30- M\u00fc’min erkeklere g\u00f6zlerini harama bakmaktan sak\u0131nd\u0131rmalar\u0131n\u0131 ve mahrem yerlerini korumalar\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yle. Davetk\u00e2r bir bak\u0131\u015f insan\u0131 tahrik eder, ba\u015ftan \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131c\u0131 bir hareket tahrik eder, bir g\u00fcl\u00fcc\u00fck tahrik eder, erkekle kad\u0131n aras\u0131ndaki bu e\u011filimi \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131\u015ft\u0131ran bir s\u00f6zl\u00fc vurgu tahrik eder… G\u00fcvenli yol ise, bu e\u011filimi do\u011fal s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131 i\u00e7inde b\u0131rakacak \u015fekilde bu t\u00fcr tahrik edici davran\u0131\u015flar\u0131 azaltmak sonra da bu e\u011filimi do\u011fru yoldan tatmin etmektir. \u0130\u015fte \u0130sl\u00e2m\u0131n se\u00e7ti\u011fi y\u00f6ntem budur. Bunun yan\u0131nda karakteri terbiye etme, insan enerjisini hayat i\u00e7in gerekli olan ba\u015fka alanlarda harcama, tek \u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015f yolunun bu tatmin \u015fekli olmamas\u0131 i\u00e7in s\u0131rf et ve kan\u0131n d\u00fcrt\u00fclerine cevap vermek amac\u0131 ile kullan\u0131lmamas\u0131 da isl\u00e2m\u0131n bu konuda se\u00e7ti\u011fi y\u00f6ntemin bir gere\u011fidir.<\/p>\n

Sunulan \u015fu iki ayette, iki y\u00f6nl\u00fc ba\u015ftan \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lma, sapma ve fitneye d\u00fc\u015fme olas\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 en aza indirmenin \u00f6rnekleri yer almaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n

“M\u00fc’min erkeklere g\u00f6zlerini harama bakmaktan sak\u0131nd\u0131rmalar\u0131n\u0131 ve mahrem yerlerini korumalar\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yle. Bu, onlar i\u00e7in en g\u00fcvenceli ar\u0131nma yoludur. Hi\u00e7 \u015f\u00fcphesiz onlar ne yaparsa Allah ondan haberdard\u0131r.”<\/strong><\/p>\n

Erkekler a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan g\u00f6zleri harama bakmaktan sak\u0131nd\u0131rmak ruhsal bir edeptir. Y\u00fczlerde ve bedenlerdeki g\u00fczellikleri ve ba\u015ftan \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131c\u0131 unsurlar\u0131 g\u00f6rme arzusunu yenme giri\u015fimidir. Sonra, tahrik olma ve g\u00fcnaha girme pencerelerinden ilkini kapatma eylemidir. Zehirli okun hedefine ula\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6nleme ama\u00e7l\u0131 pratik bir \u00e7abad\u0131r.<\/p>\n

Mahrem yerleri korumak da g\u00f6zleri harama bakmaktan sak\u0131nd\u0131rman\u0131n do\u011fal sonucudur. “Bu onlar i\u00e7in en g\u00fcvenceli ar\u0131nma yoludur.” <\/strong>Duygular\u0131n\u0131n temizlenmesi i\u00e7in en g\u00fcvenceli yoldur. Bu duygular\u0131n yasal ve temiz yolun d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda \u015f\u00e9hevi azg\u0131nl\u0131klarla kirlenmemesi, a\u015fa\u011f\u0131l\u0131k hayvani d\u00fczeye yuvarl\u00e2nmamas\u0131 i\u00e7in en garantili yoldur. Bu yol toplum i\u00e7in, sayg\u0131nl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n ve \u015ferefinin ayr\u0131ca teneff\u00fcs etti\u011fi havan\u0131n korunmas\u0131 i\u00e7in en temiz yoldur.<\/p>\n

Onlara bu korunma y\u00f6ntemini g\u00f6steren y\u00fcce Allah, onlar\u0131n ruhsal ve f\u0131tri birle\u015fimlerini bilir, ruhlar\u0131n\u0131n ve organlar\u0131n\u0131n hareketlerinden haberdard\u0131r. “Hi\u00e7 \u015f\u00fcphesiz onlar ne yaparsa Allah ondan haberdard\u0131r.”<\/strong><\/p>\n

