Hamd kendisinden ba\u015fka ilah olmayan, mutlak manada tek g\u00fc\u00e7 ve kudret sahibi olan Allah\u2019a mahsustur. Salat ve selam t\u00fcm peygamberlerin ve onlar\u0131 takip eden tabilerinin \u00fczerine olsun.<\/strong><\/p>\n

1- M\u00fc’minler kurtulu\u015fa, mutlulu\u011fa ermi\u015flerdir.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

2- Onlar ki, hu\u015fu i\u00e7inde namaz k\u0131larlar.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

3- Onlar ki, bo\u015f ve yarars\u0131z \u015feylerle ilgilenmezler.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

4- Onlar ki, zek\u00e2t\u0131 aksatmaks\u0131z\u0131n, tam olarak verirler.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

5- Onlar ki; edep yerlerini sak\u0131n\u0131rlar.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

6- Onlar yaln\u0131z e\u015fleri ve cariyeleri d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda mahrem yerlerini herkesten korurlar. Bu iki durumda ay\u0131planmalar\u0131 s\u00f6zkonusu de\u011fildir.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

7- Bunlar\u0131n \u00f6tesine ge\u00e7mek isteyenler, yasal s\u0131n\u0131r\u0131 a\u015fm\u0131\u015f olurlar.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

8- Onlar ki, uhdelerine verilen emanetleri korurlar ve s\u00f6zlerini tutarlar.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

9- Onlar ki, namazlar\u0131n\u0131 aksatmaks\u0131z\u0131n k\u0131larlar.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

10- \u0130\u015fte onlar “varis “lerdir.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

11- Yani “`Firdevs” cennetinin miras\u00e7\u0131lar\u0131d\u0131rlar, s\u00fcrekli olarak orada kalacaklard\u0131r.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Bu ger\u00e7ek bir vaaddir. Daha do\u011frusu m\u00fc’minlerin kurtulu\u015fa erdiklerine ili\u015fkin peki\u015ftirilmi\u015f bir karard\u0131r. Bu Allah’\u0131n verdi\u011fi bir s\u00f6zd\u00fcr ve Allah s\u00f6z\u00fcnden d\u00f6nmez. Bu Allah’\u0131n verdi\u011fi bir karard\u0131r, bu karar\u0131 hi\u00e7 kimse geri \u00e7eviremez. Hem d\u00fcnya hem ahiret kurtulu\u015fu… M\u00fc’min ferdin ve m\u00fc’min toplumun kurtulu\u015fu… M\u00fc’minin kalbi ile hissetti\u011fi, pratik hayat\u0131nda do\u011frulu\u011funun kan\u0131tlar\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6zlemledi\u011fi kurtulu\u015fu… Bu kurtulu\u015f insanlar\u0131n bildi\u011fi t\u00fcm anlamlar\u0131 i\u00e7erir, bunun yan\u0131nda y\u00fcce Allah’\u0131n sadece m\u00fc’min kullar\u0131na \u00f6zg\u00fc k\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 ama di\u011fer insanlar\u0131n bilmedi\u011fi anlamlar\u0131 da i\u00e7erir.<\/p>\n

Peki y\u00fcce Allah’\u0131n kendileri hakk\u0131nda bu belgeyi yazd\u0131\u011f\u0131, bu s\u00f6z\u00fc verdi\u011fi, kurtulduklar\u0131na ili\u015fkin bu duyuruyu yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 m\u00fc’minler kimlerdir?<\/p>\n

Yery\u00fcz\u00fcnde kendilerine iyilik, zafer, mutluluk, ba\u015far\u0131 ve iyi bir ge\u00e7im \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fclen m\u00fc’minler kimlerdir? Kendilerine ahiret hayat\u0131nda ba\u015far\u0131, kurtulu\u015f, sevap ve ho\u015fnutluk yaz\u0131lan, bunun yan\u0131nda d\u00fcnya ve ahirette sadece y\u00fcce Allah’\u0131n bildi\u011fi daha nice iyilikler vadedilen m\u00fc’minler kimlerdir?”<\/p>\n

Kimdir bu varisler? Firdevs cennetine varis olup orada sonsuza kadar kalacak olan m\u00fc’minler?<\/p>\n

