Hamd kendisinden ba\u015fka ilah olmayan, mutlak manada tek g\u00fc\u00e7 ve kudret sahibi olan Allah\u2019a mahsustur. Salat ve selam t\u00fcm peygamberlerin ve onlar\u0131 takip eden tabilerinin \u00fczerine olsun.<\/strong><\/p>\n

22- Davud (un yan\u0131n) ‘a girdiklerinde, o, onlardan \u00fcrkm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc;(22) onlar dediler ki: “Korkma, iki davac\u0131y\u0131z, birimiz di\u011ferimize haks\u0131zl\u0131kta bulundu. \u015eimdi sen aram\u0131zda hak ile h\u00fckmet, karar\u0131nda zulme sapma ve bizi do\u011fru yolun ortas\u0131na y\u00f6neltip-ilet.”<\/strong>
\n23- “Bu benim karde\u015fimdir,(23) doksan dokuz koyunu vard\u0131r, benimse bir tek koyunum var. Buna ra\u011fmen “Onu da benim pay\u0131ma (koyunlar\u0131ma) kat” dedi ve bana konu\u015fma (tarz\u0131n) da \u00fcst\u00fcn geldi.”(24)<\/strong>
\n24- (Davud) Dedi ki: “Andolsun senin koyununu, kendi koyunlar\u0131na (katmak) istemekle sana zulmetmi\u015ftir.(25)<\/strong>
\nDo\u011frusu, (emek ve mali g\u00fc\u00e7lerini) birle\u015ftirip katan (ortak) lardan \u00e7o\u011fu, birbirlerine kar\u015f\u0131 tecav\u00fcz ederler; ancak iman edip de salih amellerde bulunanlar ba\u015fka. Onlar da ne kadar azd\u0131r.” Davud, ger\u00e7ekten bizim onu denemeden ge\u00e7irdi\u011fimizi sand\u0131, b\u00f6ylece Rabbinden ba\u011f\u0131\u015flanma diledi ve r\u00fck\u00fb ederek (26) yere kapand\u0131 ve (bize g\u00f6n\u00fclden) y\u00f6nelip-d\u00f6nd\u00fc.<\/strong>
\n25- B\u00f6ylece onu ba\u011f\u0131\u015flad\u0131k. \u015e\u00fcphesiz onun bizim kat\u0131m\u0131zda ger\u00e7ekten bir yak\u0131nl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve var\u0131lacak g\u00fczel bir yeri vard\u0131r.(27)<\/strong>
\n26- “Ey Davud, ger\u00e7ek \u015fu ki, biz seni yery\u00fcz\u00fcnde bir halife k\u0131ld\u0131k. \u00d6yleyse insanlar aras\u0131nda hak ile h\u00fckmet, istek ve tutkulara (hevaya) uyma; sonra seni Allah’\u0131n yolundan sapt\u0131r\u0131r. \u015e\u00fcphesiz Allah’\u0131n yolundan sapanlar, hesap g\u00fcn\u00fcn\u00fc unutmalar\u0131ndan(28) dolay\u0131 onlar i\u00e7in \u015fiddetli bir azab vard\u0131r.”<\/strong><\/p>\n

A\u00c7IKLAMA<\/strong><\/p>\n

22. “Korkmu\u015ftu”\u00e7\u00fcnk\u00fc o iki ki\u015fi normal yoldan de\u011fil, duvardan atlayarak odas\u0131na girmi\u015flerdi.<\/p>\n

23. “Karde\u015f”kelimesiyle neseb\u00ee bir karde\u015fli\u011fi de\u011fil, din karde\u015fli\u011fini kasdetmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n

24. \u0130lerideki konuyu daha iyi kavrayabilmek i\u00e7in burada biraz durulmas\u0131 gerekiyor. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc mezkur \u015fah\u0131s, davac\u0131 oldu\u011fu kimse i\u00e7in “Benim koyunumu zorla ald\u0131” demek istememi\u015ftir. O \u015f\u00f6yle demi\u015ftir: “Bu karde\u015fimin 99 koyunu var, benimse bir tek koyunum.” yani karde\u015fim b\u00fcy\u00fck g\u00fcce sahip bir zengin, bense fakir bir kimseyim. Bu y\u00fczden de, onun isteklerine kar\u015f\u0131 \u00e7\u0131kma cesaretini kendimde bulam\u0131yorum.<\/p>\n

