fcf\u00fcr de de\u011ferlendirmeye tabi olmaz Ancak cinnet durumu aral\u0131kl\u0131 olupda ay\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 vakit s\u00f6ylenirse k\u00fcf\u00fcr h\u00fckm\u00fc ile degerlendirilir.<\/p>\n

E – Sekr: Sarho\u015f olup ne s\u00f6yledi\u011fini bilmeyen kimsenin s\u00f6yledi\u011fi elfaz\u0131 k\u00fcf\u00fcr de k\u00fcf\u00fcr h\u00fckm\u00fc ile degerlendirilmez.<\/p>\n

F – Uyku: Uykuda say\u0131klama durumunda ne s\u00f6yledi\u011fini uyand\u0131ktan sonra tam bilmeden s\u00f6ylenen elfaz\u0131 k\u00fcf\u00fcr de de\u011ferlendirilmez.<\/p>\n

G – \u0130krah: Bask\u0131 alt\u0131nda elfaz\u0131 k\u00fcf\u00fcr veya efali k\u00fcf\u00fcr s\u00f6ylemektir.<\/p>\n

2) Ef al-i <\/strong>K\u00fcf\u00fcr<\/strong><\/p>\n

K\u00fcfr\u00fc mucib baz\u0131 fiil ve hareketlerdir. Herhangi bir k\u00fcf\u00fcr itikad\u0131n\u0131n sembol\u00fc olan alametlerdir. Bunlara alamet-i farika veya \u015fiaru k\u00fcf\u00fcr denir. Kalenseve-ul Mecus denilen \u015fapka, z\u00fcnnar denilen hristiyanlar\u0131n bel ku\u015fa\u011f\u0131, salip denilen ha\u00e7\u00b7 \u0131n. kosri\u00e7 ve g\u0131yyar gibi alametlerin tak\u0131n\u0131lmas\u0131 giyilmesi veya ku\u015fan\u0131lmas\u0131 efali k\u00fcf\u00fcrdendir.<\/p>\n

Gerek efali k\u00fcf\u00fcr gerekse de elfaz\u0131 k\u00fcf\u00fcr durumlar\u0131yla, k\u00fcfre girmenin m\u00fcmk\u00fcn oldu\u011fu hususunda Kuran-\u0131 Kerimde baz\u0131 ayeti kerimeler vard\u0131r.<\/p>\n

\u201c\u015e\u00fcphesizki \u0130man ettikten sonra k\u00fcf\u00fcrde ileri gidenlerin tevbeleri bu y\u00fczden asla kabul edilmeyecektir! \u0130\u015fte onlar ise, dalalete d\u00fc\u015fenlerin ta kendileridir.\u201d(Al-i \u0130mran 90) buyrulmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n

Bu ayeti kerimede bir kimsenin iman ettikten sonra elfaz\u0131 k\u00fcf\u00fcr, efali k\u00fcf\u00fcr ve ya bilerek irtidat etmek suretiyle k\u00fcfre giren kimselerin samimi olarak tevbe etmeden girdikleri k\u00fcf\u00fcr halinda devam etmek suretiyle \u00f6len kimselerin kafir olarak \u00f6ld\u00fckleri, zaman\u0131nda tevbe etmedikleri i\u00e7in sonradan tevbelerinin kabul olunmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve ahiret hayat\u0131nda varacaklar\u0131 yerlerinin ebediyen cehennem oldu\u011fu keyfiyetleri tamamen ifade olunmaktad\u0131r.[5]<\/a><\/p>\n

Tekfir meselesi:<\/strong> Bu mesele, M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlar\u0131n birli\u011fe en ziyade muhta\u00e7 olduklar\u0131 zaman\u0131m\u0131zda, iyi anla\u015f\u0131lmas\u0131, s\u00f6z ve tav\u0131rlar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 ona g\u00f6re \u0131slah etmemiz gereken bir meseledir.<\/p>\n

Bir m\u00fcsl\u00fcman\u0131 veya m\u00fcsl\u00fcman kabul edilen bir kimseyi k\u00fcfre nisbet etmek; k\u00fcfre girdi\u011fini s\u00f6ylemek.<\/p>\n

