Hamd yerleri, g\u00f6kleri ve ikisinin aras\u0131ndakileri emsalsiz bir \u015fekilde yaratan, bizlere hidayet olarak kitab\u0131 vahiy eden, k\u00e2inat\u0131n efendisi, tek ve yegane \u0130lah, Rab, ibadet ve itaat edilmeye lay\u0131k olan Allah Azze ve Celle\u2019 ye mahsustur. Sal\u00e2t ve selam Peygamberlerin sonuncusu, ya\u015fayan Kur\u2019an, kendisine tabi olunmad\u0131k\u00e7a cennetin imk\u00e2ns\u0131z oldu\u011fu, m\u00fcminlere kar\u015f\u0131 \u015fefkatli, k\u00e2firlere kar\u015f\u0131 ise \u015fiddetli olan Hz. Muhammed Mustafa (sav)\u2019 ya, Aline, Ashab\u0131na, bug\u00fcne kadar ya\u015fam\u0131\u015f, bug\u00fcn ya\u015fayan ve bug\u00fcnden k\u0131yamete kadar ya\u015fayacak olan t\u00fcm M\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlar\u0131n \u00fczerine olsun.<\/p>\n

\u0130nsanlar\u0131n hayat i\u00e7eresinde kulland\u0131\u011f\u0131 kavramlar \u00e7ok ama \u00e7ok \u00f6nemlidir. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc her bir kavram, ki\u015finin olaylar\u0131 ve hayat\u0131 hatta kendini bile do\u011fru \u015fekilde de\u011ferlendirebilmesi i\u00e7in, birer \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fc birimidir. E\u011fer bir ki\u015finin elindeki \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fc birimi yanl\u0131\u015f ise etraf\u0131ndaki her\u015feyi yanl\u0131\u015f \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcp yanl\u0131\u015f bi\u00e7ecek yanl\u0131\u015f tartacakt\u0131r. Bu aynen \u015funa benzer; Mesela bir pazarc\u0131y\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnelim, e\u011fer elindeki \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fc yani terazisi yanl\u0131\u015f ise kar elde etmek amac\u0131yla satt\u0131\u011f\u0131 her\u015feyden zarar g\u00f6recektir. Yine bir terzi, bir in\u015faat\u00e7\u0131, bir m\u00fcteahhit, bir muhasebeci e\u011fer ellerindeki \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fc yanl\u0131\u015f ise her zaman hata yapmaya mahkumdur. Aynen \u00f6rneklerde oldu\u011fu gibi e\u011fer bir insan\u0131nda \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcs\u00fc Kur\u2019an ve S\u00fcnnet de\u011filse her zaman hata yapmaya mahkumdur. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc en do\u011fru ve tek do\u011fru \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fc Kur\u2019an ve S\u00fcnnet\u2019tir.<\/p>\n

Bir kimse gerek kendisini gerekse \u00e7evresinin durumunu, i\u00e7inde ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131 toplumun durumunu, toplumun takip etti\u011fi, pe\u015finden gitti\u011fi \u015feylerin durumunu do\u011fru bir \u015fekilde ancak Kur\u2019an ve S\u00fcnnet ile tespit edebilir. Nitekim Allah Rasul\u00fc (sav) \u015f\u00f6yle buyurmu\u015ftur; \u201c Size iki \u015fey b\u0131rak\u0131yorum. Onlara s\u0131ms\u0131k\u0131 sar\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131z s\u00fcrece yolunuzu asla \u015fa\u015f\u0131rmazs\u0131n\u0131z; Bunlar Allah\u2019\u0131n Kitab\u0131 ve Peygamberinin S\u00fcnnetidir.\u201d Muvatta, Kader 3 <\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00d6l\u00e7\u00fc Kur\u2019an ve S\u00fcnnet olmazsa \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fc ak\u0131l olursa, insan olursa, \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fc toplum olursa ya da \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fc bilim olursa maalesef tespitler hep yanl\u0131\u015f olacakt\u0131r. Dedi\u011fimiz gibi ki\u015finin kendi durumunu tespit ederken dahi Kur\u2019an ve S\u00fcnnet\u2019e bakmal\u0131 iman\u0131n\u0131 bu \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fc \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde tespit etmeli.<\/p>\n

