Hamd kendisinden ba\u015fka ilah olmayan, mutlak manada tek g\u00fc\u00e7 ve kudret sahibi olan Allah\u2019a mahsustur. Salat ve selam t\u00fcm peygamberlerin ve onlar\u0131 takip eden tabilerinin \u00fczerine olsun.<\/p>\n

141- O ki, \u00e7ardakl\u0131 ve \u00e7ardaks\u0131z bah\u00e7eleri, \u00fcr\u00fcnleri de\u011fi\u015fik hurmalar\u0131 ve ekinleri, yapraklar\u0131 benzer ve meyvalar\u0131 benzemez zeytin ve nar a\u011fa\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131 yaratt\u0131. Bu a\u011fa\u00e7lar \u00fcr\u00fcn verdiklerinde meyvalar\u0131ndan yiyiniz ve hasat g\u00fcn\u00fc haklar\u0131n\u0131 veriniz, fakat israf etmeyiniz, \u00e7\u00fcnk\u00fc Allah israf edenleri sevmez.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

142- Kimi y\u00fck ta\u015f\u0131yan ve kiminin y\u00fcn\u00fcnden yayg\u0131 yap\u0131lan hayvanlar\u0131 yaratan da O’dur. Allah’\u0131n size verdi\u011fi r\u0131z\u0131klardan yiyiniz ve \u015feytan\u0131n izinden gitmeyiniz. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc o sizin a\u00e7\u0131k d\u00fc\u015fman\u0131n\u0131zd\u0131r.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

Ku\u015fkusuz bu bah\u00e7eleri ilk defa yaratan y\u00fcce Allah, hayat\u0131 da \u00f6l\u00fcden \u00e7\u0131karm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bu bah\u00e7elerden baz\u0131s\u0131 insanlar\u0131n oturaklar ve duvarlarla haz\u0131rlad\u0131klar\u0131, \u00e7ardaklarla olu\u015fturduklar\u0131d\u0131r. Baz\u0131s\u0131 da \u00e7\u00f6llerde kendi kendine -Allah’\u0131n takdiri uyar\u0131nca- insan yard\u0131m\u0131 ve d\u00fczenlemesi s\u00f6z konusu olmaks\u0131z\u0131n ye\u015fermektedir. De\u011fi\u015fik renk, tat ve \u015fekilleriyle ekinleri ve hurmalar\u0131 var eden Allah’d\u0131r. Birbirine benzeyen ve benzemeyen \u00e7e\u015fitli t\u00fcrden, zeytin ve nar yaratan O’dur. B\u00fct\u00fcn bu hayvanlar\u0131 yaratan, baz\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 yerden y\u00fcksek olan uzun ayaklar\u0131 nedeniyle a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131k ta\u015f\u0131y\u0131c\u0131s\u0131 binek hayvan\u0131 k\u0131lan O’dur. Yere yak\u0131n k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck boylular\u0131 da y\u00fcn\u00fcnden ve k\u0131llar\u0131ndan yayg\u0131 i\u00e7in yararlan\u0131lan t\u00fcrden k\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n

Yery\u00fcz\u00fcnde hayat\u0131 yayg\u0131nla\u015ft\u0131ran, bu \u015fekilde t\u00fcrlere ay\u0131ran ve insan\u0131n yery\u00fcz\u00fcndeki hayat\u0131n\u0131 gereklerine uygun k\u0131lan y\u00fcce Allah’d\u0131r. O halde bunca kan\u0131ta ve ger\u00e7e\u011fe kar\u015f\u0131n, insanlar nas\u0131l olur da gidip ekinler, hayvanlar ve mallar konusunda Allah’dan ba\u015fkas\u0131n\u0131n h\u00fckm\u00fcne ba\u015fvurabiliyorlar?<\/p>\n