“M\u00fc’min kad\u0131nlara da de ki; g\u00f6zlerini harama bakmaktan sak\u0131nd\u0131rs\u0131nlar, mahrem yerlerini korusunlar.”<\/strong><\/p>\n

Erkeklerin i\u00e7lerindeki gizli fitne unsurlar\u0131n\u0131 uyaracak cezb edici ka\u00e7amak ya da ba\u015ftan \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131c\u0131 anlaml\u0131 bak\u0131\u015flar\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6ndermesinler. Tertemiz bir ortamda f\u0131tri isteklere cevap vermek i\u00e7in gerekli olan helal ve iyi yolun d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda mahrem yerlerini a\u00e7mas\u0131nlar. B\u00f6ylece bu yolla d\u00fcnyaya gelen \u00e7ocuklar toplum ve hayatla kar\u015f\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131ya kal\u0131rken utan\u00e7 duymazlar.<\/p>\n

“Kendili\u011finden g\u00f6r\u00fcnenleri d\u0131\u015f\u0131ndaki s\u00fcslerini te\u015fhir etmesinler.” <\/strong>Kad\u0131n i\u00e7in s\u00fcslenmek helaldir. Bu kad\u0131n\u0131n f\u0131trat\u0131ndan gelen bir iste\u011fe cevap niteli\u011findedir. B\u00fct\u00fcn kad\u0131nlar g\u00fczel olmaya, g\u00fczel g\u00f6r\u00fcnmeye merakl\u0131d\u0131rlar. S\u00fcslenme kavram\u0131 ise, \u00e7a\u011fdan \u00e7a\u011fa de\u011fi\u015fir. Ama s\u00fcslenmenin f\u0131trattaki esas\u0131 tek ve de\u011fi\u015fmezdir. O da g\u00fczel olma, g\u00fczelli\u011fi tamamlama ve bunu erkeklere g\u00f6sterme iste\u011fidir.<\/p>\n

Peygamber -sal\u00e2t ve sel\u00e2m \u00fczerine olsun- Hz. Ebubekir in -Allah ondan raz\u0131 olsun- k\u0131z\u0131 Esma’ya “Ya Esma, bir kad\u0131n hay\u0131z (ayba\u015f\u0131 hali) g\u00f6rmeye ba\u015flay\u0131nca (Bulu\u011f \u00e7a\u011f\u0131na gelince) -y\u00fcz ve ellere i\u015faret ederek- bunlar\u0131n d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda herhangi bir yerinin g\u00f6r\u00fcnmesi do\u011fru de\u011fildir” (Ebu Davud rivayet etmi\u015f ve “m\u00fcrsel” bir hadistir demi\u015ftir.) demekle el ve y\u00fcz\u00fcn g\u00f6r\u00fcnmesinin caiz oldu\u011funu vurgulam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n

“Ba\u015f\u00f6rt\u00fclerinin u\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131 yaka altlar\u0131na kadar sark\u0131ts\u0131nlar.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Ayette ge\u00e7en “Ceyb” elbisenin g\u00f6\u011f\u00fcs k\u0131sm\u0131ndaki a\u00e7\u0131kl\u0131kt\u0131r.<\/p>\n

“Khimar “ise; ba\u015f boyun ve g\u00f6\u011f\u00fcs \u00f6rt\u00fcs\u00fcd\u00fcr. Bu, kad\u0131nlar\u0131n ba\u015ftan \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131c\u0131 yerlerini \u00f6rtmeleri, a\u00e7 bak\u0131\u015flar\u0131 sunmamalar\u0131 i\u00e7indir. Kas\u0131ts\u0131z ve ani bak\u0131\u015flar da bunun i\u00e7indedir. \u015eayet kad\u0131n\u0131n ba\u015ftan \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131c\u0131 ve uyar\u0131c\u0131 yerleri a\u00e7\u0131kta olursa, Allah’tan korkanlar bu kas\u0131ts\u0131z ve ani bak\u0131\u015f\u0131n devam etmesinden veya tekrarlanmas\u0131ndan sak\u0131nsalar bile, meydana geli\u015finden sonra i\u00e7lerinde gizli bir arzu kal\u0131r.<\/p>\n