Bir ki\u015finin \u00f6nemli olan Allah kat\u0131ndaki durumudur. Bu da ancak Kur\u2019an ve S\u00fcnnet ile do\u011fru tespit edilebilir. Yery\u00fcz\u00fcnde yakla\u015f\u0131k 8 milyar insan var. Bu insanlar\u0131n tamam\u0131 toplan\u0131p bir ki\u015fi i\u00e7in o m\u00fcmindir dese o ki\u015fi Allah kat\u0131nda kafir ise m\u00fcmin olmaz. Yine ayn\u0131 \u015fekilde e\u011fer bir kimseye b\u00fct\u00fcn insanlar kafir dese e\u011fer o Allah kat\u0131nda m\u00fcmin ise o ki\u015fi hi\u00e7bir zaman kafir olmaz. \u00d6l\u00e7\u00fc hi\u00e7bir zaman insanlar olamaz. Ki\u015finin m\u00fcsl\u00fcmanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcs\u00fc kendi de de\u011fildir. Yani ki\u015finin kendisine m\u00fcsl\u00fcman\u0131m demesi ya da toplumun, \u00e7evresinin ona m\u00fcsl\u00fcman demesi, anne babas\u0131n\u0131n ona m\u00fcsl\u00fcman demesi o ki\u015fiyi m\u00fcsl\u00fcman yapmaz. \u00d6nemli ve ge\u00e7erli olan Allah kat\u0131ndaki durmudur. \u201c \u0130nsanlardan \u00f6yleleri vard\u0131r ki, Allah\u2019a ve ahiret g\u00fcn\u00fcne iman ettik derler, fakat onlar m\u00fcmin de\u011fildir.\u201d Bakara 8<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u201cHay\u0131r, Rabbine andolsun ki aralar\u0131nda \u00e7\u0131kan anla\u015fmazl\u0131k hususunda seni hakem k\u0131l\u0131p sonra da verdi\u011fin h\u00fck\u00fcmden i\u00e7lerinde hi\u00e7bir s\u0131k\u0131nt\u0131 duymaks\u0131z\u0131n (onu) tam manas\u0131yla kabullenmedik\u00e7e iman etmi\u015f olmazlar.\u201d Nisa 65<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u0130man kuru bir s\u00f6zden ibaret de\u011fildir; g\u00f6n\u00fclden ba\u011flanmak, inanmak ve kabullenmektir. Hem \u201cAllah ve Resul\u00fc\u2019ne inand\u0131m\u201d deyip, hem de h\u00fck\u00fcmlerine raz\u0131 olmamak tipik m\u00fcnaf\u0131kl\u0131k alametidir.<\/p>\n

\u201cKendimizi bir kere daha iman \u015fart\u0131 ve \u0130sl\u00e2m’\u0131n tan\u0131m\u0131 ile kar\u015f\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131ya buluyoruz. Bu \u015fart\u0131 ve bu tan\u0131m\u0131 bizzat y\u00fcce Allah ortaya koyuyor ve onu y\u00fcce zat\u0131 \u00fczerine yemin ederek per\u00e7inliyor. Art\u0131k bundan sonra iman\u0131n \u015fart\u0131 ve \u0130sl\u00e2m’\u0131n tan\u0131m\u0131 konusunda hi\u00e7 kimsenin s\u00f6yleyebilece\u011fi bir s\u00f6z, hi\u00e7 kimsenin getirebilece\u011fi bir yorum olamaz.<\/p>\n

Bundan sonra ancak demogoji yap\u0131labilir ki, ona da kulak as\u0131lmaz, de\u011fer verilmez. Bu konuda ortaya konabilecek bir demogoji \u00f6rne\u011fi \u015fudur: “Y\u00fcce Allah’\u0131n bu s\u00f6z\u00fc belirli bir zamana ba\u011fl\u0131d\u0131r ve sadece belirli bir grup insan hakk\u0131nda ge\u00e7erlidir!”<\/p>\n

