Hamd kendisinden ba\u015fka ilah olmayan, mutlak manada tek g\u00fc\u00e7 ve kudret sahibi olan Allah\u2019a mahsustur. Salat ve selam t\u00fcm peygamberlerin ve onlar\u0131 takip eden tabilerinin \u00fczerine olsun.<\/strong><\/p>\n

31- Ama sizden kim de Allah’a ve Resul\u00fc’ne g\u00f6n\u00fclden-itaat eder ve salih bir amelde bulunursa, ona da ecrini iki kat veririz.(45) Ve biz ona \u00fcst\u00fcn bir r\u0131z\u0131k da haz\u0131rlam\u0131\u015f\u0131zd\u0131r.<\/strong>
\n32- Ey peygamberin kad\u0131nlar\u0131, siz kad\u0131nlardan herhangi biri (gibi) de\u011filsiniz;(46) e\u011fer sak\u0131n\u0131yorsan\u0131z, art\u0131k s\u00f6z\u00fc \u00e7ekicilikle s\u00f6ylemeyin ki, sonra kalbinde hastal\u0131k bulunan kimse tamah eder. S\u00f6z\u00fc maruf bir tarzda s\u00f6yleyin.(47)<\/strong>
\n33- Evlerinizde vakarla-oturun(48) (evlerinizi karargah edinin) , ilk cahiliye (kad\u0131nlar\u0131) n\u0131n s\u00fcslerini a\u00e7\u0131\u011fa vurmas\u0131 gibi, siz de s\u00fcslerinizi a\u00e7\u0131\u011fa vurmay\u0131n,(49) dosdo\u011fru namaz\u0131 k\u0131l\u0131n, zek\u00e2t\u0131 verin, Allah’a Resul\u00fc’ne itaat edin. Ey Ehl-i Beyt, ger\u00e7ekten Allah, sizden kiri (g\u00fcnah ve \u00e7irkinli\u011fi) gidermek ve sizi tertemiz k\u0131lmak ister.(50)<\/strong><\/p>\n

A\u00c7IKLAMA<\/strong><\/p>\n

45. Bu insanlar\u0131n g\u00fcnahlar\u0131 nedeniyle iki kat azaba \u00e7arpt\u0131r\u0131lmalar\u0131n\u0131n, iyi bir amel kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131nda da onlara iki kat m\u00fckafat verilmesinin nedeni, Allah’\u0131n toplum i\u00e7inde y\u00fcksek makam verdi\u011fi ki\u015filerin insanlara lider olmalar\u0131 ve insanlar\u0131n \u00e7o\u011funun iyi de olsa k\u00f6t\u00fc de olsa bu liderlere tabi olmas\u0131d\u0131r. Bu nedenle onlar\u0131n k\u00f6t\u00fc amelleri sadece kendileriyle s\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131 kalmaz, bilakis bir toplulu\u011fun bozulmas\u0131na sebep olur. \u0130yi amelleri de kendileri ile s\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131 kalmaz ve bir\u00e7ok ba\u015fka insan\u0131n da kurtulu\u015funa neden olur. \u0130\u015fte bu y\u00fczden cezaland\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131klar\u0131nda hem kendi g\u00fcnahlar\u0131, hem de ba\u015fkalar\u0131n\u0131n do\u011fru yoldan sapmalar\u0131 i\u00e7in cezaland\u0131r\u0131l\u0131r. \u0130yi amel i\u015flediklerinde de, sadece kendi i\u015fledikleri iyi ameller nedeniyle de\u011fil, iyiye y\u00f6nelttikleri di\u011fer insanlar nedeniyle de m\u00fckafatland\u0131r\u0131l\u0131rlar.<\/p>\n