\u0130\u015fte onlar, surenin a\u00e7\u0131l\u0131\u015f ayetinden sonra nitelikleri ayr\u0131nt\u0131l\u0131 olarak sunulan \u015fu kimselerdir?<\/p>\n

“Onlar ki, hu\u015fu i\u00e7inde namaz k\u0131larlar.”<\/strong><\/p>\n

“Onlar ki, bo\u015f ve yarars\u0131z \u015feylerle ilgilenmezler.”<\/strong><\/p>\n

Peki bu niteliklerin de\u011feri nedir? Bu niteliklerin de\u011feri en y\u00fcce ufuklarda, m\u00fcsl\u00fcman\u0131n ki\u015fili\u011fini \u00e7izmesindedir. Allah’\u0131n peygamberi, onun yaratt\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131n en hay\u0131rl\u0131s\u0131, Rabb’i taraf\u0131ndan en g\u00fczel \u015fekilde terbiye edilen ve y\u00fcce kitab’\u0131nda: “Ku\u015fkusuz sen y\u00fcce bir ahl\u00e2k \u00fczeresin” (Kalem Suresi, 4) <\/strong>diye ahl\u00e2k\u0131n\u0131n y\u00fcceli\u011fine \u015fahitlik edilen Hz. Muhammed’in -sal\u00e2t ve sel\u00e2m \u00fcz\u00e9rine olsun- yerald\u0131\u011f\u0131 ufuktur bu. Nitekim Hz. Ai\u015fe’ye -Allah ondan raz\u0131 olsun- ahl\u00e2k\u0131 sorulmu\u015f o da “O’nun ahl\u00e2k\u0131 Kur’and\u0131” demi\u015f, sonra da bu surenin “M\u00fc’minler kurtulu\u015fa, mutlulu\u011fa ermi\u015flerdir”<\/strong> ayetinden “onlar ki, namazlar\u0131n\u0131 aksatmaks\u0131z\u0131n k\u0131larlar” <\/strong>ayetine kadar okumu\u015f ve “i\u015fte b\u00f6yleydi Resulullah” demi\u015fti. (Nesai rivayet etmi\u015ftir.)<\/p>\n

Bir kez daha soruyoruz… Bizzat bu niteliklerin de\u011feri nedir? Fert ve toplum hayat\u0131nda, insan t\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcn hayat\u0131nda ne gibi bir de\u011fer vard\u0131r bu niteliklerin?<\/p>\n

“Onlar ki, hu\u015fu i\u00e7inde namaz k\u0131larlar.” <\/strong>Kalpleri namazda, Allah’\u0131n huzurunda bulunman\u0131n heybeti ile titrer. Bu y\u00fczden durulur ve derinden \u00fcrperir. Bu \u00fcrperti oradan organlara, duygu ve hareketlere yans\u0131r. Allah’\u0131n huzurunda O’nun ululu\u011funa b\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcr ruhlar\u0131. Zihinlerini kurcalayan t\u00fcm u\u011fra\u015flar kaybolur. Allah’\u0131n ululu\u011funun bilincine vard\u0131klar\u0131 onunla konu\u015fman\u0131n verdi\u011fi huzuru hissettikleri i\u00e7in ba\u015fka bir \u015feyle u\u011fra\u015fmazlar. Bu kutsal huzurdayken, \u00e7evrelerinde bulunan, \u00e2k\u0131llar\u0131nda yereden her \u015fey bir kenara \u00e7ekilir, kaybolur. Allah’dan ba\u015fkas\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6rmezler. Sadece O’nu hissederler. Ancak namazdaki s\u00f6zlerin anlamlar\u0131ndan zevk al\u0131rlar. Vicdanlar\u0131 her t\u00fcrl\u00fc kirden ar\u0131n\u0131r. Her t\u00fcrl\u00fc leke silinir gider. Allah’\u0131n ululu\u011fu kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda bunun d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda hi\u00e7bir \u015fey bar\u0131nmaz i\u00e7lerinde. \u0130\u015fte bu noktada bo\u015flukta y\u00fczen zerre, ana kayna\u011f\u0131 ile bulu\u015fur. \u015ea\u015fk\u0131n ruh yolunu bulur, \u00fcrkek kalp s\u0131\u011f\u0131na\u011f\u0131n\u0131 tan\u0131r. Bu anda Allah’a ba\u011flanamayan b\u00fct\u00fcn de\u011ferler, e\u015fyalar ve \u015fah\u0131slar k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fcl\u00fcr gider.<\/p>\n