Kur’an’\u0131n ifade y\u00f6ntemi, insanlar\u0131n hayat\u0131 \u00fczerindeki hakimiyet noktas\u0131nda y\u00fcce Allah’\u0131n birlenmesinin zorunlulu\u011funa bir kan\u0131t olmas\u0131 i\u00e7in tek ba\u015f\u0131na y\u00fcce Allah’\u0131n insanlara bah\u015fetti\u011fi r\u0131z\u0131k ger\u00e7e\u011fini s\u0131k s\u0131k g\u00f6zler \u00f6n\u00fcne sermektedir. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc tek ba\u015f\u0131na yaratan, yaratt\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131n r\u0131zk\u0131n\u0131 veren ve onlar\u0131 koruyan kimse, tart\u0131\u015fmas\u0131z olarak Rabbl\u0131\u011f\u0131n, hakimiyetin ve otoritenin O’na ait olmas\u0131 gerekendir:<\/p>\n

Burada ayetlerin ak\u0131\u015f\u0131 ekin, meyve verme, hayvanlar ve bu vesileyle Allah’\u0131n nimetlerinin olu\u015fturdu\u011fu sahneler \u00fczerinde yo\u011funla\u015fmaktad\u0131r. Daha \u00f6nce il\u00e2hl\u0131k sorunu tart\u0131\u015f\u0131l\u0131rken, \u00fczerinde yo\u011funla\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 bu etkenleri \u015fimdi de hakimiyet sorununda kullanmaktad\u0131r. B\u00f6ylece \u0130sl\u00e2m inanc\u0131nda il\u00e2hl\u0131k ve hakimiyet sorunlar\u0131n\u0131n asl\u0131nda ayn\u0131 \u015fey olduklar\u0131 ger\u00e7e\u011fine i\u015faret etmektedir.<\/p>\n

Ayet, ekinler ve meyveleri s\u00f6z konusu ederken, \u015f\u00f6yle demektedir:<\/p>\n

“Bu a\u011fa\u00e7lar \u00fcr\u00fcn verdiklerinde meyvalar\u0131ndan yiyiniz ve hasat g\u00fcn\u00fc haklar\u0131n\u0131 veriniz, fakat israf etmeyiniz. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc Allah israf edenleri sevmez.”<\/strong><\/p>\n

Ayette yer alan hasat g\u00fcn\u00fc haklar\u0131n\u0131 verme direktifi, bu ayetin Medine’de nazil oldu\u011funa ili\u015fkin baz\u0131 rivayetlere neden olmu\u015ftur. Ancak biz surenin tan\u0131t\u0131m\u0131nda, “Bu ayet Mekke’de nazil olmu\u015ftur. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc Mekke’de nazil olan b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcn\u00fcn ak\u0131\u015f\u0131 i\u00e7inde bu ayet olmaks\u0131z\u0131n b\u00fct\u00fcnl\u00fck sa\u011flanamaz. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla bu ayetin indirili\u015fi Medine’ye ertelenecek olursa ayetin \u00f6ncesi ile sonras\u0131 aras\u0131nda bir kopukluk meydana gelecektir. Bununla beraber, hasat g\u00fcn\u00fc hakk\u0131n\u0131 veririz direktifiyle zek\u00e2t\u0131n kastedilmi\u015f olmas\u0131 kesin de\u011fildir. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc ayete ili\u015fkin baz\u0131 rivayetlerde burada ama\u00e7lanan\u0131n s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131 belirsiz sadaka oldu\u011fu ifade edilmektedir. Oysa belirlenmi\u015f oranlar\u0131yla birlikte zek\u00e2t, hicretin ikinci senesinde Peygamberimizin -sal\u00e2t ve sel\u00e2m \u00fczerine olsun- uygulamas\u0131 (s\u00fcnneti) ile belirlenmi\u015ftir” demi\u015ftik:<\/p>\n

“Fakat israf etmeyiniz, \u00e7\u00fcnk\u00fc Allah israf edenleri sevmez” <\/strong>s\u00f6z\u00fc sadaka vermeye d\u00f6n\u00fck olabilece\u011fi gibi, yemeye de d\u00f6n\u00fck olabilir. Rivayetlerde m\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlar\u0131n mallar\u0131n\u0131 da\u011f\u0131tmada israf edercesine vard\u0131klar\u0131 anlat\u0131l\u0131r. Bu y\u00fczden y\u00fcce Allah: “\u0130sraf etmeyiniz, \u00e7\u00fcnk\u00fc Allah israf edenleri sevmez” <\/strong>buyurmu\u015ftur.<\/p>\n

Hayvanlar s\u00f6z konusu edilirken \u015fu ifadeye ba\u015fvurulmaktad\u0131r:<\/p>\n