Bu ayet ayn\u0131 zamanda, bir ki\u015fi ve e\u015fyan\u0131n g\u00fcvenilirlik ve yasaklanma derecesi ne kadar y\u00fcksek olursa, bu g\u00fcven ve yasa\u011f\u0131 \u00e7i\u011fnemenin o kadar ciddi olaca\u011f\u0131 ve cezas\u0131n\u0131n da o kadar b\u00fcy\u00fck olaca\u011f\u0131 ilkesini ifade etmektir. Mesela, camide i\u00e7ki i\u00e7mek, evde i\u00e7mekten daha bir g\u00fcnaht\u0131r ve bu nedenle daha \u015fiddetli bir cezay\u0131 gerektirir. Ayn\u0131 \u015fekilde mahrem akrabalarla zina etmek etmek, ba\u015fka bir kad\u0131nla zina etmekten daha b\u00fcy\u00fck bir g\u00fcnaht\u0131r. Peygamber’in (s.a) han\u0131mlar\u0131na hitap edilmesine ra\u011fmen b\u00fct\u00fcn M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlar\u0131n evlerinde ayn\u0131 reformun yap\u0131lmas\u0131 ama\u00e7lanmaktad\u0131r. Hitaba Hz. Peygamber’in (s.a) evinden ba\u015flanmas\u0131n\u0131n nedeni, b\u00f6yle temiz bir hayat tarz\u0131 onun evinden ba\u015flarsa, di\u011fer M\u00fcsl\u00fcman evlerindeki han\u0131mlar\u0131n da bu tarza uyacaklar\u0131 ger\u00e7e\u011fidir. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc onun evine b\u00fct\u00fcn M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlar taraf\u0131ndan \u00f6rnek al\u0131nacak bir model olarak bak\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. Baz\u0131 kimseler, bu ayetlerin sadece Peygamber’in (s.a) han\u0131mlar\u0131na hitap etti\u011fini g\u00f6r\u00fcp bu emirlerin sadece onlar\u0131 kastetti\u011fini iddia ederler. Fakat bu ayetlerin devam\u0131n\u0131 okuyan bir kimse, m\u00fcsl\u00fcman kad\u0131nlar\u0131 de\u011fil de sadece m\u00fcminlerin annelerini kasteden bir emir olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 hisseder. Allah’\u0131n (c.c) sadece Hz. Peygamber’in (s.a) han\u0131mlar\u0131n\u0131n pislikten temizlenmesini, sadece onlar\u0131n Allah’a ve Ras\u00fbl\u00fcne itaat etmesi ve namaz\u0131 k\u0131l\u0131p zekat\u0131 vermesi gerekti\u011fini kastetmi\u015f olmas\u0131 m\u00fcmk\u00fcn m\u00fcd\u00fcr? E\u011fer kas\u0131t bu olamazsa, onlar\u0131n evlerinde vakarla oturmalar\u0131, cahiliye y\u00fcr\u00fcy\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnden ka\u00e7\u0131nmalar\u0131, namahrem erkeklerle yumu\u015fak s\u00f6zlerle konu\u015fmamalar\u0131 konusundaki emirler nas\u0131l sadece onlar i\u00e7in ge\u00e7erli olabilir? Ayn\u0131 konu i\u00e7inde baz\u0131 emirlerin genel (\u00e2m) , baz\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131nsa \u00f6zel (has) oldu\u011funa delalet eden bir h\u00fcccet var m\u0131d\u0131r?<\/p>\n

“Siz di\u011fer kad\u0131nlar gibi de\u011filsiniz” c\u00fcmlesi, di\u011fer kad\u0131nlar\u0131n s\u00fcsl\u00fc bir \u015fekilde soka\u011fa \u00e7\u0131k\u0131p, erkeklerle rahat\u00e7a konu\u015fabilecekleri ve fl\u00f6rt edebilecekleri, “siz ise b\u00f6yle davranamazs\u0131n\u0131z” anlam\u0131na gelmez. Bunun aksine kullan\u0131lan usl\u00fbp bir adam\u0131n sadece kendi \u00e7ocu\u011funa \u015f\u00f6yle demesi gibidir: “Sen sokak \u00e7ocuklar\u0131 gibi de\u011filsin, k\u00fcf\u00fcrl\u00fc konu\u015fmamal\u0131s\u0131n.” Bu c\u00fcmleden hi\u00e7 kimse, bu adam\u0131n sadece kendi \u00e7ocu\u011funun k\u00fcfretmesini k\u00f6t\u00fc g\u00f6rd\u00fc\u011f\u00fc, di\u011ferlerinin b\u00f6yle bir dil kullanmas\u0131na ise ald\u0131rmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 sonucunu \u00e7\u0131karmaz.<\/p>\n