“Onlar ki, bo\u015f ve yarars\u0131z \u015feylerle ilgilenmezler.” <\/strong>Bo\u015f s\u00f6zlerden, bo\u015f hareketlerden, bo\u015f ilgi ve d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncelerden ka\u00e7\u0131n\u0131rlar. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc m\u00fc’minin kalbini bo\u015f \u015feylerden, oyun ve e\u011flenceden, gereksiz ve yak\u0131\u015f\u0131ks\u0131z \u015feylerden al\u0131koyan u\u011fra\u015flar\u0131 vard\u0131r. Allah \u0131 anmak, O’nun ululu\u011funu tasavvur etmek, O’nun i\u00e7 ve d\u0131\u015f alemde yeralan ayetlerini kavramaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmak gibi u\u011fra\u015flar\u0131 vard\u0131r. Evrensel sahnelerin herbiri, insan akl\u0131n\u0131 b\u00fct\u00fcn\u00fcyle kaplayacak niteliktedir. \u0130nsan\u0131n d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncesini u\u011fra\u015ft\u0131racak, vicdan\u0131n\u0131 harekete ge\u00e7irecek \u00f6zelliktedir. Sonra, m\u00fc’minin kalbinin inanc\u0131n y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcl\u00fckleri gibi u\u011fra\u015f\u0131lar\u0131 da var. Kalbi ar\u0131nd\u0131rmak, ruhu ve vicdan\u0131 temizlemek gibi u\u011fra\u015f\u0131lar\u0131 vard\u0131r. Hayat tarz\u0131nda yerine getirmesi gereken sorumluluklar\u0131, iman\u0131n \u00f6ng\u00f6rd\u00fc\u011f\u00fc y\u00fcce hayat d\u00fczeyini koruma \u00e7abalar\u0131 vard\u0131r. \u0130yili\u011fi emretmek, k\u00f6t\u00fcl\u00fckten sak\u0131nd\u0131rmak, toplumsal hayat\u0131 bozulmaktan ve sap\u0131kl\u0131ktan korumak gibi y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcl\u00fckleri vard\u0131r. \u0130nanc\u0131n\u0131 korumak, zafere ula\u015ft\u0131rmak ve her zaman \u00fcst\u00fcn tutmak i\u00e7in cihad etmek, d\u00fc\u015fmanlar\u0131n komplolar\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131 gece g\u00fcnd\u00fcz uyan\u0131k bulunmak gibi g\u00f6revleri vard\u0131r… Bunlar hi\u00e7bir zaman bitmeyen, sonu gelmeyen sorumluluklard\u0131r. M\u00fc’min bunlar\u0131 g\u00f6rmezlikten gelemez, kendini bunlara kar\u015f\u0131 sorumsuz sayamaz. Bunlar\u0131n hepsi de farzd\u0131r, ya farz-\u0131 ayn ya da farz-\u0131 kifayedir. B\u00fct\u00fcn bu g\u00f6rev ve y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcl\u00fckler insan\u0131n t\u00fcm eme\u011fini, t\u00fcm \u00f6mr\u00fcn\u00fc kaplayacak yeterliliktedir. \u0130nsan\u0131n g\u00fcc\u00fc, enerjisi s\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131d\u0131r.. Bu g\u00fc\u00e7 ve enerji ya insan hayat\u0131n\u0131 iyile\u015ftiren, geli\u015ftirip kalk\u0131nd\u0131ran bir y\u00f6nde harcanacak ya da gereksiz \u015feyler u\u011fruna, bo\u015fu bo\u015funa, oyun ve e\u011flence i\u00e7in harcanacakt\u0131r. Oysa m\u00fc’min inanc\u0131n\u0131n gere\u011fi olarak bu enerjiyi yap\u0131c\u0131 bir ama\u00e7la d\u00fcnyan\u0131n kalk\u0131nma ve \u0131slah\u0131 i\u00e7in harcamak zorundad\u0131r.<\/p>\n

