Hamd kendisinden ba\u015fka ilah olmayan, mutlak manada tek g\u00fc\u00e7 ve kudret sahibi olan Allah\u2019a mahsustur. Salat ve selam t\u00fcm peygamberlerin ve onlar\u0131 takip eden tabilerinin \u00fczerine olsun.<\/p>\n

DE\u011e\u0130\u015eMEYEN DO\u011eAL YASALAR<\/strong><\/p>\n

36- Allah’\u0131n g\u00f6kleri ve yeri yaratt\u0131\u011f\u0131 g\u00fcnden beri ge\u00e7erli olan evrensel yasas\u0131na g\u00f6re O’nun kat\u0131nda aylar\u0131n say\u0131s\u0131 onikidir. Bunlardan d\u00f6rd\u00fc haram aylard\u0131r. Bu dosdo\u011fru dindir. Sak\u0131n bu aylarda konmu\u015f yasaklar\u0131 \u00e7i\u011fneyerek kendinize zulmetmeyiniz. Allah’a ortak ko\u015fanlar nas\u0131l size kar\u015f\u0131 topyek\u00fcn sava\u015f\u0131yorlarsa, siz de onlarla topyek\u00fcn sava\u015f\u0131n\u0131z ve biliniz ki, Allah k\u00f6t\u00fcl\u00fcklerden sak\u0131nanlarla beraberdir.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Bu ayet, zaman \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcs\u00fcn\u00fc, zaman d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fcn\u00fc evrenin do\u011fas\u0131na, yarat\u0131l\u0131\u015f olgusuna, yani g\u00f6klerin ve yerin yarat\u0131l\u0131\u015f\u0131 temeline ba\u011fl\u0131yor; de\u011fi\u015fmez ortada bir zaman d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fc (kronolojik d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fcn) oldu\u011funu ve bunun on iki aya b\u00f6l\u00fcnm\u00fc\u015f bulundu\u011funu belirtiyor. Bu olgu, “y\u00fcce Allah’\u0131n Kitab\u0131’nda” yani evrenin d\u00fczenini dayand\u0131rd\u0131\u011f\u0131 do\u011fal yasalar sisteminde yer tutmu\u015ftur. Evrenin d\u00fczeni ise de\u011fi\u015fmez, sapmaya u\u011framaz, art\u0131\u015f ve eksili\u015f g\u00f6stermez. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc de\u011fi\u015fmez kanunlara uygun olarak ortaya \u00e7\u0131kar. Bu determinist (gerekirci) s\u00fcre\u00e7, y\u00fcce Allah’\u0131n g\u00f6kleri ve yeri yaratt\u0131\u011f\u0131 g\u00fcn y\u00fcr\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011fe koydu\u011fu evrene ili\u015fkin yasal sistemdir.<\/p>\n

Ayet, evrene ili\u015fkin bu yasal sistemin de\u011fi\u015fm\u00e8zli\u011fini, haram aylar\u0131n yasakl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 gerek\u00e7eye ba\u011flamak ve bu yasa\u011f\u0131 belirlemek amac\u0131 ile g\u00fcndeme getiriyor. Y\u00fcce Allah, \u015f\u00f6yle demek istiyor: Bu belirleme ve bu yasak, y\u00fcce Allah’\u0131n koydu\u011fu evrensel yasalar\u0131n bir par\u00e7as\u0131, bir uzant\u0131s\u0131d\u0131r ve o yasalar gibi kal\u0131c\u0131d\u0131r, onu arzulara g\u00f6re tahrif etmek, zaman s\u00fcreci i\u00e7indeki yerini oynat\u0131p onu k\u00e2h \u00f6ne almak ve k\u00e2h geriye atmak do\u011fru de\u011fildir. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc bu yasak ve bu s\u0131n\u0131rlama, de\u011fi\u015fmez bir pl\u00e2na g\u00f6re ger\u00e7ekle\u015fen ve sapmaz evrensel yasalar uyar\u0131nca olu\u015fan zaman d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fcne (kronolojik d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcme) benzer. Yani bu din, y\u00fcce Allah’\u0131n g\u00f6kleri ve yeri yaratt\u0131\u011f\u0131 g\u00fcnden beri i\u015fleyen ve o “g\u00f6kler ile yer”in dayana\u011f\u0131 olma i\u015flevini s\u00fcrd\u00fcren, k\u00f6kl\u00fc evrensel yasalarla uyum halindedir.<\/p>\n