25. Burada Hz. Davud’un, sadece bir taraf\u0131 dinleyerek karar verdi\u011fi zehab\u0131na kap\u0131lmak yanl\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc davac\u0131n\u0131n konu\u015fup daval\u0131n\u0131n susmu\u015f olmas\u0131ndan, onun su\u00e7unu kabullenmi\u015f oldu\u011fu anlam\u0131 \u00e7\u0131kar. Bunun \u00fczerine de Hz. Davud karar\u0131n\u0131 vermi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n

26. Burada secdenin gerekli olup olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131nda ihtilaf vard\u0131r. \u0130mam \u015eaf\u00ee, bu secdenin bir peygamberin tevbesi oldu\u011funu \u00f6ne s\u00fcrerek secdenin vacib olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6ylemi\u015ftir. \u0130mam Ebu Hanife ise, burada secdenin vacib oldu\u011fu kanaatindedir. Nitekim bu g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f hakk\u0131nda \u0130bn Abbas’dan \u00fc\u00e7 rivayet nakledilmi\u015ftir. \u0130krime’nin \u0130bn Abbas’dan rivayet etti\u011fine g\u00f6re bu ayet, secdeyi gerekli k\u0131lar. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc (\u0130bn Abbas) Hz. Peygamber’i (s.a.) bu ayeti okuduktan sonra secde ederken g\u00f6rd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc s\u00f6ylemi\u015ftir. (Buhari, Ebu Davud, Tirmiz\u00ee, Nese\u00ee, M\u00fcsned-i Ahmed) . \u0130kinci rivayet Said b. C\u00fcbeyr’den nakledilmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n

Hz. Peygamber (s.a) Sad Suresi’ni okurken secde etti ve \u015f\u00f6yle buyurdu: “Davud tevbe ve \u015f\u00fck\u00fcr i\u00e7in secde etmi\u015fti. Biz de \u015f\u00fckretmek i\u00e7in secde ediyoruz.” Yani onun tevbesi bu y\u00fczden kabul olmu\u015ftur. (Nese\u00ee) . \u00dc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc rivayeti M\u00fccahid nakletmi\u015ftir. “Allah Te\u00e2l\u00e2 Kur’an’da “Allah’\u0131n do\u011fru yolu g\u00f6sterdi\u011fi kimselere uyun” diye emretmi\u015ftir. Bu Davud da bir peygamberdi ve secde etmi\u015fti. Hz. Peygamber (s.a.) de ona uyarak secde etmi\u015ftir. (Buhari) . Bu \u00fc\u00e7 rivayet de \u0130bn Abbas’dan mervidir. Ebu Said el-Hudri \u015f\u00f6yle bir rivayette bulunmu\u015ftur: “Rasul\u00fcllah bir g\u00fcn hutbede “Sad” Suresi’ni okudu ve bu ayete geldi\u011fi zaman, minberden inerek secde etti. Orada bulunanlar da Hz. Peygamber’le (s.a.) birlikte secde ettiler. Yine, Rasul\u00fcllah bir defas\u0131nda hutbede bu ayeti okudu. Orada bulunanlar ayeti i\u015fitince secde etmeye haz\u0131rland\u0131lar. Rasul\u00fcllah: “Bu, bir peygamberin tevbesi idi. Fakat sizler secde etmeye haz\u0131rlan\u0131yorsunuz” diyerek minberden indi ve secde etti. Orada bulunanlar da onunla birlikte secde ettiler.” (Ebu Davud) . Bu rivayetlerden secde etmenin vucubiyeti anla\u015f\u0131lm\u0131yorsa da, en az\u0131ndan Hz. Peygamber’in (s.a.) bu mevkide secde etti\u011fi a\u00e7\u0131k\u00e7a g\u00f6r\u00fclmektedir. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla secde etmek herhalde daha efdaldir. Nitekim \u0130bn Abbas’dan yukar\u0131da zikretti\u011fimiz rivayetler secde etmenin gereklili\u011fine del\u00e2let etmektedirler.
\nBu ayetin \u015fu \u015fekilde anla\u015f\u0131lmas\u0131 da m\u00fcmk\u00fcnd\u00fcr. Allah burada “r\u00fcku etti” bi\u00e7iminde bir ifade kullanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Ancak t\u00fcm m\u00fcfessirler ittifakla bu ifadenin “secde etti” anlam\u0131na geldi\u011fi g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f\u00fcndedirler. \u0130fadenin orijinalinden hereketle \u0130mam-\u0131 Ebu Hanife ve arkada\u015flar\u0131, namazda ve namaz d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda bu ayeti i\u015fiten bir kimsenin secde yerine r\u00fcku edebilece\u011fini s\u00f6ylemi\u015fler ve g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015flerine delil olarak Allah’\u0131n “secde” yerine “r\u00fcku” kelimesini kullanm\u0131\u015f olmas\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6stermi\u015flerdir. Bundan anla\u015f\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131na g\u00f6re r\u00fcku, secdenin yerine ge\u00e7ebilir. Nitekim \u015eafii mezhebi fakihlerinden \u0130mam Hattabi de ayn\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015ftedir. Ancak bu d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnce her ne kadar makul ise de, Hz. Peygamber (s.a.) ve sahabelerinden r\u00fckunun secde yerine yap\u0131labilece\u011fi \u015feklinde bir rivayet yoktur. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla secde yapmaya bir engel oldu\u011fu takdirde, r\u00fcku edilebilir. Aksi halde bunu bir adet haline getirmek do\u011fru de\u011fildir. Nitekim Ebu Hanife ve arkada\u015flar\u0131n\u0131n kastetmi\u015f olduklar\u0131 da bu de\u011fildir. Onlar sadece secde yerine r\u00fcku’nun da olabilece\u011fini s\u00f6ylemi\u015flerdir.<\/p>\n

