Hamd kendisinden ba\u015fka ilah olmayan, mutlak manada tek g\u00fc\u00e7 ve kudret sahibi olan Allah\u2019a mahsustur. Salat ve selam t\u00fcm peygamberlerin ve onlar\u0131 takip eden tabilerinin \u00fczerine olsun.<\/p>\n

84- Medyeno\u011fullar\u0131’na da karde\u015fleri \u015euayb’\u0131 peygamber olarak g\u00f6nderdik. \u015euayb dedi ki; “Ey soyda\u015flar\u0131m, sadece Allah’a kulluk sununuz, O’ndan ba\u015fka ilah\u0131n\u0131z yoktur. Bir\u015fey \u00f6l\u00e7er ya da tartarken eksik \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcp tartmay\u0131n\u0131z. Bolluk i\u00e7inde oldu\u011funuzu g\u00f6r\u00fcyorum, ama sizin hesab\u0131n\u0131za k\u0131yamet g\u00fcn\u00fcn\u00fcn geni\u015f kapsaml\u0131 azab\u0131ndan kork\u00f9yorum. “<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Ayetin birinci b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcnde y\u00fcce Allah’\u0131n ortaks\u0131z egemenli\u011finin benimsenmesi telkin ediliyor. Bu ilke, inanc\u0131n da, hayat sisteminin de, yasal d\u00fczenin de, insanlar aras\u0131 ili\u015fkilerin de temelidir. Bu temel ilke olmad\u0131k\u00e7a ne inan\u00e7, ne ibadet ve ne de insanlar aras\u0131 ili\u015fkiler ayakta durabilirler. \u015eimdi de ayetin ikinci k\u0131sm\u0131 ile sonraki iki ayeti inceleyelim:<\/p>\n

” . Bir \u015fey \u00f6l\u00e7er ya da tartarken eksik \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcp tartmay\u0131n\u0131z. Bolluk i\u00e7inde<\/strong><\/p>\n

oldu\u011funuzu g\u00f6r\u00fcyorum, ama sizin hesab\u0131n\u0131za k\u0131yamet g\u00fcn\u00fcn\u00fcn geni\u015f kapsaml\u0131 azab\u0131ndan korkuyorum.<\/strong><\/p>\n

85- “Ey soyda\u015flar\u0131m, bir \u015fey \u00f6l\u00e7er ya da tartarken adalete uyarak \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcy\u00fc ve tart\u0131y\u0131 tam tutunuz.’ Halk\u0131n mallar\u0131na d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck de\u011fer bi\u00e7meyiniz. Yery\u00fcz\u00fcnde karga\u015fa \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131p dirli\u011fi bozmay\u0131n\u0131z. “<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

86- “E\u011fer m\u00fc’min kimseler iseniz, Allah’\u0131n size b\u0131rakt\u0131\u011f\u0131 pay, hakk\u0131n\u0131zda daha hay\u0131rl\u0131d\u0131r. Ben sizi g\u00f6zetlemekle, korumakla g\u00f6revli de\u011filim. “<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Bu ayetlerin g\u00fcndeme getirdikleri mesele -Allah’\u0131n birli\u011fine ve kay\u0131ts\u0131z egemenli\u011fine inanma meselesinden sonra- adalet, d\u00fcr\u00fcstl\u00fck ve g\u00fcvenirlik meselesi, ya da Allah’a inanma ve ortaks\u0131z egemenli\u011fini benimseme ilkesinden kaynaklanan yasa ve insanlar aras\u0131 ili\u015fkiler meselesidir. Sebebine gelince, Medyenliler’in yurdu, Hicaz’\u0131 \u015eam’a ba\u011flayan ana yol \u00fczerinde idi. Bu y\u00fczden ana ge\u00e7im kaynaklar\u0131 ticaret idi. Fakat ticaretleri s\u0131ras\u0131nda \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde ve tart\u0131da hile yap\u0131yorlar, ayr\u0131ca halk\u0131n mallar\u0131n\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck fiyata sat\u0131n al\u0131yorlard\u0131. Bu, mertli\u011fi ve \u015ferefi zedeledi\u011fi gibi, insan\u0131n kalbini ve elini de kirleten \u00e7irkin bir huydu. Bunun yan\u0131s\u0131ra i\u015flek bir ticaret yolu \u00fczerinde oturduklar\u0131 i\u00e7in, Arap Yar\u0131madas\u0131’n\u0131n g\u00fcneyi ile kuzeyi aras\u0131nda gidip gelen kervanlar\u0131n yollar\u0131n\u0131 kesebiliyorlar, \u00f6nlerine \u00e7\u0131k\u0131p hara\u00e7 isteyebiliyorlar ve y\u00fcce Allah’\u0131n bu surede s\u00f6z\u00fcn\u00fc etti\u011fi yolsuz kazan\u00e7 t\u00fcrlerinden canlar\u0131n\u0131n istedi\u011fini yolculara dayat\u0131yorlard\u0131.<\/p>\n