K\u00fcf\u00fcr i\u00e7erisinde olan bir ki\u015fi bu durumdan kurtulup m\u00fcsl\u00fcman olabilece\u011fi gibi; m\u00fcsl\u00fcman olan bir ki\u015fi de dinden d\u00f6nerek k\u00fcfre girebilir. Ancak m\u00fcsl\u00fcman olan bir kimsenin hangi durumlarda k\u00fcfre girebilece\u011fi; k\u00fcf\u00fcr ile iman aras\u0131ndaki s\u0131n\u0131r\u0131n tayini tarih boyunca mezhepler aras\u0131nda ihtilaf konusu olmu\u015ftur. Hatta bir mezhebe ba\u011fl\u0131 \u00e2limler bile bazen farkl\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fler ileri s\u00fcrebilmektedir. Bu konudaki tart\u0131\u015fma, Haric\u00eelerin ortaya \u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015f\u0131yla, yani Hz. Ali’nin d\u00f6neminden g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcze kadar devam ede gelmektedir.<\/p>\n

Hz. Ali ile Muaviye aras\u0131ndaki anla\u015fmazl\u0131\u011f\u0131n \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcme kavu\u015fturulmas\u0131 i\u00e7in hakeme gidilmesini isteyen, sonra hakem olay\u0131n\u0131n arzu edilen \u015fekilde sonu\u00e7lanmamas\u0131 \u00fczerine daha \u00f6nce Hz. Ali ordusunda bulunan, hatta hakemi kabul etmesi i\u00e7in \u0131srarda bulunanlardan bir gurup ba\u015fkald\u0131rm\u0131\u015f ve Hz. Ali’yi, Allah’\u0131n h\u00fckm\u00fcn\u00fc b\u0131rakarak be\u015ferin h\u00fckm\u00fcne ba\u015fvurmakla itham etmi\u015f ve Hz. Ali ile h\u00e2l\u00e2 ona taraftarl\u0131k yapanlar\u0131n k\u00fcfre girdiklerini ileri s\u00fcrm\u00fc\u015flerdi. Haric\u00ee olarak adland\u0131r\u0131lan bu gurubun bu davran\u0131\u015flar\u0131yla \u0130sl\u00e2m tarihinde tekfir meselesi g\u00fcndeme gelmi\u015f, bilahare \u00e7e\u015fitli nedenlerle bazen hakl\u0131 ve bazen haks\u0131z olarak tekfir daima m\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlar\u0131n g\u00fcndemini i\u015fgal etmeye devam etmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n

Bu \u015fekilde davranmalar\u0131 onlar\u0131n sert miza\u00e7l\u0131, m\u00fcsamahas\u0131z ve nasslar\u0131n anlatt\u0131\u011f\u0131 incelikleri anlamaktan uzak kimseler olduklar\u0131n\u0131 ortaya koymaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n

Amel-iman ili\u015fkisine dair belli ba\u015fl\u0131 mezheplerin g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015flerini \u015fu \u015fekilde \u00f6zetlemek m\u00fcmk\u00fcnd\u00fcr:<\/p>\n

a) Haric\u00eeler:<\/strong> De\u011fi\u015fik f\u0131rkalara b\u00f6l\u00fcnm\u00fc\u015f olan Haric\u00eeler, b\u00fcy\u00fck g\u00fcnah i\u015fleyen ve t\u00f6vbe etmeden \u00f6len ki\u015finin ebed\u00ee olarak cehennemde kalaca\u011f\u0131na dair ittifak etmi\u015flerdir. Ancak b\u00f6yle bir g\u00fcnah i\u015fleyen kimse, m\u00fc\u015frik anlam\u0131nda bir k\u00e2fir midir, de\u011fil midir? Bu konuda aralar\u0131nda ihtilaf vard\u0131r. Baz\u0131lar\u0131na g\u00f6re ise, m\u00fcmin de\u011fildir ama muvahhiddir. K\u00fcfre girmi\u015ftir ama onun k\u00fcfr\u00fc, k\u00fcfran-\u0131 nimet kabilinden bir k\u00fcf\u00fcrd\u00fcr. T\u00f6vbe etmeden \u00f6ld\u00fc\u011f\u00fc takdirde cehennemde ebed\u00ee olarak kalacakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n