27. Hz. Davud’un hata yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 meselenin koyun meselesine benzer olmas\u0131 gerekir. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc karar verdi\u011fi esnada aniden imtihan olundu\u011funu hat\u0131rlam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Ancak bu hatas\u0131 affedilemeyecek kadar \u00f6nemli de\u011fildir. Bu y\u00fczden Allah onu affetti\u011fi gibi ayr\u0131ca mertebesini de y\u00fckseltmi\u015ftir. Allah, onu, kendi kendine pi\u015fman olmas\u0131, secde ve tevbe etmesi dolay\u0131s\u0131yla affetmi\u015f ve onun ne bu d\u00fcnyadaki ne de \u00f6b\u00fcr d\u00fcnyadaki makam\u0131na bir halel gelmemi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n

28. Bu uyar\u0131 nedeniyle Hz. Davud tevbe etmi\u015f ve Allah da onun bu tevbesini kabul ederek mertebesini y\u00fckseltmi\u015ftir. Bundan anla\u015f\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131na g\u00f6re, Hz. Davud’un davran\u0131\u015f\u0131nda nefsan\u00ee bir zaaf\u0131n pay\u0131 vard\u0131 ve ayr\u0131ca -muhtemelen- h\u00fck\u00fcmdar olu\u015fu sebebiyle g\u00fcc\u00fcn\u00fc adil olmayan bir bi\u00e7imde kullanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131. Oysa bu \u015fekilde davranmak bir h\u00fck\u00fcmdara yak\u0131\u015fmazd\u0131.<\/p>\n