Bu durum m\u00fc’minin kimi zaman dinlenmeyece\u011fi anlam\u0131na gelmez. Fakat bu ba\u015fka, gereksiz ve yak\u0131\u015f\u0131ks\u0131z davran\u0131\u015flar, bo\u015f ve anlams\u0131z hareketler ba\u015fkad\u0131r.<\/p>\n

“Onlar ki, zek\u00e2t\u0131 aksatmaks\u0131z\u0131n, tam olarak verirler.” <\/strong>Allah’a y\u00f6neldikten, hayatta bo\u015f ve anlams\u0131z \u015feyleri yapmaktan ka\u00e7\u0131nd\u0131ktan sonra… Zek\u00e2t kalp ve mal\u0131n temizli\u011fidir: Kalbin cimrilikten temizlenmesi, ki\u015finin bencillikten kurtulmas\u0131d\u0131r, \u015feytan\u0131n fakirlik konusunda verdi\u011fi vesveselere \u00fcst\u00fcn gelmesidir. Allah kat\u0131ndaki kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131k ve m\u00fckafata g\u00fcvenmesidir. Mal i\u00e7in temizliktir zek\u00e2t. Geri kalan\u0131n\u0131 temiz ve helal k\u0131lar. Zorunlu durumlar\u0131n d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda art\u0131k hi\u00e7 kimsenin hakk\u0131 yoktur bu malda. Bu mal etraf\u0131nda herhangi bir ku\u015fku, herhangi bir dedikodu \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lamaz. Zek\u00e2t, toplumun bir kesimi, her \u015feyden mahrum, yoksulluk i\u00e7inde ya\u015farken di\u011fer kesiminin bolluk i\u00e7inde tantanal\u0131 bir hayat ya\u015famas\u0131ndan dolay\u0131 meydana gel\u00e8n dengesizli\u011fe kar\u015f\u0131 koruyucu bir kalkand\u0131r. Zek\u00e2t b\u00fct\u00fcn fertler i\u00e7in ‘toplumsal bir g\u00fcvencedir. \u00c7aresizlerin toplumsal garantisidir. \u00c7\u00f6z\u00fclmeye ve da\u011f\u0131lmaya kar\u015f\u0131 toplumun sigortas\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n

“Onlar ki, edep yerlerini sak\u0131n\u0131rlar.”<\/strong><\/p>\n

Bu ruhun, yuvan\u0131n ve \u00e7evrenin temizli\u011fidir. Nefsin, ailenin ve toplumun ar\u0131nmas\u0131d\u0131r. Bu temizlik ve ar\u0131nma; mahrem yerleri hel\u00e2l olma yanlar\u0131n bula\u015f\u0131p kirletmesine, kalbin hel\u00e2l olmayan \u015feylere ilgi duymas\u0131na, toplumda \u015fehvet ve arzular\u0131n hesaps\u0131z bir \u015fekilde ba\u015f\u0131n\u0131 al\u0131p gitmesine, ailenin ve soyun bozulmas\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131 korunmakla sa\u011flan\u0131r..<\/p>\n

\u015eehvet ve arzular\u0131n bir s\u0131n\u0131r tan\u0131madan ba\u015f\u0131n\u0131 al\u0131p gitti\u011fi bir toplum \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fclme ve bozulma ile kar\u015f\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131ya kalm\u0131\u015f bir toplumdur. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc orada yuvan\u0131n g\u00fcvenli\u011fi, ailenim dokunulmazl\u0131\u011f\u0131 yok demektir. Aile, toplum binas\u0131n\u0131 olu\u015fturan ilk ve temel birimdir. \u00c7ocu\u011fun do\u011fup geli\u015fti\u011fi yuvad\u0131r. Yuvan\u0131n ve geli\u015fme ortam\u0131n\u0131n sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 olmas\u0131, anne-baban\u0131n birbirlerine g\u00fcven duyup bu yuvay\u0131 ve i\u00e7indeki yavrular\u0131 g\u00f6zetmesi i\u00e7in bu ortam\u0131n g\u00fcvenli, sa\u011flam ve temiz olmas\u0131 ka\u00e7\u0131n\u0131lmazd\u0131r.<\/p>\n