Yani, “Zaruretler halinde erkekle konu\u015fmas\u0131nda bir beis yoktur, fakat b\u00f6yle bir durumda kad\u0131n\u0131n ses tonu ve konu\u015fma tarz\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131ndaki erke\u011fin bo\u015f \u00fcmitlere kap\u0131lmayaca\u011f\u0131 bir ciddiyette olmal\u0131d\u0131r. Kad\u0131n\u0131n ses tonunda bir yumu\u015fakl\u0131k, konu\u015fmas\u0131nda bir kaypakl\u0131k ve dinleyen erke\u011fin duygular\u0131n\u0131 harekete ge\u00e7irecek ve onu ilerisi i\u00e7in \u00fcmide te\u015fvik edecek \u015fekilde bir tatl\u0131l\u0131k, olmamal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n

Bu t\u00fcr bir konu\u015fma hakk\u0131nda Allah, b\u00f6yle konu\u015fman\u0131n, kalbinde Allah korkusu ve k\u00f6t\u00fcl\u00fckten sak\u0131nma olan bir kad\u0131na yak\u0131\u015fmayaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6yler. Ba\u015fka bir deyi\u015fle, bu M\u00fcsl\u00fcman ve muttak\u00ee bir kad\u0131n\u0131n de\u011fil, hafif ve g\u00fcnahk\u00e2r bir kad\u0131n\u0131n konu\u015fma tarz\u0131d\u0131r. E\u011fer bu ayet Nur Suresi 31. ayetle birlikte okunursa (“gizli zinetleri bilinsin diye ayaklar\u0131n\u0131 yere vurmas\u0131nlar”) Allah’\u0131n, kad\u0131nlar\u0131n sesleriyle veya tak\u0131lar\u0131ndan \u00e7\u0131kan seslerle ba\u015fka erkekleri cezbetmemelerini ve ba\u015fka erkeklerle konu\u015fmak zorunda kald\u0131klar\u0131nda ise ciddi bir \u015fekilde konu\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131 murad etti\u011fi anla\u015f\u0131l\u0131r. \u0130\u015fte bu nedenle kad\u0131nlar\u0131n ezan okumas\u0131 yasakt\u0131r. Bunun yan\u0131s\u0131ra e\u011fer bir kad\u0131n cemaatle namaza i\u015ftirak eder ve imam da bir hata yaparsa, kad\u0131n erkekler gibi S\u00fcbhanallah diyerek imam\u0131 uyaramaz; sadece ellerini \u00e7\u0131rparak imama hatas\u0131n\u0131 hat\u0131rlatabilir.<\/p>\n

48. Metindeki “garne” kelimesi baz\u0131 dilbilimcilere g\u00f6re kar\u00e2r dan, baz\u0131lar\u0131na g\u00f6re ise vek\u00e2r dan t\u00fcremi\u015ftir. Birinciyi kabul edersek “oturun, sebat edip durun”, ikinciyi kabul edersek “Huzur i\u00e7inde olun, vekarla oturun” anlam\u0131na gelir. Her iki durumda da ayet, kad\u0131n\u0131n faaliyet alan\u0131n\u0131n ev oldu\u011fu anlam\u0131na gelir. Kad\u0131n faaliyetlerini bu \u00e7er\u00e7eve dahilinde huzur i\u00e7inde s\u00fcrd\u00fcrmeli ve ancak zarur\u00ee bir ihtiya\u00e7 oldu\u011funda evinden d\u0131\u015far\u0131 \u00e7\u0131kmal\u0131d\u0131r. Bu anlam, ayetin ifadesinden ortaya \u00e7\u0131kmaktad\u0131r ve bunu daha \u015fiddetle vurgulayan hadisler de vard\u0131r. Haf\u0131z Ebu Bekir Bezzar, Hz. Enes’den (r.a) , kad\u0131nlar\u0131n Hz. Peygamber’e (s.a) \u015f\u00f6yle bir \u015fikayette bulunduklar\u0131n\u0131 rivayet eder: “B\u00fct\u00fcn sevaplar\u0131 erkekler kazan\u0131yor: Sava\u015fa gidiyorlar ve Allah yolunda b\u00fcy\u00fck ameller