Davud ne yapm\u0131\u015ft\u0131? 2) Allah Te\u00e2l\u00e2, onun bu davran\u0131\u015f\u0131n\u0131 ni\u00e7in a\u00e7\u0131k\u00e7a de\u011fil de imal\u0131 bir \u015fekilde zikretmi\u015ftir? 3) Bu olaydan ne gibi bir ders \u00e7\u0131karabiliriz?
\nYahudi ve H\u0131ristiyanlar\u0131n mukaddes kitaplar\u0131n\u0131 okumu\u015f olanlar \u015fu hik\u00e2yeyi bilirler; (e\u011fer o kitaplara inan\u0131rsak) “Hz. Davud Hititli Urya’n\u0131n kar\u0131s\u0131yla zina etmi\u015f ve daha sonra Urya’y\u0131 kasten sava\u015fa g\u00f6ndererek \u00f6ld\u00fcrm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr. Sonra da kar\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 nikah\u0131 alt\u0131na alm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.” Ayr\u0131ca bu kitablara g\u00f6re zina yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 bu kad\u0131ndan Hz. Davud’un o\u011flu Hz. S\u00fcleyman olmu\u015ftur. Bu hik\u00e2ye Kitab-\u0131 Mukaddes’in II. Samuel 11. ve 12. b\u00f6l\u00fcmlerinde ayr\u0131nt\u0131l\u0131 bir \u015fekilde kay\u0131tl\u0131d\u0131r. Kur’an’\u0131n n\u00fczul\u00fcnden as\u0131rlar \u00f6nce Kitab-\u0131 Mukaddes’de kay\u0131tl\u0131 olan bu olay\u0131 b\u00fct\u00fcn d\u00fcnyadaki Yahudi ve H\u0131ristiyanlar okuyorlar, i\u015fitiyorlar ve ayr\u0131ca inan\u0131yorlar da. Bu y\u00fczden t\u00fcm d\u00fcnyada, bat\u0131 \u00fclkelerinde, \u0130srailo\u011fullar\u0131’n\u0131n dini eserlerinde bu itham\u0131n ge\u00e7medi\u011fi hi\u00e7bir kitap adeta yoktur.<\/p>\n

“Ve Rab Natan’\u0131, Davud’a g\u00f6nderdi. Ve yan\u0131na gelip ona dedi: Bir \u015fehirde biri zengin ve \u00f6b\u00fcr\u00fc fakir iki adam vard\u0131. Zengin adam\u0131n pek \u00e7ok koyunlar\u0131 ve s\u0131\u011f\u0131rlar\u0131 vard\u0131. Ve fakir adam\u0131n sat\u0131n alm\u0131\u015f ve beslemi\u015f oldu\u011fu k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck bir di\u015fi kuzudan ba\u015fka bir \u015feyi yoktu; ve kuzu onun yan\u0131nda kendisiyle ve \u00e7ocuklar\u0131 ile beraber b\u00fcy\u00fcm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fc; ve lokmas\u0131ndan yer, tas\u0131ndan i\u00e7er, koynunda yatard\u0131. Ve o adama kar\u015f\u0131 Davud’un \u00f6fkesi \u00e7ok alevlenip Natan’a dedi: Hayy olan Rabbin Hakk\u0131 i\u00e7in bunu yapan adam \u00f6l\u00fcm o\u011fludur ve bu \u015feyi yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve ac\u0131mad\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in kuzuyu d\u00f6rt kat \u00f6deyecektir. Ve Natan Davud’a dedi: O adam sensin. \u0130srail’in Allah’\u0131 Rab \u015f\u00f6yle diyor: Ben seni \u0130srail \u00fczerine kral olarak meshettim ve ben seni Saul’un elinden kurtard\u0131m ve efendinin evini sana ve efendinin kar\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131 koynuna verdim. Ve \u0130srail’le Yahuda evini sana verdim. Ve e\u011fer bu az gelse idi, sana daha neler verirdim. Ni\u00e7in Rabbin g\u00f6z\u00fcnde k\u00f6t\u00fc olan\u0131 yaparak onun s\u00f6z\u00fcn\u00fc hor g\u00f6rd\u00fcn? Hititli Urya’y\u0131 k\u0131l\u0131\u00e7la vurdun ve kar\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 kendine kar\u0131 olarak ald\u0131n ve Urya’y\u0131 Amman O\u011fullar\u0131’n\u0131n k\u0131l\u0131c\u0131 ile vurdun.<\/p>\n