Bu iddia, \u0130sl\u00e2m’\u0131 hi\u00e7 kavramam\u0131\u015f olanlar\u0131n, Kur’an-\u0131 Kerim\u2019in \u00fcslubu hakk\u0131nda hi\u00e7bir \u015fey bilmeyenlerin s\u00f6z\u00fcd\u00fcr. Bu y\u00fczeysel yorumun tersine, y\u00fcce Allah’\u0131n bu s\u00f6z\u00fc \u0130sl\u00e2m’\u0131n genel karakterli ger\u00e7eklerinden biridir, yeminle per\u00e7inlenerek ifade edilmi\u015ftir, hi\u00e7 bir kay\u0131tla s\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131 de\u011fildir. Peygamberimizi hakem tutma zorunlulu\u011fu, sadece sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131nda O’nun kendisini hakem tutma zorunlulu\u011fudur diye bir kuruntuya kap\u0131lma ya da bu kuruntuyu ba\u015fkalar\u0131n\u0131n zihinlerine a\u015f\u0131lamak tamamen yersiz ve gerek\u00e7esizdir. S\u00f6z konusu olan Peygamberimizin \u015feriat\u0131n\u0131 ve sistemini hakem tutma zorunlulu\u011fudur. Yoksa \u00f6yle olsayd\u0131 Peygamberimizin \u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcnden sonra Allah’\u0131n \u015feriatine ve Resulullah’\u0131n s\u00fcnnetine hi\u00e7 yer kalmazd\u0131. Bu g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f\u00fc Hz. Ebu Bekir d\u00f6neminde en sap\u0131k d\u00f6nekler (m\u00fcrtedler) ileri s\u00fcr\u00fcnce Hz. Ebu Bekir bu gerek\u00e7e ile onlara kar\u015f\u0131 sava\u015f a\u00e7m\u0131\u015ft\u0131. Hatta bundan \u00e7ok daha az\u0131n\u0131 yapanlara, yani Peygamberimiz \u00f6l\u00fcnce zek\u00e2t verme zorunlulu\u011fu konusunda Allah’a ve Peygambere itaat etmekten vazge\u00e7meye kalk\u0131\u015fanlara, Peygamberimizin bu konudaki h\u00fckm\u00fcne kar\u015f\u0131 \u00e7\u0131kanlara kar\u015f\u0131 sava\u015f a\u00e7m\u0131\u015ft\u0131.<\/p>\n

“\u0130sl\u00e2m”\u0131n varl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 kan\u0131tlayabilmek i\u00e7in y\u00fcce Allah’\u0131n \u015feriat\u0131n\u0131n ve Peygamberimiz taraf\u0131ndan verilen h\u00fckm\u00fcn hakemli\u011fine ba\u015fvurmak yeterlidir. Ama bu kadar\u0131 “iman”\u0131n varl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 kan\u0131tlamaya yetmez. \u0130man\u0131n varl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 kan\u0131tlayabilmek i\u00e7in bu \u015fart\u0131n beraberinde g\u00f6n\u00fcl ho\u015fnutlu\u011fu, kalb teslimiyeti ve i\u00e7 rahatl\u0131\u011f\u0131 da bulunmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n

\u0130\u015fte “\u0130sl\u00e2m” ve “\u0130man” budur. Aynen \u00f6rneklerde oldu\u011fu gibi e\u011fer bir insan\u0131nda \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcs\u00fc Kur\u2019an ve S\u00fcnnet de\u011filse her zaman hata yapmaya mahkumdur. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc en do\u011fru ve tek do\u011fru \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fc Kur\u2019an ve S\u00fcnnet\u2019tir.Bir kimse gerek kendisini gerekse \u00e7evresinin durumunu, i\u00e7inde ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131 toplumun durumunu, toplumun takip etti\u011fi, pe\u015finden gitti\u011fi \u015feylerin durumunu do\u011fru bir \u015fekilde ancak Kur\u2019an ve S\u00fcnnet ile tespit edebilir. Nitekim Allah Rasul\u00fc (sav) \u015f\u00f6yle buyurmu\u015ftur; \u201c Size iki \u015fey b\u0131rak\u0131yorum. Onlara s\u0131ms\u0131k\u0131 sar\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131z s\u00fcrece yolunuzu asla \u015fa\u015f\u0131rmazs\u0131n\u0131z; Bunlar Allah\u2019\u0131n Kitab\u0131 ve Peygamberinin S\u00fcnnetidir.