Haric\u00eeler, b\u00fcy\u00fck g\u00fcnah i\u015fleyen kimseyi tekfir ederken, \u015feytan\u0131n, Hz. \u00c2dem’e secde etmemesinden dolay\u0131 k\u00fcfre girdi\u011fini bildiren \u015fu ayeti delil olarak zikrederler; “Bir zamanlar biz, meleklere (ve cinlere); “Adem’e secde ediniz ” dedik. \u0130blis hari\u00e7 hepsi secde ettiler. O, y\u00fcz \u00e7evirdi ve b\u00fcy\u00fckl\u00fck taslad\u0131, b\u00f6ylece k\u00e2firlerden oldu” (el-Bakara, 2\/34). Onlara g\u00f6re \u015feytan Allah’a itaatk\u00e2r ve O’nu bilen biriydi. Hz. \u00c2dem’e secde etmekten ka\u00e7\u0131narak b\u00fcy\u00fck g\u00fcnah i\u015flemi\u015ftir. Bu nedenle k\u00e2fir olarak lanetlenmi\u015f ve cehennemde ebed\u00ee olarak kalaca\u011f\u0131na h\u00fckmolunmu\u015ftur (\u015eehrist\u00e2n\u00ee, Nihayetu’l-\u0130kdam f\u00ee \u0130lmi’l-Kel\u00e2m, Ba\u011fdat t.y 471).<\/p>\n

B\u00f6ylece onlara g\u00f6re her b\u00fcy\u00fck g\u00fcnah i\u015fleyen ki\u015fi, Allah’a ba\u015fkald\u0131rma ve O’na isyan etme kasd\u0131yla g\u00fcnah i\u015flemektedir ve bu nedenle de imandan \u00e7\u0131km\u0131\u015f k\u00fcfre girmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n

b)<\/strong> Mutezile:<\/strong> Onlara g\u00f6re m\u00fcsl\u00fcman iken b\u00fcy\u00fck g\u00fcnah i\u015fleyen kimse tekfir edilemez ama bu kimse m\u00fcmin de de\u011fildir. \u0130ki makam aras\u0131nda bir yerdedir ve bulundu\u011fu mertebe f\u0131sk olarak adland\u0131r\u0131l\u0131r. T\u00f6vbe etmeden \u00f6ld\u00fc\u011f\u00fc takdirde ebed\u00ee olarak cehennemde kalacakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n

M\u00fcmin, \u00f6vg\u00fcye l\u00e2y\u0131k bir kimsedir. Oysa b\u00fcy\u00fck g\u00fcnah i\u015fleyen ki\u015fi, Kur’an’da k\u00f6t\u00fclenmekte ve a\u015fa\u011f\u0131lanmaktad\u0131r. Bu durumda olan ki\u015fi k\u00e2fir de de\u011fildir (Kad\u00ee Abdulcebbar, \u015eerhu Us\u00fbli’l-Hamse, Kahire, 1965, 712).<\/p>\n

Bu konuda delil olarak ileri s\u00fcrd\u00fckleri \u00e2yetler: “M\u00fcmin olan hi\u00e7 fas\u0131k gibi olur mu? Onlar elbette bir olamazlar” (Secde, 32\/18).<\/p>\n

“Hay\u0131r, her kim bir k\u00f6t\u00fcl\u00fck i\u015fler de onun k\u00f6t\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc kendisini \u00e7epe\u00e7evre ku\u015fat\u0131rsa i\u015fte o kimseler cehennemliktir. Onlar orada devaml\u0131 kal\u0131rlar” (el-Bakara, 2\/81).<\/p>\n

“Kim bir m\u00fcmini kasten \u00f6ld\u00fcr\u00fcrse cezas\u0131 ebed\u00ee kalmak \u00fczere cehennemdir” (en-Nis\u00e2, 4\/93).<\/p>\n

Mutezile, bu ve benzeri ayetlere dayanarak b\u00fcy\u00fck g\u00fcnah i\u015fleyenin m\u00fcmin olmaktan \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve fas\u0131k oldu\u011funu, cehennemde de ebed\u00ee olarak kalaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 iddia etmektedir.<\/p>\n

Hadislerden getirdikleri deliller ise; “Emanete riayet etmeyen kimsenin iman\u0131 yoktur” hadisiyle benzeri hadislerdir (bk Taftaz\u00e2n\u00ee, \u015eerhu’l-Akaid, \u00e7ev: S. Uluda\u011f, \u0130stanbul 1980, 265).<\/p>\n