Ve \u015fimdi k\u0131l\u0131\u00e7 ebediyyen senin i\u00e7inden ayr\u0131lmayacak; \u00e7\u00fcnk\u00fc beni hor g\u00f6rd\u00fcn ve Hititli Urya’n\u0131n kar\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 kendine kar\u0131 olarak ald\u0131n. Rab b\u00f6yle ediyor: \u0130\u015fte, kendi evinden sana kar\u015f\u0131 k\u00f6t\u00fcl\u00fck \u00e7\u0131karaca\u011f\u0131m ve senin g\u00f6zlerinin \u00f6n\u00fcnde kar\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131 al\u0131p kom\u015funa verece\u011fim ve bu g\u00fcne\u015fin g\u00f6z\u00fc \u00f6n\u00fcnde o, senin kar\u0131lar\u0131nla yatacak. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc sen gizlice yapt\u0131n, fakat ben bu \u015feyi t\u00fcm \u0130srail kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda ve g\u00fcne\u015fin kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda yapaca\u011f\u0131m.” (II. Samuel, 12: 1-2.) Bu k\u0131ssa herkes taraf\u0131ndan bilindi\u011fi i\u00e7in Kur’an bu olay\u0131 ayr\u0131nt\u0131lar\u0131yla ele almam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Zaten S\u00fcnnetullah’da bu t\u00fcr olaylar ayr\u0131nt\u0131lar\u0131yla beyan edilmez. \u0130\u015fte bu y\u00fczden ima yoluyla anlat\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Ayr\u0131ca bu olay\u0131n hi\u00e7 de Ehli kitab’\u0131n anlatt\u0131\u011f\u0131 gibi olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 da zikredilmi\u015ftir. As\u0131l olay, Kur’an’da a\u00e7\u0131k\u00e7a anla\u015f\u0131laca\u011f\u0131 \u00fczere Hz. Davud’un Urya’dan (ya da ismi ne olursa) kar\u0131s\u0131yla evlenme iste\u011finde bulunmu\u015f olmas\u0131d\u0131r. Bu istek, s\u0131radan bir insan taraf\u0131ndan de\u011fil, g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc bir h\u00fck\u00fcmdar ve \u00f6nemli bir \u015fahsiyet taraf\u0131ndan yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Kad\u0131n\u0131n kocas\u0131 ise s\u0131radan bir vatanda\u015ft\u0131. Hz. Davud b\u00f6yle bir teklifte bulunmu\u015f olmas\u0131na ra\u011fmen, teklifinin ard\u0131nda bir cebr unsuru bulunmuyordu, ama yine de s\u0131radan bir vatanda\u015f\u0131n b\u00f6yle bir teklifin alt\u0131nda ezilmemi\u015f olmas\u0131 m\u00fcmk\u00fcn de\u011fildir. Urya Hz. Davud’a belki de olumlu bir cevap verecek iken, halktan iki salih insan aniden Davud’un huzuruna girmi\u015f ve g\u00fcya ondan aralar\u0131ndaki hadise ile ilgili karar vermesini istemi\u015f olabilirler. Hz. Davud \u00f6nce aralar\u0131ndaki davay\u0131, ger\u00e7ek bir hadise sanm\u0131\u015f ve davac\u0131y\u0131 dinledikten sonra h\u00fckm\u00fcn\u00fc vermi\u015ftir. Ancak bu h\u00fckm\u00fc verirken vicdan\u0131nda muhasebe yaparak, “\u0130\u015fte senin Urya’ya yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131n teklif ile, bu g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc adam\u0131n yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 teklif aras\u0131nda bir fark yoktur. Ben onun bu teklifini zul\u00fcm diye niteleyip, karar verdikten sonra, ayn\u0131 zulm\u00fc neredeyse irtikap edece\u011fim” \u015feklinde d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnm\u00fc\u015f olacak ki, bu ger\u00e7e\u011fi hemen anlad\u0131\u011f\u0131nda secdeye gitmi\u015f ve Allah’a tevbe ederek bu teklifinden vazge\u00e7mi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n