G\u00f6rd\u00fc\u011f\u00fcm\u00fcz gibi bu k\u0131sac\u0131k ayet, uzun ve ba\u015fd\u00f6nd\u00fcr\u00fcc\u00fc bir anlamlar zinciri i\u00e7eriyor. Bu anlamlar\u0131n hepsi birbirine ba\u011fl\u0131, hepsi birbirini \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131yor ve hepsi birbirini destekliyor. Yani yasaklar\u0131, g\u00f6klerin ve yerin dayana\u011f\u0131n\u0131 olu\u015fturan evrensel yasalara ba\u011fl\u0131 olan bu haram aylarda kendinize zulmetmeyiniz. Bu evrensel yasalar, y\u00fcce Allah’\u0131n evrenin yasa koyucusu oldu\u011fu gibi, insanlar i\u00e7in de tek yetkili yasa koyucu oldu\u011funu kan\u0131tlarlar. Y\u00fcce Allah’\u0131n g\u00fcven d\u00f6nemi ve bar\u0131\u015f sezonu olmalar\u0131n\u0131 diledi\u011fi bu aylara ili\u015fkin yasa\u011f\u0131 \u00e7i\u011fneyerek sak\u0131n kendinize zulmetmeyiniz. Yoksa y\u00fcce Allah’\u0131n iste\u011fine ters d\u00fc\u015fersiniz. Bu ters d\u00fc\u015fme eyleminin alt\u0131nda kendinize zulmetmek yatar. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc b\u00f6ylece kendinizi ahirette y\u00fcce Allah’\u0131n azab\u0131n\u0131n kuca\u011f\u0131na atm\u0131\u015f olur, d\u00fcnyada da korkunun ve endi\u015fenin a\u011f\u0131na kap\u0131l\u0131rs\u0131n\u0131z. Sebebine gelince bu aylara ili\u015fkin yasa\u011f\u0131 \u00e7i\u011fnedi\u011finiz takdirde y\u0131l\u0131n t\u00fcm aylar\u0131 ate\u015fkessiz ve bar\u0131\u015fs\u0131z bir sava\u015f cehennemine d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcr. E\u011fer m\u00fc\u015friklerin tek tarafl\u0131 sald\u0131r\u0131s\u0131na u\u011fram\u0131\u015f de\u011filseniz, onlarla sava\u015fmay\u0131 haram aylar d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda kalan aylara rast getiriniz. Fakat e\u011fer bu aylarda onlar taraf\u0131ndan size bir sald\u0131r\u0131 ba\u015flat\u0131l\u0131rsa o sald\u0131r\u0131ya hemen kar\u015f\u0131 koyman\u0131z gerekir. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc bu durumda tek tarafl\u0131 olarak sava\u015ftan ka\u00e7\u0131nmak, yasaklar\u0131 \u00e7i\u011fnetmemekle ve sald\u0131rgan, \u015fer kuvvetlerini durdurmakla g\u00f6revli olan iyilikten yana g\u00fc\u00e7leri zay\u0131flat\u0131r. O zaman da yery\u00fcz\u00fc karga\u015faya bo\u011fulur, ilahi kanunlara kar\u015f\u0131 serke\u015flik ba\u015fg\u00f6sterir. Buna g\u00f6re haram aylar\u0131n yasakl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 koruyabilmek i\u00e7in bu aylarda giri\u015filen sald\u0131r\u0131y\u0131 geri p\u00fcsk\u00fcrtmek gerekir. O zaman bu aylar\u0131n yasakl\u0131\u011f\u0131 art\u0131k \u00e7i\u011fnenmez, ihanete u\u011framaz. Evet:<\/p>\n

Bu determinist (gerekirci) s\u00fcre\u00e7, y\u00fcce Allah'\u0131n g\u00f6kleri ve yeri yaratt\u0131\u011f\u0131 g\u00fcn y\u00fcr\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011fe koydu\u011fu evrene ili\u015fkin yasal sistemdir.Ayet, evrene ili\u015fkin bu yasal sistemin de\u011fi\u015fm\u00e8zli\u011fini, haram aylar\u0131n yasakl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 gerek\u00e7eye ba\u011flamak ve bu yasa\u011f\u0131 belirlemek amac\u0131 ile g\u00fcndeme getiriyor. Bu evrensel yasalar, y\u00fcce Allah'\u0131n evrenin yasa koyucusu oldu\u011fu gibi, insanlar i\u00e7in de tek yetkili yasa koyucu oldu\u011funu kan\u0131tlarlar. Y\u00fcce Allah'\u0131n g\u00fcven d\u00f6nemi ve bar\u0131\u015f sezonu olmalar\u0131n\u0131 diledi\u011fi bu aylara ili\u015fkin yasa\u011f\u0131 \u00e7i\u011fneyerek sak\u0131n kendinize zulmetmeyiniz. Yoksa y\u00fcce Allah'\u0131n iste\u011fine ters d\u00fc\u015fersiniz. Bu ters d\u00fc\u015fme eyleminin alt\u0131nda kendinize zulmetmek yatar. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc b\u00f6ylece kendinizi ahirette y\u00fcce Allah'\u0131n azab\u0131n\u0131n kuca\u011f\u0131na atm\u0131\u015f olur, d\u00fcnyada da korkunun ve endi\u015fenin a\u011f\u0131na kap\u0131l\u0131rs\u0131n\u0131z. Sebebine gelince bu aylara ili\u015fkin yasa\u011f\u0131 \u00e7i\u011fnedi\u011finiz takdirde y\u0131l\u0131n t\u00fcm aylar\u0131 ate\u015fkessiz ve bar\u0131\u015fs\u0131z bir sava\u015f cehennemine d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcr.