“Allah’\u0131n size verdi\u011fi r\u0131z\u0131klardan yiyiniz ve \u015feytan\u0131n izinden gitmeyiniz. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc o sizin a\u00e7\u0131k d\u00fc\u015fman\u0131n\u0131zd\u0131r.”<\/strong><\/p>\n

Ama\u00e7, bu r\u0131z\u0131klar\u0131 verenin ve onlar\u0131 yaratan\u0131n y\u00fcce Allah oldu\u011funu belirtmektedir. Oysa \u015feytanlar hi\u00e7bir \u015fey yaratamazlar. O halde onlara ne oluyor ki Allah’\u0131n verdi\u011fi r\u0131z\u0131klar konusunda \u015feytanlara uyuyorlar? Bir de \u015feytan\u0131n onlara a\u00e7\u0131ktan a\u00e7\u0131\u011fa d\u00fc\u015fman oldu\u011fu vurgulanmaktad\u0131r. A\u00e7\u0131ktan a\u00e7\u0131\u011fa d\u00fc\u015fman oldu\u011fu halde, nas\u0131l olur da onun ad\u0131mlar\u0131n\u0131 takip edebilirler?<\/p>\n

Sonra ayetlerin ak\u0131\u015f\u0131, son derece ince bir tav\u0131rla cahiliyenin gizli kuruntular\u0131n\u0131 s\u0131ralad\u0131\u011f\u0131, ayd\u0131nlatt\u0131\u011f\u0131, birer birer, par\u00e7a par\u00e7a g\u00f6zler \u00f6n\u00fcne serdi\u011fi bir kar\u015f\u0131lamaya ba\u015fl\u0131yor. Bu sayede, bir nedene dayand\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 ve savunulmas\u0131 m\u00fcmk\u00fcn olmayan olduk\u00e7a tutars\u0131z, ahmak\u00e7a d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnceleri g\u00fcn y\u00fcz\u00fcne \u00e7\u0131kmaktad\u0131r. B\u00fct\u00fcn bu hayvanlar\u0131 yaratan, baz\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 yerden y\u00fcksek olan uzun ayaklar\u0131 nedeniyle a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131k ta\u015f\u0131y\u0131c\u0131s\u0131 binek hayvan\u0131 k\u0131lan O'dur. Yere yak\u0131n k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck boylular\u0131 da y\u00fcn\u00fcnden ve k\u0131llar\u0131ndan yayg\u0131 i\u00e7in yararlan\u0131lan t\u00fcrden k\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.Yery\u00fcz\u00fcnde hayat\u0131 yayg\u0131nla\u015ft\u0131ran, bu \u015fekilde t\u00fcrlere ay\u0131ran ve insan\u0131n yery\u00fcz\u00fcndeki hayat\u0131n\u0131 gereklerine uygun k\u0131lan y\u00fcce Allah'd\u0131r. O halde bunca kan\u0131ta ve ger\u00e7e\u011fe kar\u015f\u0131n, insanlar nas\u0131l olur da gidip ekinler, hayvanlar ve mallar konusunda Allah'dan ba\u015fkas\u0131n\u0131n h\u00fckm\u00fcne ba\u015fvurabiliyorlar?Kur'an'\u0131n ifade y\u00f6ntemi, insanlar\u0131n hayat\u0131 \u00fczerindeki hakimiyet noktas\u0131nda y\u00fcce Allah'\u0131n birlenmesinin zorunlulu\u011funa bir kan\u0131t olmas\u0131 i\u00e7in tek ba\u015f\u0131na y\u00fcce Allah'\u0131n insanlara bah\u015fetti\u011fi r\u0131z\u0131k ger\u00e7e\u011fini s\u0131k s\u0131k g\u00f6zler \u00f6n\u00fcne sermektedir. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc tek ba\u015f\u0131na yaratan, yaratt\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131n r\u0131zk\u0131n\u0131 veren ve onlar\u0131 koruyan kimse, tart\u0131\u015fmas\u0131z olarak Rabbl\u0131\u011f\u0131n, hakimiyetin ve otoritenin O'na ait olmas\u0131 gerekendir:Burada ayetlerin ak\u0131\u015f\u0131 ekin, meyve verme, hayvanlar ve bu vesileyle Allah'\u0131n nimetlerinin olu\u015fturdu\u011fu sahneler \u00fczerinde yo\u011funla\u015fmaktad\u0131r. Daha \u00f6nce il\u00e2hl\u0131k sorunu tart\u0131\u015f\u0131l\u0131rken, \u00fczerinde yo\u011funla\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 bu etkenleri \u015fimdi de hakimiyet sorununda kullanmaktad\u0131r. B\u00f6ylece \u0130sl\u00e2m inanc\u0131nda il\u00e2hl\u0131k ve hakimiyet sorunlar\u0131n\u0131n asl\u0131nda ayn\u0131 \u015fey olduklar\u0131 ger\u00e7e\u011fine i\u015faret etmektedir.Ayet, ekinler ve meyveleri s\u00f6z konusu ederken, \u015f\u00f6yle demektedir:\"Bu a\u011fa\u00e7lar \u00fcr\u00fcn verdiklerinde meyvalar\u0131ndan yiyiniz ve hasat g\u00fcn\u00fc haklar\u0131n\u0131 veriniz, fakat israf etmeyiniz. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc Allah israf edenleri sevmez.\"Ayette yer alan hasat g\u00fcn\u00fc haklar\u0131n\u0131 verme direktifi, bu ayetin Medine'de nazil oldu\u011funa ili\u015fkin baz\u0131 rivayetlere neden olmu\u015ftur. Ancak biz surenin tan\u0131t\u0131m\u0131nda, \"Bu ayet Mekke'de nazil olmu\u015ftur. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc Mekke'de nazil olan b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fcn\u00fcn ak\u0131\u015f\u0131 i\u00e7inde bu ayet olmaks\u0131z\u0131n b\u00fct\u00fcnl\u00fck sa\u011flanamaz. Dolay\u0131s\u0131yla bu ayetin indirili\u015fi Medine'ye ertelenecek olursa ayetin \u00f6ncesi ile sonras\u0131 aras\u0131nda bir kopukluk meydana gelecektir. Bununla beraber, hasat g\u00fcn\u00fc hakk\u0131n\u0131 veririz direktifiyle zek\u00e2t\u0131n kastedilmi\u015f olmas\u0131 kesin de\u011fildir. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc ayete ili\u015fkin baz\u0131 rivayetlerde burada ama\u00e7lanan\u0131n s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131 belirsiz sadaka oldu\u011fu ifade edilmektedir. Oysa belirlenmi\u015f oranlar\u0131yla birlikte zek\u00e2t, hicretin ikinci senesinde Peygamberimizin -sal\u00e2t ve sel\u00e2m \u00fczerine olsun- uygulamas\u0131 (s\u00fcnneti) ile belirlenmi\u015ftir\" demi\u015ftik:\"Fakat israf etmeyiniz, \u00e7\u00fcnk\u00fc Allah israf edenleri sevmez\" s\u00f6z\u00fc sadaka vermeye d\u00f6n\u00fck olabilece\u011fi gibi, yemeye de d\u00f6n\u00fck olabilir. Rivayetlerde m\u00fcsl\u00fcmanlar\u0131n mallar\u0131n\u0131 da\u011f\u0131tmada israf edercesine vard\u0131klar\u0131 anlat\u0131l\u0131r. Bir de \u015feytan\u0131n onlara a\u00e7\u0131ktan a\u00e7\u0131\u011fa d\u00fc\u015fman oldu\u011fu vurgulanmaktad\u0131r. A\u00e7\u0131ktan a\u00e7\u0131\u011fa d\u00fc\u015fman oldu\u011fu halde, nas\u0131l olur da onun ad\u0131mlar\u0131n\u0131 takip edebilirler?Sonra ayetlerin ak\u0131\u015f\u0131, son derece ince bir tav\u0131rla cahiliyenin gizli kuruntular\u0131n\u0131 s\u0131ralad\u0131\u011f\u0131, ayd\u0131nlatt\u0131\u011f\u0131, birer birer, par\u00e7a par\u00e7a g\u00f6zler \u00f6n\u00fcne serdi\u011fi bir kar\u015f\u0131lamaya ba\u015fl\u0131yor.