Kitab-\u0131 Mukaddes’de bu olay en \u00e7irkin \u015fekle b\u00fcr\u00fcnd\u00fcr\u00fclerek anlat\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Biraz d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnecek olursak olay\u0131n \u015f\u00f6yle cereyan etti\u011fini anlayabiliriz. Hz. Davud, o kad\u0131n\u0131n s\u0131radan birinin yerine, bir h\u00fck\u00fcmdar\u0131n kar\u0131s\u0131 olmas\u0131n\u0131n daha m\u00fcnasip d\u00fc\u015fece\u011fini d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnm\u00fc\u015f olabilir. Ve b\u00f6yle bir d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnceden hareketle kad\u0131n\u0131n (Urya’n\u0131n kar\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n) \u00fcst\u00fcn \u00f6zelliklerini duymu\u015f ve -muhtemelen- b\u00f6yle bir kad\u0131n\u0131n kocas\u0131na s\u00f6zkonusu teklifi iletmi\u015ftir. O d\u00f6nemde bu t\u00fcr \u015feyler, toplum i\u00e7inde normal kar\u015f\u0131lan\u0131yordu. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc ba\u015fka birinin kar\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 be\u011fenen \u015fah\u0131s hi\u00e7 \u00e7ekinmeden kad\u0131n\u0131n kocas\u0131na “kar\u0131n\u0131 bo\u015fa onunla ben evleneyim” diyebiliyordu. B\u00f6yle bir teklifle kar\u015f\u0131la\u015fan kimse, hi\u00e7bir \u015fekilde gocunmaz hatta dost hat\u0131r\u0131 i\u00e7in s\u0131rf arkada\u015f\u0131 evlenebilsin diye kar\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 bo\u015fard\u0131. Ancak Hz. Davud b\u00f6yle bir teklifde bulunaca\u011f\u0131 zaman kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131ndaki kimsenin s\u0131radan bir insan oldu\u011funu hesap etmemi\u015ftir. Zira, Hz. Davud s\u0131radan bir insan olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 gibi, ayr\u0131ca bir h\u00fck\u00fcmdard\u0131r.<\/p>\n

Yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 teklifte bir cebr s\u00f6zkonusu olmasa dahi, s\u0131rf sahip olduklar\u0131 nitelikler bak\u0131m\u0131ndan, kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131ndaki ki\u015fi onun bu teklifini emir olarak telakki edebilirdi. Temsili bir davaysa, Hz. Davud’un bu olay\u0131 vicdanen muhasebe etmesine ve hatas\u0131n\u0131 farkeder etmez teklifinden vazge\u00e7mesine neden oldu. B\u00f6ylece bu i\u015f de kapan\u0131vermi\u015f oldu. Fakat bir s\u00fcre sonra kad\u0131n\u0131n kocas\u0131 bir sava\u015f esnas\u0131nda \u015fehit d\u00fc\u015fm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr. Adam\u0131n \u015fehit d\u00fc\u015fmesi \u00fczerine kar\u0131s\u0131 dul kald\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in, Hz. Davud onu kendisine nik\u00e2hlam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Ancak yahudilerin habis zihniyeti bu olay\u0131 efsane haline sokmu\u015ftur. Ayr\u0131ca b\u00f6ylesine \u00e7irkin bir olay\u0131n ortaya at\u0131lma nedenlerinden biri de bir grup yahudinin Hz. S\u00fcleyman’a cephe al\u0131p d\u00fc\u015fman kesilmi\u015f olmalar\u0131d\u0131r. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla bu kimseler olay\u0131 abartarak Hz. S\u00fcleyman’\u0131 karalamaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015fm\u0131\u015flard\u0131. (Bkz. Neml an:56) Yahudiler bu y\u00fczden -Maazallah- Hz. Davud’un Urya’n\u0131n han\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 kendi saray\u0131n\u0131n \u00e7at\u0131s\u0131 \u00fczerinde \u00e7\u0131r\u0131l\u00e7\u0131plak y\u0131kan\u0131rken g\u00f6rd\u00fc\u011f\u00fc ve kad\u0131n\u0131 saray\u0131na getirterek onunla zina etti\u011fi ve kad\u0131n\u0131n hamile kalmas\u0131 \u00fczerine de kocas\u0131n\u0131 Benu Amum’lularla yap\u0131lan bir sava\u015fa g\u00f6nderdi\u011fi \u015feklinde bir hik\u00e2ye d\u00fczm\u00fc\u015flerdir. G\u00fcya komutan Yuab’a “Urya’y\u0131, \u00f6ld\u00fcrebilece\u011fi bir yere tayin etmesini” emretmi\u015ftir. Urya \u00f6ld\u00fcr\u00fcl\u00fcnce de Hz.Davud onun kar\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 kendisine nikahlam\u0131\u015f ve bu kad\u0131ndan Hz. S\u00fcleyman do\u011fmu\u015ftur. \u0130\u015fte t\u00fcm bu yalan iftira ve zulm\u00fc yahudiler Kitab-\u0131 Mukaddes’e kaydetmi\u015flerdir. Ve ne yaz\u0131k ki h\u00e2l\u00e2 okunup durmaktad\u0131r. Binaenaleyh Hz. Musa’dan sonra \u0130srailo\u011fullar\u0131’na ihsan edilen bu iki b\u00fcy\u00fck insan\u0131 bu \u015fekilde zelil etmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015fm\u0131\u015flard\u0131r.<\/p>\n

