Toplumumuzun s\u0131k\u0131nt\u0131l\u0131 oldu\u011fu \u015fu d\u00f6nemde insanlar\u0131n b\u00fcy\u00fck dertlerine bakt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131zda bu s\u0131k\u0131nt\u0131lar\u0131n sebeplerinden birinin ve en \u00f6nemlisi belki de kayna\u011f\u0131n\u0131n\u00a0 maalesef \u2018Hak ve Bat\u0131l\u2019 kavramlar\u0131n\u0131n anla\u015f\u0131lmamas\u0131 ve bilinmemesinden kaynaklanan durumlar oldu\u011funu g\u00f6rd\u00fck.Buna binaen belki bir nebze \u015fuurland\u0131r\u0131p ila\u00e7 olma niyetiyle bu yaz\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n konusunu se\u00e7tik.<\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/strong>\u0130sl\u00e2m k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcn\u00fcn ve Kur\u2019an kavramlar\u0131n\u0131n en \u00f6nemlilerinden ve en zengin anlam ta\u015f\u0131yanlar\u0131ndan biri de \u2018Hak\u2019 kelimesidir. \u2018Hak\u2019 s\u00f6zl\u00fckte, b\u00e2t\u0131l\u0131n z\u0131dd\u0131, yerine getirilen h\u00fck\u00fcm, adalet, varl\u0131\u011f\u0131 sabit olan, do\u011fruluk, ger\u00e7eklik (hakikat), \u0130sl\u00e2m, mal-m\u00fclk, hisse, pay, bir emek ve zahmet kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 al\u0131nmas\u0131 gereken \u015fey, iddiaya uygunluk, v\u00e2cip, s\u00e2d\u0131k, yara\u015f\u0131r, kesin \u015fey manas\u0131ndad\u0131r. \u2018Hak\u2019 kelimesinin asl\u0131, uygunluk ve denk gelmektir. Bu kelime masdar, isim ve s\u0131fat olarak de\u011fi\u015fik manalarda kullan\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. Masdar olarak anlam\u0131, sabit olma ve mevcudiyetin (varl\u0131\u011f\u0131n) ger\u00e7ek olmas\u0131 demektir. Bu da, bilgi ile, bilinenlerin, birbirine uygun olmas\u0131 \u015feklinde anla\u015f\u0131l\u0131r.<\/p>\n

Buradan hareketle, bazen d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncenin do\u011frulu\u011funa hak, bazen da g\u00f6r\u00fclenin, bilinenin ger\u00e7ek ve s\u00e2bit olu\u015funa hak denilir. Ger\u00e7ekle\u015fen olaylar hakk\u0131nda \u2018tahukkuk etti\u2019 denir ki bu, olay\u0131n hak olarak, yerinde, bir ger\u00e7ek olarak meydana geldi\u011fini anlat\u0131r.<\/p>\n

\u0130sl\u00e2m\u00ee literat\u00fcrde, hakk\u0131n kendisi olan y\u00fcce Allah, insanlar\u0131 mutlu k\u0131lmak i\u00e7in kendi kat\u0131ndan kitab\u0131n\u0131 da hak olarak indirmi\u015ftir. Onun i\u00e7in mutlak hak\/do\u011fru veya as\u0131l ger\u00e7ekler ancak Allah’\u0131n vahyi iledir. Yani, Allah’\u0131n indirdi\u011fi ve O’nun bildirdi\u011fi do\u011frular hakt\u0131r. Yani, hakikat, do\u011fruluk, ger\u00e7eklik, ad\u00e2let ki\u015filere g\u00f6re de\u011fil; Allah’\u0131n bildirdikleri \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde hakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n

Hak, mutlak do\u011fru; \u015fahsa, zamana ve yere g\u00f6re de\u011fi\u015fmeyen kesin do\u011fru anlam\u0131ndad\u0131r. Be\u015fer\u00ee do\u011frular, g\u00f6receli yakla\u015f\u0131mlar, teori ve zanlarla; hak, farkl\u0131 \u015feylerdir. Allah’tan bize g\u00f6nderilen kanuna da hak diyoruz. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc Hak olan Allah’tan geldi\u011fi i\u00e7in hakt\u0131r. Hak kelimesinin \u00e7o\u011fulu “hukuk”tur. O y\u00fczden haklar, yani hukuk da, Hakk’a dayanmal\u0131, mutlak do\u011fru h\u00fck\u00fcmler olmal\u0131; \u015fahsa, zamana ve yere g\u00f6re de\u011fi\u015fen, be\u015f on sene i\u00e7inde eskiyip de\u011fi\u015ftirilen, nice haks\u0131zl\u0131klara\/zul\u00fcmlere k\u0131l\u0131f olan \u015fekilde olmamal\u0131d\u0131r. “Kim Allah’\u0131n indirdi\u011fi (“hak”la, “hukuk”la) h\u00fckmetmezse, i\u015fte onlar z\u00e2limlerin ta kendileridir.” <\/em>(M\u00e2ide, 45)<\/p>\n