\u0130\u00e7inde \u015fehvetin hi\u00e7bir s\u0131n\u0131r tan\u0131madan kol gezdi\u011fi bir toplum, insanl\u0131k basamaklar\u0131ndan a\u015fa\u011f\u0131ya do\u011fru yuvarlanan pis bir toplumdur. insanl\u0131k d\u00fczeyinin y\u00fcksekli\u011fini g\u00f6steren \u015fa\u015fmaz \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fc, insan\u0131n iradesine h\u00fckmedip ona \u00fcst\u00fcnl\u00fck sa\u011flamas\u0131d\u0131r. F\u0131tri istekleri temiz ve verimli bir y\u00f6ne kanalize edilmesidir. Art\u0131k \u00e7ocuklar d\u00fcnyaya geli\u015f yollar\u0131ndan dolay\u0131 k\u0131nanmazlar, \u00e7\u00fcnk\u00fc bu temiz ve bilinen bir yoldur. Bu yolda her \u00e7ocuk babas\u0131n\u0131 tan\u0131r. D\u00f6llenme d\u00fcrt\u00fcs\u00fc ile di\u015finin \u00f6n\u00fcne gelen erkekle \u00e7iftle\u015fti\u011fi, insanl\u0131k d\u00fczeyinden \u00e7ok a\u015fa\u011f\u0131 hayvanlar\u0131nki gibi bir durum s\u00f6zkonusu de\u011fil. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc burada yavru nas\u0131l t\u00fcredi\u011fini, nereden geldi\u011fini bilemez.<\/p>\n

Burada Kur’an-\u0131 Kerim erke\u011fin, hayat\u0131n tohumlar\u0131n\u0131 ekece\u011fi uygun ve hel\u00e2l yerleri g\u00f6steriyor: “Onlar, yaln\u0131z e\u015fleri ve cariyeleri d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda mahrem yerlerini herkesten korurlar. Bu iki durumda ay\u0131planmalar\u0131 s\u00f6zkonusu de\u011fildir.” <\/strong>E\u015fler meselesi \u015f\u00fcphe g\u00f6t\u00fcrmeyen, tart\u0131\u015fmay\u0131 gerektirmeyen bir meseledir. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc bu yasal ve bilinen bir kurumdur. Sahip olunan cariyeler meselesine gelince; bu konuda biraz a\u00e7\u0131klamada bulunmak gerekir.<\/p>\n

Fi Zil\u00e2l-il Kur’an’da (Bakara suresi 177. Ayetin a\u00e7\u0131klamas\u0131) k\u00f6lelik meselesi hakk\u0131nda geni\u015f a\u00e7\u0131klamalarda bulunduk. Orada \u015f\u00f6yle demi\u015ftik. \u0130sl\u00e2m’\u0131n geldi\u011fi zamanlarda k\u00f6lelik kurumu evrensel bir kurumdu, sava\u015f esirlerinin k\u00f6lele\u015ftirilmesi uluslararas\u0131 boyutta ge\u00e7erlili\u011fi olan bir uygulamayd\u0131. \u0130sl\u00e2m, kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131na maddi g\u00fc\u00e7leriyle dikilen d\u00fc\u015fmanlar\u0131 ile amans\u0131z bir sava\u015fa tutu\u015fmu\u015fken, tek tarafl\u0131 olarak bu uygulamaya son veremezdi. D\u00fc\u015fmanlar\u0131n\u0131n elinde bulunan esir m\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlar k\u00f6lele\u015ftirilirken, d\u00fc\u015fmanlar\u0131ndan esir d\u00fc\u015fenleri serbest b\u0131rakamazd\u0131. Ama -sava\u015f esirlerinin d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda- \u0130sl\u00e2m k\u00f6leli\u011fin b\u00fct\u00fcn kaynaklar\u0131n\u0131 kurutmu\u015ftur: B\u00f6ylece insanl\u0131k i\u00e7in esirler meselesinde uluslararas\u0131 boyutta ba\u011flay\u0131c\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 olan bir uygulaman\u0131n ba\u015flat\u0131lmas\u0131na imk\u00e2n sa\u011flam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n