\u201d Muvatta, Kader 3 \u00d6l\u00e7\u00fc Kur\u2019an ve S\u00fcnnet olmazsa \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fc ak\u0131l olursa, insan olursa, \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fc toplum olursa ya da \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fc bilim olursa maalesef tespitler hep yanl\u0131\u015f olacakt\u0131r. Dedi\u011fimiz gibi ki\u015finin kendi durumunu tespit ederken dahi Kur\u2019an ve S\u00fcnnet\u2019e bakmal\u0131 iman\u0131n\u0131 bu \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fc \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde tespit etmeli.Bir ki\u015finin \u00f6nemli olan Allah kat\u0131ndaki durumudur. Bu da ancak Kur\u2019an ve S\u00fcnnet ile do\u011fru tespit edilebilir. Yery\u00fcz\u00fcnde yakla\u015f\u0131k 8 milyar insan var. Bu insanlar\u0131n tamam\u0131 toplan\u0131p bir ki\u015fi i\u00e7in o m\u00fcmindir dese o ki\u015fi Allah kat\u0131nda kafir ise m\u00fcmin olmaz. Yine ayn\u0131 \u015fekilde e\u011fer bir kimseye b\u00fct\u00fcn insanlar kafir dese e\u011fer o Allah kat\u0131nda m\u00fcmin ise o ki\u015fi hi\u00e7bir zaman kafir olmaz. \u00d6l\u00e7\u00fc hi\u00e7bir zaman insanlar olamaz. Ki\u015finin m\u00fcsl\u00fcmanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcs\u00fc kendi de de\u011fildir. Yani ki\u015finin kendisine m\u00fcsl\u00fcman\u0131m demesi ya da toplumun, \u00e7evresinin ona m\u00fcsl\u00fcman demesi, anne babas\u0131n\u0131n ona m\u00fcsl\u00fcman demesi o ki\u015fiyi m\u00fcsl\u00fcman yapmaz. \u00d6nemli ve ge\u00e7erli olan Allah kat\u0131ndaki durmudur. \u201c \u0130nsanlardan \u00f6yleleri vard\u0131r ki, Allah\u2019a ve ahiret g\u00fcn\u00fcne iman ettik derler, fakat onlar m\u00fcmin de\u011fildir.\u201d Bakara 8\u201cHay\u0131r, Rabbine andolsun ki aralar\u0131nda \u00e7\u0131kan anla\u015fmazl\u0131k hususunda seni hakem k\u0131l\u0131p sonra da verdi\u011fin h\u00fck\u00fcmden i\u00e7lerinde hi\u00e7bir s\u0131k\u0131nt\u0131 duymaks\u0131z\u0131n (onu) tam manas\u0131yla kabullenmedik\u00e7e iman etmi\u015f olmazlar.\u201d Nisa 65 \u0130man kuru bir s\u00f6zden ibaret de\u011fildir; g\u00f6n\u00fclden ba\u011flanmak, inanmak ve kabullenmektir. Hem \u201cAllah ve Resul\u00fc\u2019ne inand\u0131m\u201d deyip, hem de h\u00fck\u00fcmlerine raz\u0131 olmamak tipik m\u00fcnaf\u0131kl\u0131k alametidir.\u201cKendimizi bir kere daha iman \u015fart\u0131 ve \u0130sl\u00e2m'\u0131n tan\u0131m\u0131 ile kar\u015f\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131ya buluyoruz. Bu \u015fart\u0131 ve bu tan\u0131m\u0131 bizzat y\u00fcce Allah ortaya koyuyor ve onu y\u00fcce zat\u0131 \u00fczerine yemin ederek per\u00e7inliyor. Art\u0131k bundan sonra iman\u0131n \u015fart\u0131 ve \u0130sl\u00e2m'\u0131n tan\u0131m\u0131 konusunda hi\u00e7 kimsenin s\u00f6yleyebilece\u011fi bir s\u00f6z, hi\u00e7 kimsenin getirebilece\u011fi bir yorum olamaz.Bundan sonra ancak demogoji yap\u0131labilir ki, ona da kulak as\u0131lmaz, de\u011fer verilmez. Bu konuda ortaya konabilecek bir demogoji \u00f6rne\u011fi \u015fudur: \\\"Y\u00fcce Allah'\u0131n bu s\u00f6z\u00fc belirli bir zamana ba\u011fl\u0131d\u0131r ve sadece belirli bir grup insan hakk\u0131nda ge\u00e7erlidir!