i\u015fliyorlar. Sava\u015fa gidenlerin sevab\u0131n\u0131 kazanmak i\u00e7in bizim ne yapmam\u0131z laz\u0131m? ” Hz. Peygamber (s.a) \u015fu cevab\u0131 verdi: “Sizin aran\u0131zda evinde oturan, sava\u015fa giden kadar sevap kazan\u0131r.” Hz. Peygamber’in (s.a) anlatmak istedi\u011fi nokta \u015fuydu: Sava\u015fa giden kimse, ancak, evinde her\u015feyin yolunda oldu\u011fundan, kar\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n eve ve \u00e7ocuklara bakt\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan ve kar\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n, yoklu\u011funda kendisini aldatmas\u0131n\u0131n imkans\u0131z oldu\u011fundan emin olursa huzur i\u00e7inde sava\u015fabilir. Sava\u015fa giden kocas\u0131na bu emniyet ve huzuru veren kad\u0131n, evde oturdu\u011fu halde sava\u015fta kocas\u0131na ortak olmu\u015f gibidir. Bezzar ve Tirmizi’nin Hz. Abdullah bin Mes’ud’dan rivayet ettikleri ba\u015fka bir hadise g\u00f6re Hz. Peygamber (s.a) \u015f\u00f6yle buyurmu\u015ftur: “Kad\u0131n tesett\u00fcrl\u00fc ve pe\u00e7eli olmal\u0131d\u0131r. O evinden \u00e7\u0131kt\u0131\u011f\u0131nda \u015feytan ona g\u00f6z\u00fcn\u00fc diker. Kad\u0131n evinde oldu\u011fu zaman Allah’\u0131n rahmetine daha yak\u0131nd\u0131r.” (Ayr\u0131nt\u0131l\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131klama i\u00e7n bkz. Nur Suresi an: 49)<\/p>\n

Kur’an’\u0131n bu a\u00e7\u0131k ve kesin emri \u0131\u015f\u0131\u011f\u0131nda, M\u00fcsl\u00fcman kad\u0131nlar\u0131n meclis ve parlamentolara \u00fcye olmas\u0131na, evin d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda sosyal faaliyetlere kat\u0131lmalar\u0131na, devlet dairelerinde erkerlerle yanyana \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131na, kolejlerde erkeklerle beraber e\u011fitim yapmalar\u0131na, hastahanelerin erkek k\u0131sm\u0131nda hem\u015fire olarak \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131na, u\u00e7aklarda hosteslik yapmalar\u0131na veya e\u011fitim i\u00e7in yurt d\u0131\u015f\u0131na g\u00f6nderilmelerine asla m\u00fcsaade edilemez. Kad\u0131nlar\u0131n ev d\u0131\u015f\u0131 faaliyetine izin verildi\u011fini savunanlar\u0131n en kuvvetli delili, Hz. Ai\u015fe’nin (r.a) Cemel sava\u015f\u0131nda rol alm\u0131\u015f olmas\u0131d\u0131r. Fakat bu delili \u00f6ne s\u00fcrenler herhalde Hz. Ai\u015fe’nin (r.a) bu konudaki g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fc bilmiyorlar. Abdullan bin Ahmed bin Hanbel Zevaid’\u00fcz-Z\u00fchd’\u00fcnde, \u0130bn M\u00fcnzir, \u0130bn Ebi \u015eeybe ve \u0130bn Sa’d’da kitaplar\u0131nda Mesr\u00fck’tan \u015f\u00f6yle bir hadis rivayet ediyorlar: Hz. Yelkenli gemiye B\u00e2rice derler. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc yelkenleri uzaktan g\u00f6r\u00fclebilir. Teberr\u00fcc kelimesi kad\u0131n i\u00e7in kullan\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131nda \u015fu \u00fc\u00e7 anlama gelir: 1) Kad\u0131n\u0131n y\u00fcz\u00fcn\u00fcn ve v\u00fccudunun cazibesini insanlar\u0131n \u00f6n\u00fcnde g\u00f6stermesi; 2) Tak\u0131lar\u0131n\u0131 ve elbisesinin s\u00fcs\u00fcn\u00fc ba\u015fkalar\u0131na g\u00f6stermesi 3) Y\u00fcr\u00fcy\u00fc\u015f\u00fc, endam\u0131 ve i\u015fvesi ile dikkat \u00e7ekip kendini ortaya koymas\u0131. \u0130leri gelen dilbilimciler ve m\u00fcfessirler de kelimeye bu anlam\u0131 vermi\u015flerdir. Mukatil: “Kad\u0131n\u0131n gerdanl\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131, k\u00fcpelerini ve g\u00f6\u011fs\u00fcn\u00fc (gerdan\u0131n\u0131) g\u00f6stermesidir.” der. El-M\u00fcberred: “Kad\u0131n\u0131n gizlemesi gereken zinetlerini a\u00e7\u0131\u011fa vurmas\u0131d\u0131r.” der. Ebu Ubeyde ise: “Kad\u0131n\u0131n, erkeklerin dikkatini \u00e7ekmek i\u00e7in v\u00fccudunu ve elbiselerini g\u00f6stererek kendisini ortaya koymas\u0131d\u0131r.” der.<\/p>\n

Cahiliyye kelimesi buran\u0131n yan\u0131s\u0131ra Kur’an’da \u00fc\u00e7 yerde daha kullan\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Al-i \u0130mran-154’de, Allah yolunda sava\u015fmaktan korkup-ka\u00e7\u0131nanlar i\u00e7in: “Baz\u0131lar\u0131 da kendi canlar\u0131n\u0131n kayg\u0131s\u0131na d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcp Allah’a kar\u015f\u0131 cahiliye zann\u0131 gibi haks\u0131z bir zanda bulunuyorlard\u0131.” denmektedir. Maide-50’de Allah’\u0131n indirdi\u011fi kanunlar yerine, kendi kanunlar\u0131 ile h\u00fckmetmek isteyenlere hitaben: “Onlar cahiliyyenin h\u00fckm\u00fcn\u00fc m\u00fc istiyorlar?” buyurulmaktad\u0131r. Ve Fetih Suresi 26. ayette, Mekkeli m\u00fc\u015friklerin, M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlar\u0131n umre yapmas\u0131na izin vermemelerine neden olan \u00f6nyarg\u0131lar\u0131 “cahiliyye hamiyyeti” olarak nitelenmektedir. Bir hadise g\u00f6re, Ebu’d-Derda bir tart\u0131\u015fma s\u0131ras\u0131nda, kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131ndaki ile annesi y\u00fcz\u00fcnden alay etti. Hz. Peygamber (s.a) bunu duyunca “sende h\u00e2l\u00e2 cahiliyye belirtileri var,” dedi. Ba\u015fka bir hadise g\u00f6re Hz. Peygamber (s.a) \u015f\u00f6yle buyurmu\u015ftur: “\u00dc\u00e7 \u015fey cahiliyyeyi g\u00f6sterir: Ba\u015fka bir kimsenin soyu ile alay etmek, y\u0131ld\u0131zlar\u0131n hareketi ile fal bakmak ve \u00f6l\u00fclerin ard\u0131ndan yas tutmak.” B\u00fct\u00fcn bu adetler, islam terminolojisinde cahiliyyenin \u0130sl\u00e2m k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcne, medeniyetine, \u0130sl\u00e2m ahl\u00e2k\u0131na ve \u0130sl\u00e2m\u00ee d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fc\u015f ve davran\u0131\u015f tarz\u0131na ayk\u0131r\u0131 her t\u00fcr tutum ve davran\u0131\u015f anlam\u0131na geldi\u011fini g\u00f6stermektedir. O halde, cahiliyet\u00fc’l-\u00fcla, \u0130sl\u00e2m \u00f6ncesi Araplar\u0131n ve t\u00fcm di\u011fer toplumlar\u0131n i\u00e7inde bulundu\u011fu k\u00f6t\u00fc ve gayri-\u0130sl\u00e2m\u00ee durum anlam\u0131na gelir.