Bundan dolay\u0131 \u0130sl\u00e2m ordusunun eline kad\u0131n esirler ge\u00e7ti\u011finde, misillemede bulunma kural\u0131 bu kad\u0131nlar\u0131n k\u00f6lele\u015ftirilmesini \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fcyordu. Ayr\u0131ca nikahl\u0131 e\u015flerin d\u00fczeyine \u00e7\u0131kmamalar\u0131 da bu kural\u0131n gere\u011fiydi. Bu y\u00fczden \u0130sl\u00e2m, sadece onlara sahip olanlar\u0131n onlardan yararlanmas\u0131na izin verdi. Bunun yan\u0131nda k\u00f6leleri \u00f6zg\u00fcr b\u0131rakmak i\u00e7in \u0130sl\u00e2m’\u0131n \u00f6ng\u00f6rd\u00fc\u011f\u00fc bir\u00e7ok sebepten herhangi biri yerine gelir gelmez bunlar\u0131n serbest b\u0131rak\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fcyordu.<\/p>\n

Belki de bu yararlanmada bizzat bu kad\u0131n esirlerin f\u0131tri ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131 g\u00f6z\u00f6n\u00fcnde bulundurulmu\u015ftur. B\u00f6ylece bu ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131 neslin kar\u0131\u015fmas\u0131na neden olan pis ve kural tan\u0131maz yollardan tatmin etmelerine engel olunmu\u015f olur. Nitekim, g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde k\u00f6leli\u011fin kald\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131na ili\u015fkin antla\u015fmalardan sonra bile sava\u015f esiri kad\u0131nlarla \u0130sl\u00e2m’\u0131n sevmedi\u011fi bu ahl\u00e2ks\u0131z ili\u015fkiye girilmektedir. Bu durum Allah’\u0131n izni ile \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fcklerine kavu\u015fana kadar s\u00fcrmektedir. \u0130sl\u00e2m’da cariyenin \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcne kavu\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131n bir\u00e7ok yolu vard\u0131r. E\u011fer efendisinden bir \u00e7ocuk do\u011furur ve efendisi \u00f6l\u00fcrse cariye \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcne kavu\u015fur. Efendisi isteyerek veya bir g\u00fcnah\u0131na kefaret ederek serbest b\u0131rakt\u0131\u011f\u0131nda yine \u00f6zg\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcne kavu\u015fur. Cariye belli bir mebla\u011f mal kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131nda serbest b\u0131rak\u0131lmas\u0131 i\u00e7in anla\u015f\u0131r ve bu mal\u0131 efendisine \u00f6derse serbest kal\u0131r. Yine cariyenin y\u00fcz\u00fcne tokat vuracak olursa bunun kefareti cariyenin serbest b\u0131rak\u0131lmas\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n

K\u0131sacas\u0131 sava\u015f esirlerinin k\u00f6lele\u015ftirilmesi bir d\u00f6neme \u00f6zg\u00fc bir zorunluluktu. K\u00f6lelik kurumu, sava\u015f esirlerinin k\u00f6lele\u015ftirilmesini \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00e8n bir d\u00fcnyada misillemede bulunma kural\u0131n\u0131n bir sonucuydu. Kesinlikle \u0130sl\u00e2m\u0131n toplumsal d\u00fczeninin bir par\u00e7as\u0131 de\u011fildir.<\/p>\n

“Bunlar\u0131n \u00f6tesine ge\u00e7mek isteyenler, yasal s\u0131n\u0131r\u0131 a\u015fm\u0131\u015f olurlar.” <\/strong>E\u015flerin ve cariyelerin fazlas\u0131n\u0131 isteme i\u00e7in hi\u00e7bir,yol a\u00e7\u0131k de\u011fildir art\u0131k. Bunun \u00f6tesine ge\u00e7mek isteyen normal s\u0131n\u0131r\u0131 a\u015fm\u0131\u015f, serbest b\u00f6lgeyi ge\u00e7ip harama d\u00fc\u015fm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr. Nik\u00e2h veya cihadla haketmedi\u011fi \u0131rzlara tecav\u00fcz etmi\u015ftir. Burada yasak bir b\u00f6lgede gezdi\u011finin bilincinde olan ki\u015fi bozulur. Bir g\u00fcvencesi ve garantisi kalmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in aile de bozulur. Ba\u011flar\u0131 koptu\u011fu, temeli da\u011f\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in toplum d\u00fczeni de bozulur. \u0130\u015fte \u0130sl\u00e2m\u0131n \u00fczerine titredi\u011fi, \u00f6zenle korumak istedi\u011fi bunlard\u0131r.<\/p>\n