Mutezile’nin g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fleri \u015f\u00f6ylece \u00f6zetlenebilir: Ki\u015fi, ya hep g\u00fcnah i\u015fleyen biridir veya hep iyilik. Yahut iyili\u011fin yan\u0131nda k\u00f6t\u00fcl\u00fck de i\u015flemektedir. Sadece iyilik i\u015fliyorsa m\u00fcmindir ve kurtulu\u015fa ermi\u015ftir. S\u0131rf k\u00f6t\u00fcl\u00fck i\u015fliyorsa, o zaman taat\u0131 yok demektir ve k\u00e2firdir. Ama hem iyilik ve hem de k\u00f6t\u00fcl\u00fck i\u015fliyorsa, b\u00f6yle bir kimsenin iyilikleriyle k\u00f6t\u00fcl\u00fcklerinin e\u015fit olmas\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fclemez. c)<\/strong> M\u00fcrcie:<\/strong> Haric\u00eelerin aksine, tekfir konusunda f\u0131rkalar aras\u0131nda en yumu\u015fak davranan f\u0131rka M\u00fcrcie’dir. Onlara g\u00f6re amelin iman \u00fczerinde herhangi bir etkisi yoktur. \u0130man, Allah ve Resulunu bilmektir. K\u00fcf\u00fcr ise, onlar hakk\u0131nda herhangi bir bilgiye sahip olmamakt\u0131r (E\u015f’ar\u00ee, Makal\u00e2tu’l-\u0130sl\u00e2miyy\u00een, W\u0131esbaden 1980, 132). d)<\/strong> Ehl-i S\u00fcnnet:<\/strong> \u0130nsan\u0131 g\u00fcnah i\u015flemeye s\u00fcr\u00fckleyen birtak\u0131m etkenler vard\u0131r. G\u00fcnah i\u015flemenin sebebi, k\u00fcf\u00fcr olabilece\u011fi gibi hev\u00e2 ve \u015fehev\u00ee arzular da olabilir. Ki\u015fi, \u015fehev\u00ee arzular\u0131n\u0131 tatmin i\u00e7in g\u00fcnah i\u015fler. \u0130\u015fledi\u011fi g\u00fcnah b\u00fcy\u00fck de olabilir. Bu nedenle Ehl-i S\u00fcnnet, g\u00fcnah i\u015flemi\u015f olmas\u0131ndan dolay\u0131 ki\u015fiyi tekfir etmez. Ama s\u0131rf Allah’\u0131n emirlerine kar\u015f\u0131 gelmek i\u00e7in g\u00fcnah i\u015fliyorsa, elbette ki b\u00f6yle biri m\u00fcmin de\u011fil, k\u00e2firdir.<\/p>\n

Bununla birlikte amelin iman ile hi\u00e7bir ilgisinin bulunmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6ylemek m\u00fcmk\u00fcn de\u011fildir. Selef, kalp ile tasdik ve dil ile ikrar\u0131 iman\u0131n temel dire\u011fi, taatleri (Allah’\u0131n emirlerini yerine getirme ve yasaklar\u0131ndan sak\u0131nmay\u0131) da dallar\u0131 olarak de\u011ferlendirmi\u015flerdir. iman a\u011fac\u0131 ancak temel direk ve dallardan meydana gelir. Hi\u00e7 dal\u0131 bulunmayan bir a\u011fa\u00e7 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fclemeyece\u011fi gibi, birka\u00e7 dal\u0131 eksik olan a\u011fa\u00e7 da a\u011fa\u00e7 olmaktan \u00e7\u0131kmaz. K\u00e2mil iman, Allah’\u0131n emirlerine riayet ve yasaklar\u0131ndan sak\u0131nmakla ger\u00e7ekle\u015fir. K\u00fcf\u00fcr nas\u0131l kademe kademe ise, iman da \u00f6yledir. Her ne kadar bu derecelerin tamam\u0131 tek isim alt\u0131nda; iman ismi alt\u0131nda toplan\u0131yorsa da dereceler birbirlerinden farkl\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n

G\u00fcnah i\u015fleyen kimsenin k\u00fcfre girmeyece\u011fi ayetlerle de sabittir. Adam \u00f6ld\u00fcrmek b\u00fcy\u00fck g\u00fcnahlardand\u0131r. Ayetin devam\u0131nda da \u015f\u00f6yle buyurulmaktad\u0131r: Ancak kim karde\u015fi taraf\u0131ndan affedilirse, o zaman k\u0131sas d\u00fc\u015fer.” G\u00f6r\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fc gibi ayet katili, \u00f6ld\u00fcr\u00fclenin velisinin karde\u015fi olarak nitelemektedir ki, buradaki karde\u015flik ile iman karde\u015fli\u011finin kastedildi\u011fi apa\u00e7\u0131kt\u0131r. Y\u00fcce Allah, yine \u015f\u00f6yle buyurmaktad\u0131r:<\/p>\n