\nBu a\u00e7\u0131klamaya g\u00f6re, Allah’\u0131n yasaklad\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u015fey, kad\u0131nlar\u0131n fiziksel g\u00fczellik ve cazibelerini g\u00f6stererek evden d\u0131\u015far\u0131 \u00e7\u0131kmalar\u0131d\u0131r. Allah, kad\u0131nlara evlerinde oturmalar\u0131n\u0131 emretmektedir; \u00e7\u00fcnk\u00fc, onlar\u0131n as\u0131l faaliyet alan\u0131, d\u0131\u015f d\u00fcnya de\u011fil, evin i\u00e7idir. Bununla birlikte kad\u0131nlar i\u015f i\u00e7in d\u0131\u015far\u0131 \u00e7\u0131kmak zorunda kal\u0131rlarsa, \u0130sl\u00e2m \u00f6ncesi cahiliye kad\u0131nlar\u0131 gibi \u00e7\u0131kmamal\u0131d\u0131rlar.
\n\u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc, y\u00fcz ve v\u00fccudunu ortaya koyarak ve zinetlerini, g\u00fczel elbiselerini g\u00f6stererek, endaml\u0131 bir \u015fekilde y\u00fcr\u00fcmek \u0130sl\u00e2m toplumundan bir kad\u0131na yak\u0131\u015f\u0131r bir davran\u0131\u015f de\u011fildir. Bunlar isl\u00e2m’\u0131n kabul etmedi\u011fi cahiliye adet ve davran\u0131\u015flar\u0131d\u0131r. \u015eimdi herkes memleketimizde pop\u00fcler hale getirilen k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcn, Kur’an’a g\u00f6re, \u0130slam k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fc m\u00fc yoksa cahiliye k\u00fclt\u00fcr m\u00fc oldu\u011funa kendisi d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcp karar versin.<\/p>\n

50. Ayetin yer ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 konunun \u00e7er\u00e7evesinden, Ehl’\u00fcl-Beyt (ev halk\u0131) ile, burada, Hz. Peygamber’in e\u015flerinin kastedildi\u011fi anla\u015f\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc hitap, “Ey Peygamber’in han\u0131mlar\u0131” diye ba\u015flamaktad\u0131r ve gerek bu ayetten \u00f6nce, gerekse sonraki b\u00fct\u00fcn konunun muhatab\u0131 da yine Peygamber’in (s.a) han\u0131mlar\u0131d\u0131r. Bunun yan\u0131s\u0131ra “Ehl’\u00fcl-Beyt” kelimesi Arap\u00e7ada, T\u00fcrk\u00e7edeki (ev halk\u0131) “aile” (ingilizcede household) anlam\u0131nda kullan\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. Ve bir adam\u0131n kar\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 ve \u00e7ocuklar\u0131n\u0131 kapsayan bir terimdir. Hi\u00e7 kimse “kar\u0131”y\u0131 ev halk\u0131ndan saymamazl\u0131k edemez. Kur’an bu kelimeyi bundan ba\u015fka iki yerde daha kullan\u0131r ve her iki yerde de “kar\u0131” ailenin en \u00f6nemli \u00fcyesi olarak bu kelimenin tarifi kapsam\u0131na girer. Hud Suresi’nde, melekler Hz. \u0130brahim’e (a.s) bir o\u011ful