Ku\u015fkusuz y\u00fcce Allah, kalplerin bu t\u00fcr bir bela ile denenmesini, s\u0131nanmas\u0131n\u0131 istemez.<\/p>\n

S\u00fcs ve g\u00fczelli\u011fi g\u00f6stermeye ili\u015fkin f\u0131tri isteklerine r\u00e2\u011fmen bu yasaklamayla kar\u015f\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131ya kalan ve kalpleri Allah’\u0131n nuru ile ayd\u0131nlanan m\u00fc’min kad\u0131nlar yasa\u011fa uyma hususunda hi\u00e7bir teredd\u00fct g\u00f6stermediler. Cahiliye d\u00f6neminde kad\u0131n -bug\u00fcnk\u00fc modern cahiliyede oldu\u011fu gibi- g\u00f6\u011fs\u00fcn\u00fc pervas\u0131zca a\u00e7arak erkekler aras\u0131nda dola\u015f\u0131rd\u0131. \u00c7o\u011fu zaman boynu sa\u00e7 u\u00e7lar\u0131 ve kulaklar\u0131ndaki k\u00fcpeleri de g\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcrd\u00fc. Y\u00fcce Allah kad\u0131nlar\u0131n ba\u015f \u00f6rt\u00fclerinin u\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131 boyun ve g\u00f6\u011f\u00fcslerinin \u00fcst\u00fcne kadar sark\u0131tmalar\u0131n\u0131, kendili\u011finden g\u00f6r\u00fcnen k\u0131sm\u0131 d\u0131\u015f\u0131ndaki s\u00fcslerini g\u00f6stermemelerini emredince Hz. Ai\u015fe’nin -Allah ondan raz\u0131 olsun- anlatt\u0131\u011f\u0131 durumu ald\u0131lar. “Allah ilk hicret eden kad\u0131nlara rahmet etsin. “Ba\u015f \u00f6rt\u00fclerinin u\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131 yaka altlar\u0131na kadar sark\u0131ts\u0131nlar” <\/strong>ayeti inince fistanlar\u0131n\u0131 par\u00e7alay\u0131p onunla \u00f6rt\u00fcnd\u00fcler” (Buhari) Safiye binti \u015eeybe \u015f\u00f6yle der: Hz. Ai\u015fe’nin -Allah ondan raz\u0131 olsun- yan\u0131nda bulundu\u011fumuz bir s\u0131rada, baz\u0131 kad\u0131nlar Kurey\u015f kad\u0131nlar\u0131ndan ve onlar\u0131n \u00fcst\u00fcnl\u00fcklerinden s\u00f6z ettiler. Bunun \u00fczerine Hz. Ai\u015fe, \u015f\u00f6yle dedi. “Kurey\u015f kad\u0131nlar\u0131n\u0131n \u00fcst\u00fcnl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc ink\u00e2r edilmez, ama Allah’a andolsun ki, Ensar kad\u0131nlar\u0131ndan daha iyi Allah’\u0131n kitab\u0131n\u0131 tastik edene, indirilen h\u00fck\u00fcmlere daha iyi inanana rastlamad\u0131m. Nur suresindeki “Ba\u015f \u00f6rt\u00fclerinin u\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131 yaka altlar\u0131na kadar sark\u0131ts\u0131nlar” <\/strong>ayeti inince kocalar\u0131, yanlar\u0131na d\u00f6n\u00fcp y\u00fcce Allah’\u0131n indirdi\u011fi ayeti okudular. Her koca, kar\u0131s\u0131na, k\u0131zma, bac\u0131s\u0131na ve yak\u0131nlar\u0131na, bu ayeti okuyordu. Onlardan hi\u00e7biri, Allah’\u0131n kitab\u0131nda indirdi\u011fi ayetleri tastik etmek ve iman\u0131m vurgulamak i\u00e7in fistan\u0131n\u0131 ba\u015f\u0131na sarmadan yerinden kalkmad\u0131. Sanki ba\u015flar\u0131nda bir karga varm\u0131\u015f gibi \u00f6rt\u00fcnerek Hz. Peygamberin arkas\u0131nda yer ald\u0131lar.” (Ebu Davud)<\/strong><\/p>\n