M\u00fcminlerden iki gurup birbirleriyle sava\u015f\u0131rlarsa, aralar\u0131n\u0131 bulunuz” (Hucurat, 49\/9). Bu ayette de, birbirleriyle sava\u015fan iki gurubu da m\u00fcmin olarak nitelemektedir.<\/p>\n

Ehl-i K\u0131bleden olup da b\u00fcy\u00fck g\u00fcnah i\u015fledikleri kesin olarak bilinen kimselerin t\u00f6vbe etmeden \u00f6lmeleri halinde cenaze namazlar\u0131n\u0131n k\u0131l\u0131naca\u011f\u0131, onlar i\u00e7in dua edilerek affedilmelerinin istenebilece\u011fi konusunda, Peygamber (s.a.s)’in asr\u0131ndan \u00e7a\u011f\u0131m\u0131za kadar olan zaman i\u00e7inde \u00fcmmet’in kesintisiz icma\u0131 vard\u0131r. Halbuki bu gibi \u015feylerin m\u00fcminden ba\u015fkas\u0131 i\u00e7in caiz olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 meselesinde \u00fcmmet yine ittifak halindedir (Taftaz\u00e2n\u00ee, a.g.e 264).[6]<\/a><\/p>\n

Tekfir hususunda dikkat edilmesi gerekenler:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Res\u00fbl\u00fcllah (SaUallah\u00fc Aleyhi ve Sellem):Her hangi b\u00eer kimse din karde\u015fine; \u00abey k\u00e2fir,\u00bb derse bu tekfir sebebiyle ikisinden biri muhakkak k\u00fcfre d\u00f6ner. E\u011fer o kimse dedi\u011fi gibi ise ne a’l\u00e2! Aksi takdirde s\u00f6z\u00fc kendi aleyhine d\u00f6ner. buyurdular.[7]<\/a><\/p>\n

“Bizi, dosdo\u011fru olan yoluna ilet!”.(Fatiha 6)<\/p>\n

Ulem\u00e2, her ahl\u00e2k\u0131n ifrat ve tefridi olmak \u00fczere, iki taraf\u0131 bulundu\u011funu a\u00e7\u0131klam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r ki, bu \u0131k\u0131 taraf da k\u0131nanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Hak olan. Orta oland\u0131r Bu hususu. B\u00f6ylece m\u00fcmin kul, Allah’tan her t\u00fcrl\u00fc ahl\u00e2k ve her t\u00fcrl\u00fc fiil hususunda bu iki a\u015f\u0131n ucun aras\u0131nda kalan ve orta yol olan, dosdo\u011fru yola iletilmesini ister.[8]<\/a><\/p>\n

Dereceleri Bak\u0131m\u0131ndan K\u00fcfr\u00fcn \u00c7e\u015fitleri<\/strong><\/p>\n

Her k\u00fcf\u00fcr kelimesi sahibini kafir etmez. K\u00fcfre girmenin de belirli derecesi vard\u0131r. Bu bak\u0131mdan k\u00fcf\u00fcr yine iki \u00e7e\u015fittir.<\/p>\n

a) K\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck K\u00fcf\u00fcr<\/strong><\/p>\n

K\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck k\u00fcfre k\u00fcfran-\u0131 nimet de denir. Bu Allah(c.c)’a, Peygamberine, Dinine ve Nimetlerine kar\u015f\u0131 nank\u00f6rl\u00fckt\u00fcr. Bu \u00e7e\u015fit k\u00fcfr\u00fcn faili istilah\u0131 manada tekfir edilemez.<\/p>\n

K\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck k\u00fcf\u00fcr y\u00fcce Allah(c.c)’\u0131n ihsan ve in’am etti\u011fi ni’metlerin kadrini bilmemek ve onlara h\u00fcrmetsizlik etmektir. Bu husustaki tevazu bazen k\u00fcfran-\u0131 nimeti istilzam eder. Bu da k\u00fcfran-\u0131 nimet olur. Bazen de ni’metin takdisi iftihar olur ki bu da ayn\u0131 h\u00fckm\u00fc gerektirir. Bu durumlardan kurtulman\u0131n yeg\u00e2ne \u00e7aresi ne k\u00fcfran-\u0131 nimet olsun, ne de iftihar olsun, meziyet ve kemalat ikrar edilmekle beraber m\u00fcn’imi hakiki olan y\u00fcce Allah’\u0131n eseri ve ni’metleri oldu\u011funu kavray\u0131p ikrar etmektir.<\/p>\n