\\\"Bu iddia, \u0130sl\u00e2m'\u0131 hi\u00e7 kavramam\u0131\u015f olanlar\u0131n, Kur'an-\u0131 Kerim\u2019in \u00fcslubu hakk\u0131nda hi\u00e7bir \u015fey bilmeyenlerin s\u00f6z\u00fcd\u00fcr. Bu y\u00fczeysel yorumun tersine, y\u00fcce Allah'\u0131n bu s\u00f6z\u00fc \u0130sl\u00e2m'\u0131n genel karakterli ger\u00e7eklerinden biridir, yeminle per\u00e7inlenerek ifade edilmi\u015ftir, hi\u00e7 bir kay\u0131tla s\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131 de\u011fildir. Peygamberimizi hakem tutma zorunlulu\u011fu, sadece sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131nda O'nun kendisini hakem tutma zorunlulu\u011fudur diye bir kuruntuya kap\u0131lma ya da bu kuruntuyu ba\u015fkalar\u0131n\u0131n zihinlerine a\u015f\u0131lamak tamamen yersiz ve gerek\u00e7esizdir. S\u00f6z konusu olan Peygamberimizin \u015feriat\u0131n\u0131 ve sistemini hakem tutma zorunlulu\u011fudur. Yoksa \u00f6yle olsayd\u0131 Peygamberimizin \u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcnden sonra Allah'\u0131n \u015feriatine ve Resulullah'\u0131n s\u00fcnnetine hi\u00e7 yer kalmazd\u0131. Nitekim Allah Rasul\u00fc (sav) \u015f\u00f6yle buyurmu\u015ftur; \u201c Size iki \u015fey b\u0131rak\u0131yorum. Onlara s\u0131ms\u0131k\u0131 sar\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131z s\u00fcrece yolunuzu asla \u015fa\u015f\u0131rmazs\u0131n\u0131z; Bunlar Allah\u2019\u0131n Kitab\u0131 ve Peygamberinin S\u00fcnnetidir.\u201d Muvatta, Kader 3 \u00d6l\u00e7\u00fc Kur\u2019an ve S\u00fcnnet olmazsa \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fc ak\u0131l olursa, insan olursa, \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fc toplum olursa ya da \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fc bilim olursa maalesef tespitler hep yanl\u0131\u015f olacakt\u0131r. Dedi\u011fimiz gibi ki\u015finin kendi durumunu tespit ederken dahi Kur\u2019an ve S\u00fcnnet\u2019e bakmal\u0131 iman\u0131n\u0131 bu \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fc \u00e7er\u00e7evesinde tespit etmeli.Bir ki\u015finin \u00f6nemli olan Allah kat\u0131ndaki durumudur. Bu da ancak Kur\u2019an ve S\u00fcnnet ile do\u011fru tespit edilebilir. Yery\u00fcz\u00fcnde yakla\u015f\u0131k 8 milyar insan var. Bu insanlar\u0131n tamam\u0131 toplan\u0131p bir ki\u015fi i\u00e7in o m\u00fcmindir dese o ki\u015fi Allah kat\u0131nda kafir ise m\u00fcmin olmaz. Yine ayn\u0131 \u015fekilde e\u011fer bir kimseye b\u00fct\u00fcn insanlar kafir dese e\u011fer o Allah kat\u0131nda m\u00fcmin ise o ki\u015fi hi\u00e7bir zaman kafir olmaz. \u00d6l\u00e7\u00fc hi\u00e7bir zaman insanlar olamaz. Ki\u015finin m\u00fcsl\u00fcmanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcs\u00fc kendi de de\u011fildir. Yani ki\u015finin kendisine m\u00fcsl\u00fcman\u0131m demesi ya da toplumun, \u00e7evresinin ona m\u00fcsl\u00fcman demesi, anne babas\u0131n\u0131n ona m\u00fcsl\u00fcman demesi o ki\u015fiyi m\u00fcsl\u00fcman yapmaz. \u00d6nemli ve ge\u00e7erli olan Allah kat\u0131ndaki durmudur. \u201c \u0130nsanlardan \u00f6yleleri vard\u0131r ki, Allah\u2019a ve ahiret g\u00fcn\u00fcne iman ettik derler, fakat onlar m\u00fcmin de\u011fildir.