m\u00fcjdelediklerinde, kar\u0131s\u0131 \u015f\u00f6yle der: “Vay bana, ben kocam\u0131\u015f iken ve \u015fu kocam da bir ihtiyar iken do\u011furacak m\u0131y\u0131m?” Melekler dediler ki: “Allah’\u0131n emrine mi \u015fa\u015f\u0131yorsun? Ey \u0130brahim’in ev halk\u0131, Allah’\u0131n rahmeti ve bereketi sizin \u00fczerinizdedir.” Kasas Suresi’nde, Musa (a.s) bebek iken Firavun’un evine vard\u0131\u011f\u0131nda ve kar\u0131s\u0131 ona uygun bir s\u00fct anne arad\u0131\u011f\u0131 s\u0131rada, Musa’n\u0131n (a.s) k\u0131zkarde\u015fi \u015f\u00f6yle der: “Size, onu b\u00fcy\u00fctecek ve iyi bakacak bir ev halk\u0131n\u0131 haber vereyim mi?” O halde arap\u00e7a ifade kural\u0131, hepsi, Peygamber’in (s.a) han\u0131mlar\u0131n\u0131n ve \u00e7ocuklar\u0131n\u0131n Ehl’\u00fcl-Beyt terimi i\u00e7inde yerald\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6stermektedir. Bu y\u00fczden \u0130bn Abbas, Urve bin Z\u00fcbeyr ve \u0130krime, bu ayetteki Ehl’\u00fcl-Beyt ile Peygamber’in (s.a) han\u0131mlar\u0131n\u0131n kastedildi\u011fi g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f\u00fcndedirler.
\nFakat Ehl\u00fc’l-Beyt ile Peygamber’in (s.a) ham\u0131mlar\u0131n\u0131n kastedildi\u011fi ve ba\u015fka hi\u00e7 kimsenin buna dahil olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6ylemek de yanl\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc “ev halk\u0131” bir kimsenin ailesine mensup olan herkesi kapsayan bir terimdir. Ayr\u0131ca Hz. Peygamber de (s.a) bu noktay\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131kl\u0131\u011fa kavu\u015fturmu\u015ftur. \u0130bn Ebi H\u00e2tim’e g\u00f6re, Hz. Ai\u015fe’ye (r.a) , Hz. Ali (r.a) hakk\u0131nda soruldu\u011funda, \u015fu cevab\u0131 vermi\u015ftir: “Hz. Peygamber’in en \u00e7ok sevdi\u011fi ve onun en \u00e7ok sevdi\u011fi k\u0131z\u0131n\u0131n kocas\u0131 olan bir kimseyi mi bana soruyorsunuz?” Daha sonra Hz. Peygamber’in (s.a) Hz. Ali, Hz. Fat\u0131ma, Hz. Hasan ve H\u00fcseyin’i (r.a) \u00e7a\u011f\u0131rd\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131, bir \u00f6rt\u00fc alt\u0131na al\u0131p \u015f\u00f6yle dua etti\u011fini anlatt\u0131: “Allah’\u0131m, bunlar benim ev halk\u0131m (Ehl’\u00fcl-Beyt) , onlardan pisli\u011fi uzakla\u015ft\u0131r ve onlar\u0131 tertemiz k\u0131l.” Hz Ai\u015fe der ki: “Ben de senin ev halk\u0131ndan biriyim (yani beni de o \u00f6rt\u00fcn\u00fcn alt\u0131na al\u0131p dua etsen) dedim.” Bunun \u00fczerine Hz. Peygamber (s.a) \u015fu cevab\u0131 verdi: “Sen d\u0131\u015far\u0131da kal. Elbette sen zaten ehli beyttensin.”