Aciz olan insan kendi ne ki Hakk\u2019\u0131 Hukuku belirlesin.S\u0131n\u0131rs\u0131z alemin s\u0131n\u0131rs\u0131z sahibi olan Y\u00fcce Allah (cc) varken \u00f6l\u00fcml\u00fc ve akl\u0131 noksan olan insana ne oluyor ki s\u0131n\u0131rs\u0131z istekleri ve ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131 olan insano\u011fluna Hakk\u2019\u0131 belirlesin.\u0130nsan de\u011fi\u015fir,istekleri de\u011fi\u015fir,ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131 de\u011fi\u015fir,maddeler de\u011fi\u015fir,durumlar de\u011fi\u015fir\u2026 Bu kadar de\u011fi\u015fimin i\u00e7erisinde aciz ve eksik olan olan insan hangisine yeti\u015febilir ki?<\/p>\n

Yeti\u015femez ve yeti\u015femedi\u011fi i\u00e7in de nerde ne yapaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 bilemez.Kendiyle \u00e7eli\u015fir ortada kal\u0131r,karars\u0131z ve de\u011fi\u015fken olur ve hi\u00e7bir\u015feyde de isabet edemez.\u0130sabet edemeyen de mutsuz olur,huzursuz olur,ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131 ortam,alanlarda kaos olur.<\/p>\n

Hak kelimesi, Kur’an’da 227 yerde ge\u00e7er;\u00a0 t\u00fcrevleriyle birlikte ise toplam 287 yerde kullan\u0131l\u0131r.<\/p>\n

Kur\u2019an bu kelimeyi bir ka\u00e7 anlamda kullanmaktad\u0131r:<\/p>\n

1- Bir \u015feyi hikmetin gere\u011fine g\u00f6re (nas\u0131l gerekiyorsa ona g\u00f6re) yapan anlam\u0131nda. Bu anlamda \u2018hakk\u2019 Allah\u2019\u0131n bir s\u0131fat\u0131d\u0131r. \u201cI\u015fte burada (bu durumda) vel\u00e2yet (velilik, dostluk) hakk olan Allah\u2019a aittir. O, sevap bak\u0131m\u0131ndan ve sonu\u00e7 bak\u0131m\u0131ndan hay\u0131rl\u0131d\u0131r.\u201d<\/em> (18\/Kehf, 44) \u00e2yetindeki \u2018hakk\u2019 kelimesi Allah\u2019\u0131n bir s\u0131fat\u0131d\u0131r. 2- Hikmetin gere\u011fi olarak var edilen \u015feyler. Allah (cc) fiilleri bu anlamda \u2018hak\u2019t\u0131r. G\u00fcne\u015fin\u00a0 ve\u00a0 ay\u0131n\u00a0 yarat\u0131lmas\u0131\u00a0 hakk\u0131nda “\u2026Allah,\u00a0 bunlar\u0131 ancak hak ile yaratm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. 3- Bir \u015fey hakk\u0131nda asl\u0131na uygun olarak inan\u00e7 ta\u015f\u0131ma anlam\u0131nda. Bir kimse hakk\u0131nda \u2018onun yeniden dirili\u015f ve cennet konusundaki inanc\u0131 hak\u2019t\u0131r\u2019 dememiz gibi. \u201cAllah, iman edenleri, <\/em><\/p>\n

ayr\u0131l\u0131\u011fa d\u00fc\u015ft\u00fckleri hakk\u2019a, kendi izniyle eri\u015ftirdi.\u201d<\/em> (2\/Bakara, 213) \u00e2yetinde insanlar\u0131n inan\u00e7 ilkeleri ve ibadetler konusunda ihtil\u00e2f ettikleri ger\u00e7ek anlam\u0131nda ge\u00e7mektedir. (Muh. Ibni Kesir, 1\/188)<\/p>\n

4- Gere\u011fine g\u00f6re, gerekti\u011fi kadar\u0131yla ve gerekti\u011fi zamanda meydana gelen s\u00f6z veya i\u015f anlam\u0131nda. Bir kimse i\u00e7in \u2018senin s\u00f6z\u00fcn hak\u2019t\u0131r\u2019 dememiz gibi. \u201cE\u011fer hak, onlar\u0131n hev\u00e2 (istek ve tutku)lar\u0131na uyacak olsayd\u0131 hi\u00e7 tart\u0131\u015fmas\u0131z g\u00f6kler, yer ve bunlar\u0131n i\u00e7inde olan herkes ve her \u015fey fesada (bozulmaya) u\u011frard\u0131\u2026\u201d<\/em> (23\/M\u00fc\u2019min\u00fbn, 71). Buradaki hak; Rabbimizin ad\u0131 olarak (muh. Ibni Kesir, 2\/570), t\u00fcm yarat\u0131lm\u0131\u015f \u00e2lemin t\u00e2bi oldu\u011fu ger\u00e7eklik (M. Esed, Kur’an Mesaj\u0131, 2\/698), ya da hikmetin gere\u011fine g\u00f6re konulan h\u00fck\u00fcm anlam\u0131nda gelmi\u015f olabilir.<\/p>\n