\u0130\u015fte Allah’\u0131n birli\u011fine inanmak ve O’nun ortaks\u0131z egemenli\u011fine teslim olmak ilkesi ile g\u00fcvenilirlik, d\u00fcr\u00fcstl\u00fck, temizlik, insanlar aras\u0131ndaki ili\u015fkilerde adalete uymak, al\u0131rken ve verirken \u015ferefli davranmak, gerek fertlerin ve gerekse devletin i\u015fledi\u011fi gizli h\u0131rs\u0131zl\u0131klarla, yolsuzluklarla m\u00fccadele etmek aras\u0131ndaki ili\u015fki burada kendini g\u00f6sterir. Allah’\u0131n birli\u011fine inanmak ile O’nun ortaks\u0131z egemenli\u011fini benimsemek, bu fonksiyonu ile insana daha yara\u015f\u0131r bir sosyal hayat\u0131n teminat\u0131 oldu\u011fu gibi, sosyal adaletin ve sosyal bar\u0131\u015f\u0131n da g\u00fcvencesidir. Allah korkusuna ve O’nun ho\u015fnutlu\u011funu kazanma arzusuna dayanan tek g\u00fcvence budur. Bu g\u00fcvence bu niteli\u011fi ile \u015fahsi \u00e7\u0131karlara ve keyfi arzulara g\u00f6re oynakl\u0131k g\u00f6stermeyen sars\u0131lmaz bir temele dayanm\u0131\u015f olmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n

\u0130nsanlar aras\u0131 ili\u015fkiler ve ahl\u00e2k kurallar\u0131, mutlaka de\u011fi\u015fken fakt\u00f6rlerden etkilenmeyen, sa\u011flam bir temel \u00fczerine oturtulmal\u0131d\u0131r. \u0130sl\u00e2m\u0131n g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f\u00fc budur. Bu g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f ile sosyal ili\u015fkileri ve ahl\u00e2k kurallar\u0131n\u0131, insan d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcncelerine, insan yorumlar\u0131na, insanlarca ortaya konmu\u015f kurumlara ve g\u00f6r\u00fclebilen \u015fahsi \u00e7\u0131karlara dayand\u0131ran teoriler aras\u0131nda k\u00f6kl\u00fc bir farkl\u0131l\u0131k vard\u0131r.<\/p>\n

E\u011fer sosyal ili\u015fkiler ile ahl\u00e2k kurallar\u0131 de\u011fi\u015fmez bir tabana oturtulursa, maddi ve k\u0131sa vadeli \u00e7\u0131karlardan etkilenmedikleri gibi sosyal \u00e7evre ile bu \u00e7evreye egemen olan yozla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131c\u0131 etkenlerden de etkilenmezler.<\/p>\n