EMANETE VE S\u00d6ZE BA\u011eLILIK<\/strong><\/p>\n

`Onlar ki, uhdelerine verilen emanetleri korurlar ve s\u00f6zlerini tutarlar.” <\/strong>Fert olarak emanetlerine ve s\u00f6zlerine ba\u011fl\u0131 kal\u0131rlar. Toplum olarak da \u00f6yle. Gerek ferdin, gerekse toplumun boynuna y\u00fcklenmi\u015f bir\u00e7ok emanet vard\u0131r.<\/p>\n

En ba\u015fta da f\u0131trat emaneti gelir. Y\u00fcce Allah onu varl\u0131k b\u00fct\u00fcn\u00fcne egemen olan yasalar sistemi ile uyumlu ve ayn\u0131 do\u011frultuda yaratm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. O da bu varl\u0131\u011f\u0131n bir par\u00e7as\u0131d\u0131r, birlikte y\u00fcce yarat\u0131c\u0131n\u0131n varl\u0131\u011f\u0131na ve birli\u011fine tan\u0131kl\u0131k olu\u015fturmaktad\u0131rlar. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc f\u0131trat i\u00e7ten gelen bir sezgi ile hem kendisine hem de varl\u0131k b\u00fct\u00fcn\u00fcne egemen olan yasalar sisteminin birli\u011fini ayr\u0131ca bu sistemi belirleyip bu varl\u0131\u011f\u0131 y\u00f6nlendiren iradenin birli\u011fini bilir. M\u00fc’minler bu b\u00fcy\u00fck emaneti g\u00f6zetirler ve f\u0131tratlar\u0131n\u0131n bu do\u011frultudan sapmas\u0131na izin vermezler. Yarat\u0131c\u0131n\u0131n varl\u0131\u011f\u0131na ve. birli\u011fine tan\u0131kl\u0131k eden bu emaneti her zaman korurlar. Bundan sonra bu b\u00fcy\u00fck emaneti izleyen di\u011fer emanetler gelir.<\/p>\n

Ayn\u0131 \u015fekilde ba\u011fl\u0131 kal\u0131nmas\u0131 gereken ilk antla\u015fma da f\u0131trat antla\u015fmas\u0131d\u0131r. Bu antla\u015fmay\u0131 y\u00fcce Allah, insan f\u0131trat\u0131 ile kendi varl\u0131\u011f\u0131na ve birli\u011fine iman etmesi \u015fart\u0131 ile ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirmi\u015ftir. B\u00fct\u00fcn s\u00f6zle\u015fme ve antla\u015fmalar bu ilk antla\u015fmaya dayan\u0131r. Bu y\u00fczden m\u00fc’min yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 b\u00fct\u00fcn s\u00f6zle\u015fmelerde Allah’\u0131 \u015fahit tutar. O’na ba\u011fl\u0131l\u0131k i\u00e7inde Allah korkusunu g\u00f6z\u00f6n\u00fcnde bulundurur.<\/p>\n

M\u00fcsl\u00fcman toplum b\u00fct\u00fcn emanetlerinden sorumludur. Y\u00fcce Allah’la yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 s\u00f6zle\u015fmeden, bu s\u00f6zle\u015fmenin \u00f6ng\u00f6rd\u00fc\u011f\u00fc y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcl\u00fcklerden sorumludur. Ayeti kerime s\u00f6z\u00fc k\u0131sa ve t\u00fcm emanet ve s\u00f6zle\u015fmeleri kapsayacak \u015fekilde genel tutuyor. M\u00fc’minleri emanetlerine ve antla\u015fmalar\u0131na ba\u011fl\u0131 kimseler olarak tan\u0131ml\u0131yor. Bu onlar\u0131n her zamanki nitelikleridir. Emanetler yerine getirilmedi\u011fi, antla\u015fmalar g\u00f6zetilmedi\u011fi toplumda yeralan herkes, bu kurallar\u0131 sosyal hayat\u0131n temeli olarak g\u00f6rmedi\u011fi s\u00fcrece toplum hayat\u0131 do\u011fru ve sa\u011fl\u0131kl\u0131 bir g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcm arzedemez. G\u00fcven ve huzurun yayg\u0131nla\u015fmas\u0131 i\u00e7in bu ilkelere ba\u011fl\u0131l\u0131k bir zorunluluktur.<\/p>\n