Ku\u015fkusuz \u0130sl\u00e2m, m\u00fcsl\u00fcman toplumun zevkini y\u00fckseltmi\u015f, g\u00fczelli\u011fe kar\u015f\u0131 olan duyarl\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ar\u0131nd\u0131rm\u0131\u015ft\u0131. Art\u0131k g\u00fczellikle istenen hayvansal \u00f6zellik de\u011fildi. istenen ve anla\u015f\u0131lan insani y\u00f6nd\u00fc. Bedensel \u00e7\u0131plakl\u0131\u011f\u0131n g\u00fczelli\u011fi, hayvansal bir g\u00fczelliktir. Her ne kadar bir ahenk ve bir b\u00fct\u00fcnle\u015fme s\u00f6zkonusu olsa da, insan bu g\u00fczelli\u011fe hayvansal bir duyguyla sald\u0131r\u0131r. Bug\u00fcn, genel zevkin b\u00fcy\u00fck d\u00fc\u015f\u00fc\u015f kaydetmesine, hayvansal karakterin a\u00e7\u0131k sa\u00e7\u0131kl\u0131k, \u00e7\u0131plakl\u0131k ve hayvanlar gibi azg\u0131nla\u015fma e\u011filiminin bu zevke galip gelmesine ra\u011fmen, \u0130sl\u00e2m m\u00fc’min kad\u0131nlar\u0131n saflar\u0131nda ayn\u0131 y\u00fcceli\u011fi ya\u015fatmaktad\u0131r. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc onlar a\u00e7\u0131l\u0131p sa\u00e7\u0131lan, hayvan\u0131n hayvana kur yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 gibi kad\u0131nlar\u0131n erkeklere kur yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir toplumda kendi istekleri ile v\u00fccutlar\u0131ndaki ba\u015ftan \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131c\u0131 yerleri \u00f6rt\u00fcyorlar.<\/p>\n

Hi\u00e7 ku\u015fkusuz bu utanma, bu sak\u0131nma duygusu fert ve toplumun korunma y\u00f6ntemlerinden biridir. Bu y\u00fczden Kur’an, fitneden emin olundu\u011fu durumlarda bu korunma y\u00f6nteminin terkedilmesinde bir sak\u0131nca g\u00f6rmez. Bu y\u00fczden cinsel bir arzuyla yakla\u015fmayan, \u015fehevi duygular\u0131 uyanmayan, yak\u0131n akrabalar\u0131 bu yasaklaman\u0131n d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda tutar. Kur’an’\u0131n genel yasaklaman\u0131n d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda tuttu\u011fu yak\u0131n akrabalar \u015funlard\u0131r:<\/p>\n