O zaman ahl\u00e2k kurallar\u0131n\u0131n ve insanlar aras\u0131 ili\u015fkilerin belirleyici fakt\u00f6r\u00fc toplumda egemen olan “\u00fcretim tarz\u0131” olmaz. Ba\u015fka bir deyimle toplumlar\u0131n g\u00f6\u00e7ebelik-\u00e7obanl\u0131k d\u00f6nemlerinde ba\u015fka, tar\u0131m toplumlar\u0131nda ba\u015fka ve end\u00fcstri a\u015famas\u0131ndaki toplumlarda ba\u015fka ahl\u00e2k kurallar\u0131 ve sosyal ili\u015fkiler ge\u00e7erli olmaz. E\u011fer hayat\u0131n t\u00fcm kesimlerini kapsayan yasalar\u0131n kayna\u011f\u0131, y\u00fcce Allah’\u0131n hukuk sistemi (\u015eeriat\u0131) olursa, e\u011fer ahl\u00e2k\u0131n temel dayana\u011f\u0131 y\u00fcce Allah’\u0131n ho\u015fnutlu\u011funu kazanarak verece\u011fi sevab\u0131 elde etmek ve bi\u00e7ece\u011fi cezadan korunmak olursa, bu de\u011fi\u015fken fakt\u00f6rler ahl\u00e2k kurallar\u0131 ve insanlar aras\u0131 ili\u015fkilerde etkili olamazlar. \u0130nsan \u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fc teorilerin savunucular\u0131, ahl\u00e2k kurallar\u0131n\u0131n ekonomik ili\u015fkilerin ve toplumun geli\u015fmi\u015flik d\u00fczeyinin ba\u011f\u0131ml\u0131 sonu\u00e7lar\u0131 olduklar\u0131n\u0131 balland\u0131ra balland\u0131ra anlat\u0131rlar. Oysa \u0130sl\u00e2mc\u0131 ahl\u00e2k g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcn \u0131\u015f\u0131\u011f\u0131 alt\u0131nda bu yakla\u015f\u0131m ge\u00e7ersiz kal\u0131r. Y\u00fcce Allah size bol kazan\u00e7 ba\u011f\u0131\u015flad\u0131. Daha \u00e7ok kazanmak i\u00e7in b\u00f6yle al\u00e7ak\u00e7a yollara ba\u015fvurmaya muhta\u00e7 de\u011filsiniz. E\u011fer eksik \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcp tartmaktan ka\u00e7\u0131n\u0131rsan\u0131z fakir d\u00fc\u015fecek, maddi zarara u\u011frayacak de\u011filsiniz. Tersine ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirdi\u011finiz hileli ticari i\u015flemler, yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131z yolsuz al\u0131\u015fveri\u015fler, i\u00e7inde ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131z bu bollu\u011fu, bu refah\u0131 tehdid edici bir fakt\u00f6rd\u00fcr. Allah korkusuna ve O'nun ho\u015fnutlu\u011funu kazanma arzusuna dayanan tek g\u00fcvence budur. Bu g\u00fcvence bu niteli\u011fi ile \u015fahsi \u00e7\u0131karlara ve keyfi arzulara g\u00f6re oynakl\u0131k g\u00f6stermeyen sars\u0131lmaz bir temele dayanm\u0131\u015f olmaktad\u0131r.\u0130nsanlar aras\u0131 ili\u015fkiler ve ahl\u00e2k kurallar\u0131, mutlaka de\u011fi\u015fken fakt\u00f6rlerden etkilenmeyen, sa\u011flam bir temel \u00fczerine oturtulmal\u0131d\u0131r. \u0130sl\u00e2m\u0131n g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f\u00fc budur. Allah'\u0131n birli\u011fine inanmak ile O'nun ortaks\u0131z egemenli\u011fini benimsemek, bu fonksiyonu ile insana daha yara\u015f\u0131r bir sosyal hayat\u0131n teminat\u0131 oldu\u011fu gibi, sosyal adaletin ve sosyal bar\u0131\u015f\u0131n da g\u00fcvencesidir. Allah korkusuna ve O'nun ho\u015fnutlu\u011funu kazanma arzusuna dayanan tek g\u00fcvence budur. Bu g\u00fcvence bu niteli\u011fi ile \u015fahsi \u00e7\u0131karlara ve keyfi arzulara g\u00f6re oynakl\u0131k g\u00f6stermeyen sars\u0131lmaz bir temele dayanm\u0131\u015f olmaktad\u0131r.\u0130nsanlar aras\u0131 ili\u015fkiler ve ahl\u00e2k kurallar\u0131, mutlaka de\u011fi\u015fken fakt\u00f6rlerden etkilenmeyen, sa\u011flam bir temel \u00fczerine oturtulmal\u0131d\u0131r. \u0130sl\u00e2m\u0131n g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f\u00fc budur. E\u011fer hayat\u0131n t\u00fcm kesimlerini kapsayan yasalar\u0131n kayna\u011f\u0131, y\u00fcce Allah'\u0131n hukuk sistemi (\u015eeriat\u0131) olursa, e\u011fer ahl\u00e2k\u0131n temel dayana\u011f\u0131 y\u00fcce Allah'\u0131n ho\u015fnutlu\u011funu kazanarak verece\u011fi sevab\u0131 elde etmek ve bi\u00e7ece\u011fi cezadan korunmak olursa, bu de\u011fi\u015fken fakt\u00f6rler ahl\u00e2k kurallar\u0131 ve insanlar aras\u0131 ili\u015fkilerde etkili olamazlar. \u0130nsan \u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fc teorilerin savunucular\u0131, ahl\u00e2k kurallar\u0131n\u0131n ekonomik ili\u015fkilerin ve toplumun geli\u015fmi\u015flik d\u00fczeyinin ba\u011f\u0131ml\u0131 sonu\u00e7lar\u0131 olduklar\u0131n\u0131 balland\u0131ra balland\u0131ra anlat\u0131rlar. Tersine ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirdi\u011finiz hileli ticari i\u015flemler, yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131z yolsuz al\u0131\u015fveri\u015fler, i\u00e7inde ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131z bu bollu\u011fu, bu refah\u0131 tehdid edici bir fakt\u00f6rd\u00fcr.