\u201d Bakara 8\u201cHay\u0131r, Rabbine andolsun ki aralar\u0131nda \u00e7\u0131kan anla\u015fmazl\u0131k hususunda seni hakem k\u0131l\u0131p sonra da verdi\u011fin h\u00fck\u00fcmden i\u00e7lerinde hi\u00e7bir s\u0131k\u0131nt\u0131 duymaks\u0131z\u0131n (onu) tam manas\u0131yla kabullenmedik\u00e7e iman etmi\u015f olmazlar.\u201d Nisa 65 \u0130man kuru bir s\u00f6zden ibaret de\u011fildir; g\u00f6n\u00fclden ba\u011flanmak, inanmak ve kabullenmektir. Hem \u201cAllah ve Resul\u00fc\u2019ne inand\u0131m\u201d deyip, hem de h\u00fck\u00fcmlerine raz\u0131 olmamak tipik m\u00fcnaf\u0131kl\u0131k alametidir.\u201cKendimizi bir kere daha iman \u015fart\u0131 ve \u0130sl\u00e2m'\u0131n tan\u0131m\u0131 ile kar\u015f\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131ya buluyoruz. Bu \u015fart\u0131 ve bu tan\u0131m\u0131 bizzat y\u00fcce Allah ortaya koyuyor ve onu y\u00fcce zat\u0131 \u00fczerine yemin ederek per\u00e7inliyor. Art\u0131k bundan sonra iman\u0131n \u015fart\u0131 ve \u0130sl\u00e2m'\u0131n tan\u0131m\u0131 konusunda hi\u00e7 kimsenin s\u00f6yleyebilece\u011fi bir s\u00f6z, hi\u00e7 kimsenin getirebilece\u011fi bir yorum olamaz.Bundan sonra ancak demogoji yap\u0131labilir ki, ona da kulak as\u0131lmaz, de\u011fer verilmez. Bu konuda ortaya konabilecek bir demogoji \u00f6rne\u011fi \u015fudur: \"Y\u00fcce Allah'\u0131n bu s\u00f6z\u00fc belirli bir zamana ba\u011fl\u0131d\u0131r ve sadece belirli bir grup insan hakk\u0131nda ge\u00e7erlidir!\"Bu iddia, \u0130sl\u00e2m'\u0131 hi\u00e7 kavramam\u0131\u015f olanlar\u0131n, Kur'an-\u0131 Kerim\u2019in \u00fcslubu hakk\u0131nda hi\u00e7bir \u015fey bilmeyenlerin s\u00f6z\u00fcd\u00fcr. Bu y\u00fczeysel yorumun tersine, y\u00fcce Allah'\u0131n bu s\u00f6z\u00fc \u0130sl\u00e2m'\u0131n genel karakterli ger\u00e7eklerinden biridir, yeminle per\u00e7inlenerek ifade edilmi\u015ftir, hi\u00e7 bir kay\u0131tla s\u0131n\u0131rl\u0131 de\u011fildir. Peygamberimizi hakem tutma zorunlulu\u011fu, sadece sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131nda O'nun kendisini hakem tutma zorunlulu\u011fudur diye bir kuruntuya kap\u0131lma ya da bu kuruntuyu ba\u015fkalar\u0131n\u0131n zihinlerine a\u015f\u0131lamak tamamen yersiz ve gerek\u00e7esizdir. S\u00f6z konusu olan Peygamberimizin \u015feriat\u0131n\u0131 ve sistemini hakem tutma zorunlulu\u011fudur. Yoksa \u00f6yle olsayd\u0131 Peygamberimizin \u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcnden sonra Allah'\u0131n \u015feriatine ve Resulullah'\u0131n s\u00fcnnetine hi\u00e7 yer kalmazd\u0131. Bu g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015f\u00fc Hz. Ebu Bekir d\u00f6neminde en sap\u0131k d\u00f6nekler (m\u00fcrtedler) ileri s\u00fcr\u00fcnce Hz. Ebu Bekir bu gerek\u00e7e ile onlara kar\u015f\u0131 sava\u015f a\u00e7m\u0131\u015ft\u0131. Hatta bundan \u00e7ok daha az\u0131n\u0131 yapanlara, yani Peygamberimiz \u00f6l\u00fcnce zek\u00e2t verme zorunlulu\u011fu konusunda Allah'a ve Peygambere itaat etmekten vazge\u00e7meye kalk\u0131\u015fanlara, Peygamberimizin bu konudaki h\u00fckm\u00fcne kar\u015f\u0131 \u00e7\u0131kanlara kar\u015f\u0131 sava\u015f a\u00e7m\u0131\u015ft\u0131.\"\u0130sl\u00e2m\"\u0131n varl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 kan\u0131tlayabilmek i\u00e7in y\u00fcce Allah'\u0131n \u015feriat\u0131n\u0131n ve Peygamberimiz taraf\u0131ndan verilen h\u00fckm\u00fcn hakemli\u011fine ba\u015fvurmak yeterlidir.