\u0130slam dinin, gerek kuran\u0131 kerimden gereksede rasulullah\u0131n s\u00fcnnetinden olan emir ve yasaklar\u0131na uymak \u015f\u00fck\u00fcr, uymamak ise k\u00fcfran-\u0131 nimettir. Nimete \u015f\u00fck\u00fcr vaciptir. \u015e\u00fckretmemek haramd\u0131r. Y\u00fcce Allah’m vermi\u015f oldu\u011fu nimetlerine \u015f\u00fckretmek kulun g\u00f6revi ve m\u00fckellef oldu\u011fu bir ibadettir. \u015e\u00fckr\u00fcn terki ise k\u00fcfran-\u0131 nimettir. Ancak \u0131st\u0131lahi k\u00fcf\u00fcr de\u011fildir.<\/p>\n

\u201c\u0130nsana bir nimet verdi\u011fimizde s\u0131rt \u00e7evirir ve yan \u00e7izer; ona bir \u015fer dokundu\u011fu zaman da umutsuzlu\u011fa kap\u0131l\u0131r.\u201d(\u0130sra\/83)<\/p>\n

\u0130man-\u0131 k\u00e2mil sahibi m\u00fc’minin g\u00f6revi Allah\u0131n verdi\u011fi nimetlere \u015f\u00fckreder onun Allah’tan oldu\u011funu b\u0131lir. Kendini d\u00fcnya mal\u0131na kapt\u0131r\u0131p azg\u0131nl\u0131k yoluna girmez. S\u0131k\u0131nt\u0131larda ise her \u015feyin Allah’tan oldu\u011funu bilip, Allah’tan \u00fcmidini kesmez. Ve bu iman kuvveti kendisi i\u00e7in her s\u0131k\u0131nt\u0131da en b\u00fcy\u00fck teselli olur. Nimete \u015f\u00fckretmeyen ve her halukarda \u00fcmidini korumayan ki\u015fiye k\u00e2fir denmez. Bu ki\u015fi haram i\u015fledi\u011fi i\u00e7in ancak ameli fas\u0131k olur.<\/p>\n

b) B\u00fcy\u00fck K\u00fcf\u00fcr<\/strong><\/p>\n

B\u00fcy\u00fck k\u00fcf\u00fcr; mutlak k\u00fcf\u00fcr \u00e7e\u015fitlerinden her birisi bu nev’i k\u00fcf\u00fcrdendir. Gerek k\u00fcfr\u00fc muayyen, gerek k\u00fcfr\u00fc mutlak, gerek b\u00fcy\u00fck k\u00fcf\u00fcr ve gerekse de k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck k\u00fcf\u00fcr \u00e7e\u015fitlerinin her birisi farkl\u0131 farkl\u0131d\u0131r. Ancak bunlar\u0131 birbirine kar\u0131\u015ft\u0131ranlar yanl\u0131\u015f karar ve sonu\u00e7lara varm\u0131\u015flard\u0131r. Bu k\u00fcf\u00fcr \u00e7e\u015fitleri isimde m\u00fc\u015fterektir. Ancak m\u00fcsemmada m\u00fc\u015fterek de\u011fildir. Bunlar\u0131 ay\u0131rt edemedikleri i\u00e7in tarihte iki f\u0131rka haktan sapm\u0131\u015flard\u0131r. Hariciler her nev’i k\u00fcfr\u00fc mutlak manada ele alm\u0131\u015flar ve her k\u00fcfr\u00fc dinden \u00e7\u0131kartan k\u00fcf\u00fcr manas\u0131nda de\u011ferlendirmi\u015flerdir. Murcie ise bunun tam z\u0131dd\u0131 olarak her t\u00fcrl\u00fc k\u00fcfr\u00fc mukayyed manada ele alarak her \u00e7e\u015fit k\u00fcfr\u00fc \u0130slamdan \u00e7\u0131karmayan k\u00fcf\u00fcrden saym\u0131\u015flard\u0131r.<\/p>\n