\nM\u00fcslim, Tirmizi, Ahmed, \u0130bn Cerir, Hakim, Beyh\u00e2ki gibi muhaddisler, Eb\u00fb Said el-Hudri, Hz. Ai\u015fe, Hz. Enes, Hz. \u00dcmm\u00fc Seleme, Hz. V\u00e2sile bin Eska ve ba\u015fka bir\u00e7ok sahabiden, Hz. Peygamber’in (s.a) Hz. Ali, Hz. Fat\u0131ma ve iki o\u011flunu Ehl-\u00fcl Beyt’ten sayd\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6steren bir\u00e7ok hadis rivayet etmi\u015flerdir. O halde onlar\u0131 Ehl’\u00fcl-Beyt’ten saymayanlar\u0131n g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f\u00fc yanl\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.
\nYukar\u0131daki hadislere dayanarak Hz. Peygamber’in (s.a) han\u0131mlar\u0131n\u0131 Ehl’\u00fcl-Beyt kapsam\u0131 i\u00e7ine almayanlar da hata i\u00e7indedirler. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc Kur’an taraf\u0131ndan a\u00e7\u0131k\u00e7a ifade edilen bir noktaya hadisle kar\u015f\u0131 \u00e7\u0131k\u0131lmaz. Ayr\u0131ca zaten bu hadislerden b\u00f6yle bir anlam \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lamaz. Baz\u0131 hadislerde rivayet edilen, Hz. Peygamber’in (s.a) ailesinden d\u00f6rt ki\u015fiye \u00f6rtt\u00fc\u011f\u00fc \u00f6rt\u00fcn\u00fcn i\u00e7ine Hz. Ai\u015fe ve Hz. \u00dcmm\u00fc Seleme’yi (r.a) almamas\u0131 olay\u0131ndan, onlar\u0131 Ehl’\u00fcl-Beyt i\u00e7ine dahil etmedi\u011fi anlam\u0131 \u00e7\u0131kmaz. Peygamber’in (s.a) e\u015fleri zaten “ev halk\u0131”ndand\u0131rlar; \u00e7\u00fcnk\u00fc Kur’an onlara Ehl’\u00fcl-Beyt diye hitap etmi\u015ftir. Bununla birlikte Hz. Peygamber (s.a) Kur’an’daki bu a\u00e7\u0131k ifadenin ailenin di\u011fer \u00fcyelerinin Ehl’\u00fcl-Beyte dahil olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 gibi bir yanl\u0131\u015f anlamaya sebep olabilece\u011fini d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnerek, onlar\u0131n da (Hz. Ali, Fat\u0131ma ve iki o\u011fullar\u0131) ev halk\u0131ndan oldu\u011funu bu olay vesilesiyle ayr\u0131ca vurgulam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r, e\u015fleri i\u00e7in b\u00f6yle ayr\u0131ca bir vurgulamaya gerek duymam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc Kur’an bu noktay\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131kl\u0131\u011fa kavu\u015fturmu\u015ftur.<\/p>\n

\u0130nsanlardan bir grup da, ayetin anlam\u0131n\u0131 sapt\u0131rarak, Ehl’\u00fcl-Beyt’in sadece Hz. Ali, Hz. F\u00e2t\u0131ma ve iki o\u011fullar\u0131n\u0131 kapsad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131, Peygamberin (s.a) han\u0131mlar\u0131n\u0131n buna dahil olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 s\u00f6ylemi\u015flerdir. Hatta daha da ileri giderek “Allah sizden pisli\u011fi gidermek ve sizi tertemiz k\u0131lmak istiyor” c\u00fcmlesinden, Hz. Ali, Hz.