Babalar ve o\u011fullar, e\u015flerin babalan ve o\u011fullar\u0131, karde\u015fler ve onlar\u0131n o\u011fullar\u0131, k\u0131z karde\u015flerin o\u011fullar\u0131… M\u00fc’min kad\u0131nlar da yasaklaman\u0131n d\u0131\u015f\u0131ndad\u0131rlar: “m\u00fcsl\u00fcman kad\u0131nlardan…” <\/strong>Fakat m\u00fcsl\u00fcman olmayan kad\u0131nlar g\u00fczelliklerini ve cazibelerini g\u00f6rmemelidirler. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc bu kad\u0131nlar e\u011fer m\u00fcsl\u00fcman kad\u0131nlar\u0131n tahrik edici yerlerini ve ay\u0131p yerlerini g\u00f6r\u00fcrse gidip kocalar\u0131na, karde\u015flerine ve yak\u0131nlar\u0131na anlat\u0131rlar. Buhari ve M\u00fcslim’de yer alan bir hadiste \u015f\u00f6yle buyurulmaktad\u0131r. “Bir kad\u0131n kocas\u0131na bir ba\u015fka kad\u0131n\u0131n g\u00fczelliklerini g\u00f6r\u00fcyormu\u015f gibi anlatmas\u0131n.” M\u00fcsl\u00fcman kad\u0131nlar ise g\u00fcvenilir kimselerdir. Kocalar\u0131na, bir m\u00fcsl\u00fcman kad\u0131n\u0131n bedenini ve s\u00fcslerini anlatmalar\u0131na dinleri engel olur. Ayn\u0131 \u015fekilde “elleri alt\u0131ndaki k\u00f6leler” <\/strong>de bu yasaklaman\u0131n d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda tutuluyor. Bununla sadece cariyeler kastediliyor denmi\u015ftir. Erkek k\u00f6leler de buna dahildir. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc erkek k\u00f6le efendisi olan kad\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131 cinsel arzu duymaz diyenler de olmu\u015ftur. Birincisi daha tutarl\u0131d\u0131r. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc erkek k\u00f6le bir d\u00f6nem \u00f6zel bir stat\u00fcye sahip olsa bile bir insand\u0131r, onun da i\u00e7inde insana \u00f6zg\u00fc \u015fehevi duygular uyan\u0131r. Ayr\u0131ca “cinsel arzular\u0131 s\u00f6nm\u00fc\u015f erkek hizmet\u00e7iler” <\/strong>de bu yasa\u011f\u0131n d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda tutuluyor. Bunlar, kad\u0131nlar\u0131n bedenlerini g\u00f6rmekle cinsel istekleri uyanmayan, \u00e7ocuklard\u0131r. E\u015flerin d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda say\u0131lan bu gruplar\u0131n, g\u00f6bek alt\u0131ndan diz kapa\u011f\u0131n\u0131n alt\u0131na kadar olan k\u0131sm\u0131n d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda kad\u0131n\u0131n v\u00fccudunu g\u00f6rmelerinde ne kendileri ne de kad\u0131n i\u00e7in bir sak\u0131nca yoktur. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc \u00f6rt\u00fcnmeyi gerektiren fitne unsuru ortadan kalkm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Koca ise kar\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n t\u00fcm v\u00fccudunu istisnas\u0131z g\u00f6rebilir.<\/p>\n

Bu uygulaman\u0131n amac\u0131 korunma oldu\u011fu i\u00e7in, ayet fiilen t\u00fcrlerini g\u00f6stermeseler bile m\u00fc’min kad\u0131nlar\u0131n sakl\u0131 s\u00fcslerini a\u00e7\u0131\u011fa \u00e7\u0131karacak, gizli cinsel istekleri harekete ge\u00e7irecek, uyuyan duygular\u0131 uyaracak davran\u0131\u015flarda bulunmalar\u0131n\u0131 da yasakl\u0131yor:<\/p>\n

“Yabanc\u0131 bak\u0131\u015flardan gizledikleri s\u00fcsleri ve cazibeleri belli olsun diye ses \u00e7\u0131karacak ad\u0131mlarla y\u00fcr\u00fcmesinler.”<\/strong><\/p>\n

Hi\u00e7 ku\u015fkusuz bu, insan\u0131n psikolojik yap\u0131s\u0131na, etki ve tepkilerine ili\u015fkin derin bilginin ifadesidir. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc kimi zaman \u015fehvetin uyanmas\u0131 bak\u0131m\u0131ndan hayal kurmak g\u00f6zle g\u00f6rmekten daha etkili olur. Kad\u0131n\u0131n ayakkab\u0131s\u0131n\u0131, elbisesini ya da tak\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6rmekle, bizzat kad\u0131n\u0131n v\u00fccudunu g\u00f6rmekten daha \u00e7ok \u015fehevi duygular\u0131 uyanan bir\u00e7ok insan vard\u0131r. Yine kar\u015f\u0131lar\u0131ndaki kad\u0131ndan \u00e7ok, hayallerinde canland\u0131rd\u0131klar\u0131 kad\u0131n\u0131n sureti kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda cinsel istekleri uyanan bir\u00e7ok insan vard\u0131r. Bunlar g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde psikiyatristlerce bilinen psikolojik hastal\u0131klard\u0131r.