Cehalet, mazeret midir? Sorusuna biz, “cehalet mazerettir; ama herkese, her mes’elede, her zaman de\u011fildir.” deriz. Namaz\u0131 terk etmenin h\u00fckm\u00fc nedir? Denildi\u011finde, namaz\u0131 terketmek k\u00fcf\u00fcr, terkeden k\u00e2fir dir denilir. “Emrolundu\u011fun gibi” Rabbinin emriyle amel etmek ve ona davet etmek \u00fczere “dosdo\u011fru ol.” \u0130stikamet, vahy\u00ee ve \u0130sl\u00e2m\u00ee h\u00fck\u00fcmleri indirildi\u011fi gibi, beyan etmek ve ibadet vazifelerini eksiksiz ve a\u015f\u0131r\u0131ya gitmeden yerine getir\u00admek gibi hem akaid hem de amellerde dosdo\u011fru olma manas\u0131n\u0131 ihtiva etmek\u00adtedir. Bundan dolay\u0131 istikamet \u00fczere olmak \u00e7ok zordur. Bunun i\u00e7in Efendimiz (s.a.) “Beni H\u00fbd suresi ihtiyarlatt\u0131” buyurmu\u015ftur.<\/p>\n

Ya Muhammedi Sen ve seninle birlikte iman edenler itikad, amel ve ahl\u00e2k hususunda ifrat ve tefrite d\u00fc\u015fmeden istikamet yoluna sar\u0131l\u0131n. \u0130stikamet Allah’\u0131n zat ve s\u0131fatlar\u0131nda birli\u011fini kabul etmeyi, cennet, cehen\u00adnem, \u00f6ld\u00fckten sonra dirilme, hesap ve ceza g\u00f6rme, melekler ve ar\u015f gibi gayb\u00ee hususlara iman etmeyi, Kur’an’\u0131n ibadetler ve muameleler \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde emret\u00adtiklerine sar\u0131lmay\u0131 gerektirir. Bu, y\u00fcksek bir derece olup, nefsiyle cihad eden, nefsi arzulan ve \u015fehvet\u00adlerini tatminden vazge\u00e7enler d\u0131\u015f\u0131ndaki kimseler i\u00e7in olduk\u00e7a zordur.[10]<\/a><\/p>\n

\u201cEy iman edenler! E\u011fer siz, Allah\u2019\u0131n davas\u0131na yard\u0131m ederseniz, Allah da size yard\u0131m eder, ayaklar\u0131n\u0131z\u0131 \u0130sl\u00e2m\u2019\u0131n hakk\u0131n\u0131 koruma yolunda sa\u011flam tutar.\u201d(Muhammed 7)<\/p>\n

\u0130sl\u00e2m’\u0131n ikamesine yard\u0131mc\u0131 olan ki\u015filer Allah’\u0131n yard\u0131mc\u0131lar\u0131 olarak isimlendirilirler. Allah insanlara serbest irade vermi\u015ftir. \u0130nsan ister isyan eder, ister itaat eder. Ancak ikna yoluyla insana itaat yolu a\u00e7\u0131k b\u0131rak\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc O, serbestlik bah\u015fetti\u011fi alanlarda insanlara isteklerini zorla kabul ettirmez. Bil\u00e2kis nasihat ve muhakeme yoluyla kabul ettirmek ister. \u0130nsanlar\u0131 tavsiye ve nasihatla do\u011fru yola ula\u015ft\u0131rmak Allah’\u0131n i\u015fi oldu\u011fundan Allah, \u0130sl\u00e2m’\u0131 yaymak i\u00e7in g\u00fc\u00e7lerinin son noktas\u0131na kadar \u00e7abalayanlar\u0131 “yard\u0131mc\u0131lar\u0131 ve dostlar\u0131” olarak adland\u0131r\u0131r. Ger\u00e7ekte bu, bir kulun ula\u015fabilece\u011fi en \u00fcst derecedir. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc namaz k\u0131larken, oru\u00e7 tutarken ve bu gibi di\u011fer ibadetleri yaparken insan\u0131n konumu sadece kul olmakt\u0131r. Fakat o, Allah’\u0131n dininin yay\u0131lmas\u0131na \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131nda, Allah’\u0131n “dostu ve yard\u0131mc\u0131s\u0131” olma gibi e\u015fsiz ve y\u00fcce bir konuma y\u00fckselmektedir.