M\u00fcfessirlerden bir grup, bu efsaneyi hemen hemen benimseyerek \u0130srailo\u011fullar\u0131’n\u0131n rivayetlerini kabul etmi\u015flerdir. Ancak Hz. Davud’un zina etmesi ve kad\u0131n\u0131n hamile kalmas\u0131 ile ilgili b\u00f6l\u00fcmlerini \u00e7\u0131kararak di\u011fer k\u0131s\u0131mlar\u0131 aynen nakletmi\u015flerdir. Ba\u015fka bir grup m\u00fcfessir ise, bu olayla o iki ki\u015finin (koyun) davas\u0131 aras\u0131ndaki ilgiyi reddederek bu k\u0131ssay\u0131 anlams\u0131z bir \u015fekilde tevile yeltenmi\u015flerdir. Ama bu tevilin de asl\u0131 yoktur. Ve bir kayna\u011fa dayanmamaktad\u0131r. Ayr\u0131ca ayetlerin siyak ve sibak\u0131na da uygun d\u00fc\u015fmemektedir. Buna ra\u011fmen m\u00fcfessirlerden bir grup bu olay\u0131 do\u011fru bir \u015fekilde de\u011ferlendirmi\u015fler ve bu ger\u00e7e\u011fe ula\u015fm\u0131\u015flard\u0131r. \u00d6rne\u011fin baz\u0131lar\u0131 \u015f\u00f6yle demektedirler.<\/p>\n

Mesruk ve Said b.C\u00fcbeyr’in \u0130bn Abbas’dan rivayet ettiklerine g\u00f6re “Hz. Davud bir adama kar\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 bo\u015famas\u0131 i\u00e7in “kar\u0131n\u0131 bo\u015fa da onunla ben evleneyim” \u015feklinde bir teklifte bulunmu\u015ftur, o kadar.” (\u0130bn Cerir) .<\/p>\n

Zemah\u015feri, “Ke\u015f\u015faf” isimli tefsirinde “Allah’\u0131n Hz. Davud k\u0131ssas\u0131n\u0131 anlat\u0131m\u0131ndan, Hz. Davud’un bir kimseden kar\u0131s\u0131n bo\u015famas\u0131 i\u00e7in ricada bulunmas\u0131 anla\u015f\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. ” diyor.
\nCessas, “Hz. Davud’un evlenmek istedi\u011fi kad\u0131n o adam\u0131n kar\u0131s\u0131 de\u011fil ni\u015fanl\u0131s\u0131 idi. Hz. Davud kad\u0131na kendisiyle evlenmesi teklifinde bulunmu\u015ftur. Bunun \u00fczerine de Allah, kendisini “Bir m\u00fc’min karde\u015finin ni\u015fanl\u0131s\u0131na evlenme teklifinde bulunuyorsun. Oysa senin bir\u00e7ok han\u0131m\u0131n var.” diye uyard\u0131.” demi\u015ftir. (Ahkamu’l-Kur’an) , Baz\u0131 m\u00fcfessirler bu g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn Kur’an ile uyu\u015fmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6ylemi\u015flerdir.<\/p>\n

\u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc Kur’an’da olay “Benim bir tek koyunum var, onu da bana ver dedi” \u015feklinde ifade edilmektedir. Ve Hz. Davud “O, senin koyununu kendi koyunlar\u0131na katmay\u0131 istemekle sana zulmetmi\u015ftir” \u015feklinde bir h\u00fck\u00fcm vermi\u015ftir. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla bu \u00f6rnek, bu kad\u0131n\u0131n Urya’n\u0131n kar\u0131s\u0131 oldu\u011fu takdirde bir anlam ifade eder. E\u011fer onun ni\u015fanl\u0131s\u0131 olsayd\u0131, ayetteki ifadenin \u015f\u00f6yle olmas\u0131 gerekirdi: “Ben bir koyun almak istiyorum, ama o ‘b\u0131rak o koyunu da ben alay\u0131m’ diyor.”<\/p>\n

