54. Ger\u00e7i buradaki “emir” genel niteliklidir, fakat \u00f6zellikle “Mes-cid-i Haram”, hacc, umre ve Kabe ile ilgili haramlar (yasaklar) kasdedilmektedir. Burada ayn\u0131 zamanda m\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlar\u0131 Mekke’den \u00e7\u0131karan, onlar\u0131 haccdan al\u0131koyan hacc ve Allah’\u0131n Evi ile ilgili \u0130brahim’in koydu\u011fu kurallara ayk\u0131r\u0131 pis ve k\u00f6t\u00fc kurallar koyarak “Eski Ev”in kutsiyetini ihl\u00e2l eden Kurey\u015flilere gizli bir uyar\u0131 ve tehdit de vard\u0131r.

Ger\u00e7i “yalan s\u00f6z” ifadesi geneldir ve yalan, yalanc\u0131 \u015fahitlik, iftira vb. \u015feyleri kapsar, fakat burada \u00f6zellikle k\u00fcf\u00fcr ve \u015firkin dayana\u011f\u0131n\u0131 te\u015fkil eden sap\u0131k inan\u00e7, \u00e2det, gelenek ve ibadet \u015fekillerini kasdetmektedir. \nYalan yere yemin etmek ve yalanc\u0131 \u015fahitlikte bulunmak da bu emrin kapsam\u0131na girer. Bir hadiste Peygamber (s.a) : “Yalan yere \u015fahitlik etmek, Allah’a \u015firk ko\u015fmak gibidir” buyurmu\u015ftur. \u0130\u015fte bu nedenle \u0130sl\u00e2m hukukuna g\u00f6re yalanc\u0131 \u015fahitler cezaland\u0131r\u0131lmal\u0131 ve tahk\u00eer edilmelidirler. \u0130mam Ebu Yusuf ve \u0130mam Muhammed, yalanc\u0131 \u015fahitlik yapan kimsenin halk\u0131n \u00f6n\u00fcnde yarg\u0131lanmas\u0131 ve uzun bir hapis cezas\u0131na \u00e7arpt\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fi g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f\u00fcndedirler. \nAbdullah b. Amir, babas\u0131ndan Hz. \u00d6mer zaman\u0131nda bir adam\u0131n mahkemede yalanc\u0131 \u015fahitlik etti\u011fini rivayet eder. Bunun \u00fczerine halife bu adam\u0131 bir g\u00fcn boyunca halk\u0131n \u00f6n\u00fcnde gezdirmi\u015f ve insanlar\u0131n onu tan\u0131mas\u0131 i\u00e7in kim oldu\u011funu, nas\u0131l yalanc\u0131 \u015fahitlik etti\u011fini anlatm\u0131\u015f, daha sonra da hapsetmi\u015ftir. G\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde de bu, yalanc\u0131 \u015fahitin ismini gazetede ilan etmek \u015feklinde olabilir.