“Onlar ki, namazlar\u0131n\u0131 aksatmaks\u0131z\u0131n k\u0131larlar.” <\/strong>Tembellikten dolay\u0131 namazlar\u0131n\u0131 ge\u00e7irmezler, namaz\u0131 k\u0131lma konusunda ihmalk\u00e2r davranmazlar. Nas\u0131l k\u0131l\u0131nmas\u0131 gerekiyorsa \u00f6yle k\u0131larlar, namaz\u0131 k\u0131saltmazlar. Tam vaktinde, farz\u0131yla, s\u00fcnnetiyle, eksiksiz k\u0131larlar. B\u00fct\u00fcn kurallar\u0131, b\u00fct\u00fcn hareketleri yerine getirirler. Canl\u0131 ve g\u00f6n\u00fcllerini b\u00fct\u00fcn\u00fcyle namaz\u0131n anlam\u0131 ile doldurarak k\u0131larlar. Bu ba\u011f\u0131 korumayan birisinin, vicdan\u0131n do\u011frulu\u011fundan kaynaklanan bir duyguyla kendisi ile insanlar aras\u0131ndaki ba\u011flar\u0131 ger\u00e7ek anlamda korumas\u0131 beklenemez. M\u00fc’minlerin nitelikleri namazla ba\u015flay\u0131p namazla bitiyor. Bu da namaz\u0131n iman binas\u0131ndaki \u00f6nemli yerini g\u00f6stermektedir. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc namaz Allah’a ibadetin, o’na y\u00f6neli\u015fin en b\u00fcy\u00fck ve eksiksiz \u015feklidir.<\/p>\n

Bu \u00f6zellikler, kurtulduklar\u0131 tescil edilen m\u00fc’minlerin ki\u015filiklerini belirlemektedir. Bu \u00f6zellikler, m\u00fc’min kitlenin \u00f6zelliklerinin ve hayat t\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcn belirlenmesinde etkin rol oynarlar. Bu \u00f6zelliklere sahip m\u00fc’min kitlenin hayat\u0131, erdemli ve y\u00fcce Allah’\u0131n onurland\u0131r\u0131p kemal a\u015famalar\u0131ndan ge\u00e7mesini istedi\u011fi insana yak\u0131\u015f\u0131r bir hayatt\u0131r. Y\u00fcce Allah insanlar\u0131n hayvanlar gibi ya\u015famalar\u0131n\u0131, onlar gibi yiyip e\u011flenmelerini istememi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n

\u0130nsano\u011flu i\u00e7in planlanan tam olgunluk d\u00fczeyi bu d\u00fcnya hayat\u0131nda ger\u00e7ekle\u015fmedi\u011fi i\u00e7in y\u00fcce Allah, yollar\u0131ndan sapmadan hareket eden m\u00fc’minlerin kendileri i\u00e7in takdir edilen hedefe firdevs cennetinde ula\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131 dilemi\u015ftir. Buras\u0131 yok olman\u0131n s\u00f6zkonusu olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 sonsuzluk yurdudur, korkusuz g\u00fcvenin, bitmeyen s\u00fcreklili\u011fin yurdudur.<\/p>\n

Yani “Firdevs” cennetinin miras\u00e7\u0131lar\u0131d\u0131rlar, s\u00fcrekli olacak orada kalacaklard\u0131r.”<\/strong><\/p>\n

Y\u00fcce Allah’\u0131n m\u00fc’minler i\u00e7in yazd\u0131\u011f\u0131 kurtulu\u015fun zirvesi buras\u0131d\u0131r. Bunun \u00f6tesinde g\u00f6zlerin ya da hayallerin uzand\u0131\u011f\u0131 bir zirve yoktur.<\/p>\n