Kad\u0131 \u0130bn\u00fc’l-Arabi “Ahkamu’l-Kur’an” adl\u0131 eserinde, bu olay\u0131 olduk\u00e7a ayr\u0131nt\u0131l\u0131 bir \u015fekilde ele alm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. “Olay\u0131n asl\u0131 Hz. Davud’un bir \u015fahsa “han\u0131m\u0131n\u0131 bo\u015fa da onu ben alay\u0131m” \u015feklinde ciddi bir teklifinden ibarettir… Kur’an’da o \u015fahs\u0131n Hz. Davud’un teklifini kabul etip etmedi\u011fi belirtilmemi\u015ftir. Ayr\u0131ca, Hz. Davud’un o kad\u0131nla evlendi\u011fi ve ondan Hz. S\u00fcleyman’\u0131n do\u011fdu\u011fu da a\u00e7\u0131klanmam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r….Hz. Davud’un uyar\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 mesele, o kad\u0131n\u0131n kocas\u0131na, bo\u015fanmas\u0131 i\u00e7in yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 tekliften ba\u015fka bir \u015fey de\u011fildi…. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc b\u00f6yle bir davran\u0131\u015f her ne kadar caiz ise de, bir peygambere bu \u015fekilde davranmas\u0131 yak\u0131\u015fmazd\u0131. Bu y\u00fczden Allah onu uyard\u0131 ve nasihatte bulundu.”<\/p>\n

Bu yorum, ayetlerin siyak ve sibak\u0131yla uygun d\u00fc\u015fmektedir. Nitekim bu k\u0131ssa ile d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcm\u00fczde, Allah’\u0131n bu olay\u0131 iki nedenden \u00f6t\u00fcr\u00fc beyan etti\u011fi sonucuna var\u0131r\u0131z. Birincisi, Hz. Muhammed’e, kafirlerin “sihirbaz ve yalanc\u0131” \u015feklindeki ithamlar\u0131na sabretmesi ve zalimlerin zina ve cinayet su\u00e7uyla itham ettikleri Hz. Davud’u hat\u0131rlamas\u0131 \u00f6\u011f\u00fctlenerek, ondan, kafirlerin s\u00f6ylediklerine g\u00f6\u011f\u00fcs germesi istenmktedir. \u0130kincisi, kafirler \u015fu \u015fekilde korkutulmaktad\u0131r: “Sizler bu d\u00fcnyada hi\u00e7 \u00e7ekinmeden zul\u00fcm yapmakta ve yalan, iftira d\u00fczmektesiniz. Ama Allah’\u0131n yan\u0131nda bu yapt\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131zdan hesaba \u00e7ekilmeden b\u0131rak\u0131lmayacaks\u0131n\u0131z. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc Allah en makbul ve sevgili kullar\u0131n\u0131 bile, yapt\u0131klar\u0131ndan hesaba \u00e7ekmeden b\u0131rakmayacakt\u0131r.” Sonu\u00e7 olarak Hz. Peygamber’e, (s.a.) sanki \u015f\u00f6yle demesi emredilmi\u015ftir: “Davud’un k\u0131ssas\u0131n\u0131 anlat ki, ne kadar se\u00e7kin \u00f6zelliklere sahip olursa olsun yine de onu yapt\u0131klar\u0131ndan hesaba \u00e7ekti\u011fimiz bilinsin.”<\/p>\n

Bu noktada yanl\u0131\u015f bir anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131 d\u00fczeltmekte yarar g\u00f6r\u00fcyoruz. Davac\u0131 kimse, din karde\u015finin 99 koyunu oldu\u011funu ve onun kendisinde bulunan bir koyunu da istedi\u011fini s\u00f6ylemektedir. Bundan Hz. Davud’un 99 han\u0131m\u0131 oldu\u011fu ve onun bir han\u0131m daha alarak e\u015flerinin say\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 100’e tamamlamak istedi\u011fi anla\u015f\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. Fakat bu \u00f6rnekle, Hz.
